3Donna Margaret Burke (Born December 12, 1964) is a voice actress and singer.

5Born and raised in Australia, she's lived in Japan for the last twenty-ish years.

7She's known primarily for providing English voices in Japanese contexts -- as in, voicing the GratuitousEnglish in Japanese audio tracks and providing the singing voice for songs with English lyrics in anime and video games, as well as more mundane voice work. (Within Japan, her best-known "role" is probably the voice of the English language announcements on the Tokaido Shinkansen bullet train.) She also does more standard dubbing work, as well.
