Special mention to an ongoing Knight and Mage AU, beautifully crafted, suspense is written so well I could actually feel as if I was the one in their situation experiencing their panic and despair. Of course, there's also sweet sweet fluff but all the more delectable cause it feels like they earned it. Most of their one-shots are relatively longer than normal, but it gives them the space to explore the characters rather than rushing to a happy ending.

He names the spirit Mikleo and vows to make him happy. Mikleo vows to protect him no matter what.

A very well written and fun AU that puts an interesting spin on Sorey and Mikleo's usual dynamic by having Mikleo start out as technically older than Sorey (since unlike seraphs, Noragami Spirits don't age and Sorey is a child god when they first meet), and the differences brought on by the whole God and Regalia dynamic in contrast to Shepherds and Seraphim in canon.
