According to her, her eldritch appearance is the result of her ''eons'' of uninterrupted growth, and Alicorns in general would develop eldritch traits at around her age. Despite her supernaturally eldritch appearance, though, she's both a very benevolent goddess and [[TheHighQueen a highly-respected Queen]], and loves her mortal Zebra children.

In regards to Zebrafrica's situation with the various imperial factions trying to conquer it, she is doing everything she can to subvert those threatening her country by [[LetsYouAndHimFight nudging them to take each other out in their quests for power]], and supporting heroes like [[Franchise/SherlockHolmes Fetlock Holmes]]. This is due to being honor-bound by her promise not to interfere in her mortal children's lives after they arrogantly made it clear they don't want her help, no matter how much she herself wishes she didn't have to follow said promise.
31	* CurbstompBattle: Due to being an ancient Zebralicorn goddess, she's more than capable of inflicting this owing to her age and power. One prominent example is how she dealt with an imperialistic faction whose fleet tried invading Zebrafrica overseas -- they all got wiped out by a cataclysmic lightning storm before they could even reach Zebrafrica's shores.
32	* DidntThinkThisThrough: Her first attempt to guide the evolution of Zebrakind in her image created the "First Zebra" tribe, which have green manes/tails, and bright pink fur with green stripes like her. Even she admitted in hindsight this was a bad idea, considering how exposed this made them in their natural environment to all manner of predators and threats. She kept a "First Zebra" tribe as her subjects and emissaries in her domain, however.

With her help, they were able to Ascend and become deities just like her.

As a goddess of Alchemy, she's one of the most powerful alchemists and potion-makers on Equus (and has mentored younger deities who share her domain or partake in the craft). She can generate lightning potent enough to electrocute Giants and Dragons if she chooses, and has created cataclysmic lightning storms for both offense and protection (one imperialistic fleet was wiped out down to its last soldier for trying to invade Zebrica, and Zebrica itself is surrounded by a storm whenever she goes traveling). This comes from being a goddess of Nature, though [=Kendell2=] has stated that she embodies the stormy aspects of it rather than [[GreenThumb plant manipulation]] as Nature-based deities usually have. And due to being extremely ancient, her divine strength is proportionate to her "age" and she is incredibly well-versed in magic in general. As a hallmark of her "age", her true form as a Zebralicorn goddess is a gigantic AnimalisticAbomination with a mane and tail composed of lightning storms, wing feathers made of lightning, and a magical wing gradient going from pink to mint-green.

The Empire of Zinari grew complacent and arrogant with their successes enough to believe they didn't need her help, and, according to Mzazi, proceeded to make it ''quite clear'' that they didn't want her involved in their lives in a way that couldn't be easily taken back, "no matter how much I wish it were not so". Considering how most of Zebrafrica, save for the kingdom Mzazi rules over, is constantly periled by imperialistic forces, including the Changeling Kings of the Summer Court, the mortal Zebras probably regret their ancestors' arrogant outburst now.
