->'''Naruto''': You’ve heard the saying behind every great man is a great woman, haven’t you?
->'''Ino''': ''(Nods)''
->'''Naruto''': Well imagine all that I could do using this jutsu.
->'''Ino''': Come on Naruto, you can’t honestly expect to unite all the shinobi’s villages simply by sleeping your way to the top.

Naruto is given a scroll containing the secrets of making women fall for him, a scroll he uses at first on the women around him but soon on the shinobi world as a whole, giving birth to the Ero-ninja.

Sounds like a typical HaremGenre Manga/{{Naruto}} fanfic, does it? Well, it is… [[SerialEscalation at first.]] After the dozen or so chapters, however, the main story kicks in, taking place at the beginning of Shippuden. Naruto’s (ever-expanding) harem is christened as The Family, who go from being love interests into a full-blown [[BalancedHarem balanced]] BattleHarem, doing whatever they can to help Naruto achieve his mentor Jiraiya’s wish for peace in the shinobi world.

It is (as of April 2020) [[DoorStopper over 2 million words long]], and has been divided into story arcs.

----
!!This fanfic provides examples of:
* ActionMom: Tsume, Karura, Mikoto and Kushina.
* AdaptationNameChange: Some characters, such as the Tailed Beasts, have different names than canon due to being named before their canon names were revealed. For example, the Nibi states her name is Yoruichi rather than Matatabi though it's later changed to Yoruichi being the name she chose for herself. Similarly, the Kyuubi's name is changed to Kiyomi because she felt Kurama was too masculine.
* AdaptationalHeroism: Given the genre of the work, basically almost all if not all the women introduced as villains during canon either turn a new leaf and join the Family.
* AdaptationalVillainy: A variant. Rather than acting as a HeelFaceRevolvingDoor, Sasuke just continues spirally deeper into villainy.
** Several other characters were changed to villains, such as [[spoiler: Udon and Sora.]]
* TheAlcatraz: Konoha's Correctional Facility and Hozuki's Castle.
* AllYourBaseAreBelongToUs: Konoha was attacked twice so far, without counting the backstory. Once by Pain and once by Furofuki.
* AndIMustScream: Tifa, Yuffie and Aeris while in control of Kiyomi. They are trapped inside their bodies while she uses them to experiment with her mind manipulation, fully aware of what was happening.
* AnimeHair: Name a color and chances are that there's a woman in Naruto's harem with that colored hair.
* ApocalypseHow: The reason Kiyomi put the condition for them to be immortal was for them to not to reproduce was in order to avoid this in future, since thousands of immortals would destroy the world's natural resources.
* ArmorPiercingResponse: When Naruto is trying to explain to his mother why the Kyuubi should be forgiven, Kushina is furious over the idea given what the Kyuubi did, only for Naruto to retort that she'd been a prisoner for nearly a century for something she had no control over and after finally getting free, the first thing the Kyuubi saw was Naruto's parents trying to re-imprison her.
* ArtificialLimbs: One of the only medical arts that Suna is ahead of Konoha is prostethics.
* AscendedExtra: Many, many characters both male and female. Komachi in particular is PromotedToLoveInterest even though she’s never officially appeared in the manga or anime, only in two Naruto video games.
* AscendedFangirl: Moegi after years pinning for Naruto finally gets a chance with him.
* AxCrazy: Balrog and Birdie. Two of Shadaloo's enforcers.
* BabiesMakeEverythingBetter: Averted within the Family as they can't procreate anymore because they are all immortals. Outside that it bounces around, with Kurenai having a miscarriage after Pain's attack and other couples having children.
* BackFromTheDead: Several women, including Kushina, Karura, [[GenderFlip Haku]], and Mito.
* BatmanGambit: Naruto's plan in order to save Yakumo. Instead of just sneaking around to heal her, he concocted a plan to have another healing pulse [[SerialEscalation even greater than the first that cured several people in the hospital, while also having the same pulse happen in Suna.]]
* BestialityIsDepraved: [[spoiler:Even Haruna who was conditioned into being a masochistic sex slave thinks that having sex with a dog is too much.]]
* BewareTheNiceOnes: Mild-mannered Shizune starts developing poisons after Naruto and Tsunade encourage her to follow her passion instead of trying to be a copy of her teacher. Tsunade is later disturbed by just how lethal some of Shizune's poisons are.
* BigBadassBattleSequence:
** Pain's Invasion.
** Furofuki's attack.
** The defense of Ame during the unveiling of the new Akatsuki.
* BigDamnHeroes: Happens often, usually with Naruto performing, but it's not necessarily always him. Almost all the Harem and other associates perform them as well.
* BigGood: The Family.
* BlessedWithSuck: [[Videogame/FinalFantasyVIII Quistis]] has a kekkei genkai much like the Sharingan in that it allows her to learn any jutsu. The problem is that she has to be hit by said jutsu first.
* BodyguardingABadass: At one point, Yoruichi acts as Kiyomi's bodyguard.
* BodyguardCrush: Sara and Seramu both at different points in time, towards the same man. It just took a while for Sara to remember that her Dream Hero was in fact Naruto.
* BodyHorror: What happens with the users of the Animal Cursed Mark.
* BoringButPractical: Kiyomi's business, which earns considerable amounts of money and give Naruto and the family reasons to travel all over the continent, is a simple shipping business.
* BothSidesHaveAPoint: Naruto states that he understands why Minato sealed the Kyuubi within him, explaining that the man had to make a choice between doing what's best for his village and what's best for his family. While Naruto doesn't begrudge Minato his decision, Naruto doesn't think he'd ever be able to sacrifice his family in favor of the village.
* BoyMeetsGirl: Several, some even engineered by the rest of the Harem.
* BrokenPedestal:
** This also occurs between [[NotQuiteDead Kushina]] and [[PosthumousCharacter Minato]]. After she and Naruto are accidentally sent to the past, Kushina admitted to herself that she could accept Minato's refusal to attempt to SetRightWhatOnceWentWrong after realizing Naruto was right and they couldn't predict what, if any, affect it'd have on the future. What she couldn't forgive though, was that Minato erased his own knowledge that eventually his wife would die and he'd make their son into a jinchuuriki. In her mind, it showed Minato was willing to make horrible sacrifices but but did so in a way he wouldn't have to live with himself for making them.
** Much later, Naruto admits that while Minato was a great Hokage, he was a terrible husband and father, having chosen the village over his family. [[spoiler:This later causes Naruto to decline Tsunade's offer of the job as he would someday have to choose between his village and his family.]]
** Yugito is crushed to hear the Raikage claim that she and the Nibi are interchangeable. It devastates her further when she recalls that years earlier she'd bragged to Naruto how Kumo treated their jinchuuriki far better than the other villages. In the end, Kumo still saw them as jinchuuriki first and people second.
** Hinata is described by Tsume as "looking like she just got sucker-punched and is trying to figure out why" when she learns that not only is Hanabi being trained specifically to defeat her, but she never needed to prove herself against her sister. As the firstborn of the Clan Head, in order to become the true heir all she'd have to do is declare her intention to do so.
** After learning Suzume set her up as bait for someone she thought was a serial rapist who brainwashed his victims, Moegi is furious with her former sensei for encouraging her feelings for Naruto.
* BroughtDownToBadass: Naruto uses a seal that temporarily seals off all his chakra and still easily trounces an Inuzuka who'd previously badly beaten Kiba.
* BunnyEarsLawyer: Naruko, [[spoiler:being a created from the Dark side of Naruto, and taking over Jiraya's spy network.]]
* CallBack: Several things are referenced vaguely earlier in the story that play major roles later on, starting with the nail itself, the scroll that contained the Temptation Touch, that was meant to appear to be older than it really was.
* CareerEndingInjury: Inoichi loses a leg during Pain's invasion and, as a result, has to step down as the Head of the Yamanaka Clan.
* TheChainsOfCommanding: Over time, Naruto learns how difficult being a leader is, including that a kage might have to sacrifice loved ones for the good of the village. [[spoiler:This leads to him refusing an offer to be made Hokage]].
* CharacterFocus: It shifts a lot in the main story and the side stories are practically only about side characters.
* CharacterTics: Yoshino realizes that all the patrons on Club N are Naruto's Shadow Clones when she realizes they have the same manneirisms.
* ChekhovsGun: The Amaterasu flames Jiraiya sealed away years prior become used as a DeadMansSwitch that burns down Pain's base after he's killed.
* ChekhovsSkill: Yukata makes a puppet that she uses as a sex toy. Her spending months of using it gives her such fine control that during the puppet user tournament, she displays the ability to use her puppet to control another puppet, something previously thought impossible.
* ChickMagnet: Even when he's not trying to seduce anyone Naruto attracts girls to him.
* ChildSoldiers: One of the points that are part of Naruto's ambition of peace is in order to avoid this. In Konoha is starting to work because for the first time since the founding of the village the number of applicants for the Ninja Academy declined.
* ChronicHeroSyndrome: One of the main points of contention between Ino and Naruto for a time was this attitude from him.
* ClingyJealousGirl: Incredibly averted. The only one that would act in such a way was [[spoiler:Toki]] and upon recognizing that it would be the case, declined to be part of the Harem.
* CommonTongue: The whole Elemental Nations speak the same language, with the exception of the Al Bhed. Naruto, in order to please one of the girls that was coming to visit the Ghost made a point to learn it for her.
* ContaminationSituation: Sakura is sent to investigate one such situation. [[spoiler:It was actually a ruse created by Sasuke in order to get her out of the Village so he could either kidnap her or make her cure him.]]
* ConservationOfNinjutsu: Done almost literally by Nagato. Using more efficient chakra receivers and a mind-controlled Shukaku, he invades Konoha with 200 Paths of Pain. However, despite having the chakra to power them all, the bodies are lower quality and Nagato can only split his attention so many ways. So instead of six invaders [[OneManArmy each easily kage level]], it becomes more a battalion of elite jounin. It becomes one of the main reasons for his eventual defeat; one of those bodies would eventually become Sage, the resurrected corpse of the Animal Path pulling a HeelFaceTurn and joining the Family.
* ContrivedCoincidence: Ino just happens to decide to check on Sakura just as she's about to be date-raped.
* ConvenientComa: Tayuya after her fight with Shikamaru and Temari. She lays forgotten by the world (except for frequent visits by Ino) for three years before waking up due to Kiyomi’s mass healing pulse.
** Inverted with the original body the Kyuubi possesses. The original host was brain-dead and was written off as likely never to awaken before “awakening” after being bodyjacked by the Kyuubi.
* ConverseWithTheUnconscious: Ino spent a good portion of the three years that Tayuya was in a coma talking at her.
* {{Cult}}: The Descendants Of The Moon, a BreedingCult founded by [[spoiler:Kurozetsu]] to revive his mother [[spoiler:Kaguya Ōtsutsuki]]. Their interests also include brainwashing, destroying ancient artifacts and various other depravities.
* CrouchingMoronHiddenBadass: Nel[[spoiler: during the time she still hasn't recovered her memories]]. Although she's just a little girl, she's still the Three Tailed Bijuu, with the strenght and Chakra to match.
* CurbStompBattle: Tsunade versus twenty jonin. She beats them all within a couple minutes without a scratch and without killing or maiming any of them.
* DCupDistress: Samui rather dislikes her considerable bust and at one point schedules breast reduction surgery, though Hinata convinces her not to.
* DamselInDistress: Several instances occur during the story. One of the first instances was when Ino saved Sakura from being date-raped.
* DamselOutOfDistress: The girls from the Harem are often put in situations that put them in harms way, but true to the BattleHarem genre they just as often pull themselves out of them without any input from Naruto.
* DamnYouMuscleMemory: Naruko accidentally wets herself one night because she forgot that her body is female after spending sixteen plus years as a man.
* DarkAndTroubledPast: Fuka, being that she lived for centuries as a ghoul and before that was considered a bad omen and the boogeyman for the children of the Uzumaki Clan.
* DeadpanSnarker: Tier. While most of the time she's calm and collected she can let loose some one liners that simply shut up the others due to not knowing if she's serious or not.
* DeathByOriginStory: Minato, with the added caveat that he actually chose to die. When he discovered that his son had the Kyuubi in him, instead of living with the knowledge he wiped his memories of the event.
* DeathOfAChild: Kurenai's unborn child dies during Pain's Invasion.
* DecliningPromotion: [[spoiler:Naruto turns down Tsunade's offer to make him Hokage as he'd refuse to do the job halfheartedly but doesn't want to be forced into a position like is father was where he'd have to choose between the village and his family]].
* DeflectorShields: Naruto has a version of the Hyuuga's Rotation with only Wind Chakra and without the actual rotation.
* DefrostingIceQueen: Samui. Her moniker on Club N, during Amateur Night was Lady Freeze for a reason, but it most stemed from her [[DCupDistress insecurities about her figure.]]
* DespairEventHorizon: Naruto came close to it during and after the events at Kanji's compound.
* DesperatelyLookingForAPurposeInLife: Momo, after the brainwashing on her was undone.
* DidntSeeThatComing: Naruto runs into an unexpected snag while seducing Anko when she actually recognizes the jutsu he's using and promptly ties him up and drags him before Tsunade (who is by this point in on his plans) as an attempted rapist.
** After things are explained to Anko, she's used as a willing test subject for how long the jutsu's effects last if the user and subject don't have sex. While she initially shows increasing resistance to the jutsu, eventually she snaps and becomes crazed in her need to have sex with Naruto, scaring him witless.
* DirtyCoward: This is how Kushina comes to view Minato. While he could make dire choices, like turning their son into a Jinchuriki, he could only do so when he wouldn't have to live with himself afterward.
* DisproportionateRetribution: Furofuki plans to break Tsunade, destroy Konoha, make Naruto her sex slave, and enslave the world as [[AGodAmI god]]. Her reasoning is explained as jealousy that Tsunade was more skilled than her and that Dan chose Tsunade over her. She also blames Tsunade for [[NeverMyFault Dan dying in the ambush Furofuki set up to have Tsunade killed]].
* DisappointedInYou: After Yūgao almost kills Suzume for poisoning Naruto', Naruto tells her he's disappointed in her. It’s not meant to be particularly hammering, but Suzume notes nearly drives the Anbu captain to tears.
* DistressedDude: Naruto gets captured by Kanji's harem while trying to save Tayuya.
* DoesThisRemindYouOfAnything: A few of the conversations at the dinner table of the Hidden Eddy Inn before Kurenai was made part of the Family. She could tell she was missing something but couldn't for the life of her understand what.
* DoorStopper: Over 2,000,000 words as of April 2020 and still ongoing.
* DrillSergeantNasty: Yuugao. Her [=ANBU=] team dreads her training exercises.
* DrugsAreBad: Dust, a drug that was sold in the Black Fox Gang territory.
* DrunkWithPower: Inverted. Kanji can't wrap his head around the idea that Naruto would use the Binding for anything other than to create an Harem of sex slaves.
* DudeWheresMyRespect: PlayedForLaughs with Konohamaru. He's a chunnin but because Naruto is that much stronger than him, that's the only thing he has over the blonde.
* DyingMomentOfAwesome: Jiraiya has more information on Pain (due to Konan pseudo-defecting) and figures out where the real Nagato is much faster. He destroys ''six'' of Pain's bodies and very likely would have killed Nagato as well if not for [[spoiler: Tobi warping himself and Nagato away]]. Even better, his [[DeadMansSwitch death activates a scroll he hid away earlier]], releasing Itachi's Amaterasu that he'd sealed away years ago, burning down Pain's base in Ame.
* EarlyInstallmentWeirdness: The first few chapters are more about the smut and the next conquest than anything else, then it begins to expand the worldbuilding in such a way that it couldn't be contained in a single story anymore and spawned several side stories.
* EasilyForgiven: Played with. Choji and Lee believe that's what's happening with Naruto forgiving Sasuke for [[spoiler:killing Iruka]] (even though he hasn't said anything of the sort), but it's actually Naruto trying to cool the animus of the others before they do something stupid.
* EccentricMentor: With the exception of Asuma and Kurenai, is hard to find a mentor that doesn't have some type of weird quirk.
* EmotionlessGirl: Sage. Not because she doesn't have emotions, but because she hasn't discovered them yet.
* EmpoweredBadassNormal: Ayame receives a treatment from Kiyomi in order to enable her to use Chakra.
* EnemyMine: Danzou and Joseki work together to destroy the Suna/Konoha alliance, viewing it as weakening their villages in the long run. Also, if they can instigate a war between the two, they'll have a chance to try and kill each other for their actions in previous wars.
* EpicFail: Before going to confront Pain, Jiraiya lets himself get caught peeping on Tezuna whom he's staying with so she'll angrily throw him out. Instead, she's glad he lusts for her just as she does for him and the two have sex.
* EvilCannotComprehendGood: When they meet again, Kanji can't grasp that Naruto would use the Temptation's Touch for anything but gaining a harem of sex slaves.
* EvilEvolves: Most of the new technology being used in the setting was first introduced by the antagonists, from [=VTOL=] aircrafts to Chakra drainers.
* EvilSorceress: Subverted. Hanami, from the Descendants of the Moon pulls from this imagery but isn't actually a sorceress.
* ExactWords: Kyuubi shares that any of Naruto's lovers who are past their physical prime will be (over time) reverted back to it. This becomes noteworthy when some, like Tsume and Shizune, are getting younger, Tsunade is getting older because she'd previously been rejuvenated to eighteen.
* FamedInStory: Naruto is so famous in the setting that no one bats an eye (almost ever) when he starts spouting orders even though he's technically lower ranked than just about anyone.
* FantasticDrug: The aphrodisiac produced by the Furofuki's copies. They crank up the arousal to such a extent that the people affected by it loose their inhibitions completely.
* FemmeFatalons: Tayuya when using her new Curse Form after her Cursed Seal was changed to her Foxmark.
* FightsLikeANormal: Miya taught herself to fight without using any chakra at all. This is because the man she wants to kill (Kisame) is capable of absorbing chakra and using it to heal himself, making chakra usage counterproductive.
* {{Foreshadowing}}: Happens all the time. Some throwaway line will play a role almost twenty chapters later.
* FormerRegimePersonnel: The Salamander Resistence in Ame.
* ForTheEvulz: One of Kanji's victims was a priestess named [[Manga/{{Bleach}} Momo Hinamori]] whom he and a group of bandits gangraped before he pretended to save her, just so he'd have a SexSlave that was utterly devoted to him, and freely admits he just thought it'd be amusing for Momo to unknowingly idolize her rapist.
* FrameUp: Kabuto uses a zombie Karura to frame Gaara for murdering his political opponents.
* FromBadToWorse: Used several times throughout the story to point out that things will get worse still before they get better.
* GadgeteerGenius: Rikku, Selphie and Yutaka.
* GenderFlip: Haku. Naruko would count as well, since she was created male first before being stuck in a female body.
* GenderIsNoObject: One of the reasons that Naruto's harem actually works for his ambition. Since women can and do have positions of power they just have to maneuver themselves in that direction.
* GenerationXerox: Mito and Tsunade. Both are mean drunks that like to gamble.
* GoodFeelsGood: Fuka, after being revived, feels this way.
* GrandTheftMe: Several examples.
** Kiyomi uses this ability to leave her Chakra body inside Naruto and occupies a new one that was brain dead.
** [[spoiler:Sasuke, after failing to get Sakura to heal his own body takes over Jugo's.]]
** Kiyomi dumps the Yami-Naruto inside the body of a scumbag that was about to rape Ayame before transforming the body into Naruko's.
** [[spoiler:She even does this to basically everyone she can, in her Bijuu family. The amount she actually does this, actually makes the whole series pretty frightening.]]
* GreatEscape: Two times from Konoha Correctional Facility. One to stop an insurgence against Konoha and the other by Sasuke to free some Root agents.
* TheGreatestStoryNeverTold: Naruto and his lovers work tirelessly towards world peace. However, they all realize that if the world found out a secret group manipulated everyone towards peace, many would view it as justification to go to war again. As such, it's been agreed that even after peace is achieved, they can never claim any credit.
* GreyAndGrayMorality: Mentioned time and again that (almost) every faction is seeking to do what they think is right; whether it be for their family, their village/country, or the world as a whole. Shizune sums it up perfectly when discussing with Tsunade some of the morally shady things they've done compared to the morally shady things others have done.
* HappinessInSlavery: PlayedWith. Suzume believes that the girls bound to Naruto are simply doing the best they can out of a shitty situation and can't fathom that they are actually happy with their lot in life.
* HeroOfAnotherStory: D, a shadow clone Naruto created to please Tayuya, decided to strike out on his own.
* HeWhoFightsMonsters: A distinct worry for Suzume is that Naruto might not actually be a Corrupter and that she's simply jumping at shadows in her plan to expose and murder him. Her biggest moment of doubt comes when she strips naked and (not really) drukenly begs him to fuck her. Not only does Naruto turn Suzume down and cover her up, but the next day he seems even more mortified than she does.
* HeelFaceTurn: A lot, mainly the female characters who are SparedByTheAdaptation, but the occasional male is given one as well.
* HiddenDepths: Rock Lee secretly moonlights as a porn star.
* HistoricalVillainUpgrade: In-Universe. Fūka, Naruto’s distant ancestor, has a few legends based around her time as a revenant, such as a wicked pirate who devoured the souls of her entire crew. In reality, she was still an AntiHero at the time and insisted on only attacking fellow pirates. Her crew mutinied and tried to kill her, causing her to kill them in response.
* HiveQueen: [[spoiler:Furofuki engineers a situation where she becomes the de facto queen for the Aburame Clan.]]
* HollywoodHealing: With all the regeneration factors and healing techniques that Chakra allows is hard to avoid this, but not everything is possible, tough is hard to argue against it when even death is able to be cured under the right circumstances.
* HotterAndSexier: Early in the story Sakura, before she enters the harem, notes that several women started to have something that she called "The Glow" and she doesn't understand why is happening with everyone but her.
* HospitalHottie: Sakura and Shizune.
* HostageSituation:
** Furofuki captured Tsunade because she wanted to make her despair while watching Naruto falling to his lusts with her.
** Naruto goes after Kenji after he kidnaps Tayuya, then the rest of the harem goes after him when he himself gets captured.
* IGotBigger: Moegi's response to Naruto not wanting to sully his image of her as a little girl.
* IJustWantToBeLoved: Due to her [[IJustWantToBeBadass dream]], Tenten has a hard time understanding that Tsunade would want a romantic (and sexual) relationship with Naruto, citing that Tsunade is a LivingLegend whom Naruto should worship. Tsunade (still emotionally scarred over the death of Dan) retorts that she's been worshiped for decades, but being loved is something far more important and rare.
* IdenticalStranger: Naruto poses as a gangster named Menma who had plastic surgery to look more like Naruto after the shinobi ruined his life.
* ImmortalProcreationClause: The rejuvenated and now [[TheAgeless ageless]] women ''can'' have children but doing so will remove their immortality. Also, Naruto can't have children (Kiyomi's chakra kills his sperm when he orgasms) so the only way for them to have children is by breaking up with him and taking another lover. Kiyomi is willing to also make immediate family of Naruto's lovers immortal but they'll be under the same conditions: being rendered sterile in exchange for eternal youth.
* InLoveWithYourCarnage: Hidan's final thought as he dies from the Rasenshuriken is that Jashin must have given his favor to Naruto for creating such a destructive jutsu, which is why he's dying.
* InformationBroker: The former Hidden Hot Springs Village acts as one, using a watered-down version of the Temptation's Touch to get information out of tourists, especially nobility.
* IronLady: Tsunade, at least to the other Villages.
* IWantMyBelovedToBeHappy: Naruto first targeted Ino because, among other things, would free Sakura from her most ardent rival for Sasuke's affection.
* JerkassRealization: While escorting a caravan to Suna, Naruto and Samui run into one of Samui's ex-boyfriends. Given that Samui is using a specialized Henge [[DCupDistress to appear to have gotten breast reduction surgery]], her ex remarks to his friends about how Samui used to have "tits so big, they should have qualified as national treasures." Naruto, who has no idea Samui didn't get surgery, pulls him aside and tells Samui's ex that it's people like him that made such a beautiful woman so insecure she got plastic surgery to change her looks. Samui's ex-boyfriend buys her a drink and sincerely apologizes for his comments.
* JumpingOffTheSlipperySlope: Sasuke goes from "Kill my brother to avenge my clan" to "Kill the ones who "made" my brother kill my clan"[[note]]In this story, Itachi wasn't blackmailed or threatened into killing his clan; he came up with the idea himself[[/note]] to "destroy the current shinobi system and kill people close to Naruto because it'll hurt him". Notably, Sakura gives up on Sasuke much sooner than Naruto but everyone (Naruto included) consider Sasuke past the MoralEventHorizon when he tries to kill his own mother.
* LaResistance: The Salamander Resistance in Ame.
* TheLeader: Naruto rarely has to exert his control over his Harem, but when he does his orders are followed to the letter.
* LethalChef: Miya was this before receiving cooking lessons from Ayame and Naruto.
* LikeFatherLikeSon: Or Daughter in this case. Tsunami was a carpenter before becoming a housewife, having learn the tricks of the trade from her father.
* LocalHangout: The Family have three. The Hotsprings behind Kiyomi's mansion, the Den where there's several facilities including Club N, and the Inns on all the major cities where the Alliance has spread to.
* LookingForLoveInAllTheWrongPlaces: Due to Naruto hurting her pride, Kukaku sets out to prove he's nothing special by sleeping with other men in the hopes of finding one who makes her feel as good as Naruto makes his lovers feel.
* LoopholeAbuse: Defied. Suzume and Koharu at different points tried to go around the orders they received to not reveal anything about the Family but so far couldn't.
* LoveEpiphany: The subject of the Temptation's Touch Jutsu only reaches the final level not when they fall in love with the wielder but when they truly understand their feelings, such as when Tayuya realizes how much Naruto cares for her and he'll never abandon her like Orochimaru did.
* MakingASplash: Naruko's chakra affinity is water, something that differentiates her from Naruto despite being born from his darker impulses.
* MassiveMultiplayerCrossover: Many, though they are woven into the story and are a part of the Naruto universe rather than it being a direct crossover. Most characters from these crossovers usually end up joining the Family, or become the villain in a respective arc. Including, but not limited to:
** Manga/{{Bleach}}
** Manga/{{Sekirei}}
** Franchise/FinalFantasy
** Franchise/StreetFighter
** Manga/FairyTail
** Manga/AhMyGoddess
** VideoGame/DeadOrAlive
** Franchise/{{Batman}}
** Franchise/GIJoe
** Anime/SamuraiChamploo
* TheMatchmaker: Amazingly, the entire Harem when another woman is selected to be seduced will do everything they can to help.
** Rin and Kin towards Kakashi and Hanare.
* MinorCrimeRevealsMajorPlot: Naruto saving Kurenai from being [[NaughtyTentacles tentacle raped]] uncovers Furofuki's plot to become another Kaguya. It just happens too late.
* MisplacedRetribution: A score of jonin try to assassinate Tsunade for humiliating Kumo, not knowing that Kumo had started the whole ordeal when they tried to kidnap Hinata as a toddler.
* MissionControl: Shikamaru, Ino and Karin combine to become one during the attack on Ame.
* [[invoked]]MoralEventHorizon: Sasuke is finally considered beyond redemption by Naruto when he tries to kill [[spoiler:his own mother]] for having informed Konoha of the Uchiha clan's coup. After saving [[spoiler:Mikoto]], Naruto stops trying to bring Sasuke back to Konoha and starts trying to kill him.
** Other Konoha shinobi consider Sasuke beyond redemption when, during a plot to break out several high security prisoners, Sasuke has [[spoiler:Iruka]] killed, mostly because while every other death is to insure the plan's success, [[spoiler:Iruka's]] was only because Sasuke knew it would hurt Naruto.
* MuggingTheMonster: A group of assassins try to take out Kiyomi due to her shipping business causing problems for a rival. As Kiyomi is the Kyuubi's human form, they all die horribly.
* MyGodWhatHaveIDone: Kurotsuchi was tasked with killing D (an enhanced shadow clone of Naruto's) because he was inadvertently ruining Iwa's plans to take over Fang country and Claw country. Unfortunately for her, she learns he's not taking advantage of the situation like she'd hoped but is just an honestly nice man. Furthermore, she ends up InLoveWithTheMark and he easily accepts his death. As a result, she's haunted for months afterwards, unable to sleep and freezing up any time she might have to take a life.
* ANaziByAnyOtherName: The Root.
* NeighbourhoodFriendlyGangsters: Menma's gang, the Black Fox Gang, take the idea of protection money seriously. If someone pays their protection money, they get protection from everything from burglaries to fires to sickness. If they don't pay the protection money, rather than having their business vandalized, they simply don't get any protection. Given that the city they're based in is also host to a much more brutal gang, every business in their territory pays regularly. Furthermore, their entire territory is known for having a ridiculously low crime rate with them policing it.
* NeverSpeakIllOfTheDead: Downplayed where, after learning the full truth of what happened the night of his birth, Naruto agrees that Minato was a great hokage who sacrificed everything, including his family, for the sake of the village. But that same act marked him as a horrendous husband and father.
* NoBiologicalSex: The Tailed Beasts are completely genderless until they create a human form.
* NoManShouldHaveThisPower: Said almost verbatim by Suzume in regards to the Binding.
* NoSocialSkills: The Bijuu when receiving new bodies are this at first.
* NotDistractedByTheSexy: Moegi gets annoyed that she can't seem to seduce Naruto.
* NothingIsTheSameAnymore: Naruto was still trying to save Sasuke until the moment he tried to kill Mikoto. From then on he stopped pulling his punches against Sasuke.
* NotSoDifferentRemark: A question that was posed to Gaara about what was so different between him and Joseki. To this point he still hasn't given a satisfactory answer even to himself.
* TheNotSoHarmlessPunishment: Yūgao is punished for almost killing Suzume (in retaliation for her attempt on Naruto's life) by... Naruto having sex with her every night for a month. Seems great initially, except Naruto goes out of his way to wear her out which, on top of a huge workload dealing with an upcoming event, means she gets through each day barely conscious.
* ObfuscatingStupidity: Naruto uses this regularly before Pain's Invasion.
* ObstructiveBureaucrat: The councils of Konoha and Suna. It takes some time for the Family to get majority votes inside Konoha's council.
* OlderAndWiser: Naruto, during a date with Koharu throws the later for a loop as she didn't expect him to come right out and say it that he expected her to come to his point of view in regards to his ambition because she has a wealth of experience to which to draw upon on several issues that would likely come.
* OlderThanTheyLook: Not counting the Bijuu after receiving human bodies, several women received an agelift such as Koharu and Tsunade. Fuka was centuries old before becoming part of the Family.
* OldMaster: While Tsunade and Koharu are common examples, Tsume is one as well by shinobi standards, being in her mid-forties and well past her prime. When a fellow clan member keeps sending flunkies to challenge her for right of leadership, it's noted that only Tsume's impressive skill allows her to win.
* OmnidisciplinaryScientist: Averted. Tsunade has to delegate certain researches to others because she isn't as knowledgeable about them, such as what happened with Furofuki.
* OneDialogueTwoConversations: Pops up from time to time due to Naruto's polyamorous relationship being kept secret. One such instance includes [[NotQuiteDead Kushina]] reassuring Mebuki that while she does hate missing so much of Naruto's life, she's determined to make up for it [[ParentalIncest repeatedly and vigorously]].
* OneManArmy: Tsunade doesn't want Naruto to have this mentality.
* OneSteveLimit: There are two characters named Suiren. One is from Kiri and is [[spoiler:Yugito's biological sister and was part of Kanji's harem]] and other is from Ame and was a zealous devout of Pain until he used one of her teammates as one of his Paths.
* OnlyKnownByTheirNickname: Chomei refuses to give her name to anyone and instead goes by Seven.
* OOCIsSeriousBusiness:
** The husband of Kiyomi's new host body never visited his comatose wife for years, but the moment she awakens, he's insists on being by her side. It turns out, this is because he caused her comatose state to begin with and was planning on poisoning her again.
** While fighting "Sasuke", Naruto notes that the other shinobi is taunting him but never attacks, only constantly flees. This alerts him to the fact he's in a genjutsu and Sasuke isn't really there.
** [[Manga/{{Bleach}} Tier Harribel]] the Gobi deeply values her subordinates and is generally a fairly peaceful person, so it shows how deeply she cares for Manga/{{Naruto}} that when Apacci threatens him (thinking he'd somehow subverted Harribel into sleeping with him), Harribel warns all three that if they do anything to harm Naruto, her retribution will be swift and terrible.
* OurZombiesAreDifferent: Kabuto's Edo Tensei evolve from the ones Orochimaru used during Konoha's Crunch to be more as he incorpores other elements into them.
* OutsideTheBoxTactic: Naruto, in order to save Yakumo, instead of sneaking around, doubles down using the Healing Chakra Pulse.
* OvershadowedByAwesome: Deliberately averted where Naruto simply can't do everything despite being stronger than everyone else in his Family/harem. [[WordOfGod The author mentions that he never liked how more characters became irrelevant as the series went on until it was eventually just Naruto and Sasuke who mattered]]. Thus, not only is the overall gap in power smaller, but sometimes someone else is better suited to a given task or mission due to experience, specialty, or personality.
** Until her CharacterDevelopment, Shizune felt overshadowed as most people only ever saw her as "Tsunade's apprentice", such as when Ibiki asks her to verify a coroner's report, citing that they were relatively sure but thought it'd be best to have "one of Tsunade's apprentices" double-check. Once encouraged to forge her own path, Shizune shows an aptitude for poisons that surpasses even Sasori.
* PersonOfMassDestruction: Hotaru. The Fury Seal she has on her back has only possible outcome.
* PleasePutSomeClothesOn: When Suzume tries to test Naruto by pretending to be drunk, stripping naked, and begging him to have sex with her, Naruto promptly covers her up and leaves.
* PoliceState: Iwagakure and Earth Country as a whole is portrayed this way.
* PoorCommunicationKills: At different points, both Ino and Yuugao can't express their problems properly before shit hits the fan.
* PossessionImpliesMastery: Averted with the Temptations Touch jutsu. Kanji knows a fair bit about how it works but only in regards to creating sex slaves. The former Hidden Hotsprings Village has a watered down version that they only know the bare minimum about it's usage. Lastly, while Naruto and his family discover a great deal about the jutsu, there's still occasioinal surprises that they have to test extensively to understand what happened and why.
* PragmaticVillainy: Menma pretends to be this when a man owing him a large gambling debt tries to sell his daughter into prostitution to pay off his debts. Naruto tricks him into selling himself (and being put to work in a mine), then plays it off as him not wanting a subordinate sweet on the daughter to turn against him. Furthermore, he owns a 30% stake in the family store and the father would run it into the ground with his gambling whereas it's profitable under the daughter.
** He also forgives the debts of the women working at the brothel he took over. With more money going to the workers instead of their husbands/fathers debts, they're more enthusiastic about their work which draws in more customers, earning both him and them far more money.
* PowerAtAPrice: The Eight Gates are portrayed like this even more than in canon. Here, just the act of trying to open the Gates can cripple someone, something that almost happened to Lee when he was dueling Naruto. The latter didn't let him even try before giving him a tongue lashing about his stupidity.
* PowerPerversionPotential: Inverted. The Temptation Touch was originally given to Naruto exactly to be used as a power trip to make him fall, but Naruto used it differently and refused to let it get to him.
* PrecisionFStrike: Hinata gives her first curse (outside of having sex) when her father publicly announces that she's accepted a marriage proposal to a member of a much lower house.
--> "The hell I did!"
* PrivateMilitaryContractors: The Shinobi Villages supposedly work like this. [[spoiler: Sasuke's attack on Ame was writen off as him being contracted by the Salamander Resistance to assassinate Konan.]] Outside of them there's the protection details that exist for the Shipments from the Golden Leaf Shipment Company, that aren't part of any military and are contracted exclusively for the company. They don't answer to any Village.
* PsychicPowers: Ino is shown to be developing several skills that are tied to this.
* PutOnABus: Due to the size of the Harem it isn't hard to go by several chapters without some of the members even being mentioned.

* Really700YearsOld: Fuka and the Bijuu. Black Zetsu would appear to be as well, but it hasn't being explained yet if he's the same as canon or not.
* TheReasonYouSuckSpeech: Ino gives one to [[FishOutOfTemporalWater Toka]] after the latter continuously objects to shows of affection.
-->'''Ino''': "You are miserable and insist everyone be equally as miserable as you. That is why you refuse to move out. You want to force us all to comply with your ideas of how we should conduct ourselves. I’m simply not going to play along.”
-->'''Toka''': “So instead you decide to act like a whore, and prostrate yourself before this man who barely values you since he’s taken so many lovers and all because you lack the self-esteem to stand on your own."
-->'''Ino''': “Look here lady! This is our house, not yours. And you better get used to the idea because sooner or later we’re not going to need to hide our feelings for Naruto. Eventually Kurenai will move out, or… When that happens you can be as unhappy as you want and pout in the corner, but we’re going to act like the family that we are. Oh, and just so you know. He values me plenty. Thanks to his love and encouragement, I went from an underfed and weak kunoichi to the head of my clan. It is because we are so secure in who we are, that I and his other lovers are willing to share him. If it’s a lifestyle that’s not for you then fine. But in my opinion, people like you, who protest so loudly how others live their lives do so simply out of jealousy or out of a strange belief that people finding happiness in a way other than how they believe it should be found somehow robs them of their own. If that’s the case, can you truly claim to be happy with your choices in the first place?”
* RecruitingTheCriminal: Yūgao recruits Fūka's help in figuring out a serial killer due to the latter's several decades of experience as a serial killer in order to prolong her lifespan. Fūka manages to figure out both the order of the killings and why they were killed in said order (namely the killer was seducing her targets and was building up confidence in her looks/abilities).
* RedemptionEarnsLife: Fuka.
* ReferenceOverdosed
* RefugeInAudacity: To cover up her new body's miraculous recovery, the Kyuubi-turned-Kiyomi releases a pulse of healing chakra that fully heals everyone in the village. A single long-term coma patient suddenly recovering would raise several eyebrows, but with hundreds of patients recovering from illnesses, lost limbs, and more, she's not even a blip on the radar.
* RelationshipUpgrade: Rather than the normal for this trope, the upgrade in this case is visible on the Chakra of the women in the family, as the color of their Chakra dictates how far along in their relationship with Naruto they are.
* RevengeByProxy: One of Tsume's detractors who tried to overthrow her as Alpha of the Inuzuka clan (only to get [[CurbStompBattle completely crushed]]) deliberately baits her son Kiba into challenging him then beating the hell out of him. It almost works, since an Inuzuka can't challenge anyone they beat previously, until ''Naruto'' [[NoHoldsBarredBeatdown challenges him]].
* RhetoricalQuestionBlunder: After the [[EldritchAbomination Bijuu]] are given human forms, [[Manga/{{Bleach}} Kukaku]] (the Yonbi) goes out of her way to mock [[Manga/AhMyGoddess Urd]] (the new Hachibi born from its severed tentacle) whom she doesn't think is a real bijuu. At one point Kukaku asks Naruto whether he'd rather have "one of the bijuu created by the Rikudo Sennin himself or a second-rate knockoff" like Urd. Naruto responds that given their respective personalities, he likes Urd much more than Kukaku. [[BreakTheHaughty Kukaku doesn’t take it well.]]
* RightForTheWrongReasons: When Naruto goes AWOL to save a falsely-accused Gaara from execution in Eroninja, the Royal Guard, in chapter 50, presiding over the execution demands Temari write up a list of everyone who might aid Naruto. Once Temari hands back a page completely full of names, the Royal Guard assumes Temari made most of them up to make them waste time checking each name on the list. In reality, every person (male and female) named on that list would aid Naruto (most of them unconditionally), but Temari knows Naruto is smart enough to avoid any of his known allies and would thus avoid everyone on that list.
* SafeSaneAndConsensual: That Haruna's first owner didn't follow this practice causes her a lot of trouble down the road. When the idea of Naruto becoming her newest owner comes up, he admits that she needs far more abuse than he's remotely comfortable with and ends up giving her to Anko. Anko herself engineers a situation that's as extreme as she can safely create just to make sure Haruna isn't so broken that she won't use the safeword she's given.
* SafetyInIndifference: How to the Daimyo of the Minor Countries view their problems with the Major ones. As long as it doesn't affect them they don't care. It's why Toki has so much problems with trying to create a Minor Country Alliance.
* SanityHasAdvantages: Hinamori fails in her attempt to make Naruto and Kiyomi/Kyuubi kill each other because she's too insane to realize that even under an illusion making her think Naruto wanted her dead, Kiyomi would refuse to fight him. Furthermore, while Naruto sees and hears a taunting Sasuke instead of Kiyomi, he still notices something is wrong when "Sasuke" only flees and never attacks.
* SatelliteLoveInterest: Firmly averted. All of Naruto's lovers might be working towards his goal of world peace but they also have their own lives and interests such as Tifa who runs her own bar.
* SecretKeeper: Few people are aware of the secret society that the Family created without actually being bound to Naruto. Kakashi, Hanare, Toki, Gaara and Sari are a few examples.
* SelfServingMemory: Hinata's attempted kidnapping when she was a toddler was reported by the Kumo higher-ups as Konoha blatantly murdering one of their top ninjas for no reason.
* SensorCharacter: Karin. Naruto and Naruko when using Sage Mode. Mito and Kiyomi's negative emotion sensing.
* SerialKiller: Yuugao and Fuka are investigating a string of assassinations when Furofuki's plot go into action.
* SeriousBusiness: PlayedForLaughs. Ramen for Naruto, going so far as him comparing the different women he's involved with with different ramen dishes.
* SharingABody: For a time, Naruto and Kushina, during the period she's occupying Kiyomi's old chakra body.
* ShiftingSandLand: Suna and Wind Country.
* ShipperOnDeck: Ino is the most proactive in getting Naruto to take more lovers, such as suggesting Hinata as a lover, deliberately blue-balling Naruto to make him more likely to sleep with Temari, and setting things up so Naruto and Kushina become sexually interested in each other.
* ShirtlessScene: During training Naruto has no problem in removing his shirt if he gets too sweaty. The girls around him appreciate it.
* ShownTheirWork: So many things happen simultaneously in this story that to tie it together there's a lot of work being done. Just the geopolitical climate and techniques explanations goes to show how much thought is put into everything.
* SiblingYinYang: Itachi and Sasuke according to Mikoto.
* SomeoneToRememberHimBy: After Jiraiya's death, it's revealed Tezuna is pregnant with his child.
* SparedByTheAdaptation: Could fill a whole page’s worth.
** This is mainly caused by Naruto getting the Hiraishin (Flying Thunder God Technique) of his father, and getting help applying it to various seals. He gets to effectively be where he needs to be to save the girl, as long as there was a minimum of preplanning on his part.
** Or with Kiyomi's help.
* StayInTheKitchen: Some of the kunoichi bitterly reflect that the reserve forces are jokingly called the "United Mom Alliance" because when a kunoichi gets pregnant (especially with a shinobi), she's expected to retire so her child doesn't lose both parents to missions gone bad. Though at least some try to justify this that one parent should retire, and the mother is going to be out of action for months anyway so it's more logical for her to retire than the father.
* StudentAndMasterTeam: Tsunade, Sakura and Shizune. Kurenai, Yakumo and Hinata.
* SupportingLeader: Tsunade is the Hokage but the one who really calls the shots is Naruto.
* SweetPollyOliver: Haku in this story is female, disguised at the suggestion of Zabuza to avoid unwanted attention. [[DepravedBisexual Not that it stopped some people.]]
* SwordFight: Several but one stand out is between Miya and Kisame, because she isn't using Chakra he can't help but to have to battle her using his sword.
* SyntheticPlague: [[spoiler: One created by Sasuke in order to lure Sakura away from Konoha.]]
* TakeAThirdOption: When Naruto is confronted with the options of taking Komachi by force in order to silence her or killing her he simply let's her go, fully aware that isn't the best option but is the one that will let him live with himself and his ideals.
* {{Telepathy}}: All the Bijuu possess this among themselves. Kiyomi can communicate with Mito as well because she was her first Jinchuuriki. Ino can as well in more broad sense and can connect several people using the Amplification Device.
* ThatManIsDead: Tsunade does this on Kagura's behalf, stating that the woman who threatened her home was obviously dead and the woman before her now would've made a fine apprentice.
* TheyHaveTheScent: The Inuzuka Clan actually creates several different types of scented perfumes and even formulas to erase the scent of people.

* ThoseTwoGuys: Kotetsu and Izumo.
* ThroughTheEyesOfMadness: Momo's entire worldview before her attack on Kiyomi and Naruto.
* TimeSkip: Some times the story jumps ahead a few days, weeks or even months.
* TookALevelInBadass: All the women in the Family to one degree or another. To the point that the entire revamped Akatsuki roster is staffed exclusevely by S-Class Kunoichi that are part of Naruto's Harem.
* TrademarkFavoriteFood: Ramen is Naruto's, obviously.
** All the girls start to savor different tastes from Naruto's release, generally tied to something they themselves enjoy.
* TrainingFromHell: Naruto and Naruko go through one to master Sage Mode.
* TwoTeacherSchool: Aside from Iruka and Suzume, no other teacher at Konoha's Shinobi Academy has any significance to the plot.
* UnderestimatingBadassery: A common theme with the newly human Biju is to underestimate everyone else. This includes Nel/Sanbi who was turned into a child, Urd who was born from a fragment of the Hachibi, and their human opponents as well. They quickly learn that despite their appearance and origin respectively, Nel and Urd ''are'' Biju and that some humans can hold their own against a Biju, even if they can't win.
* UndisclosedFunds: While the characters talk about revenue and upswing or downswing in value, or about the costs of a mission they never actually talk numbers.
* UnsettlingGenderReveal: Naruko upon discovering that she doesn't have anymore equipment that she had while being a part of Naruto.
* WarIsHell: A point which Naruto goes out of his way to try and convey.
* WartsAndAll: Tsunade spent her whole life believing her grandmother was a ProperLady, only to learn the hard way that Mito was a HardDrinkingPartyGirl who only acted otherwise to get the council off her back. They eventually reconcile.
* WhatIsThisThingYouCallLove: Katsuyu tries to understand what makes so many women around Naruto have sex with him.
* WeWantOurJerkBack: Shikamaru used to hate how "troublesome" his mother was but ends up longing for the days his mother was a "troublesome woman" after months of depression due to [[spoiler:her husband dying during Pain's attack]]. He ends up asking Naruto to get her involved in his group, but very much does not want to know what it entails even though he's already aware[[note]]Hardly surprising consider few people want to hear about their parent's sex life[[/note]].
* WeakButSkilled: Karura in comparison to her son Gaara. She can only manipulate her gourd's worth of sand and needs to gesture to do so, unlike her son who can control hundreds of tons with barely any movement, but she can control it far more finely than he can.
* WhatIsThisFeeling: The Tailed Beasts have NoBiologicalSex and are thus confused by feeling sexual pleasure. Kiyomi originally endeavors to become Naruto's lover due to feeling what his partners do during sex and later sways the other Tailed Beasts by making them experience the same thing.
* WhatTheHellHero: Naruto and Kushina trade these when they're sent to the past. Kushina suggests Naruto inform Minato about the future so they don't die and Naruto can grow up with his parents. When Naruto insists they can't as it's impossible to tell whether they can even change time and that if they succeed, the results would be unpredictable, Kushina angrily accuses him of sacrificing his parents to protect his harem lifestyle. Naruto retorts that she's asking him to sacrifice himself and his family for the sake of her and Minato. If Naruto was raised with his parents, he'd likely be a completely different person than he is now.
* WorfHadTheFlu: Lampshaded by Tsunade when a group of twenty jonin try to assassinate her. While Naruto's worried, Tsunade tells him that the only time he ever saw her fight was absolutely pathetic by her standards. She proves it by easily defeating all twenty enemies without killing or permanently crippling any of them.
* WorthyOpponent: [[spoiler: Kisame, defeated and missing an arm after a fair and chakra-less sword fight against Miya, congratulates her in defeating him one-on-one and in getting over her desire for revenge against him for killing her squad which had previously consumed her. Miya offers him a chance at redemption, but Kisame instead opts to FaceDeathWithDignity.]]
* WrenchWench: Rikku and Selphie.
* YouAreNumberSix: Chomei insists on going by "Seven", never giving out her real name to anyone.
* YouAreWorthHell: Naruto to Gaara when he saves him from being executed for a crime he didn't commit. Several other times about his lovers where he takes a course of action that will please one of them but will put everything the others are doing in jeopardy because it's just who he is.
* YourTerroristsAreOurFreedomFighters: The Salamander Resistance against Konan's government of Ame.
