4	Bill Istvan Günther Skarsgård (born August 9, 1990 in Vällingby, Sweden) is a Swedish actor.

6	Skarsgård is best known for portraying Pennywise the Dancing Clown in the [[Film/{{It 2017}} 2017]] and [[Film/ItChapterTwo 2019]] film adaptations of Creator/StephenKing's ''Literature/{{It}}''. Succeeding Creator/TimCurry's [[Film/{{It 1990}} beloved portrayal]] of the same character, Skarsgård received much praise for his performance.

8	He's also recognized for portraying Roman Godfrey in the horror series ''Series/HemlockGrove'', one of Creator/{{Netflix}}'s first original scripted dramas. Since then, he's appeared in other mainstream American projects, like ''Film/AtomicBlonde'',''[[Film/{{Divergent}} The Divergent Series]]: Allegiant'', ''Film/JohnWickChapter4'', and upcoming remakes ''Film/TheCrow2024'' and ''{{Film/Nosferatu}}'', where he was cast as the lead characters.
