!!Georgia Nicolson

* AdaptationalNiceGuy: Georgia's cynicism and BrattyTeenageDaughter tendencies are very much toned down in the movie, and she's a much more tolerant and normal girl than her book counterpart (not nearly as funny though). It's very evident in her relationship with her parents: in the film she's close to them, while in the books she's ''repulsed'' by both, especially her father.
* AllegedlyDateless: While she did have a terrible love life at the start, Georgia ''still'' complaining about her love life, despite having plenty of boys and love interests.
* AntiRoleModel: Even readers in the book's age demographic have found her a complete brat (a ''lovable'' brat, but still a brat).
%% * AttentionWhore: To a ridiculous extent and PlayedForLaughs. She acts like this at school and at home.
* BookDumb: Not an excellent student, but she's quite good with foreign languages in and PE (tennis, hockey)
* BrattyTeenageDaughter: She's a total DramaQueen, talks endlessly on the phone with her friends (mostly about boys or makeup), always complains about her parents and claims they are too old and stupid to understand her real problems.
%% * BreakTheHaughty: A few times. She has more love problems than any of the other characters.
* BrilliantButLazy: Georgia hates school and homework, but she is actually quite bright when she's willing to put in the work.
* CharacterizationMarchesOn: In the first book, she wishes she weren't so flat-chested. For the rest of the series, her DCupDistress is a prominent character trait. It's possible this is a case of BeCarefulWhatYouWishFor combined with TruthInTelevision; many teenage girls hope for a larger bust, only to get one and realize it's not all it's cracked up to be.
* {{Cloudcuckoolander}}: She's ''hilariously'' silly and a lot of her arguments make no sense to anyone except her.
* CoolBigSis: For all her faults, Georgia genuinely loves her little sister and the feeling is mutual.
* DCupDistress: She apparently has a rather large bust for her age, but she's often more embarrassed and awkward about it than proud.
* DeadpanSnarker: '''In spades'''. The books should be renamed "Georgia Nicolson's snarky confessions". She's the epitome of the FirstPersonSmartass narrator, and it's the main source of humor of the books. Sadly this trait is almost completely absent in the movie.
* DramaQueen: The typical selfish {{Wangst}}y overdramatic BrattyTeenageDaughter.
* DudeMagnet: Robbie, Masimo, Dave the Laugh, Peter Dyer, Mark "Big Gob", ''her cousin'' James, her younger neighbor Oscar, the French guy who offers her a rose during a field trip...In short, she basically attracts every guy except the ones who are already [[BetaCouple paired with her friends.]]
* EgocentricallyReligious: She's not much of a churchgoer, but she's willing to ask God (or Buddha) for help when things get sticky... and is characteristically annoyed when they don't come to her immediate aid. In fact, her interest in Buddhism began because she was fed up with praying to God and getting nowhere, so she figured she'd let Buddha take a crack at it.
* EveryoneHasStandards: Georgia is a self-centered brat and can be cruel, but she's not heartless. She finds the Bummer Twins' torment of Pamela Green to be excessively cruel, and actually stands up for her a couple times. She also does genuinely want her friends to be happy, and dotes on her pet cat and little sister.
* FirstPersonSmartass: Georgia as the snarky first-person narrator. She describes all the events in a snarky tone.
* FriendWithBenefits: With Dave, but kiss only. While she's still interested in/dating Robbie and/or Masimo.
* FunWithForeignLanguages: Georgia speaks almost-fluent French, and she takes German.
* GirlyGirlWithATomboyStreak: She's boy-crazy, and loves makeup and fashionable clothing. She's also a ''fantastic'' field hockey player, with a knack for practical jokes.
* GratuitousFrench: ''And'', less frequently, GratuitousGerman. She just loves to have FunWithForeignLanguages.
* HiddenDepths: You'd never guess it from how self-centered, boy-crazy, and lazy she is, but Georgia is no dummy. And, as detailed in LovableAlphaBitch, she does have a kinder side every now and then.
* HighSchoolHustler: She is a rare female example, with her schemes at school and rebellious attitude towards teachers and authority figures.
* HormoneAddledTeenager: Just like all her friends, she spends much time lusting after cute boys.
* HypocriticalHumor: Again, ''all the time''. When Georgia is annoyed by someone else's flaws, she is often guilty of the same things too. She seems aware of it though, and even makes jokes about it.
* ItsAllAboutMe: Georgia seems to care about three things: herself, her looks and cute boys.
* JerkWithAHeartOfGold: Though she's incredibly rude, she ''can'' be nice when she wants to be. As Jerkass-ish as she can get, Georgia's PetTheDog moments make you realize that she really is an okay girl.
* KindheartedCatLover: Angus is one of her primary {{Morality Pet}}s; for her many faults, Georgia absolutely dotes on that cat.
* LovableAlphaBitch: Despite her attitude and shallowness, she's really not that bad. Even if she usually looks down on her unpopular schoolmate Pamela Green, Georgia defends her from the bullies Bummer Twins, and when they are finally expelled, it is because she (along with her friends) told the school authorities that they were the shoplifters, instead of P. Green, who they had initially framed.
* LoveMakesYouDumb: Often she acts this way when around a boy. See her interactions with Robbie, where she tends to make a fool of herself and is often unable to make a coherent speech.
* {{Malaproper}}: Georgia has... her own unique approach with the English language. She likes to make up her own words ("I must tread a fine line between glaciosity and friendlinosity").
* MyGodWhatHaveIDone: She tries to ignore it and claim she's fine, but it's obvious she does feel really guilty about using Dave to make Robbie jealous in the second book. She even dumps him (and tells him why) because she realizes he's a good guy who doesn't deserve to be led on.
-->'''Georgia:''' I am a horrible person. I have dumped Dave. I had to.
%% * NeverMyFault: "Why does the finger of shame always point towards me?"
* TheNicknamer: She gives nicknames to almost everyone, especially her teachers, Ms. "Hawkeye" Heaton, "Gorgey" Henry, Miss "Slim" Simpson, etc.
* NoSympathy: Usually unsympathetic towards most people around her and generally doesn't care about the other's feelings. Occasionally she gets PetTheDog moments.
* ObfuscatingStupidity: She may act like a shallow, silly {{Cloudcuckoolander}} and sometimes she makes a fool of herself, but she's obviously not stupid.
* ObliviousToLove: Georgia is oblivious to Dave's feelings for her, dismissing them as just him being a nice friend.
* ThePrankster: She likes to plays all kinds of childish pranks, especially her teachers, to drive them crazy.
* ShallowCannotComprehendTrueLove: Georgia's superficial, vain, and obsessed with boys based on their popularity, coolness, and attractiveness. Thus, she cannot understand what [[UglyGuyHotWife her mother saw in her father]]. Her mother says she fell for him because he made her laugh, which Georgia finds ludicrous. [[spoiler:Ironically, the guy she ends up with, Dave, is noted to be a catch largely because [[TrueLoveIsExceptional he's extremely funny]].]]
* SingleGirlSeeksMostPopularGuy: Robbie and Masimo. She is not content with a normal boy. No, she must have the lead singer of the hottest local band.
* SmallNameBigEgo: Depending on the situations and RuleOfFunny. At times she acts ridiculously overconfident, other times she goes into a state of self-deprecating humor.
%% * SpoiledBrat
* {{Tsundere}}: The harsh Type, surprisingly not to her boyfriends, but to her friend Jas, in a strange kind of VitriolicBestBuds and LesYay way. She always insults and belittles her, but sometimes the insults are accompanied by lines like "I still love you, you are my best friend".
* UnreliableNarrator: The book is entirely from Georgia's point of view, so a lot of things she says are rather... questionable.
* UnsympatheticComedyProtagonist: Very much so. She's loved by fans for being humorous, sarcastic, lovable and entertaining. She also happens to be vain, selfish, shallow, idiotic, whiny, petty, and rude.
* VitriolicBestBuds: With Jas. They insult each other a lot and fight in almost every book...they are still best friends.

!!Jas

* AdaptationalNiceGuy: Most of her annoying traits, that drive Georgia mad in the books, are toned down in the movie.
* BetaCouple: Jas and Tom are a stable couple for most of the series, in contrast to Georgia's endless love triangles.
* BitchInSheepsClothing: She likes to thinks of herself as a reasonable "good girl", but she's actually very bitchy, judgmental and hypocritical.
* BumblingSidekick: In Georgia's eyes. Jas always follows Georgia who constantly pushes her around and tell her who is annoying, useless and can't do anything right.
* BrutalHonesty: Sometimes she annoys Georgia by telling exactly what she thinks, even when she shouldn't. When Georgia messes up, Jas only makes her feel worse.
* ButtMonkey: Despite being her best friend, she gets much abuse from Georgia, although some of it is quite justified as she can be very annoying.
* CannotKeepASecret: She's [[InSeriesNickname "Radio Jas"]], after all. At some point she even tells her boyfriend Tom about Georgia's very personal problems.
%% * {{Cloudcuckoolander}}: Depending on the situation, she can be just as quirky as Georgia.
* CloudcuckoolandersMinder: Occasionally, she tries to be the mature voice of reason for Georgia (much to the latter's dismay), even though Jas has plenty of {{Cloudcuckoolander}} moments of her own.
* {{Deuteragonist}}: She's the one who gets more focus and development, after the title character.
* TheDitz: She definitely has her moments of ditziness, and she's often prone to ComicallyMissingThePoint when she's talking with Georgia.
* EmbarrassingMiddleName: Mentioned in book 1 to be Pollyanna after the film.
* InnocentlyInsensitive: Due to her bluntness and ditziness, she tends to be unintentionally insensitive to Georgia's feelings and problems.
* ItsAllAboutMe: Whether she realises it or not, she tends to think more about her own problems and her relationship with Tom, rather than worrying about Georgia.
%% * TheLancer: As Georgia's foil and sidekick.
* LiteralMinded: Very often when she doesn't understand Georgia's speeches and hyperboles, and takes them literally.
* NatureLover: Along with her boyfriend Tom, they often go into the woods together, which Georgia finds ridiculous.
* OnlyOneName: She's only called Jas and her last name is never revealed.
* SickeninglySweethearts: With Tom. They even give secret nicknames to each other.
* SingleTargetSexuality: Tom is the only guy she has ever been interested in.
* VitriolicBestBuds: With Georgia. They insult each other a lot and fight in almost every book...they are still best friends.

!!Rosie Mees

* BetaCouple: With Sven. They are a stable couple for most of the series, in contrast to Georgia's endless love triangles.
* {{Cloudcuckoolander}}: Easily one of the nuttiest characters in the books, along with her boyfriend Sven. Even Georgia is sometimes confused by Rosie's nonsensical thoughts.
%% * DeadpanSnarker: Though Rosie is not as snarky as Georgia, they have a similar sense of humor.
%% * FunPersonified: This girl is Crazy Awesome, full stop. She shares this with both Georgia and her boyfriend Sven.
* GenkiGirl: She's well known for being bubbly and funny, has a lot of energy, and is the most eager to join in Georgia's wild antics.

!!Ellen

* TheDitherer: She's also known as the "Dither Queen". She's often often unable to make a decision, changing her mind all the time, especially when she's talking about Dave.
* TheDitz: She becomes dumber after being paired with Dave. In the movie, she's also the most clueless of the group.
* LoveMakesYouDumb: She seemed quite normal until she took an interest in Dave the Laugh. Her interactions with Dave makes her seem a borderline stuttering fool.
%% * NervousWreck: Especially when she's talking to or about Dave.
* PairTheSpares: At the end of Book 2 when Georgia and Robbie get back together, she hooks up with Dave, for no reason other than this trope. Eventually subverted since Dave was such an EnsembleDarkhorse that he ends up being [[spoiler: Georgia's true love]].
* TokenMinority: In the movie she's played by an Indian girl, and is the only major non-white character.

!!Jools

* AdaptedOut: Her character is not even referred to in the movie.
* BetaCouple: With Rollo, from book 3 onwards. A secondary couple in contrast to Georgia's endless love triangles.
* FlatCharacter: She is in every book as one of Georgia's best friends, but gets less focus and lines than the others and we barely know anything about her.
* TheGenericGirl: Out of Georgia's friends, she's the one who gets the least focus and defining characteristics.
* ThoseTwoGirls: In the first book with Ellen, Georgia often mentions them together as the other two friends she hangs out with, besides Jas (she will mention Rosie later). She will become this with Mabs in later books, as the two generic members of the group.

!!Mabs
* FlatCharacter: Even more than Jools. In some scenes, her name is randomly added to Georgia's group of friends in a sort of RememberTheNewGuy way. That's all we know about her character.
* TheGenericGirl: Her personality is...nothing noteworthy. She's just there.
%% * ThoseTwoGirls: With Jools.
[[/folder]]

[[folder: The Boys]]
!!Robbie Jennings

%% * BeautyIsBad: Subverted. Georgia thought this at first, but was proved wrong.
* TheBusCameBack: He goes to New Zealand for a year, but comes back to England in later books.
* ChickMagnet: The lead singer of a local band, with plenty of fangirls.
* InSeriesNickname: Sex God, the Guitar Plucker.
%% * MrFanservice: In the movie.
* NiceGuy: Both books and movie. One of the few friendly, levelheaded characters in the series.
* OnlySaneMan: At least, one of the closest characters to this. He seems a pretty average normal guy with common sense, while Georgia and everyone else around him is absolutely eccentric.
* PromotedToLoveInterest: Sort of? He's Georgia's FirstLove in the books, but they eventually break up. Due to the movie's CompressedAdaptation, he's her official love interest there.
* SavvyGuyEnergeticGirl: Savvy Guy to Georgia's Energetic Girl. He's levelheaded and serious, while she's zany and energetic.
* TallDarkAndHandsome: Not as tall as Sven, obviously, but Georgia describes him as such and falls for him at first sight. Also played straight in the movie where he's portrayed by Aaron Johnson.
* UptightLovesWild: While not uptight per se, Robbie is easily more down to Earth than Georgia is. This moment pretty much sums it up:
-->'''Georgia''':... You think I'm perfect?
-->'''Robbie''': I think you're mad. [[SugarWiki/HeartwarmingMoment But you're perfect for me.]]

!!Dave the Laugh

* ClassClown: He likes to make other people laugh. At some point, he even literally wears a red clown nose.
* {{Cloudcuckoolander}}: Not to the extreme, compared to other characters, but his random humor is one of the things Georgia likes about him. He's a goofball who usually doesn't take things seriously.
* DemotedToExtra: In the movie, where he is just a RomanticFalseLead.
* DoggedNiceGuy: Even after she dumps him, Dave remains a loyal friend [[FriendsWithBenefits with benefits...]] to Georgia, but it's obvious he still has feelings for her [[spoiler: and they actually get together at the end.]]
* FriendsWithBenefits: With Georgia, and all their "accidental snogs".
* FunPersonified: Hence his nickname. He likes to have fun with his friends and you are never bored around him.
* HormoneAddledTeenager: He admits to Georgia that he is this, when he becomes her "Horn advisor".
* InSeriesNickname: The "Laugh".
* IWantMyBelovedToBeHappy: To Georgia. While he's still in love with her but believes she doesn't feel the same, Dave is always sweet and loyal to her and even helps Georgia with her love life and Masimo.
* JerkWithAHeartOfGold: He's a prankster and is full of himself (especially with his skills with girls), but he genuinely cares about Georgia.
* LikesOlderWomen: He apparently fancies Georgia's mum.
* OnlyOneName: His last name is never revealed.
* RomanticRunnerUp: Georgia's main love interests are Robbie and Masimo, while Dave is treated as the third wheel.[[spoiler: But in the end he gets the girl.]]
* SecondLove: Sort of. Not considering Georgia's first two "boyfriends" Peter Dyer and Mark "Big Gob", neither of whom she was serious about, Georgia's real first love is Robbie, and Dave can be considered the second (though Dave was initially just a RedHerring and RomanticFalseLead, but he ends up being one of the most important men in her life).
%% * SpearCounterpart: He's basically a male Georgia.
* ThirdOptionLoveInterest: Throughout most of the novel when Georgia is chasing after either Robbie or Masimo, but snogging him on the side.
* WillTheyOrWontThey: When Dave starts to be featured more prominently in the series, we start to realise that he and Georgia may or may not be the OfficialCouple.

!!Masimo Scarlotti

* ChickMagnet: Like Robbie, he seems to have a lot of girls gawking at him.
* CrazyJealousGuy: A bit. Who gets the hump over their girlfriend doing the twist with a matey-mate?
* InSeriesNickname: "Luuurve God" and "Italian Stallion"
* SuspiciouslySimilarSubstitute: To Robbie. He replaces him as the singer of Stiff Dylans, as well as Georgia's LoveInterest.
%% * TallDarkAndHandsome: Again, like Robbie.

!!Tom Jennings

* BetaCouple: With Jas, for most of the series. They are a stable couple for most of the series, in contrast to Georgia's endless love triangles.
* NatureLover: Along with his girlfriend. They both love nature, and spend a lot of time in the forest.
* NiceGuy: He appears to be very friendly to both Jas and Georgia.
%% * OnlySaneMan: Again, when he's actually involved, he seems more normal than most characters... However, he's kind of a nature freak, and his SickeninglySweethearts relationship with Jas downplays this trope. And his girlfriend is a major {{Cloudcuckoolander}}.
* SatelliteLoveInterest: Has no purpose in the story other than being Jas's boyfriend.

!!Sven

* AdaptedOut: Played with. He's mentioned once in the movie but [[TheGhost not seen]].
* BetaCouple: With Rosie, for most of the series. They are a stable couple for most of the series, in contrast to Georgia's endless love triangles.
* {{Cloudcuckoolander}}: All his brief appearances are random. He never has a single line or moment that makes sense. He obviously gets along with Rosie, who is incredibly kooky herself.
* FunnyForeigner: He's probably from Sweden, and very insane and eccentric.
%% * FunPersonified: One of the funniest characters, due to all the crazy things he says or does.
* HugeGuyTinyGirl: Rosie is not that short, but Sven is a ''giant''.
* NonSpecificallyForeign: Not even Rosie is quite sure where he is from.
* SatelliteLoveInterest: He exists to be Rosie's boyfriend.

!!Mark "Big Gob"

* {{Jerkass}}: He's a delinquent, and probably the worst of Georgia's boyfriends. He treated her quite poorly.

!!Peter Dyer "Whelk Boy"

!!Rollo

* BetaCouple: With Jools, book 3 onwards. They are one of the secondary couples, in contrast to Georgia's endless love triangles.
[[/folder]]

[[folder: Georgia's Family]]
!!Mr. Bob Nicolson a.k.a. Vati

* AdaptationalNiceGuy: Much more pleasant in the movie than in the books. In the movie he's also very close to Georgia in stark contrast to his book counterpart.
%% * AdultsAreUseless
* AmazinglyEmbarrassingParents: Georgia hates him, and is disgusted and embarrassed by everything related to her father.
* BumblingDad: He's terrible at home maintenance, doesn't know how to act around his BrattyTeenageDaughter and his behaviour is often ridiculous. According to Georgia, he's useless and incompetent at pretty much everything.
* ButtMonkey: Sometimes, as a result of Georgia's antics. She often pranks him and makes fun of him.
* DumbassHasAPoint: He's generally as clueless as they come, but he does express some genuine paternal concern after meeting Robbie -- ''not'' because he thinks Robbie's a bad guy (he's not), but because he's nearly four years older than Georgia. He doesn't get angry or order her to break up with him, but he does raise his concerns, which she finds utterly ludicrous. However, it's easy to see where he's coming from, since even though there's no coercion involved and Robbie treats her well, at her age, a difference of four years is ''enormous''. Robbie himself brings it up more than once, and tellingly, the guy Georgia actually ends up with is her own age.
* HairTriggerTemper: He has quite a temper, yells often, and gets angry at Georgia more often than his wife. But at the same time, you really can't blame him when Georgia provokes him.
* InSeriesNickname: Since the first book Georgia decides to call him "Vati", which is short for "Vater" ("father" in German).
* NoSenseOfHumor: According to Georgia, at least, who expects him to laugh when she insults him.
* ParentalObliviousness: He and his wife don't know much about Georgia's life. He's always clueless about what his daughter is thinking and doing, and Georgia would ''never'' talk about his life with him.
* UnusualEuphemism: Refers to Angus being neutered as "having his chimney swept," "his trombone polished," "his biscuits nibbled," etc.

!!Mrs. Connie Nicolson a.k.a. Mutti

%% * AdultsAreUseless
* AgeInappropriateDress: Georgia's mutti dresses like a teenage prostitute.
* AmazinglyEmbarrassingParents: Not as much as Vati, but she's still prone to embarrass Georgia a lot. Played straight also in the movie.
* BuxomBeautyStandard: She has a buxom figure that has Dave the Laugh drooling over her.
* ExtremeDoormat: She's the most permissive parent compared to her husband, and it's the reason why Georgia tolerates her more than she tolerates her father.
* GoodParents: Georgia doesn't think much of her mother, but there are a few bonding moments between the two, and "Mutti" clearly loves her daughter.
* InSeriesNickname: Since the first book Georgia decides to call her "Mutti" which is short for "Mutter" ("mother" in German).
* ParentalObliviousness: She usually doesn't know much about Georgia's life. Except for the rare times they talk (when Georgia is not snarking her, insulting her or being bratty).
* PushoverParents: She usually lets Georgia get away with everything.
* StacysMom: There's a lot of BoobBasedGag when Georgia's mom is mentioned, and Dave the Laugh finds her attractive.

!!Liberty "Libby" Nicolson

* AnnoyingYoungerSibling: ZigZagged. In spite of what a pain she can be at times, Georgia is quite fond of her.
* BabyTalk: She speaks only in toddler-gibberish.
* BrattyHalfPint: She's quite bossy and aggressive, and often uses violence to get her way. Though more innocent than most examples, since she's only 3 and a {{Cloudcuckoolander}}.
* {{Cloudcuckoolander}}: Her behaviour is downright weird even for a 3-year-old child. She should be about 5 by the end of the series, but she didn't change much. She still uses a pushchair and her social skills only extend to shouting embarrassing things at passersby and cheerfully torturing her male "fwends" at nursery school with make-up and garden implements.
* CreepyChild: Sort of. Her character was all about ToiletHumour and TroublingUnchildlikeBehaviour. Even Georgia sometimes is scared of her and finds her behavior disturbing.
* GirlsLoveStuffedAnimals: She loves to sleep in Georgia's bed, always along with all her stuffed animals and Barbies.
* MoralityPet: For Georgia. Even at her most selfish, Georgia always treats her little sister with kindness and love.
* TroublingUnchildlikeBehaviour: She's prone to violence, and tortures little boys at her nursery school.
* TheUnsmile: Her idea of a lovely smile, according to Georgia in book 2.

!!Angus

* CatsAreMean: A big, wild, insane and violent cat. ''He intimidates dogs'', among other things.
* CoolCat: Georgia finds him cool because he's brave, strong, and can scare other animals away. Her parents and especially the neighbors definitely disagree.
* MoralityPet: A literal example to Georgia, because she likes Angus and cares about her cat.
%% * TeamPet: To Georgia's family, along with his son Gordy.

!!Uncle Eddie

* CannotTellAJoke: Well known for his terrible jokes and sense of humor.
%% * {{Cloudcuckoolander}}: The craziest member in Georgia's family, which is ''really'' saying something.
%% * CoolUncle: Subverted. He likes to think of himself as one, but Georgia can't stand him.

!!Cousin James

* IncestantAdmirer: He has a crush on his cousin Georgia, much to her disgust.
* KissingCousins: Tries this with Georgia, much to her dismay. He unsubtly hits on her, and even attempts to grope her while staying the night at her house.

[[/folder]]

[[folder: School Staff]]
!!"Gorgey" Henri

* EvenTheGuysWantHim: Invoked at least once, with other male teacher Herr Kamyer being attracted to him, like all the girls.
* HotTeacher: All his students, and apparently some teachers, find him ''gorgeous''.

!!Ms. "Hawkeye" Heaton

* DeathGlare: Usually towards Georgia and her friends. She gives them a murderous look when they are acting silly.
* HeroAntagonist: To Georgia and all her shenanigans. She's just a teacher who is doing her job, even if Georgia sees her as an antagonist.
* SternTeacher: She comes off as this, though Georgia sees her as a SadistTeacher. She can see "rule-breaking" from a mile away and is always suspicious of Georgia.

!!Herr Kamyer

* ButtMonkey: One of Georgia's favorite targets to pick on, among the teachers. He seems oblivious to it though, even when Georgia and her friends tried to make him fall in the river.
* FunnyForeigner: As Georgia says "He has the double comedic value of being both German and the only male teacher in an all girls school."

!!Madame Slack
%% * SternTeacher

!!Miss Stamp

* ButchLesbian: A masculine PE teacher who's known to be lesbian. Initially the lesbian part was just an InformedAttribute, then it becomes sort of a RunningGag.
* SadistTeacher: One of her nicknames is "Adolfa". Georgia even mentions she has a moustache.

!!Miss Wilson

* ButtMonkey: Obviously thanks to Georgia and her friends's antics. She can't control the class and the students take advantage of this to make fun of her.

!!Ms. "Slim" Simpson

* DeanBitterman: The stern headmistress of Georgia's school.
* FatBastard: Georgia always says she's fat. She's also very strict and often scolds the students. She is more stern than bastard, however.
* IronicNickname: "Slim" obviously, because she's extremely overweight.
* LargeAndInCharge: "Our large and glorious leader", as once Georgia said.
%% * SourPrudes: When she summons Georgia because she kissed Masimo in the girl's school.

!!Mr. "Elvis" Attwood

* ButtMonkey: Georgia loves to mess with him and play pranks on him. After a particularly bad prank, he trips on his wheelbarrow and ends up in hospital.
%% * DirtyOldMan:
* GrumpyOldMan: He's cranky and unpleasant, though he has a good reason to dislike Georgia and her friends.

!!Wet Lindsay

* AcademicAlphaBitch: In the books. She's made prefect and later Head Girl at school, and she uses her power to torment Georgia.
* AcademicAthlete: Other than being smart, the Head Girl and kind of a TeachersPet, she also plays tennis and hockey, and she's apparently good at them (second only to Georgia, obviously).
* AlphaBitch: Played straight in the movie. In the books it's either her or Georgia herself, depending on your view (though both of them have shades of this, Georgia has her [[LovableAlphaBitch redeeming qualities]], while Lindsay is just an antagonist).
* ClingyJealousGirl: When her ex-boyfriend Robbie starts dating Georgia, she doesn't take it well. She's so clingy that she actually tries to hurt Georgia out of jeaolusy.
%% * DeadpanSnarker: She mainly makes snide remarks towards Georgia.
%% * DeathGlare
* FakeBoobs: Her bust is actually the result of her stuffing her bra, as Georgia discovers in the first book.
* TheRival: Georgia's rival for the affections of Robbie and Masimo.
* RomanticFalseLead: '''This'''. Lindsay was pretty much there to be Georgia's romantic rival. Georgia likes Robbie, but he's dating Lindsay. Georgia likes Masimo, but he's dating Lindsay. Obviously both guys end up dumping Lindsay and becoming Georgia's serious love interests, [[spoiler: But it's eventually subverted since Georgia chooses Dave at the end, her ThirdOptionLoveInterest.]]
* {{Yandere}}: A borderline example. After Robbie breaks up with her, Lindsay intentionally hurts Georgia during a hockey game, and injures Georgia's ankle.

!!"Nauseating" Pamela (P.) Green

* ButtMonkey: An unpopular, nerdy girl who is often picked on.
* ExtremeDoormat: The Bummer Twins easily intimidate her and Astonishingly Dim Martha into shoplifting for them.
* FatComicRelief: From Georgia's point of view, anyway.
* StalkerWithoutACrush: To Georgia, after the latter saves her from the Bummer twins. She starts following Georgia everywhere, to the annoyance of the latter.

!!The Bummer Twins (Jackie Mathews and Alison Peters)

* DemotedToExtra: In the books, they're the school bullies and act on their own. In the movie, they get much less to do, and are just Lindsay's GirlPosse.
* GangOfBullies: More like a duo, but they terrorize the other students.
* LaserGuidedKarma: When they frame two other students for shoplifting, Georgia decides to tell Slim the truth and the Bummers are immediately suspended.
* PutOnABus: After they are suspended, they are not even mentioned again.
* RelatedInTheAdaptation: In the book, they're not twins at all (or sisters, for that matter), it's just Georgia's nickname for them. In the movie they are literally identical twins.
* SingleMindedTwins: In the movie version, they're twins that look and act exactly the same.
