As of chapter 8, while most of the Strawhats can use it, Sanji and Nami; an ExtremityExtremist and FragileSpeedster respectively use it the most out of them all followed by Luffy who obviously uses it to keep himself out of the ocean.

This ends once the ropes securing Robin to his back snap and she starts falling down to the ground. Luffy creates a new technique on the spot to catch back up to her once Geppo proves too slow.
