Warships attributed to the Swedish Navy (Svenska Marinen) and several other European nations in World of Warships.

The Europe was added as the sixth faction in December 2015, then called 'Poland'. After realising that Poland does not have enough ships for a full tech tree, developers renamed Poland in Europe and added here Austro-Hungary and Sweden. The first actual line of ships, Swedish Destroyers, was released in April 2020. The destroyer leaders line is to be released in the second half of 2023.

European ships feature extremely fast torpedoes and guns with a good rate of fire. They has good concealment and excellent AA defence, that, combined with ships' small sizes, makes them all but invulnerable to [=CVs=]. They also have a Repair Party, allowing them to heal minor damage. However, they are quite slow, fragile and lack any kind of smokes, sinking very fast if cornered. Aside from Sweden, the tech tree includes Austro-Hungarian and Polish warships.

This line is mainly composed of Swedish ships or projects, with the sole exception of Tatra. These ships are characterized by good concealment, strong AA and excellent torpedo speeds. However, they are quite slow, and their torpedoes are one of the weakest in the game. Their guns feature good rates of fire, but are low caliber, making it harder to damage tougher targets. They trade out smoke screens for repair party, starting at tier 5.

* DifficultButAwesome: A low base HP pool and no smoke makes this line difficult to learn, but once mastered you have one of the most well-rounded offensive destroyer loadouts available and can maintain higher health totals later in a match with your heals.
* GradualGrinder: Higher tier ships in this line grind down targets with rapid firing guns and torpedoes, foregoing Devastating Strike potential and instead scoring consistent hits and whittling away at health pools with DamageOverTime from fires and floods.

!Tátra
Tier II European Destroyer. Tátra-class was the strongest destroyer class of the Austro-Hungarian Navy. Two of the ships were lost in WWI, and the others served the rest of their careers in the Italian navy.
!Romulus
Tier III European Destroyer. Spica-class destroyers were a class of 32 ships built for the Italian navy starting from 1934. Two of them (Spica and Astore) were later sold to Sweden as Romulus and Remus respectively, where they served until 1958.
!Klas Horn
Tier IV European Destroyer. Klas Horn was the lead ship of the Swedish Klas class of two destroyers, laid down in 1929. While her sistership was lost in so-called "Hårsfjärden disaster", Klas Horn remained in service until 1958.
!Visby
Tier V European Destroyer of the Torpedo Boats line. Visby-class was a series of four destroyers of the Swedish navy, laid down in 1942. They were eventually rebuilt into frigates, and decommissioned in 1978 and 1982.
* HealThyself: from this point onwards all European DD's get repair party, helping to offset thier lack of smokescreens.
!Västerås
Tier VI European Destroyer of the Torpedo Boats line. It is a project of a destroyer, developed by Swedish company Kockums AB for the Polish navy. The design was rejected in favor of one that would be used for Grom-class destroyers.
!Skåne
Tier VII European Destroyer of the Torpedo Boats line. She is an early variant of Öland-class destroyers.
* LudicrousSpeed: Not the ship itself, but her torpedoes. After the captain skill rework released in update 0.10.0, with Torpedo Tubes Mod 1 and the Swift Fish skill, she can get her 12 KM torpedoes to travel at 84 Knots. This equal to roughly 94 MPH or 155 KPH! Needless to say its difficult to dodge these fish, and the later destroyers in the line retain this trait.
!Öland
Tier VIII European Destroyer of the Torpedo Boats line. Öland-class destroyers were a series of two ships, laid down in 1943, but not completed until 1947. Both of them were decommissioned in 1979.
* AntiAir: All EU DD from this point onward come with Defensive fire in a separate consumable slot. Even without investing in Anti Aircraft skills or equipment, they are EXTREMELY lethal to aviation. It is not uncommon for inexperienced carrier players to lose all of their planes trying to hunt down these floating flak batteries. Unlike the majority of destroyers in the game, these ships are NOT prey for carrier aircraft.
!Östergötland
Tier IX European Destroyer of the Torpedo Boats line. A four-ship class, Östergötland-class destroyers were designed as smaller, less capable Hallands, in order to cut down costs.
* AnachronicOrder: Östergötland was actually laid down after Halland was commissioned, and yet she's a Tier lower than her predecessor. Justified, since Östergötland was smaller and less capable than Halland.
!Halland

Tier X European Destroyer of the Torpedo Boats line. The most powerful class of destroyers in the Swedish navy, Halland-class destroyers were laid down in 1951. Two ships were built for the Swedish, and two more for the Colombian navy. Swedish ships were refitted in th '60s to carry anti-ship missiles.

!Muavenet
Tier V European Destroyer of the Leaders line. Muavenet-class was a series of four I-class destroyers, ordered in Britain by Turkey in 1938. Two ships of the class were seized by Britain before being completed, and were used in the war, while the other two were delivered to Turkey in 1942. One of seized ships was damaged beyond repair by German aircrafts, and the surviving one was returned to Turkey after the war. All three destroyers served in the Turkey Navy until 1960.
!Stord
Tier VI European Destroyer of the Leaders line. Stord was an S-class destroyer, built for the British Navy, but was given to Norwegian Navy in exile before completion. She served in the war, and participated in the sinking of Scharnhorst. After the war she was officially purchased by Norway, and served there until 1959.
!Grom
Tier VII European Destroyer of the Leaders line. Grom was the first in the series of two large destroyers (the second being the famous Błyskawica), purchased by Poland in Britain in 1935. Both ships of the class fled to Britain after the outbreak of the war, where they served alongside the Royal Navy. Unlike her more famous sister, Grom met her end in 1940, being sunk in Norwegian fjords by a German bomber.
!Split
Tier VIII European Destroyer of the Leaders line. Split was a single ship, purchased by the Kingdom of Yugoslavia from a British firm, but built in the Yugoslav city she was named after. The ship was unfinished when the war begun, and the hull was captured by the Italians. Due to activity of Yugoslav Partisans, Italians never completed the ship, only managing to launch her in 1943, while Germans scuttled the hull before retreating from the city in 1944. After the war, she was to be completed with the help from the Soviet Union, but the Tito-Stalin split interfered with this, and the ship was only put in service in 1958, with the help from NATO. Finished in a significantly different configuration than planned,Split served in the Yugoslav Navy until 1980.
!Lambros Katsonis
Tier IX European Destroyer of the Leaders line. Before WWII, Britain developed so-called "scout cruisers", meant to hunt destroyers and provide AA support. Two main designs measured ~7500 , and ~3000 tons. The former eventually became Dido-class, while the latter was never realised. In the game's AlternateHistory, this second design was actually built and eventually given to Greece, much like several destroyer escorts were in real life.
* AlternateHistory: This class was never even built, let alone given to anyone.
!Gdansk
Tier X European Destroyer of the Leaders line. A hypothetical "counter-destroyer", that in the game's AlternateHistory was built by France for Poland, much like in real life France built Burza-class destroyers for Poland, and later offered design for new series, but lost to British Grom-class. The in-game ship is represented in its hypothetical post-war state, re-armed with Soviet weapon systems.

!Błyskawica
Tier VII European Premium Destroyer. The most famous ship in the Polish Navy (Marynarka Wojenna), Błyskawica is a Grom-class destroyer. She served during the WWII alongside the British navy, survived the war, and is now preserved as a museum ship.
* Acrofatic: Zigzagged. She is a very large destroyer, with a very high top speed. However, she suffers from a longer rudder shift time, and her overall agility is poor.
* MechanicallyUnusualFighter: Being from a different "Nation" and being introduced before other Pan European ships, she plays quite differently from them. She gets decent base speed, and the engine boost gets her to very high speeds in a straight line. She gets a smoke screen unlike most of her stablemates, but no heal. She also suffers from very slow torpedoes.
* MoreDakka: She has 7 guns in 4 turrets, a high amount for destroyers only surpassed by the IJN gunboat line and tied by the Russian destroyer Okhotsk. They however are only 120 mm, leading in difficulties in damaging higher tier targets.
!Friesland
European Tier IX Premium Destroyer. Unlike other ships in the tree, her actual nation, Netherlands, is present in the game. She resides in European tree only because she was introduced before her nation.
* MacrossMissileMassacre: Subverted. She's one of very few destroyers with out any option for a torpedo armament at all.
* MoreDakka: With only 4 small caliber guns, you might think she would be a poor gunboat. However, she boasts a reload time of under 2 seconds, allowing her to constantly send a stream of shells downrange. This only gets more absurd if you boost her rate of fire with equipment and skills.
* SmokeOut: Unlike most other Pan European DD's, she gets a smoke screen.
!Småland
A Free XP Tier X ship, offers a small difference from Halland with bigger guns, for less concealment.

!Viribus Unitis
Tier V Premium European Battleship. The lead ship of the sole series of the Austro-Hungarian Navy dreadnoughts.
