4''The Blood Beast Terror'' is a 1968 British SciFiHorror film from Creator/TigonBritishFilmProductions, directed by Vernon Sewell and starring Creator/PeterCushing. It concerns a series of murders committed by a weremoth (played by Creator/WandaVentham, the real-life mother of Creator/BenedictCumberbatch).

6Cushing once said this was [[OldShame probably the worst movie he had ever done]], although that didn't stop him from [[TookTheBadFilmSeriously turning in a good performance]]. The man was a [[ConsummateProfessional pro]].
7
8Not to be confused with ''Film/NightOfTheBloodBeast''.
