Kirby Robert Morrow (August 28, 1973 – November 18, 2020) was a Canadian voice actor, stand-up comedian, and television and stage actor born in Jasper, Alberta. Working mostly in Vancouver, British Columbia, he became a staple of English-language anime dubs since 1999, his most famous roles including Teru Mikami (''Manga/DeathNote''), Van Fanel (''Anime/TheVisionOfEscaflowne''), Billy Katagiri (''Anime/MobileSuitGundam00''), Rey Za Burrel (''Anime/MobileSuitGundamSEEDDestiny''), Trowa Barton (''Anime/MobileSuitGundamWing''), Miroku (''Manga/{{Inuyasha}}''), Son Goku (in the Ocean Group dub of ''Anime/DragonBallZ'') and Hot Shot (''Anime/TransformersCybertron'').

To non-anime fans he was Scott Summers aka Cyclops in ''WesternAnimation/XMenEvolution'', Raimi Matthews in the voice version of ''WebAnimation/BrokenSaints'', and Cole in ''WesternAnimation/{{Ninjago}}''.

Like many Vancouver-based actors he frequently appeared as minor characters in American live-action series, such as ''Series/{{Arrow}}'', ''Series/{{The Flash|2014}}'', ''Series/{{Supergirl|2015}}'', and ''Series/{{Fringe}}''. His most well-known live action role being Cpt. Dave Kleinman in ''Series/StargateAtlantis''.

Despite dubbing animation from Japan he never crossed paths with [[Franchise/{{Kirby}} everyone's favorite pink sphere who eats things]].

Morrow unexpectedly passed away on November 18, 2020, from issues related to a later revealed history of substance abuse, eight days after his father Tom died. He was 47 years old.

In 2021, his brother Casey set up a scholarship fund in his name to help anyone who wants to pursue studies in the performing arts.
