7Serial Entrepreneur.
8
9100% Coffee Addict
10
11At least according to his vlog WebVideo/WatchRoss. Ross Grant is indeed an actor and voice over artist, based in Manchester in the UK. Chances are you've caught him on one of the big soaps that shoot there. Or else he might be better known as the voice of Sir Percedal in the English dub of . He's also the voice of Tinpo on the [=CBeebies=].
12
13If you're an actor, you probably know him for his self-help and motivational business Act On This - an enterprise dedicated to helping actors find success in their careers. Known for being a GenkiGuy (that's probably where the coffee addiction comes in) and someone who banishes negativity, he's TheMentor to many a fledgling actor. His mission statement is to "Make Positivity Louder".

32!!Tropes associated with his work:
33
34* DisabledCharacterDisabledActor:
35** The MadeForTVMovie Don't Take My Baby is about a man who has a rare eye condition that results in eventual blindness. Ross himself has the condition and appears as another character with it to give advice.
36** Another MadeForTVMovie When Barbara Met Allen was notable for featuring a majority disabled cast, Ross included.
37* CastTheRunnerUp:invoked
38** He was down to the final two to play the lead in Don't Take My Baby (mentioned above). When Adam Long was cast as Tom, they wrote Ross in as a counselor called Mike.
39** He was brought on to help with a table reading of The Stranger. As thanks, they gave him a small role as a cinema employee at the start of Episode 6.
40* FakeAmerican:invoked As Sir Percedal in the English dub of Wakfu.
41* FunnyCharacterBoringActor:invoked Inverted. Normally cast as serious authority figures, out of character he's a GenkiGuy.
42* TheOtherDarrin:invoked Kyle [=McCarley=] takes over as Sir Percedal in Season 3 of Wakfu.
43* PlayingAgainstType:invoked
44** In Year of Spies he plays a quippy ActionHero.
45** Series/AgeBeforeBeauty has him as a sleazy salesman.
46* ThePollyanna: Certainly seems so in his vlogs.
47* TypeCasting: Usually as a ReasonableAuthorityFigure.
