The second witch to be revealed, she is the other vice-president of the student council and thus Miyamura's rival during the president run. Her power is that she can make anyone she kisses fall in love with her and do her bidding.

Like the other original witches, she loses her power permanently after the ceremony.

Apart from the student council, she is not a member of any clubs.
----
* EleventhHourRanger: Pretty close to the end of the first witch war, she suddenly (though with good reasons) decides to join the team of Yamada and Tamaki to provide help.
* AdaptationalHairstyleChange: Her hair is only neck-length in the manga (and anime), while in the live-action drama she has long hair that goes to the middle of her back.
* AnguishedDeclarationOfLove: She tries to confess to Yamada in chapter 75, but he obliviously shuts her down, and she goes through a lot of half-hearted attempts and anguish before she finally manages to do it almost 100 chapters later.
* AscendedExtra: For the first 70-something chapters, she's not terribly important outside of her own arc, though she does get a bit more screen-time than most of the other witches. Cue Rika's arc, and she gets temporarily promoted to main character when she allies herself with Yamada and Tamaki. She gets permanently promoted to main character when she becomes part of the new student council, and her love for Yamada also makes her hog screen-time. After Noa makes a comeback, she does replace Odagiri as a main character in some chapters, however, especially when Odagiri is helping Tamaki run for president. She is then DemotedToExtra after the second memory wipe.
* BabiesEverAfter: Ten years later, in the epilogue, she has married Ushio. They have a daughter called Mone and a son called Mashio.
* BadLiar: She tends to stutter and/or make ridiculous excuses when she doesn’t want to admit something, making her lies quite obvious to those who know her real feelings.
* BathingBeauty: She has more bath scenes (in hot springs) than any other character and seemingly likes bathing.
* BeAWhoreToGetYourMan: She wants to steal Yamada from Shiraishi, and she knows that they are too emotionally linked for her to have a chance. But she also knows that they don't have much of a sex life (yet), and that AllMenArePerverts, so she tries to divert him by appealing to his... physical needs. This involves dressing up in skimpy clothes (despite that it's winter) with a painful corset that emphasizes her curves - and sticking her ass right into his face. It's mostly a one-chapter gag, though, and she soon drops it in favor of other methods.
* BeautyIsNeverTarnished: Usually played straight, but she is one of few to avert it a few times, especially the gross-out variant: In one of her early appearances, she goes to the bathroom without washing her hands, and when she goes to the zoo in a flashback, the monkeys fling poop at her. She's also seen all dirty and with messy hair after investigating Sarushima's power.
* BenevolentBoss: A downplayed example in that she doesn't seem to care very much about her love slaves (except Ushio), but despite this she treats them well, compliments them when they've done the best they could, and immediately frees them once she stops running for president.
* BetterAsFriends: When told that she and Ushio may have been a couple, she has a few StupidSexyFriend moments where she seems to consider if he can be boyfriend material. In the end, she decides that Yamada is the one she's in love with, but that she will still like Ushio platonically if he can respect her the way she is. And then subverted in the epilogue when they have married.
* BigBreastPride: She indicates her breasts when she talks about how good-looking she is. That being said, she is implied to want them to be even bigger with how she often compares herself to Arisugawa's even bigger bust.
* BigEgoHiddenDepths: She seems arrogant and selfish at her introduction, and while that's not completely untrue, she shows with time that she also has a lot of personality beyond that and is overall a good person.
* BigNo: She tends to shout "no" loudly when denying things she doesn't like to admit.
* BigOlEyebrows: While nothing extreme, Odagiri is drawn with much thicker eyebrows than the other girls (who just have thin lines for eyebrows).
* BigOMG: In the English translation, she's very likely to shout "oh my god" when taken aback by something.
* Blackmail: She puts Yamada through this when she takes a picture of him (actually Shiraishi in his body) rummaging through Shiraishi's bag to look at her panties, after which she threatens him that she'll share the picture with everyone if he doesn't make Shiraishi skip an important mock exam.
* BraidsOfAction: Downplayed; she isn't an outright ActionGirl, but she can throw a hefty punch if she's angry, and she willingly participates in the type of action the series has, i.e. looking for the witches. Also downplayed in that her hair is too short to be braided properly so she just wears some sort of French braids behind her ears.
* Brainwashed: She is put under Yuri's mind control power right before the student council president election, making her suddenly vouch for Ichijo instead of Tamaki who she had been supporting until then.
* ButtMonkey: Her plans always go wrong, people always manage (often accidentally) to deflate her ego when she is bragging, she is often made fun of, there is barely any character who hasn't seen her underwear or naked body against her will, and she cannot get the guy she wants no matter how much she tries.
* BuxomBeautyStandard: Attempt to emphasize her nice body and large breasts as her stronger points against Shiraishi, which is ironic consider that the anime's official bust chart reveals that Shiraishi is one cup larger than her.
* CannotSpitItOut: Her big problem regarding her love for Yamada, since the one time she actually tried to spit it out, she was interrupted by Yamada himself. It only lasts until shortly before the second memory wipe, though.
* CareerVersusMan: At the start, she's very career-oriented, wanting to become the new student council president, but in the end, she gives up on this dream and tries to be with the guy she loves instead.
* CharmPerson: Her power. She doesn't directly control the ones she uses her power on, but because they are infatuated with her, they'll usually do anything she says out of loyalty.
* ChekhovsGunman: Is immediately named at her debut and revealed to be part of the Student Council, but it still takes some chapters before she's revealed as a witch.
* ChronicHeroSyndrome: By the second witch war, she starts to take after Yamada in this area. She will go out of her way to help those that Yamada himself isn't helping - case in point, Konno and Alex. Especially in Konno's case, she didn't get peace of mind before she felt sure that Konno had learned how to use her power without potentially ruining her own life.
* Clerk: This is her official title in Miyamura's student council, though she's often seen helping with other odd jobs, and the other non-clerk members do just as much paperwork as her.
* ClingyJealousGirl:
** Oh boy. She is infuriated by every girl who seems interested in Yamada or shows too much affection/skin to him. So far, she's been angried by Sarushima, Noa, Leona, Konno and Arisugawa when the others didn't think twice.
** The trope is getting stronger over time. It reaches a point where you can stress the emphasis on both clingy and jealous aplenty, as she becomes perfectly willing to break a working and fulfilling relationship, tries whoring up to get her man and starts to be defined more and more by her desires. A more serious work would have her slowly transform into a Yandere. Even then, Ushio's words on her suffering reveal another meaning.
* ComedicUnderwearExposure: At the first ceremony, Rika flips up her skirt as part of her TimeFreezeTrollingSpree.
* ComfortFood: She uses Pocky sticks for this purpose.
* CompositeCharacter: In the anime, her role is technically combined with Nancy's, since in the manga, she's only confused with Nancy during the street fight in Yamada's memory, while in the anime, she is the girl Yamada and Ushio saved.
* CoolBigSis: According to Yamada's sister. Arisugawa also looks up to her a bit. Despite this, the trope is very much downplayed in that while Odagiri is outgoing and outspoken, she can be quite awkward and is not very good at relating to her own feelings.
* CrushBlush: Being around Yamada will turn her red-faced more often than not.
* CryIntoChest: When she develops (fake) feelings for Yamada due to her power backfiring, and Ushio tries to comfort her.
* CurtainsMatchTheWindow: Purple hair and purple eyes.
* ADayInTheLimelight: Most of the winter trip arc is told and shown from her point of view (except for when Yamada meets Ushio, but that is still technically about her). The same goes for chapter 164.
* DefrostingIceQueen: It took an infatuation with Yamada to make her more humane.
* DemotedToExtra: After Yamada returns to the Supernatural Studies Club, while she stays in the student council.
* DePower: She loses her power after the ceremony and becomes a normal student.
* Determinator: She is generally quite stubborn, not giving up on her goals unless a better goal appears.
* Deuteragonist: Fluctuates between this and Tritagonist in the second part of the story. She's absent from more plotlines than Miyamura, but generally gets more screentime than him whenever she is involved in a plotline. She is then DemotedToExtra after the second memory wipe.
* DontYouDarePityMe: If there's one thing she doesn't like, it's being seen as weak, so she's very quick to get absolutely pissed over compassion. Tamaki manages to calm her down by saying that he doesn't feel compassion with her, but simply cheers for her.
* DullEyesOfUnhappiness: When she has been hit by her own power and for the first time sees Yamada and Shiraishi kiss.
* EveryoneHasStandards: For all of her not-so-nice attempts of trying to steal Yamada away from Shiraishi, her reaction to hearing that they temporarily broke up is not being excited, but feeling sorry for him and later trying to comfort him.
* EyelidPullTaunt: Does this to Yamada on the winter trip, just to not seem all too friendly after she does all of his work for him.
* Fainting: When she wears a very painful corset to show off her body to Yamada, she comes very close to fainting but keeps herself conscious by willpower because she doesn't want him to think that she's weak. When she's alone with Tamaki, she does allow herself to faint.
* FieryRedhead: Well, fiery purplehead, but otherwise she is this stereotype pretty much spot-on.
* Flanderization: Her infatuation with Yamada and Tsundere traits get played up as the series goes on, while her smugness and manipulative streak takes a bit more of a backseat.
* ForcefulKiss: She gives Yamada one on their and Kurosaki's outing, and this time the purpose obviously is something else than using witch powers... Unsuccessful as Yamada still doesn't get it.
* ForgotAboutHerPowers: When she wanted to have Kimishima give her permission to have the old school building torn down, she sent Ushio to persuade her. Since Odagiri has the charm power and could probably easily persuade a charmed Kimishima, one could wonder why she didn't just approach Kimishima herself - especially since Ushio failed several times.
* ForgottenFirstMeeting: Yamada thinks the first time he talked to her in person was on the summer field trip in his second year, but he actually got to know her and even befriended her (to the point that she fell in love with him) in his first year.
* FreudianSlip: As to be expected from someone who CannotSpitItOut, but wants to spit it out. Most of her slips pass unnoticed by Yamada, but there's the "I want to take [a bath] with you" line, after which she has to save face by claiming that she just meant she wanted to take a bath at the same time as Yamada.
* AFriendInNeed: She isn't flawless as a friend, but despite her flaws, it's noteworthy how she tried to be there for Yamada during three of the worst times of his life - when he became the school outcast (though in an indirect way by sending Ushio to invite him into their group), when everybody lost their memories of him, and when Shiraishi temporarily left him due to Ichijo's witch power - and she is in general quite self-sacrificing around him, though she refuses to admit it.
* FullNameBasis: She is quite often referred to by her full name by people who don't know her well.
* GenreBlindness: She doesn't seem to be aware that a standard Shonen IdiotHero like Yamada is usually ObliviousToLove... And when she does, she doesn't realize that ObliviousToLove means that she should spell out her love clearly instead of whoring up, using manipulation tactics or other things that Yamada plain doesn't get.
* GiverOfLameNames: When the student council members need to choose a name for Konno's power, Odagiri suggests "making someone do as they're told". Miyamura points out that this is a bit too lengthy and suggests "submission" instead.
* GoodAllAlong: She didn't report Yamada for the street fight in his first year out of ill will, but because she felt she had to, and she didn't frame him as the sole perpetrator as much as she really thought he was the sole perpetrator because her memory was changed. He became a hated loner, and she tried including him in her and Ushio's group to atone, but sent Ushio to invite him, and Yamada of course said no, thinking Ushio had betrayed him.
* GoodIsNotNice: She can be very caring towards others, but she will not be gentle about it - at best, she's giving harsh advice, and at worst, she's just shouting.
* GuestStarPartyMember: Along with Ushio, she temporarily joins the Supernatural Studies Club in their witch search during the summer camp as well as at the start of Noa's arc.
* GuyOnGuyIsHot: She starts looking very excited and embarrassed at the same time when she mistakes Takuma for wanting a certain... attachment to Yamada. She also giggles in an uncharacteristic way Yamada is about to kiss Alex.
* HairFlip: She often does it when she wants to assert her confidence (or fake confidence).
* HairstyleInertia: She had the same short hair and the same braids even as a kindergartener.
* HairTriggerTemper: She's prone to get angry generally, and it's dialed up when Yamada is involved. Tamaki had to constantly restrain her during the Rika's arc.
* HaughtyHmph: When she isn't outright yelling, this is her favorite way to express annoyance.
* HeartbreakAndIceCream: She completely chows down on Pocky sticks (despite apparently being WeightWoe) when she tearfully admits that IWantMyBelovedToBeHappy she wants Yamada to be happy.
* HeroOfAnotherStory: She was active during the presidential race and searched for witches with the help of Ushio or her henchmen. She even found out on her own what Sarushima's power was. However, her efforts were never shown except for the times she was hanging out with the Supernatural Studies Club.
* HiddenHeartOfGold: She is a caring and considerate person when she wants to be, but God forbid if other people, especially Yamada, found out.
* HoistByHerOwnPetard: Her plans fall apart when her power is used against her.
* HopelessSuitor: She seemed to get over it but as usual for her, it was mainly an act.
* HotWitch: She is good-looking and a witch, so it's inevitable.
* HumanizingTears: She has a few scenes when she (partially) lets go of her tough facade and cries - like when she is struck by her own power, when she admits that she loves Yamada, and in chapter 132 when she realizes how thankful Yamada was for her help.
* HypocriticalHumor: Very often - it is, along with her fiery temper, her main quirk. For example, she makes fun of Arisugawa's big boobs even though she is quite well-endowed herself.
* IdiotBall: While her gambit to lose her protection and become Ushio's spotter ended up neutralizing Ushio as a threat, she didn't seek out a witch such as Kotori or Kikuchi for protection again and ended up under Yuri's control. This certainly made the situation worse.
* IgnoredConfession: Yamada has a completely calm "uh, well, okay" reaction to her LoveConfession which makes her quite angry since she seemingly expected that he would react with more surprise (justified since Ushio told Yamada a few chapters earlier that Odagiri is in love with him).
* IJustWantToBeLoved: She and everyone else initially believe that she got her witch power to be loved by as many people as possible. But as the series goes on, it looks more like she deep down wanted to find a OneTrueLove.
* InferioritySuperiorityComplex: She believes Arisugawa is mainly an empty head sporting a big chest. Yet, it doesn't stop her from comparing her sexyness to her numerous times.
* IntimateOpenShirt: She envisions herself this way in open of her StupidSexyFriend fantasies about Ushio.
* IronicName: "Nene" means "peaceful" or "tranquil", both of which aren't exactly terms one would use to describe Tsundere her.
* IWantMyBelovedToBeHappy: Leads to an emotional moment when she accepts that Yamada loves Shiraishi more than her, and that he will only become happy if he gets together with Shiraishi. Averted as of the second part; she still wants Yamada to be happy, but she seems to have changed on viewpoint on what makes him happy; she apparently doesn't believe it's being with Shiraishi anymore. Cue her trying to steal him away.
* JerkWithAHeartOfGold: At her introduction, she doesn't seem to many to have many redeeming traits - merely being rude, hot-tempered, and somewhat manipulative. She does have a good relationship to Ushio, though. She also softens up a bit after Yamada uses her own power against her, and she falls in love with him. The "heart of gold" doesn't really appear before she chooses to ally herself with Yamada and Tamaki much later, though, but this alliance makes her one of Yamada's closest and most valued friends.
* TheKlutz: She can be pretty clumsy, resulting in a lot of her underwear shots. Like in chapter 35 - how did she even manage to have her skirt fold up that way? There's also an (unfortunately off-screened as we only see the speech bubbles) scene where she is so busy yelling at Yamada that she walks right into a pole.
* KnightOfCerebus: Her initial involvement in the plot, when she was acting somewhat villainous and manipulative, was what gave the series, which had been a very lighthearted school comedy up until then, a bit more of a paranormal mystery Dramedy touch.
* LetMeAtHim: While she usually gets away with beating up Yamada for the sake of comedy, every time she tries to direct her anger at other people, someone (usually Tamaki) restrains her, resulting in this trope.
* LightFeminineAndDarkFeminine: Of Yamada’s two most serious suitors, she’s the dark feminine to Shiraishi’s light feminine. She’s somewhat hysterical, has a certain grab on feminine wiles and is sexy more than she is outright beautiful, while Shiraishi is gentle, sweet and wholesomely beautiful.
* LovableAlphaBitch: She (initially) has a huge group of followers, your typical unpleasant AlphaBitch personality... and a good heart deep down.
* LoveConfession: She finally manages to give one to Yamada in chapter 171 after months of not being able to spell out her feelings.
* LoveConfessor: After failing to declare her love to Yamada the first time, she soon tells Tamaki that she loves Yamada.
* LoveHungry: When she is at her most extreme, she can be this, selfishly vying for Yamada's attention and trying to split him and Shiraishi up. It doesn't help that, compared to the other girls, it isn't as obviously explained why she loves him. So yeah, it fits very well that she got the power to make people fall in love with her.
* LovePotion: Her power is technically this, making people fall in love with her through a kiss, but she uses it as a CharmPerson power since she is more interested in having loyal servants than love-struck admirers.
* LoveRedeems: While she was never evil, it was her love for Yamada that started making her able to care for others than herself.
* MadLove: With the schemes she hatches later on in the story, she more or less turns from another girl with a crush on Yamada into this.
* AMagicContractComesWithAKiss: Seems to be how she makes her henchmen join her. At least she tried it with Yamada when she had forgotten him, claiming that she was able to use a special power to turn Shiraishi and Miyamura against each other, but that he had to kiss her to join her ranks.
* MakingASpectacleOfYourself: She wears some funny sunglasses with lip-shaped lenses when she tries to catch Asuka, and star-shaped sunglasses when she wants to peep on Yamada and Shiraishi’s first date.
* Man, I Feel Like a Man: When she swaps bodies with Yamada, she cannot help herself from immediately grabbing his crotch and zipping down to inspect the goods. Leads to the other boys thinking that Yamada is masturbating.
* MatchmakerCrush: In her first year, she gladly wanted to help Himekawa get together with Yamada. Yet it's revealed that she soon after fell in love with Yamada herself (exactly when is not clear due to some inconsistencies in the timeline).
* MistakenForMasturbating: When she swaps bodies with Yamada on the student council's winter trip, she immediately starts - like any other character in the series - fondling his body, especially the parts she doesn't have in her own body. Right as she is sitting with her hand in her pants, the other student council boys walk in, obviously suspecting her (or rather Yamada as they don't know about the body swap) for this.
* MoodSwinger: Especially due to her HairTriggerTemper, but she also tends to switch between other moods such as seriousness, smugness, curiousness or even sadness at the drop of a hat.
* MoralityPet: To Ushio - who is always nice to her despite wavering between being a JerkWithAHeartOfGold and a plain Jerkass to everybody else.
* MsFanservice: She has lots of underwear shots and also stars naked in several hot spring scenes.
* MyGodWhatHaveIDone:
** She is very distraught at the election when she finds out that she just betrayed Tamaki and made everybody vote for Ichijo who'll throw the school into disarray - even if she didn't do it on her own accord, but only because she was being mind-controlled.
** Subverted when she blurts out to Shiraishi that she wants to steal Yamada from her, and looks shocked afterwards. Odagiri did regret saying it, but that was only because she didn't want Shiraishi to know about her intrigues just yet, and not because she had qualms about stealing Shiraishi's boyfriend.
* NiceJobBreakingItHero: In what is also an example of her grabbing the JerkassBall, her declaration of rivalry towards Shiraishi on the winter trip actually affects Shiraishi much more than it looks like, and had it not been for that declaration, Shiraishi probably wouldn't have succumbed to the effects of Ichijo's provocation power.
* NoSell: As a witch, she is immune to other witch powers except for the seventh witch's powers and her own if someone with the copy power uses it against her.
* NonProtagonistResolver: Even though she's not opposing the Japanese chess club as directly as Yamada, she's technically the one who defeats Ushio by making him give up on her and by extension the student council election. It's by Yamada's merit that Ushio becomes an outright ally and not just a neutral character, though.
* NumberTwo: She is Tamaki’s second-in-command and advisor during their first few months in the new student council.
* ObliviousToLove: Is oblivious to Tamaki's crush on her. To be fair, it is one of the more subtle crushes in the series (much more subtle than her own, anyway).
* OfCorsetHurts: She gets close to fainting (and ends up doing it) when she wears a corset to emphasize her curves.
* OfCorsetsFunny: Her corset pains are solely PlayedForLaughs as she's desperate to loosen it and ends up fainting.
* OfficialCouple: She starts dating Ushio sometime after the TimeSkip in chapter 238 (it's unclear whether they start dating in high school or after the graduation), and they are married by the epilogue.
* OhCrapSmile: She flashes one of these smiles to Yamazaki when he busts her in breaking into the altar room, claiming that she didn't know she wasn't allowed to be there, all while holding stolen keys in her hands.
* OneOfTheBoys: She doesn't have any deep friendships with other girls (she sometimes hangs out with Arisugawa, but they're not shown to be really close), but she has become close to three of the guys; Yamada, Ushio, and Tamaki.
* OnlySaneWoman: When her feelings and temper don't get the better of her, she actually has plenty of common sense, and will not hesitate to sigh or point it out when her surroundings are acting ridiculous or idiotic. The trope is downplayed, since her feelings and temper do get the better of her a lot of the time.
* OvershadowedByAwesome: In line with being a SmallNameBigEgo: While she overestimates herself somewhat, she is sexy, she does have a useful power, and she is relatively smart (though calling her a genius would be a stretch), but she doesn't always get to show it off because she is overshadowed in all three areas.
* PaperThinDisguise: The disguise she wears in order to sneak up on Asuka just consists of a head scarf and a pair of sunglasses. She quickly discards it, though.
* PersonalityPowers: Yamada thinks her charm power derives from how she really wanted to be popular so that she could become student council president. It has, however, been implied by her own actions that what she really wanted was to feel love and be loved.
* PetTheDog: She frequently has her moments, in line with being a JerkWithAHeartOfGold. One particularly sweet example was when she felt bad about Nancy not being able to come to the zoo and decided to buy her a souvenir to cheer her up – a gesture that didn’t even cross the others’ minds.
* PlayingHardToGet: In the best Tsundere fashion, she likes to pretend that she isn't interested in Yamada at all whenever she thinks that he shows interest in her. (Which he never does, at least not romantically)
* PleaseWakeUp: She thinks Yamada is dead when he goes unconscious after she gives him a ForcefulKiss, but still tries to slap him awake. As the readers already knew, he wasn't dead - she just activated his copied time travel power by kissing him, making him zone out temporarily as his mind travels to the past.
* PluckyGirl: She is a Determinator and is generally very optimistic and self-confident about reaching her goals, though she will usually hide her optimism beneath a serious or angry facade.
* ThePollyanna: Even though her HairTriggerTemper makes her seem angry a lot of the time, Odagiri is clearly one of the more optimistic characters of the series, always holding out hope that Yamada will one day return her affections.
* PreciousPhoto: Her photo of Yamada from their days in the handicrafts club. She tears it up, and in-universe she claims she did it out of embarrassment, though the symbolism obviously is that she has moved on from being stuck between Yamada and Ushio and no longer needs a photo to confirm that he's the one she loves.
* ProudBeauty: She is very well aware that she is pretty and curvaceous, and unlike Shiraishi, she will take advantage of this fact - or at least try to take advantage.
* PuppyDogEyes: She makes this expression after she has confessed her love to Yamada and wants him to consider choosing her instead of Shiraishi.
* ReadyForLovemaking: She half-expects (or at least hopes) that she and Yamada will do the deed when they are working alone together on the first night of the winter trip. She prepares by taking a bath, wearing her favorite underwear, putting on skimpy clothes, changing to another hairstyle, and applying makeup for a "natural look". Unfortunately for her, Yamada has fallen asleep when she returns.
* ReallyGetsAround: She has kissed many people, going by the size of her group of followers.
* ReasonableAuthorityFigure: When she's the vice-president of the student council, she's never on Yamazaki's side per se, and later she becomes an outright ally of Yamada's. She's not shown to abuse her authority either, except for utilizing a few perks for the sake of helping Yamada. (Her witch power is another matter...)
* TheReasonYouSuckSpeech:
** She gives one to Tamaki to make him man up and stop escaping from his responsibilities when he is hesitating running for president - it doubles as a FriendshipMoment, though, because the real reason she does it is that she doesn't want to be alone without him.
** She also gives one to Yamada when he considers giving up on asking Shiraishi out.
* RedOniBlueOni: The red to Tamaki's blue. Incredibly, she is also hot-tempered enough to sometimes be the red to Yamada's blue even though Yamada is a very straight red in his relationship with Shiraishi.
* ReluctantFanserviceGirl: Even though she provides a lot of Fanservice, she is usually not very happy about it. The exception is the hot spring scene where she is rather joyful about getting to know Arisugawa "in the nude"... Being in love temporarily upgrades her to ShamelessFanserviceGirl.
* TheRival: She competed with Miyamura for the position as student council president. After he becomes president and names her the clerk, they start to become actual friends.
* RousingSpeech: She gives a somewhat subdued one to Himekawa and Nancy after Yamada turns all three of them down, pointing out that Shiraishi maybe will stop being interested in Yamada if he wipes her memories, and in that case, they still have a chance. It certainly lights up the mood.
* RunningAwayToCry: She tries to do this after she is struck by her own power and sees Yamada and Shiraishi kiss. However, Ushio discovers it, so it becomes a CryIntoChest situation instead.
* SandInMyEyes: In her own words, she's not crying, she just forgot to blink...
* ScrewTheRulesImDoingWhatsRight: Near the end of her first term in the student council, she allies herself with Yamada and becomes dead set on helping him, even if she must do a couple of things that are not seen as acceptable, such as stealing keys and trespassing into the altar room. This results in her being thrown out of the student council, but that doesn't stop her.
* ShipperOnDeck: When told that Himekawa was in love with Yamada, she instantly seemed supportive (if a bit confused why Himekawa would like him) and gave her advice. Of course, this was before she fell in love with him herself.
* SingleTargetSexuality: Yamada was the first person she fell in love with, and she has become so obsessed with him that she never notices anybody else. (Ironically she accuses him of the same when it comes to Shiraishi).
* SingleWomanSeeksGoodMan: Just like any other girl who’s in love with Yamada; she gets very flustered every time he’s nice to her. As a variation, she has admitted that she also likes one of his less noble traits, namely that he’s a good street fighter.
* SirSwearsALot: Female example. Of course, the swearing is much toned down in the official translation, but she is still more likely than most other characters to let out exclamations like "what the hell" when she is angered.
* SmallNameBigEgo: At several occasions, she talks about how amazingly smart, sexy and talented she is, when she's really outdone in all three areas by plenty of other characters.
* SmittenTeenageGirl: Her crush on Yamada. She's usually way too Tsundere-ish to show it, but she has her moments. For example, when she swaps bodies with him; upon realizing she's actually in his body, she blushes heavily and intones "oh my god".
* SmugSnake: When she's not angry, she tends to be this. Smiling smugly, bragging/feeling proud about her intelligence and abilities, and sometimes demeaning others.
* SociallyAwkwardHero: Similarly to Yamada, she's something of a romantically-awkward hero. She's mostly gutsy and confident, and she's not afraid of the witch powers, but she can become terribly awkward when Yamada takes her out of her comfort zone.
* SupremeChef: She is really good at making yakisoba noodles and states that she knows how to cook from making a lot of sweets.
* SweetTooth: Her favorite snack is Pocky, and she makes sweets at home. Downplayed in that she still tries to watch her weight.
* TextileWorkIsFeminine: She was a member of the handicrafts club in her first year, though it isn't known if she actually liked sewing, or if she solely joined because Himekawa persuaded her and/or because she wanted to get closer to Yamada.
* ThroughHisStomach: She tries to cheer Yamada up and/or win his heart after Shiraishi takes a break from him by making his absolute favorite food, Yakisoba, for him. Though as usual, she refuses to admit that she did it for such reasons and instead insists that she cooked it all for herself and just accidentally made more than she could eat.
* ToBeLawfulOrGood: Towards the end of the first witch war, she has to choose between fulfilling her student council duties and protecting the secret of the witches (lawful) or helping Yamada (good). She chooses the latter.
* TookALevelInKindness: She's an arrogant Jerkass when she first appears. When struck by her own charm power, she realizes that loving others may not be so bad, and by the height of the first witch war, she's a good - if still flawed - person.
* TrademarkFavoriteFood: Pocky, to the degree that she even uses it as a ComfortFood at one point.
* TreeCover: She hides behind a tree when she wants to see Yamada talk to Alex about the latter's problems and witch power.
* Tsundere: Don't let her cold demeanor fool you, she's in love with Yamada as much as even Noa.
* TsurimeEyes: Fits very well with her confident and stubborn demeanor.
* UncannyFamilyResemblance: While all characters who have BabiesEverAfter look like their children to a great degree, Odagiri's resemblance to her daughter Mone is extreme - she's practically a clone of Odagiri's kindergarten self with the exact same hairstyle.
* UndyingLoyalty: To Yamada, of course, but after she forms a close friendship with Tamaki, her loyalty to him is just as strong, which can be seen when she feels afraid to be left alone because he doesn't want to run for president.
* UnprovokedPervertPayback: Usually, she's actually fairly non-violent for a Tsundere, if anything because she's too flustered to do much around Yamada, but this trope has happened a couple of times, most notably in Sarushima's arc when she slaps Yamada for seeing her underwear even if she was the one who was too airheaded to pull down her skirt or button her shirt.
* UsedToBeASweetKid: She at least looked surprisingly cute and innocent as a kid, though it's not known if her personality was any sweeter. Lampshaded by Tsubaki who asks "what happened?" after seeing an old photo of her.
* VillainousFriendship: At the start of the series - when she was not a very pleasant person, not on Yamada's side, and used her charm power to make slaves - she still had a genuine friendship with Ushio.
* WatchOutForThatTree: An off-screened scene has her walking into a street light when she's so busy yelling at Yamada that she forgets to watch her step.
* WeightWoe: She is on a diet, and according to Ushio, has always watched her weight carefully.
* WhatCouldPossiblyGoWrong: She really tempts fate when she advices Himekawa to confirm that Yamada is in love with her by using her power on him and afterwards declaring her love for him, reassuring her that it can't go wrong. Given that Yamada turned out to not be in love with Himekawa, it went very wrong indeed.
* WhatWereYouThinking: She frustratedly asks Yamada this when she finds out that both him and Ushio just acquired the seventh witch power.
* WhatWouldXDo: When she has swapped bodies with Yamada and wants to pass as a convincing Yamada in front of Shiraishi, she makes the mistake of asking herself "what would a boy do?" instead of "what would Yamada do?". This results in her treating Shiraishi with some goofy, old-fashioned chivalry that Yamada himself has never displayed.
* WhenSheSmiles: Seeing a genuine, friendly smile on her face (arrogant or confident smiles are another matter) is truly rare, but she looks just as cute as Shiraishi when it happens.
* WistfulAmnesia: She admits that when she had her memory of Yamada wiped, she couldn’t help but automatically like him even though she only knew of him as a good-for-nothing delinquent. Next time she forgets him, she also has what she describes as an ache in her chest.
* WrongGenreSavvy: She often seems to think she's in a Manga/LoveHina-styled harem where the aggressive and outgoing Tsundere gets the guy. This results in her constantly getting friendzoned instead. Some of her solutions to problems and plans fall under plain GenreBlindness, though.

The third witch to be revealed, meeting Yamada at a make-up exam that they help each other to pass. She has the power of telepathy (she can communicate telepathically with anyone she kisses).

Like the other original witches, she loses her power permanently after the ceremony.

She is a member (and presumably the president) of the manga club.

Ten years later, in the epilogue, she has finally become a professional manga artist.
----
* AdaptationalAngstUpgrade: In the manga, she's probably the least troubled of the original witches - she's shy and doesn't have many friends, but she isn't a BrokenBird or StepfordSmiler and her only problem is having to pass a make-up exam. In the live-action drama, she's notably more troubled by her parents expecting her to follow in their footsteps and become a doctor when she would much rather become a manga artist.
* AdaptationalWealth: In the manga, there's nothing to suggest that she's particularly well-off. In the live-action drama, she's born into a wealthy family of doctors.
* AmbiguouslyBi: She falls in love with a girl's personality, but only when it's in a boy's body.
* BackForTheFinale: In the first part of the story. She doesn't appear for a long time after the culture festival, but returns when Yamada restores her memories and wants her to take part in the ceremony.
* BespectacledCutie: She's a shy and soft-spoken girl with glasses.
* BitchInSheepsClothing: She usually appears to be a quiet, very shy girl, but when she uses telepathy, she shows a rather ruthless army commander personality. Downplayed as she is more no-nonsense and rude than she is an outright bitch.
* BookDumb: She gets very bad grades (worse than all other students except Yamada) and doesn't understand how to solve the simplest equations, but otherwise she isn't especially stupid.
* BraidsOfAction: A pretend version of the trope. She wears her hair in a side braid and likes to play military with her friends, during which she is the tough commander.
* Brainwashed: She was briefly put under Yuri's mind control power which meant that he could decide her every action. As such, she rebelled against the student council along with a lot of the other students. He later lifted the power off-screen, so her reactions to what she did aren't known.
* ComedicUnderwearExposure: At the first ceremony, Rika flips up her skirt as part of her TimeFreezeTrollingSpree.
* CovertPervert: She is secretly a YaoiFangirl, as confirmed by Yamada copying Kotori's mind-reading power.
* DemotedToExtra: After losing her witch power, she is pretty much out of the picture. She remains friends with Yamada, and she makes cameos now and then, but that's all there is to her role now. Her only plot-relevant appearance is still a fairly short one - when it's revealed that she's the victim of Yuri's power.
* DePower: She loses her power after the ceremony and becomes a normal student.
* DramaticGunCock: She does it to threaten her two friends - who are not brainwashed - to help her rallying against the student council. How she got the gun is anyone's guess.
* DrillSergeantNasty: How she fancies herself towards others when she's using her power.
* EatingLunchAlone: She's seen eating dinner alone during the summer camp - she does have two friends to eat with, though, but admits that she initially doesn't feel comfortable communicating with people without using telepathy which is probably why she is alone.
* FaceHeelTurn: When she is mind-controlled, she fights against Yamada and the student council and even uses the possibility to insult him. She turns back again after Yuri lifts the mind-control power off-screen.
* GoofyPrintUnderwear: She wears a pair of teddy bear panties at the first ceremony.
* GymClassHell: She, as well as Tsurukawa and Kameda, considered the ball game of their first year to be an unbearable experience.
* HiddenDepths: She is a very good manga artist and helps the Supernatural Studies Club record some of their future visions by drawing them.
* HotWitch: She is good-looking and a witch, so it's inevitable.
* LoveConfession: One of the first love confessors in the series - when she admits to Yamada that she has feelings for him, only to find out that she... doesn't really.
* LovingAShadow: Falls in love with Shiraishi in Yamada's body - in other words, she falls in love with a person that technically doesn't exist.
* NiceGirl: When her telepathy alter ego doesn't rear its ugly head, she's a fairly nice and gentle girl.
* NoSell: As a witch, she is immune to other witch powers except for the seventh witch's powers.
* OneOfTheBoys: Her two friends from the manga club that she's always seen with are boys, and except for briefly talking with Shiraishi (who she thought was Yamada), she isn't shown interacting with girls a lot.
* OutOfFocus:
** She's the witch who has the least overall impact on the first witch war. Outside of her own arc, she only gets plot-relevant appearances when she helps the Supernatural Studies Club record Sarushima's visions and at the very end when she participates in the ceremony.
** Along with Sarushima, she is extremely out of focus after the first witch war.
* PersonalityPowers: Her telepathy power derives from how she used to be too shy to open her mouth and talk normally to other people, so she got another way to communicate.
* PsychicNosebleed: One of the first clues to her telepathy power before it is fully revealed. She doesn't usually get a nosebleed when she's using telepathy, only when she's overexerting her mind.
* TheQuietOne: Yamada never heard her say anything before he found out about her power. He speculates that this was the reason she got the telepathy power so that she could communicate with others in that way.
* TheRival: She has apparently become one to Yamada in that they're the two students who get the worst grades, but still compete to surpass one another.
* SchoolUniformsAreTheNewBlack: She wears her school uniform throughout the whole of the summer camp even though uniforms don't seem to be mandatory here.
* SequentialArtist: She's a member of the manga club and has been called upon for visualizing ideas by drawing them. In the epilogue, she's an employed mangaka. Her artstyle is slightly more shojo-like (reminiscent of Manga/SailorMoon or Manga/TheRoseOfVersailles) than Miki Yoshikawa's own artstyle, though.
* ShrinkingViolet: Shy, nervous and guarded when she doesn't use telepathy.
* SingleWomanSeeksGoodMan: Other than ambiguous sexuality, this is probably the reason she prefers Shiraishi in Yamada's body to Yamada in Yamada's body. Of course, Yamada is just as nice as Shiraishi when you get to know him, but he is more rough-and-tumble than the gentle and quiet Shiraishi.
* SmartPeopleWearGlasses: Inverted; she wears glasses, but she doesn't do very well in school and her grades are even worse than Yamada's.
* SplitPersonality: Her telepathy personality and her regular personality are so drastically different that it starts to approach this level. Furthermore, it isn't established if she even knows about her personality change.
* SuddenSequelHeelSyndrome: Her first plot-relevant appearance in the second witch war involves her rebelling against Yamada and the student council because she has been put under Yuri's mind control power.
* SugarAndIcePersonality: Her standard timid personality is the sugar side, and her DrillSergeantNasty telepathy personality is the ice side.
* TaremeEyes: She has these and is usually shy as typical of the trope, though her telepathy persona doesn't fit the bill.
* Telepathy: Her power. If she imagine one or more persons clearly in her mind, she can send them telepathic messages and pictures.
* TookALevelInBadass: Of the mental kind. At the start of her arc, she is extremely shy and can barely speak her mind at all when she's not using telepathy. At the end, she has the guts to admit to Yamada's face that she's in love with him - without using telepathy.
* YaoiFangirl: She writes Miyamura/Yamada BL steamy fiction in her head. Oh, and she throws Kurosaki in for a good measure. (Which, comically enough, is not that far from the truth.)

The fourth witch to be revealed, she was initially not going to school because she was afraid of being framed for arson, but when Yamada prevented the fire, she went back to school. She has the power of precognition - every time she kisses someone, she gets a glimpse of the future from their perspective.

Like the other original witches, she loses her power permanently after the ceremony.

In the manga and anime series, she is not known to be a member of any clubs, though in the OVA’s, she’s on the cheerleading team.

Ten years later, in the epilogue, she's a professional model and fashion designer.
----
* AdaptationPersonalityChange: She is more serious and modest in the live-action drama, making it less believable that she would be comfortable with kissing anyone for a greeting. Given that she still has some cheerful moments, it may be that her actress chooses to portray her that way rather than she is purposely written that way.
* AnimalMotifs: Monkeys. Her last name means "monkey island", she has some personality traits associated with stereotypical monkeys, and she is shown on a cover page as a JunglePrincess surrounded by monkeys.
* BackForTheFinale: In the first part of the story. She doesn't appear for a long time after the search for the seventh witch begins (except for a brief cameo when she doesn't recognize Yamada after the memory wipe), but returns when Yamada restores her memories and wants her to take part in the ceremony.
* BeCarefulWhatYouWishFor: As a witch power is derived from the witch's desire, whatever she wished for certainly bites her back.
* BlessedWithSuck: Her power has come in useful in a couple of cases, but usually she doesn't want to know the future as if it's something good, it takes away the joy of expectation, and if it's something bad, it just makes waiting for it even worse.
* BookDumb: She was one of the students taking make-up courses, meaning she probably gets bad grades. Even outside of academia, she can a bit ditzy, though not overly so.
* BrotherSisterIncest: It seems like she regularly kisses her brother - how else would she have had the vision of Yamada visiting her (and later, the vision of Yamada taking his clothes off)? Of course, due to the habits she picked up during her stay abroad, she probably doesn't see kissing as something sexual or intimate.
* CassandraTruth: In the bad future in which she is blamed as the arsonist, nobody ever believes her words. This also naturally applies to those who don't know or believe that she can see the future.
* CharacterDevelopment: A fairly subtle case. Prior to her meeting with Yamada, Sarushima only used her power for her own gain; mainly, she used her power to see when there was an exam, but never bothered to tell her friends so that she could achieve a high score alone (albeit a bit downplayed). This is made more clear when her memories of Yamada are erased by Rika; now, she clearly abuses her power to do the aforementioned.
* ComedicUnderwearExposure: At the first ceremony, Rika flips up her skirt as part of her TimeFreezeTrollingSpree.
* CuddleBug: When she doesn't kiss people to show affection, she loves to hug them.
* CursedWithAwesome: She ends up being BlessedWithSuck instead, but at the start, her witch power is actually an asset to her as it helps her do better in school among other things.
* DemotedToExtra: After losing her witch power, she is pretty much out of the picture. She remains friends with Yamada, and she makes cameos now and then, but that's all there is to her role now.
* DePower: She loses her power after the ceremony and becomes a normal student.
* FirstNameBasis: She generally calls other girls by their first name.
* GamerChick: She is shown playing video games in her first appearance, though she loses badly to Miyamura.
* GenkiGirl: Sometimes. Especially noteworthy is her jumping around and Squeeing when she finds out that she is gonna lose her power in a near future.
* TheGenericGirl: Except for a few selected quirks, she is more normal than the other witches, which was sort of the point with her; the student council couldn't figure out why she suddenly stopped going to school since she was your average girl with friends and no penchant for trouble. Throughout much of the series, she acts like a nice GirlNextDoor type to Yamada.
* GirlyGirlWithATomboyStreak: While she's generally one of the more girly witches, being sweet and bubbly, her personal fashion style is not particularly feminine. She practically only wears tanktops and shorts in her spare time, and her hair is always done up in a pony-tail (and cut completely short in the epilogue).
* TheGlomp: She gives Yamada an unexpected and tackling hug when she thanks him for helping her prevent the fire.
* GratuitousEnglish: She speaks fluent English, and in the anime, she says many simpler phrases like "what are you doing?" in English for no apparent reason.
* GratuitousItalian: In the epilogue, she switches to this from GratuitousEnglish and greets everyone by saying "ciao".
* HeadTurningBeauty: While Shiraishi is more wholesomely beautiful, Sarushima is considered to be the sexiest of the witches. Her model proportions have distracted Yamada more than once.
* HiddenHeartOfGold: Briefly when she meets Yamada and Miyamura. She acts like she's really lazy and selfish and orders Yamada and Miyamura to do a lot of work for her, apparently in the hope that she'll make Miyamura leave her house so that she can talk alone to Yamada. It doesn't work since Miyamura himself is too lazy to do any work, but stays anyway.
* Hikikomori: Subverted. Miyamura thinks she's one because she never comes to school and didn't show herself the few times he visited her house with the student council. However, when Yamada and Miyamura meet her, she is returning home from shopping, meaning that the reason Miyamura didn't see her probably is that she spends a lot of time outside of her house.
* HotWitch: She is good-looking and a witch, so it's inevitable.
* IJustWantToBeNormal: Even though all the witches are BlessedWithSuck to some degree, she's the one who expresses the most frustration about her power and a wish to have it disappear - because she is so kiss-crazy, and it is a bit annoying to see your future every time you kiss.
* InSeriesNickname: Her friends in class (and sometimes Itou) call her "Sarushi".
* JunglePrincess: She is drawn as one on her EasternZodiac cover page, sitting in a rainforest tree, wearing a FurBikini, and being surrounded by monkeys.
* LasciviousBeautyMark: She's a flirtatious and kiss-crazy girl who happens to have a beauty mark next to her mouth. (Or had in her first few chapters, until Yoshikawa eventually forgot to draw it)
* MasterOfTheMixedMessage: Unlike many of the other witches, it's a bit more ambiguous if she's in love with Yamada or not. She's very affectionate with him, but she is very affectionate and touchy-feely with all of her friends. There is a moment when she implies that she wants to kiss Yamada a lot more when she has lost her ability, but it could still be out of friendship rather than romance.
* MeaningfulName: While Maria is a Japanese name, it is also a Western name that means "wished-for child", "beloved", "love", and "star of the sea", referring to her being friendly and popular. Her surname Sarushima means "island of monkey", referring to her playful personality.
* MissionControl: In her own arc, she functions as this together with Itou. Yamada takes the active role distracting Tsubaki, Sarushima and Itou are at the school providing visions, and Miyamura and Shiraishi are intermediaries.
* MsFanservice: She is curvy (to the point of being a model), flirty and wears reasonably skimpy outfits in her spare time.
* NiceGirl: She's one of the friendliest characters in the series and generally the most sociable, well-adjusted and accommodating of the witches. (At least before Shiraishi gets some CharacterDevelopment)
* NoSenseOfPersonalSpace: Apparently a bad habit she picked up during her long stay in a foreign (English-speaking) country. Not only does she like getting too close at people she's talking with, she also French kisses as her default form of kissing (even platonic kisses), and she hugs others with barely any prompt.
* NonStandardCharacterDesign: She's one of the few characters to deviate from the standard hairstyle Yoshikawa uses for her female characters - long bangs and long locks in front of the ears. In Sarushima's case, she doesn't have long bangs.
* NoSell: As a witch, she is immune to other witch powers except for the seventh witch's powers and her own if someone with the copy power uses it against her.
* OutOfFocus: In the first witch war, she doesn't get as much focus and characterization as most of the other witches though she is more important than Otsuka because she helps set up the last arc. In the second witch war, she is the one of the original witches who has the least amount of screen-time.
* PluckyGirl: Even though she was a little troubled by the thought of the upcoming fire, she generally kept up her spirits, constantly hoping there would be a way to prevent it, and even being nice to Yamada even though she stayed home partly to avoid him because she would be blamed for the fire along with him.
* ThePollyanna: Along with her PluckyGirl traits, she is a quite optimistic person.
* QuietCryForHelp: When Yamada leans in to copy her power, thinking she's asleep, she lets go of her heart-of-gold-hiding facade and whispers "help me", referring to the upcoming fire.
* RoseHairedSweetie: She has pink hair and is just all-around good-natured and cheery.
* Seers: She has the power of precognition. It's fairly specific: She only sees her own future, and only from the kissee's point of view. She also only sees a fairly short glimpse of the future - not longer visions.
* StatuesqueStunner: She is quite tall, a head taller than many of the other girls, and she is attractive enough to win a modeling contest. The OVA's also made her a cheerleader.
* TaremeEyes: She has them and is a NiceGirl.
* TheTease: Comes with a lot of sexual insinuations towards Yamada - even though she is one of the few witches who are (probably) not in love with him.
* TokenGoodTeammate: She's not the only friendly witch, but she's the only one of her group who acted completely nice from the start - unlike the others, she was never antagonistic, aloof or cautious towards Yamada.
* UnwittingInstigatorOfDoom: It is because of her giving Yamada a random goodbye kiss that entire trial with the seventh witch takes place. Yamada sees a future in which Tamaki is the student council president, and Shiraishi is unhappy because she is his secretary. He desperately wants to change the future and make Miyamura the president by finding the seventh witch, and he does succeed, but when she does what he thought would never happen - erases his friends' memories of him - things take a dark turn...

The fifth witch to be revealed, she is one of the more nasty ones of the lot, trying to have the witches thrown out for her group to take over their powers and (apparently) blackmailing other students to gain advantages - at least until Yamada helps her, just like with the others. Her power is the opposite of Sarushima's - when she kisses someone, she can see a traumatic part of their past (though only in the form of a dream).

Like the other original witches, she loses her power permanently after the ceremony.

Ten years later, in the epilogue, she attends Yamada and Shiraishi's wedding, showing that she still keeps in touch with them, though it isn't known what she's otherwise up to.
----
* AbandonedCatchphrase: She doesn't use her "annoying and gross" CharacterCatchphrase anymore from the second witch war and onward. Makes perfect sense since she doesn't at all consider Yamada to be annoying and gross anymore.
* AbhorrentAdmirer: Becomes one to Yamada after her introductory arc. It only gets worse in later chapters when she chases him around the school.
* AdaptationalBackstoryChange: She is a FormerChildStar in the live-action drama which adds to her sorrows and is the main source of her being bullied.
* AllOfTheOtherReindeer: She became a victim of bullying a few days after she started high school, and she got even more unpopular when she became the ringleader of the trouble-making group of first year students. Fortunately, she seems to have lived it down since.
* AloneInACrowd: The anime invokes this picture to show her feeling of powerlessness when she couldn't help her friends. While a faceless crowd is gathering around her friends, making fun of them, she's seen standing alone in her own empty circle.
* AlternateCatchphraseInflection: The last time she says her CharacterCatchphrase "annoying and gross", she says it affectionately and with a heart in her speech bubble to signify that she thinks it's cute instead of stalkerish when Yamada knows a lot about her.
* AlwaysSaveTheGirl: When Odagiri prepares the witches for the first ceremony, Noa makes it clear that she's only helping out for Yamada's sake and doesn't really care about what happens to the others.
* AngryCollarGrab: She does this to Yamada when he pushes her BerserkButton by saying her friends were stupid for making themselves outcasts.
* AntiVillain: While she's a villain in her introduction arc and doesn't act very nicely towards our main characters, she cannot be said to be a bad person since she did everything she did for her friends.
* ArcVillain: The first real one of the series as she makes life hard for Supernatural Studies Club, the student council and the other witches in the arc leading to the cultural festival.
* ArtsyBeret: She puts on a beret when she tries to teach Ushio about the art of writing poetry.
* AscendedExtra: For the most of the second part of the story, she's heavily DemotedToExtra, but when she finally makes a return beyond a cameo, she becomes this, though it's zigzagged exactly how much screen-time she has. At first, she starts to fill out a main character role along with Yamada and Miyamura, appearing in almost every chapter - and as such gets more screen-time than she did in the first part of the story. Her screen-time decreases a bit later, but she is still pretty important in-universe, being the spotter of the new seventh witch. And then she becomes the new president of the Supernatural Studies Club, though that turns it to be a subversion since the series ends before her presidency can give her any importance.
* BackForTheFinale: In the first part of the story. She doesn't appear for a long time after informing Yamada of the seventh witch's possible identity, but returns when Yamada restores her memories and wants her to take part in the ceremony.
* BadPowersGoodPeople: Her power to see others' traumatic pasts actually is the darkest power of her group: you basically grasp people's weakest point in their life and Noa originally planned to do this to Saeko, Ren and Keigo (whom she, at the time, believed to be the culprits who bullied her and locked her in the club house storeroom). Fortunately, Noa went through CharacterDevelopment enough to avert this, and instead chose to use her power to help people in need.
* BackToBackBadasses: Entirely PlayedForLaughs, but she and Miyamura take this position when they're about to attack Ushio with medieval weapons pulled out of Hammerspace thin air.
* BatmanGambit: Pulls off a small-scale one to have Kaori kiss Yamada (so that he can use the mind control power on her). She makes sure to show Yamada extra amounts of affection when Kaori is secretly watching, and then she starts to watch Kaori and Yamada when they're alone together so that Kaori can deduce that she has a thing for him. Next thing, Kaori - who formerly considered Yamada gross - consents to kiss Yamada just to make Noa hurt and jealous.
* BerserkButton: It ticks her off a lot when people make assumptions about or criticize her friends without knowing what they've been through.
* BlessedWithSuck: Even though her power indirectly had her make friends, seeing others' traumatic pasts isn't exactly a good thing, especially when it's through a sleep-depriving nightmare...
* BrattyHalfPint: A bit older than most examples, but she is one year younger than most of the witches (and younger-looking), and she's certainly got quite an attitude.
* BreakoutCharacter: Her return to the story to be the guinea pig of Yuri's power was very well-received by fans, and soon she got promoted to main cast status for a while.
* BrokenTears: The chapter where Yamada gets through to her ends with her breaking down crying because she feels utterly helpless in regards to saving her friends.
* BroomstickQuarterstaff: She tries to use brooms to fight Dark Takuma.
* CharacterCatchPhrase: "Annoying and gross", mostly towards Yamada. When swooning over him later in the series, she changes it to "annoying, gross, and cute".
* CharacterTics: Not seen in her introduction arc, but in later chapters, she has a weird tendency to constantly bend her arms and hold them in front of herself with her hands hanging loosely, almost as if she was doing a T-rex impression.
* TheChessmaster: If she was able to arrange for Tsubaki to burn the old school building down after being rejected by Shiraishi - and having Sarushima be present at the same time - she must be a very meticulous planner. It's an InformedAbility, though, since we don't know how she would have done it. Her other plans are cunning, but not quite chessmaster level.
* ClingyJealousGirl: After chapter 147, she fumes and tries to one-up whenever Yamada talks to Kaori.
* CombatPragmatist: A defense pragmatist, to be exact. She is willing to do anything from scratching like a cat to throwing with books in order to make people stop bothering her.
* ComedicUnderwearExposure: At the second ceremony, Nancy flips up her skirt as part of her TimeFreezeTrollingSpree. Her underwear is also exposed by Rika at the first ceremony, but that's off-screened.
* CommonalityConnection: She and Miyamura bond over a shared interest in science-related things - and of course, over shared crushes on Yamada and a shared love for messing with him.
* CoolBigSis: Hotaru and Hikaru come to see her as this when she becomes the new president of the Supernatural Studies Club because she has lots of attitude but is also able to be sweet and caring when she wants to.
* CranialEruption: She gets one almost the size of the rest of her head when Yamada headbutts her in a mistaken attempt to use Yuri's power on her.
* CryIntoChest: She cries into Yamada's chest when Yamada finally gets through to her, and she asks him to help her friends.
* DarkAndTroubledPast: She was being bullied through the first months of her first year, to the point of being locked inside a room so that she couldn't leave the summer camp. Furthermore, her conscience was weighed down by three of the nicest and most popular first-year students being blamed for locking her up and becoming hated and unpopular.
* DeathGlare: She gives Miyamura one when he doesn't take the whole Yamada/Shiraishi/Himekawa problem seriously and instead starts playing with soap bubbles.
* DefrostingIceQueen: In a similar vein to Odagiri. She is quite a piece of work when Yamada first meets her, but is soon as defrosted as she could ever be.
* DemotedToComicRelief: Her sad backstory makes her introduction arc one of the more dramatic arcs of the series, and her role is also played moderately seriously during Kaori's arc, but in the remainder of the series she - despite actually getting a decent amount of screentime - mostly just pops up whenever her silly antics can draw some comedy.
* DemotedToExtra: For a long while after losing her witch power, she was basically out of the picture except for cameos and the scene when she introduces Yamada to Konno. She finally makes a major return when the student council needs a test subject for Yuri's power, and she hangs around Yamada and Miyamura for a long while.
* DePower: She loses her power after the ceremony and becomes a normal student.
* DespairSpeech: She gives one to Yamada, ending with BrokenTears, about how she tried again and again to help her friends, but eventually felt she couldn't do anything.
* DullEyesOfUnhappiness: The shine of her eyes disappears when she tries to infiltrate the Japanese chess club and the one who welcomes her is Kaori, her old bully.
* EarlyInstallmentCharacterDesignDifference: Other than her pigtails and childish tendency to suck on lollipops, she looked very much her age when she first appeared - compared to later on where she looks at least a few years younger. Her pigtails were also weirder-looking, being huge and bushy.
* EnemyScan: As a spotter, she can tell which people are witches and witch-killers, and their location, by seeing them as dots on a map in her brain.
* EyelidPullTaunt: She has been seen doing this while teasing Yamada.
* TheFakeCutie: Downplayed (especially in later chapters) as she is a cute young girl and is not a bad person, but she's not quite as innocent and harmless as her initial facade would have you believe.
* Familiar: Being Yamada's, and later Ushio's, new spotter, she functions as a human version of this, since she is the only one beyond other witch-killers who is able to remember them when they use their copied/stolen amnesia ability.
* FirstNameBasis: She is for some reason one of the few people that Yamada refer to by their first names. Most other characters are on LastNameBasis with her, though.
* Flanderization: Since her arc ended, and she fell in love with Yamada, her personality has mostly degenerated into being Yamada's infatuated fan/stalker. She does show some of her old personality traits again, for example her slyness, when she becomes plot-relevant again.
* FlashbackNightmare: Her power essentially invokes this trope. Except that it's not a nightmare about her own past, but about the kissee's troubled past.
* FlippingTheBird: She likes to do this gesture when she's feeling particularly rude.
* FormerChildStar: Her background in the live-action drama where the bullying of her started because she was considered ridiculous for holding onto her acting glory and was subjected to a mean prank. Her most famous role was that of Theatre/Annie, and she still holds onto the "Tomorrow" song when her life gets hard.
* AFriendInNeed: She was willing to sacrifice anything and make herself hated in order to help her friends getting their old lives back.
* TheGadfly: She likes teasing and otherwise messing with Yamada, like refusing to give him information only to tell him when she's had fun with seeing him pissed off or desperate.
* GenderBlenderName: In the original Japanese edition where her name is romanized "Noah". While "Noa" without the H can be used as for girls, "Noah" is almost exclusively a male name.
* GenkiGirl: She gradually becomes this after her introduction arc, in line with becoming a more cheerful person - in later appearances, she is much more energetic and silly than Yamada.
* GettingTheBoot: She is brutally (but amusingly) thrown out of the Japanese chess club head-first by Hagiwara when he realizes she's trying to infiltrate them.
* GirlishPigtails: Her default hairstyle which fits with her looking young and being somewhat bratty and sassy.
* GirlsLoveStuffedAnimals: Going by her reaction to a stuffed rabbit Yamada sewed, she loves them quite a lot.
* GodivaHair: Combined with SceneryCensor during her shower scene. A lock of her hair covers her left nipple, while she holds her towel in a way so that it covers the rest of her private areas.
* GoofyPrintUnderwear: She owns a pair of teddy bear panties and wears polka-dotted panties at the second ceremony.
* GuestStarPartyMember: She's part of the main character team along with Yamada and Miyamura from the time of the abolishment of the student council to the end of the second witch war.
* GuileHero: She hasn't lost her slyness from when she was still a trouble-maker. She successfully manipulates Kaori and also messes with Yamada once in a while.
* HappyDance: She does one when her plan of making Kaori kiss Yamada worked.
* HeelFaceTurn: She starts out as a not-so-pleasant villain, but ends up as a friend and suitor of Yamada's.
* HeroismIncentive: A RunningGag is how she often tries to invoke this trope, saying that she’ll only help Yamada if he, in return, goes on a date with her or something similar. Part of the gag is that she is persuaded to help him anyway without a reward, or that they both forget about the reward after she helped him.
* HiddenDepths: She's shown to be a bit of a science geek when she hangs out with Miyamura and quickly finds common ground with him by building various Rube Goldberg-like contraptions.
* HidingBehindYourBangs: Her bangs cover her right eye, and she is very secretive in her introduction arc. In later arcs, she is generally much more open about her feelings and intentions, but still represents the trope by how she can be incredibly cunning.
* HighPressureEmotion: When Yamada pushes her against a wall (granted, it was to persuade her to give him information, not for the reason she would have liked), she gets so flustered that her face blows steam.
* HopelessSuitor: Yamada has never had even the slightest interest in her, but that doesn't make her stop wooing him.
* HotWitch: Borders on this and CuteWitch since she is younger and smaller than the other witches, but is still not a child and sometimes considered to be sexually attractive.
* HugeGuyTinyGirl: After becoming Ushio's spotter and having formed together the Poetry club, they have essentially become a duo, that and Ushio is the tallest student with a confirmed height, while Noa is the shortest student with a confirmed height.
* HyperAwareness: She is generally very observant, and it shows when she almost automatically can tell that her friends aren't her real friends, but instead Yamada, Miyamura and Tsubaki in their bodies.
* HypocriticalHumor: Right after throwing a somewhat pathetic, weeping tantrum, she claims that she is not a child.
* IllKillYou: She comically threatens to kill Miyamura when he teases her that he is Yamada's spotter, while she's only Ushio's spotter.
* ImprobableHairstyle: Not that the pigtails themselves are impossible, but how does she manage to make them defy gravity the way they do?
* InconsistentSpelling: Her first name is written in katakana, suggesting that it may be of foreign origin. In basically all foreign-language translations, it's romanized as "Noa" (a common Japanese girl's name), but in one of Yoshikawa's Twitter posts, it is actually romanized as "Noah" (which is, obviously, neither a Japanese name or a standard girl's name).
* JerkWithAHeartOfGold: She's originally not exactly a very nice person to those who aren't her friends - for example, trying to get the witches thrown out of school. Despite any jerkassery she might have had at first, she cares tremendously about those she considers to be her friends. Later, she takes a level in kindness, but she still hasn't lost her edge.
* LettingHerHairDown: When Yamada, using Yuri's power, enters her mind and controls her thoughts, he makes her do this since he thinks it looks prettier on her.
* LighterAndSofter: Her background in the live-action drama is quite toned down - from being a victim of serious bullying and having her conscience agonize her because she thinks she made her friends outcasts, to just being a victim of a single stage prank.
* LightningGlare: With Miyamura while they argue who had the most romantic kiss with Yamada.
* LovableSexManiac: She is definitely Yamada's most (openly) physical suitor, regularly moaning and drooling around him, clinging closely to him and coming up with all sorts of innuendos towards him. Even before she fell in love with him, she was a tease towards him. The "lovable" part comes from how she is still one of his good friends despite acting a bit too close for his liking.
* LoveConfession: Gives one to Yamada at the end of her arc, probably being the most casual love confession in the entire series - later on, she is also much more open and non-awkward about her love for Yamada than any other character.
* LoveMakesYouDumb: At first, she is generally calm and one of the series’ more sneaky antagonists. After falling in love with Yamada, she becomes a great deal more silly (though she can still be clever and sneaky if she needs to be).
* MadLove: When told that Yamada already has a girlfriend: "It doesn't matter because I'm gonna be [his] wife!". She actually believes, or at least insists, that she has become his wife when she becomes his spotter.
* MouthyKid: Sometimes, she’s a BrattyHalfPint, and sometimes, she’s this trope, as she often has good points, even while keeping her bratty attitude.
* NonUniformUniform: She wears thigh stockings instead of the standard knee stockings of the Suzaku school uniform.
* NoSell: As Yamada's and later Ushio's spotter, their memory wipe power has no effect on her. Her memory can probably be wiped by other seventh witches, though.
* NoSenseOfPersonalSpace: Whenever she’s around Yamada, she likes to cling to him very tightly. Some of the time, she doesn’t seem to get that it’s annoying him, but most of the time, she just couldn’t care less.
* NotAfraidOfYouAnymore: When she first meets Kaori, her former bully, at the Japanese chess club, Noa acts uncharacteristically meek around her. When Kaori's own insecurities come to light, Noa drops the politeness and nervousness, starts taunting Kaori back and says that she would have wanted to take revenge if Kaori weren't so pathetic.
* NotSoDifferentRemark: Shiraishi points out that Noa and Yamada aren’t all that different when it comes to their good hearts; they both tried to use a witch power for somewhat selfish reasons and ended up being close friends with people they thought were their enemies.
* ObfuscatingStupidity: She will often pretend to be cutesy, innocent and naïve, but she really is quite intelligent and one of the more cunning characters in the series.
* OddFriendship: She becomes close with Ushio after the second witch war, especially after they found the poetry club together. It's an unexpected friendship since they not only have very different personalities, but also had a very unfriendly first encounter (when Noa tried to infiltrate the Japanese chess club), and Ushio initially considered her to be annoying when she became his and Yamada's spotter.
* OlderThanSheLooks: After ArtEvolution, she looks more like she's around 12, but she's actually 16 (15 at her introduction).
* OneOfTheBoys: Her only female friend in her initial four-student clique is fairly tomboyish, and the only other girl she's been seen interacting with is Kaori who she, to put it mildly, has a frenemy relationship with. Otherwise, she has grown closest to the guys, namely Yamada, Miyamura, Ushio, and the Suzuhara twins.
* OOCIsSeriousBusiness: In stressful situations, she tends to either keep her cool or cover up her insecurities by being silly or flirty, so when she acts genuinely upset, you know that things are bad, for example when she begged Yamada to help her friends, and when Tamaki was almost losing the president election to Ichijo.
* OralFixation: She is often seen with a lollipop in her mouth.
* OrnamentalWeapon: She carries a wooden katana when joining Yamada and Ushio in scaring Hikaru's bullies away - but when she's actually facing one of the bullies, she fights with her fists.
* PervertedDrooling: Sometimes happens when she is at her most lustful - for example, when she gets to sleep in Yamada's bed (even if it's without Yamada himself in it).
* PintSizedPowerhouse: She may be small, but she's far from a weakling - she beats up Tamaki and later one of Hikaru's bullies without any effort, and when Yamada had to subdue her and carry her out of the school, she also gave him a lot of resistance.
* PluckyComicRelief: In later arcs, she often just pops in to lighten up the mood with some silly love antics. A bit ironic given that her introduction arc was generally darker than the other early arcs.
* ThePollyanna: In the live-action drama, she keeps clinging to hope by singing the "Tomorrow" song to herself. Averted in the manga and anime where she - after having her plans thwarted - had all but given up hope for herself and her friends until Yamada reached out to her.
* PottyFailure: The part of her DarkAndTroubledPast that Yamada focuses the most on is that she wet herself when she was locked inside a classroom for hours with no access to a bathroom.
* PragmaticHero: When she's not being a GuileHero, she's usually this; it probably comes from how she was a WellIntentionedExtremist when she was a villain. She generally seems perfectly comfortable with ruthlessly forcing uncooperative people to do something she and Yamada need them to do.
* PsychicRadar: Her spotter power doesn't only make her able to register the witches' presence and locations from a distance.
* PutTheirHeadsTogether: A variation; when Yamada and Ushio are arguing, she smashes their heads together to make them stop and get along.
* RapidFireFisticuffs: She defeats one of Hikaru's bullies with a series of extremely quick punches.
* RedEyesTakeWarning: She has red eyes and was quite the troublemaker at the start. She can still be mischievous.
* ReformedButNotTamed: She has a lot of attitude and cunning, and that part doesn't change just because she goes from an ArcVillain to a friend of Yamada's.
* SavvyGuyEnergeticGirl: Becomes this with Ushio in the poetry club. He's the somber poet, and she's the silly GenkiGirl who thinks up ideas to have fun.
* Seers: She sees the kissee's past through nightmares.
* SelfProclaimedLoveInterest: Self-Proclaimed Spouse, actually. She insists, after becoming Yamada's spotter, that the traits of a spotter - being always able to remember him and being able to track his exact location - makes her his wife, and an ideal one of that.
* ShamelessFanserviceGirl: She was about to strip naked without a care in the middle of the schoolyard in one of her attempts to one-up Kaori.
* ShipperOnDeck: Chapter 174 indicates that she has become one to Ushio and Odagiri, playfully teasing him that he’s too scared to approach Odagiri. Chapter 215 confirms that it's the case, but that she mostly ships them for her own amusement.
* ShowerScene: A brief one when Yamada uses the manipulation power on her the first time.
* SingleTargetSexuality: Her attention in that department is directed at Yamada, and Yamada only. At least until she founds the poetry club with Ushio and starts to get a bit of ShipTease with him, though it ultimately goes nowhere.
* SingleWomanSeeksGoodMan: She fell head over heels in love with Yamada when he showed his good side by going out of his way to help her and her friends.
* SmittenTeenageGirl: Her crush on Yamada is just a little bit crazy.
* StalkerWithACrush: She mercilessly exploits her witch power tracking ability as a spotter to constantly follow Yamada around, even when he thinks he has gotten rid of her.
* StalkingIsFunnyIfItIsFemaleAfterMale: Imagine the spotter situation being reversed: Yamada having an unrequited crush on Noa who already has a boyfriend, kissing her without her permission to become her spotter, declaring himself her husband, and constantly following her around because he can track her. Unlike Noa who's simply funny, Yamada would probably be seen as a major creep.
* StepfordSmiler: She's very often seen with a smug smile during her initial chapters, but she's soon revealed to actually not feel very well, because her past as a bully victim and her pangs of conscience of having made her friends unpopular are still bothering her.
* SweetTooth: Her favorite is lollipops, but even when she's seen eating someone else, it's almost always sugary stuff like chocolate or honey bread.
* SympathyForTheDevil: When Ushio, shortly before his HeelFaceTurn, admits how terrible Odagiri’s rejection made him feel, she can be seen on the sidelines with an expression that clearly spells sympathy.
* TargetSpotter: This is one of her purposes as a spotter along with being a human Familiar. She can relay the positions of the witches to Yamada or Ushio in case that they want to erase their memories.
* TheTease: Sometimes to Yamada in her introduction arc, especially during moments of insecurity. When she falls in love with him, she makes it clear that she would bed him given the chance instead of just teasing, and as such she becomes more of an AbhorrentAdmirer.
* ThirdPersonPerson: In the original Japanese edition, she always calls herself "Noa", probably to emphasize her childish facade.
* ThrowTheBookAtThem: She throws a book in Yamada’s head (which he thought was the witch notebook) when she tries to make him and his friends stop bothering her.
* TookALevelInCheerfulness: She was not a very happy person when Yamada met her, at best being a StepfordSmiler. After he helps her and her friends, she becomes a genuinely cheerful GenkiGirl.
* TookALevelInKindness: She's much easier to get along with in later arcs since she becomes happier, able to care about others than just her three friends, and less extreme in her approaches.
* TotallyRadical: In-universe example; she uses some awkward street slang (that nonetheless manages to surprise Yamada and Ushio) when pretending to be a delinquent.
* TrademarkFavoriteFood: Lollipops, at least if you're to consider them as food. She also loves other sweets.
* TreeCover: She hides behind a tree to pretend she's spying on Kaori, part of her BatmanGambit to have Yamada kiss Kaori.
* TsurimeEyes: She has them and is cunning and outgoing.
* UnkemptBeauty: Not usually - she does fix herself up for school - but she tries to invoke this trope when she mails Yamada a photo of herself who just woke up. Yamada is enticed for a brief moment, showing that she looks very good with bed hair and no make-up.
* WellIntentionedExtremist: Yeah, terrorizing the witches of the school is definitely extreme, but she only did it to help her friends so that they could take over the witches' powers and get better lives.
* WistfulAmnesia: When her memories of Yamada were wiped, she had what she describes as a “big, black hole” in her heart.
* TheWomanBehindTheMan: Yamazaki claims that she would have orchestrated Tsubaki’s accidental arson if Yamada and friends hadn’t prevented that specific future. It’s never specified how she would have done it, though.
* YourSizeMayVary: She was always a bit on the short side, but at the start, she was only a head shorter than Yamada at most, while in later chapters, she seems tiny and doesn’t even reach his shoulders.

The sixth witch to be revealed. However, she isn't a witch at first as the witch-killer Tamaki has stolen her power, thus her character arc is much shorter than the others. Her role in the first part of the story is mostly to act as Yamazaki's secretary and Dragon. Her former power is that she can make herself invisible to anyone she kisses.

Like the other original witches, she loses her power permanently after the ceremony.
----
* ActionGirl: Other than being Yamazaki's secretary, she also regularly acts as his bodyguard.
* AdaptationalHairstyleChange: Her long hair in the manga becomes a short bob in the live-action drama, somewhat similar to Akane Kikuchi's hairstyle later on in the manga. She also doesn't wear a hairband in the live-action drama.
* AdaptationalSympathy: In the manga, she's the only villain in the first witch war who really is a clear-cut villain - not cartoonily evil, since she is still just a high school student, but unlike Yamazaki and Rika, she doesn't have any reasons or excuses for what she's doing. In the live-action drama, while still introduced as a villain, she is painted in a more sympathetic light, given a FreudianExcuse (Yamazaki was the only one who seemed to respect her as a human being and not just see her as a girl), and she defects at the end. The manga first gives her a FreudianExcuse in the second witch war, which is slightly different.
* AffablyEvil: She is a pretty friendly girl as long as you don't mess with Yamazaki or the student council's schemes. And even if you do, she is still unfailingly polite - while torturing you.
* AloofDarkHairedGirl: She has long, dark violet hair, and even when she smiles and acts polite, she still gives off a reserved air that makes it clear that she’s not easy to approach.
* AttentionWhore: At least this is Miyamura's theory as to why she clings to powerful men and ditches them whenever they're not in a position of power anymore: she likes the attention that comes with their company. Debunked later; she actually hates attention.
* AxCrazy: She can be quite unhinged and tortures Yamada without warning.
* BadassAdorable: She is quite cute (when she's not torturing people, that is), but she's certainly not a weakling.
* TheBaroness: She has a very sadistic streak, and despite her proper demeanor, she is reserved and makes it clear that she is someone whose ways you shouldn't cross.
* BigBadDuumvirate: For the last short while of the second witch war, after Ushio does a HeelFaceTurn, she becomes this with Yuri. They aren't ever seen interacting but are the remaining leaders of the Japanese chess club.
* BitchInSheepsClothing: She has a friendly and very polite demeanor and an innocent-looking face, but make no mistake; she's one of the baddies, and she isn't afraid to show it.
* BondageIsBad: She is clearly into sexual sadism, as shown during her interrogation of Yamada.
* BoobsAndButtPose: She's shown in this posture on the cover of chapter 197 that depicts her as a harpy/siren.
* BookSmart: She has always gotten good grades without much effort, part of which has made her a (broken) ace student.
* BoundAndGagged: When she is needed for the ceremony, but is still an enemy who would never comply with that, the other witches ambush her, tie her up and put tape in front of her mouth. The tape is removed when Tamaki needs to kiss her to return her power.
* BrokenAce: When she started at Suzaku High; she was beautiful, smart, athletic and influential, so naturally she was popular and well-known among most students. But she didn't like this at all and would rather be a normal student.
* BrutalHonesty: Lampshaded by herself when she lists all of her own qualities that made other students see her as a perfect role model, after which Yamada asks her to humble herself a bit, and she replies she's just being honest.
* ChekhovsGunman: Debuts before most of the characters and appears from time to time as part of the student council, but she's not revealed to be a witch or even named until much, much later.
* ComedicUnderwearExposure: At the first ceremony, Rika flips up her skirt as part of her TimeFreezeTrollingSpree.
* CovertPervert: People have different reactions when under Odagiri's charm power, and Asuka shows that she is one of the more... physical victims. She even puts her hand down Yamada's pants at one point.
* CurtainsMatchTheWindow: Violet hair and violet eyes.
* CuteAndPsycho: For a surprisingly friendly person, she's also surprisingly fond of torture. The trope is exaggerated when Yamada uses Odagiri's power on her.
* DarkMistress: Yamada thinks she is this to Yamazaki, but he's probably not right, as even though Yamazaki's memories of Leona have been wiped, his feelings for her remain the same. The subject isn't brought up again after one short conversation, though. She confirms she isn't, but wouldn't mind to be.
* DePower: She loses her power after the ceremony and becomes a normal student.
* TheDragon: In the first witch war, she's Yamazaki's second-in-command and helps him complete his schemes.
* DynamicEntry: When Yamada and Tamaki try to disturb Yamazaki who's talking on the phone, she makes her entry with a powerful kick sending them flying into a wall.
* ElegantClassicalMusician: Along with being a naturally pretty and graceful girl, she's also revealed to be a skilled pianist.
* ExtremeDoormat: Implied. While she can be plenty badass and stand up for herself, it seems like she's only feeling comfortable when she has a boss to serve and obey, hence why she's been secretary to both Yamazaki and the former president, and wants to return the school to "the way that it used to be" in the second witch war. And then subverted: She's not really a doormat, she just doesn't like to get constant attention, and being the secretary of a more powerful person can help her avoid that.
* FlashStep: She can combine this with InASingleBound to suddenly disappear and one second later appearing several feet up in the air, on top of a shelf or similar.
* FreudianExcuse: Zigzagged:
** As something really unusual for this series, she is not given one for her actions in the first witch war. It is revealed that her first high school year wasn't very easy, and that she became an underling of Yamazaki to hide from unwanted attention, but nothing of that relates to the sadistic or malevolent behavior she would sometimes show towards Yamada. Apparently, her sadism is just a natural personality trait of hers.
** She is given one for the second witch war, though. She felt alone and empty after her term as student council secretary was over, and that's why she started the Japanese chess club with Ushio - she saw him as someone in the same boat and hoped that he could become a replacement for Yamazaki.
* HairColorDissonance: In color spreads, it's a bit hard to tell if she is supposed to have violet hair or black hair with a violet gleam. The cover of volume 17 and the anime seem to confirm it as violet, though.
* HeelFaceRevolvingDoor: During the first witch war, she regularly switches between good and evil depending on Yamada's actions and Yamazaki's schemes. In the second witch war, she's firmly a villain until the end, however.
* HimeCut: Sometimes. At other times, she parts her bangs at the sides.
* HotWitch: She is good-looking and a witch, so it's inevitable.
* HyperCompetentSidekick: Yamazaki says that having her as his secretary is the reason he has remained president, indicating that she may be more competent than him.
* IJustWantToBeNormal: In her past, she would rather be an ordinary student than stand out with all of her ace qualities. Ironically, this is probably the reason she got the witch power to make herself invisible and as such became even less ordinary.
* ImprovisedWeapon: She uses music stands as improvised clubs/swords when she tries to stop Yamada from interfering in her affairs.
* InASingleBound: She can jump very high to attack or evade attacks.
* KickChick: Her main way of defending herself and Yamazaki is with powerful kicks.
* KindnessButton: Given that she didn't like her own witch power, she is able to sympathize with those who also feel BlessedWithSuck about their powers. This is the reason she stopped torturing Yamada and temporarily helped him instead - because he told her he was there to get rid of Sarushima's power.
* LackOfEmpathy: Though she's eventually shown to not be an entirely bad person, Asuka seems to lack conventional empathy. Not only does she have sadistic traits, but she also helped Yamazaki (who in his amnesiac state was also an example of this trope) with opposing Yamada without caring much about or noticing Yamada's struggles, and later she is one of the instigators of the second witch war, but unlike Ushio and Yuri, she doesn't have any heartfelt wishes that she needs to fulfill through a ceremony - she just wants to pass time given that she's not Yamazaki's secretary anymore, and doesn't seem to care that what she's doing will turn the school upside down.
* LadyOfWar: Except for a few random panty shots, she generally looks very graceful when she fights.
* LovesTheSoundOfScreaming: As part of her sadism, she loved hearing Yamada yell out in pain when she tortured him, though she only showed her pleasure openly when put under the charm power.
* LoyalToThePosition: She's simply loyal to whoever has the power over the school at the moment. For a lot of the story, it was Yamazaki, but she was also the secretary of the former president. When Miyamura becomes president and doesn't include her in his student council, she starts to serve Ushio who can help her get back to the times when she had a president to run errands for.
* MasterActress: When she swapped bodies with Shiraishi, she had absolutely no trouble playing a perfect version of Shiraishi that didn't even fool Yamada until she purposefully let her facade slip.
* MsFanservice: She has panty shots in every longer scene she takes part in, not to mention the Chinese zodiac cover that shows her in a BoobsAndButtPose and a skimpy feather bikini.
* NiceJobFixingItVillain: In an indirect way, she is the one who rekindles Yamada and Ushio's friendship. If she hadn't been bored and lonely after the first witch war, looking for a replacement to Yamazaki, she wouldn't have started the Japanese chess club with Ushio who had been ditched by Odagiri at that point, and then Yamada and Ushio wouldn't have crossed paths again, as Ushio had probably just stayed a miserable loner for the rest of his time at Suzaku High.
* NightmareFetishist: She likes horror stories, as shown on the winter trip.
* NoSell: As a witch, she is immune to other witch powers except for the seventh witch's powers and her own if someone with the copy power uses it against her.
* NumberTwo: She is pretty indispensable as Yamazaki's right-hand woman.
* OriginsEpisode: Chapter 182 finally explains her motives and past.
* PerceptionFilter: Her power. She tricks her victim's brain into thinking she is invisible and intangible. There's also a small-scale LaserGuidedAmnesia involved: The victim seemingly forgets that they have been kissed by her (until reminded by a third party). So unlike Rika's power, they don't forget Asuka's existence, but they become unaware of the fact that she is now invisible to them.
* PerpetualSmiler: She's almost always seen with a slightly Mona Lisa-esque smile, but will look more angry if she loses her feeling of control over a situation.
* PunchClockVillain: While she still has a sadistic streak to her, she probably wouldn't have opposed Yamada and co. in the first part of the story if she wasn't a student council member who had to. The second part is another story...
* PutOnABus: She graduates from Suzaku High in chapter 183 and as such doesn't appear for the rest of the story.
* TheReasonYouSuckSpeech: She gives a fairly nasty (for her standards) one to Tamaki when he encounters him at the Japanese chess tournament. He gives her one right back, though.
* Sadist: Her torture session with Yamada proves she really enjoys inflicting pain on others, to the point of moaning.
* SexySecretary: She is the student council secretary, and she's very pretty and elegant (considered "foxy" by Yamada and Miyamura).
* SilkHidingSteel: Not of the benevolent version, but she acts like a ProperLady most of the time and yet is possibly the strongest character in the series, takes no shit from anyone but the president, and has a hidden sadistic side.
* SmallRoleBigImpact: In the first witch war, she is introduced fairly late in the game and only gets one longer scene to characterize her - but she is still a witch and as such integral to the ceremony as well as Yamazaki's trusted helper. In the second witch war, she doesn't appear much on-screen either, but is one of the masterminds in the villain group.
* SmartPeoplePlayChess: She is pretty smart and is good at Japanese chess (Tabletopgame/Shogi), enough to start a club based on it.
* SoftSpokenSadist: No, you wouldn't immediately guess that she is a sadist from her demeanor and polite way of speaking.
* StandardFemaleGrabArea: Subverted. Tamaki grabs her wrist when he's arguing with her, but she easily wrenches herself free.
* StealthExpert: Even though she doesn't her invisibility power most of the time, she still shades of this with how she was able to sneak in on Shiraishi to kiss her and can always appear from out of nowhere to kick Yamada.
* ThreePointLanding: She has mastered this technique along with her flying kicks.
* TokenEvilTeammate: She's the only witch of her group who doesn't have a FreudianExcuse for her less friendly acts in the first witch war and doesn't actually befriend Yamada. She's also the only one to continue doing bad things after the ceremony.
* TookALevelInJerkass: After joining the Japanese chess club. Before that, she was AffablyEvil, but in the second witch war she acts more like a FauxAffablyEvil SmugSnake. The first thing she does when catching Tamaki spying at a chess tournament is trash-talking him.
* TortureTechnician: Her torture methods (such as breaking people's fingers) seem less extreme than most other torture technicians, but they still hype her to be quite psychotic.
* UndyingLoyalty: Double-subverted. She is very loyal to Yamazaki, but isn't clingy, and such stopped being with him after their student council term. The fact that she started following Ushio instead made it seem like she was only interested in men with power, but no - her loyalty to Yamazaki still remained.
* WeakButSkilled: Just like Yamada, she manages to be an accomplished fighter in Shiraishi's weak and not very battle-hardened body, making it likely that her kicking power and agility comes from skill and not raw strength.

The seventh witch with the power to erase the memories of anyone who knows her name.

Like the other original witches, she loses her power permanently after the ceremony.

She is not a member of any clubs, but works closely together with the student council.

Ten years later, in the epilogue, she attends Yamada and Shiraishi's wedding, though it isn't known what she's otherwise up to.
----
* AdaptationalBackstoryChange: In the live-action drama, she is a friend of Leona's who researched the witches with her instead of being Yamazaki's admirer and Leona's love rival.
* AdaptationalComicRelief: She doesn't have much depth in the live-action drama and is really mostly there to be that silly girl who doesn’t wear underwear.
* AdaptationalHairstyleChange: In the live-action drama, she has shoulder-long hair like her manga counterpart, but she doesn't wear it in elaborate curls around the edges; she just wears it loose and somewhat disheveled. Justified because her manga hairstyle would be very difficult to reproduce in real life.
* AdaptationalHeroism: She's not a villain in the live-action drama, and neither is she working with the student council - she's indeed a fairly neutral character until she joins Yamada's side.
* AdaptationalJerkass: The anime doesn’t show Leona’s flashback, only briefly summarizes it, and as such Rika's reason for wiping the memories of Yamazaki and Leona isn’t given (unless viewers can figure it out themselves), making her seem much more petty.
* AffablyEvil: When she was a villain, she was very sweet and talkative, but still absolutely ruthless.
* AnimalMotifs: Foxes. She is a redhead, she flashes a PlayfulCatSmile (which also looks like a fox smile) during her first appearance, and when Yamada imagines Yamazaki as a raccoon dog - another cunning animal - he imagines Rika as a fox.
* AntiVillain: She isn't an outright bad person, but she is flawed, and the circumstances listed under FreudianExcuse are what made her cooperate with the student council. And because of her very strong Freudian Excuse, she is the witch who is quickest to turn over when Yamada offers her something better than her current life.
* BackForTheFinale: After being (mostly) PutOnABus after her graduation, she appears in the epilogue as a guest at Yamada and Shiraishi's wedding.
* BarbieDollAnatomy: In the anime, when her skirt flips up to show her lack of underwear, she doesn't have an ass crack, probably because that part is too risqué to show. Averted in the first OVA, where her anatomy is more realistic.
* BlessedWithSuck: Like with some of the other witch powers, her memory-erasing has come in useful at times (if not for herself, then for the student council), but most of the time, it just plain sucks to have people forget about you.
* TheBusCameBack: Almost 80 chapters after being PutOnABus, she makes a return, appearing in a way similar to her first introduction and asking Yamada to find out if Yamazaki likes her. It was only a short return, though, and she soon leaves the series permanently.
* CantActPervertedTowardALoveInterest: It's funny noticing how Yamazaki was the only one whose underwear she didn't look at during the ceremony.
* CharacterTics:
** She has an unexplained habit of lifting one of her legs whenever she's waving to people.
** She almost always puts a finger up to her mouth when pondering (or pretending to ponder) something.
* ClingyJealousGirl: Was this towards Yamazaki when he was just a normal student but close to Leona. So she set him up by telling him she was the seventh witch to ensure he would forget about Leona with her memory wiping powers.
* Cloudcuckoolander: She often shows herself to be quite the weirdo, including forgetting to put underwear on when going to school, wearing gloves only so she can look stylish when taking them off, and having all sorts of odd little CharacterTics.
* ConspicuousGloves: She always wears gloves, and when she takes them off... well, then one should probably worry, because then she is about to use her power. As later revealed, it's just for style points. She doesn't need to touch her victim (much less with her bare hands) to use her power.
* DarkAndTroubledPast: The period of time from when she became the seventh witch and was all alone and forgotten with a life she found to be meaningless and until Yamazaki reached out a helping hand to her.
* DeathGlare: She sent one to Leona in the latter’s flashback in order to show that she only joined the Supernatural Studies Club to be with Yamazaki and was not interested in having anything to do with Leona.
* DemotedToExtra: After losing her witch power, she is mostly out of the picture. She plays a bit of a role on the first trip of the new student council when she and Yamazaki tell the group of the new witches, but after that her role ceases until a couple of chapters before her graduation.
* DePower: She loses her power after the ceremony and becomes a normal student.
* DespairSpeech: When Yamada points out that her last ray of hope, Yamazaki, is just using her, she gives a distraught speech on how it's better to have a one person knowing you than be completely alone, and that no-one understands that even though she thought Yamada would be the only person to understand her torment.
* EasilyForgiven: Despite how valid her FreudianExcuse may be, you would have expected Yamazaki and Leona to have at least some grudge against her, but no - they are quick to befriend her again.
* ElegantGothicLolita: She seems to go for this look with her frills and parasol, though it's quite a bit downplayed since she is still required to wear a school uniform.
* EnemyScan: As one of the seventh witch's secondary powers, she can use this to tell if someone is a witch from her own group or under a witch power.
* EvilRedhead: Her hair is technically strawberry blonde, but with her freckles and delicate skin, she's most likely supposed to be seen as a redhead. Though it would be an exaggeration to call her "evil" as much as just "antagonistic".
* ExpositoryHairstyleChange: She changes her hairstyle to a more proper bun after starting college. Subverted as she just wanted to look prim and proper for job hunting. She still has her original hairstyle 10 years later.
* Expy: Seems to be one to Juvia from Manga/FairyTail. They have similar hairstyles (though Juvia changes her later in the series), both carry a parasol, both are in love with a guy, both show jealous tendencies against another girl, both mention themselves in the third person (at least in the original Japanese edition), and both have assorted silly habits. The fact that Miki Yoshikawa was an assistant to Fairy Tail's Hiro Mashima makes it more likely.
* FallenHero: She was originally a good person (though it isn't exactly known why the former seventh witch chose her as her successor), but then she became forgotten by anyone and started thinking out mean plots as well as working by the amoral student council to avoid the sad fate of being alone.
* FatalFlaw: Her jealousy. If she hadn't made groundless assumptions that Yamazaki would betray her to get together with Leona, she wouldn't have felt a need to wipe his memory, and then she wouldn't have made the following year even worse for herself.
* FirstNameBasis: She calls practically everyone by their first name, except for - of course - Yamada (but even with him, she makes an exception when she wants to threat him and sound cute at the same time). Most people also refer to her by her first name, the major exception being Yamazaki.
* FreudianExcuse: She has done very nasty things, like erasing everybody's memories, but to put it mildly, she is not a merry person who just does it ForTheEvulz. When she became the seventh witch, everybody forgot about her existence. Yamazaki was the only one who noticed her and reached out to make friends with her, and then she found out that he was in love with another girl - Leona - fearing that he would give up on her because of Leona. She only tried to wipe their memories to ensure that she wouldn't lose Yamazaki. When Yamazaki became president and learned of the witches again, he was again the only person who knew of her existence, but because of his amnesia, he only used her and didn't care much about her. However, she still stayed with him because she would be completely alone without him. It's saying a lot that Leona feels sorry for Rika even though Rika ruined her life.
* GirlsLoveStuffedAnimals: She has three stuffed animals that she brings with her whenever she is in the science room.
* GoingCommando: She hasn't worn underwear since the day she forgot to put it on (ItMakesSenseInContext).
* GreenEyedMonster: She didn't take Yamazaki and Leona liking each other very well, and wanted to wipe their memories out of spite (and a wish of not being left alone).
* HeartIsAnAwesomePower: While her power did cause the DarkestHour of the series, it's so situational that it can actually be completely harmless:
** Firstly, she cannot even use it on someone who doesn't know all seven witches (granted, she can just tell them the names of the witches so that's not a big drawback).
** Secondly, it only makes them forget the witches and memories related to the witches. If a person happens to know the witches' names without having any major involvement with them, forgetting them isn't going to change much.
** So, to put it simply, it's only when she uses her power on a witch-killer that it becomes consistently dangerous.
* HeelFaceTurn: She starts working together with the main characters for their witch ceremony once Yamada offers to help her. Not without the condition of them bringing Leona to school so that she can erase her memory, though, so the turn is first complete when Yamazaki also turns good.
* HiddenDepths: She comes off as a pretty average, if somewhat silly girl, but she is a huge StepfordSmiler with issues of loneliness and jealousy (and she goes commando, which may definitely also surprise people).
* HotWitch: She is good-looking and a witch, so it's inevitable.
* HypocriticalHumor: One of the first things she does is introducing herself as a pervert, yet she claims that she is embarrassed when the other students call her kinky because she goes commando.
* IGaveMyWord: One of her more noble sides, even as a villain, is that she always keeps her promises, like when she promised to participate in the ceremony if Leona returned to school, and when she promised Yamada to tell him how to get the memories back if he told her how Yamazaki felt about her.
* ItOnlyWorksOnce: Her amnesia power only works on a witch once.
* KnightOfCerebus: When she appears and uses her power, the series takes quite a level in CerebusSyndrome. Made worse by how the normal witches can lift their power again, and Yamada often manages to reform them by using their own power against them - none of these things are possible with Rika.
* LaserGuidedAmnesia: She can make a person forget everything about the witches. If she uses her power on a witch-killer, he won't forget anything, but everybody will forget anything they know of him (except for his name and rumors about him that they may have heard before they met him). By extension, people will also forget everything they indirectly learned through knowing the witches - for example, Shiraishi forgot she was a witch because she only found out after meeting Yamada. Her power has a price, though: When she uses, everybody will forget about her.
* LovableSexManiac: She's almost like a DistaffCounterpart to Miyamura with her obsession with underwear (and the lack of same) as well as other perverted tendencies.
* MagicKiss: She uses her normal abilities without kissing, but in order to have a wish fulfilled at a ceremony, she needs to kiss the one making the wish. Since any wish can be granted, this is more or less the closest the series to comes to a really magical kiss.
* MemoryWipingCrew: She is sent after those who know of all other six witches to wipe their memories of them, since it is crucial for the student council that no-one but them knows about the witches as knowledge of the powers and having the witches on your side can make you easily overthrow the council.
* MistreatmentInducedBetrayal: Yamada makes her realize that Yamazaki is only using her as a tool for memory-wiping without really caring about her. Subverted when Rika - despite this - refuses to leave Yamazaki's side because she believes that having one person remember her is better than being completely alone. DoubleSubverted when Yamada then offers Rika a better life and more friends if she helps him out - then she is finally convinced to do a HeelFaceTurn.
* MurderTheHypotenuse: She does a non-lethal variation of this when she wipes Yamazaki's memory in hope of keeping him and Leona from ever meeting each other again.
* NonStandardCharacterDesign: Slightly weird as it sounds, she (along with Kikuchi) is the only female character in the series who doesn't have a variation of the "exposed ears, long hair locks in front of the ears" hairstyle, instead having her ears completely covered by her hair. Because Yoshikawa is so used to drawing that hairstyle, she mistakenly draws Rika's ears visible now and then.
* NonstandardPrescription: When she has used her power, she always hands out a prescription-like paper that explains how her power works and what to do if it didn't work.
* NonUniformUniform: She has decorated her school uniform with frills to go for a gothic lolita look. There is a justification in her case as she at least wants people to remember her for a bit.
* NoSell: As a witch, she is immune to other witch powers except for the powers of other seventh witches.
* NotSoHarmlessVillain: She doesn't act very threatening when she appears, and at first it doesn't even seem like her power worked, but when Yamada finds out that it did work - just in an unexpected way - he's in deep trouble...
* ObfuscatingStupidity: She often pretends to be more silly and ditzy than she actually is, to hide the fact that she is the student council's most dangerous "weapon".
* OlderThanSheLooks: In the epilogue, she's 29, but she - as pointed out in-universe - doesn't look one day older than she did before graduating high school. She claims she has gotten a few more wrinkles, though.
* ParasolOfPrettiness: Always has one with her no matter the weather. Actually, she uses it to protect her skin against the sun.
* ThePeepingTom: One of the rare female examples. She peeps on Arisugawa and then Kurosaki when they change clothes on the first student council trip. In Arisugawa's case, it was actually to find out if she was a witch, but in Kurosaki's case, she just wanted to peep on him.
* PerceptionFilter: As a RequiredSecondaryPower (or at least a practical secondary power), she does a variation of this when she wipes people's memories of someone. She doesn't only wipe the victim's memory of the person; she also makes it so that the victim will automatically ignore and overlook any physical evidence of the memories. For example, when she wiped everybody's memories of Yamada, the Supernatural Studies Club didn't initally notice that his name was on the member list as a proof that he wasn't lying.
* PerkyGoth: She dresses as much as an ElegantGothicLolita as the uniform standards allow, and yet she's outgoing and cheerful. On the surface. Played completely straight after she loses her power.
* PlayfulCatSmile: During the first few panels she appears in, she comes off as mysterious and devious by flashing a cat muzzle-like smile.
* PlayingCardMotifs: She has been likened to an ace because she acts as the "supervisor" of the witches and, during the right circumstances, has the most dangerous power.
* Pride: Apparently, her pride as the seventh witch cannot stand if someone escapes her power. Because of that, she insisted on Yamada and the others bringing Leona to school, indirectly helping cause Yamazaki's defeat.
* PunchClockVillain: Most of the time she only erases people's memories because that's what the student council orders her to. She bears no ill will towards Yamada. Whether she erased Yamazaki's memories due to her own jealousy or due to an student council order is left ambiguous, though - she was genuinely hurt and jealous, but she did it at the same time as the president ordered her to wipe Yamada's and Himekawa's memories.
* PunnyName: Her name is homophonic with the word "science", as she notes in chapter 82. When this chapter is initially released in English, she instead makes a bad (but character-appropriate) joke about how students neither remember her or the things they learn in science class. When the chapter is released in volume form, it's changed to her making a pun on how "Saionji" sounds a bit like "science only".
* PutOnABus: She is DemotedToExtra after the ceremony, and after it’s confirmed that there is a new seventh witch, her role ends, and she is mostly evicted from the story. Fortunately, this allows her to retain her memories of Yamada as well as the secrets of Amnesia Power.
* RunningAwayToCry: In Leona's flashback, when Rika finds out how much Yamazaki cares about Leona and only wants to be president to Leona's sake, she hastily runs out of the clubroom with tears in the corner of her eye.
* ShamelessFanserviceGirl: She pretends to be a ReluctantFanserviceGirl who is embarrassed when her skirt flips up, but the hearts in her speech bubbles make it clear she isn't. She has also talked about the thrill of going to school without underwear.
* ShyFingerTwiddling: She either does this or the SillyMeGesture when she wants to appear more innocent than she actually is.
* SignatureLaugh: While she's far from the only fictional character who does it, she's the only character in this series who does the girly "tee hee" giggle.
* SillyMeGesture: She either does this or twiddles her fingers when she wants to appear more innocent than she actually is.
* SingleWomanSeeksGoodMan: She fell in love with Yamazaki because he was the only one to try and help her out of her state of loneliness.
* SmallRoleBigImpact: She doesn't actually have much screen-time (she isn't introduced until the first witch war is close to ending, and until her arc is mostly finished, her appearances are only sporadic), but she does have a big impact because of her amnesia power and because the entire first part of the story builds up to the meeting with her.
* StepfordSmiler: Despite acting like one of the more happy-go-lucky witches, she may very well be the most broken of them - it hurts having your existence forgotten by everyone and being manipulated by the only one who remembers you (she seemed to subconsciously know, but she just denied it until Yamada forced her to think it through).
* SuperEmpowering: As the seventh witch, she can designate a spotter who gets their own set of powers, namely the ability to remember her even though she uses her power, and the ability to locate witches and see the colors of their auras. She designated Yamazaki.
* SupremeChef: She made lunch for the new student council on their first trip, which was stated to taste very delicious.
* TakeAwayTheirName: Since her witch identity is supposed to be a secret, she effectively lost her name when she became the seventh witch; it was removed from all student registries and only Yamazaki and Leona remembered it.
* TantrumThrowing: She starts throwing dissection models on Yamada when he confronts her about her relationship to Yamazaki, apparently finding it easier to express her misery that way.
* TaremeEyes: Switches between these and TsurimeEyes depending on her mood.
* ThirdPersonPerson: In the original Japanese edition, she always calls herself "Rika", probably to emphasize her childish facade.
* TimeFreezeTrollingSpree: As all other seventh witches, she unashamedly abuses the time-stopping nature of the ceremony to expose everybody's underwear.
* TryingNotToCry: When she tells Yamada and the others about how she really feels about being forgotten by everyone, she seems to be on the verge of tears. Made very clear in the anime where her voice is shaking.
* TsurimeEyes: Switches between these and TaremeEyes depending on her mood.
* YouthfulFreckles: She has freckles and tends to act somewhat childish (for example referring to herself in third person) and cutesy.
