Itachi still gets his sharingan when he's four due to a lack of available babysitters. A clan is still effectively destroyed, only instead of the massacred and embittered Uchiha Clan, it had been a panicking Kurama Clan whose kekkai genkai was on the verge of extinction, and was only disbanded at that.]]
92	* InternalReformist: With Natsumi's encouragement, Hizashi confides to Hiashi that he doesn't want have children because he doesn't want them to suffer under the Caged Bird Seal. The brothers work to have the Caged Seal replaced with the Phoenix Seal made by Kushina and Orochimaru. They succeed and note that the elders will have a nasty surprise when they can't hurt any Branch members with their seals.
