!!The Glover Family (''WesternAnimation/LittleBill'')
[[folder:General]]
* AdaptationalJerkass: It's [=GoAnimate=], so naturally the kids are troublemakers and the adults give unfair punishments, such as unreasonably long groundings.
* AdaptationalVillainy: Being "baby show" characters in the Grounded videos, it's pretty much a given that they're all sometimes cast as villains.
* ButtMonkey: Lots of bad stuff befalls them.
* TheChewToy: Most of their bad fortune is played for comedy.
%%* DarkerAndEdgier: As usual.
* DysfunctionalFamily: Like most families in [=GoAnimate=], they're almost always at one another's throats.
* FoolishSiblingResponsibleSibling: April and Bobby are both the responsible to Little Bill's foolish; he's the troublemaker and they try to keep him in line.
* {{Jerkass}}: Some of them can be less jerky than other members of the family, but they're all somewhat jerky.
[[/folder]]

[[folder:Little Bill Glover]]
[[quoteright:128:https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/little_bill.PNG]]

Completing the "baby show character" trifecta in the grounded videos is WesternAnimation/LittleBill. Much like Caillou and Dora, Little Bill's characterization as a curious youngster intrigued by the world around him is ignored in favor of him making his peers' lives a living you-know-what which, of course, leads to his grounding.

%%* AdaptationalBadass: He is a total badass here, unlike his original show.
* AdaptationalJerkass: He's not the innocent kid you knew him for in his original show.
* AdaptationalVillainy: A good kid in his actual show but not here.
* AnnoyingYoungerSibling: Is a pain in the neck towards April and Bobby.
%%* BadassAdorable: Little Bill is powerful.
* BaldOfEvil: Little Bill is bald and he's a troublemaker.
* BerserkButton: Don't Call him Little Pill!
* BrattyHalfPint: A classic example; he's a bratty, troublemaking boy.
* BigBrotherBully: {{Inverted|Trope}}, he is a little brother bully towards Bobby and April.
* ButtMonkey: Like every troublemaker out there, he's given extreme punishments.
* CuteBruiser: He's cute but don't be fooled. Little Bill is totally strong.
* DarkerAndEdgier: He is a murderer in [=GoAnimate=] in contrast to his original counterpart.
* EnfantTerrible: Maybe not as much as the other troublemakers but still pretty evil.
* EvilBrit: Speaks with a British accent, and a brat.
* FoolishSiblingResponsibleSibling: The foolish to April and Bobby's responsible -- he's a troublemaker while they're fairly reasonable kids.
* FreudianExcuse: Being mistreated by his parents is what makes him a troublemaker.
* HilariouslyAbusiveChildhood: His parents make his life a living hell.
* {{Jerkass}}: All troublemakers have this trait.
* KidsAreCruel: His bratty behaviour is common among the children in grounded videos.
* RealitySubtext: Averted, actually. Little Bill was just as much of a grounded video target as he was after Creator/BillCosby's scandals and subsequent end of career.
* SuperpoweredEvilSide: In ''Little Bill’s Rampage'' (by Roku Kun the Vyonder), he goes into an enraged saiyan-esque form when he gets fed up from the abuse inflicted by his family, before transforming into [[OneWingedAngel a gigantic muscular superpowered form,]] resulting in him [[CruelAndUnusualDeath brutally killing Big Bill]] and [[AttackOfTheFiftyFootWhatever wrecking havoc in the city while killing a lot of civilians]]. When Brenda, Alice, April and Bobby [[BehemothBattle try to stop him with a giant robot controlled by the latter,]] [[FromBadToWorse it only makes matters worse for them]] as it causes Little Bill to [[EvolutionPowerup transform his superpowered form]] [[SuperMode into a more powerfully enraged,]] [[PowerUpgradingDeformation red and demonic form while retaining its muscular and superpowered traits from before.]] He only turns back to normal when Brenda and the others bring his beloved teddy to which he accidentally destroys much to his sadness.
* UnexplainedAccent: For reasons unknown, much like Daisy, he speaks with a distinctive British accent (usually the Brian or Lawrence voices are used) while the rest of his family (except Brenda) tend to speak in American accents. He could have gotten it from his mother, though.
* VillainTeamUp: Some videos have him as part of Caillou's circle of trouble-making friends alongside Dora.
* WouldHitAGirl: Just ask April, whom he commonly abuses.
[[/folder]]

[[folder:Big Bill and Brenda Glover]]
[[quoteright:239:https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/bb&b.PNG]]

Big Bill and Brenda, as in actual canon, are Little Bill's parents, and, as such are the ones who ground and punish Little Bill the most often whenever Little Bill acts up in these videos.
----
* AbusiveParents: Unlike Caillou and Dora's families, where usually only one of their parents is violent to almost AxCrazy levels, both Big Bill ''and'' Brenda are equally violent and abusive toward Little Bill whenever he acts up.
* AdaptationalJerkass: Almost goes without saying at this point; they tend to give unusually long grounding times.
* AdaptationalVillainy: Like everybody -- they're violent and abusive.
* BaldOfEvil: Big Bill's bald and is a pointlessly harsh man.
* BerserkButton: Some videos have hamburgers be a pet peeve for Big Bill... for some reason.
* TheBully: They all gang up on Little Bill.
%%* DarkerAndEdgier: Per the norm.
* DoesNotLikeSpam: Big Bill hates hamburgers.
* EvenEvilHasLovedOnes: They do seem to love April and Bobby despite abusing Little Bill.
%%* HeWhoFightsMonsters
* {{Jerkass}}: They are all-around assholes.
* JerkassHasAPoint: They're right about most things Little Bill does even though they go too far in punishing him for it.
* NightmareFuelStationAttendant: Big Bill and Brenda are both scary, but they don't always intend to.
%%* SassyBlackWoman: Brenda.
%%* TautologicalTemplar: Occasionally.
%%* UnexplainedAccent: Much like Little Bill, Brenda speaks with a British accent.
[[/folder]]

[[folder:April and Bobby]]
Little Bill's two siblings.
----
* ButtMonkey: They get a lot of bad luck, normally caused by Little Bill. April is also hurt by him constantly.
* FoolishSiblingResponsibleSibling: They're both the responsible to Little Bill's foolish, being mostly well-behaved kids while he's the troublemaker.
* HeroAntagonist: Of course, they aren't as bad as other older siblings.
[[/folder]]

[[folder:Grandma Alice]]
Little Bill's grandmother.
----
* AdaptationalJerkass: In the same vein as Caillou's grandparents and Abuela Marquez, she is portrayed as more of a {{Jerkass}} compared to her canon counterpart who is a CoolOldLady.
* GrumpyOldMan: Elderly and cranky.
* ScrewPolitenessImASenior: She is elderly and is a complete jerk!
[[/folder]]

!!The Read Family (''WesternAnimation/{{Arthur}}'')
[[folder:Arthur Timothy Read]]
[[quoteright:177:https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/arthur_goanimate.PNG]]

While not featured as prominently in grounded videos as Caillou, Dora, or even Little Bill (and despite not technically being a "baby show character"), Arthur is another fairly frequently appearing kid's show character in the grounded videos. As can be expected, he's not the NiceGuy that he is in his show and regularly causes trouble in the videos that he appears in.
----
* AdaptationalJerkass: Per the norm. While canonical Arthur did have his moments (as seen in episodes like "Arthur's Big Hit" and "A is for Angry"), he was generally a NiceGuy. Here, he's a brat and a troublemaker.
* AdaptationalVillainy: Not the responsible, well-mannered boy you saw on his show.
* BaldOfEvil: Shown with CharlieBrownBaldness and is the main villain of his grounded series.
* BigBrotherBully: Towards D.W. -- he's often portrayed as hitting, cruelly pranking, or otherwise being mean to her.
* BitchInSheepsClothing: His usual portrayal has him be fairly close to his usual self until he is wronged in some way, after which he becomes a huge jerk, often with a [[SirSwearsALot foul-mouth]] to go with it.
* BrattyHalfPint: To the point that ''D.W. in his original show'' pales in comparison.
* ButtMonkey: Every troublemaking kid has terrible luck, often via bad punishments.
* CharlieBrownBaldness: Appears to be bald in most Comedy World depictions.
* DemotedToExtra: Possibly due to a mostly negative reaction to the "Arthur Gets Grounded" videos (likely because of the fact that ''Arthur'', like it or not, is a largely beloved show with a large PeripheryDemographic), Arthur is gradually becoming a less frequent grounded target and only makes sporadic appearances in grounded videos nowadays, instead tending to appear as a neutral or even somewhat heroic character instead.
* EvilBrit: Often has Lawrence or Brian as his default voice setting.
%%* EvilHasABadSenseOfHumor: To a certain degree.
* {{Expy}}: Of Caillou, somewhat. Arthur sets himself apart from Caillou by typically being more of a loud-mouth rather than being AxCrazy.
* FourEyesZeroSoul: A foul-mouthed brat with glasses.
* FreudianExcuse: While Arthur tends to come off as a unpleasant person to be around, some videos show that it's possibly as a result of abuse from his parents.
* HilariouslyAbusiveChildhood: Of course. The over-the-top punishments his parents give him are PlayedForLaughs.
* {{Gonk}}: Attempts to emulate Arthur's ears in the Comedy World theme tend to come off as...weird. (And the same goes for the rest of his family as well, though it looks especially weird with Arthur.)
* {{Jerkass}}: Once he gets set off, Arthur becomes a thoroughly ill-mannered [[SirSwearsALot potty-mouthed]] kid.
* JerkassWoobie: Can you really blame him for being bad with the crap he takes from his parents?
* KidsAreCruel: Usually behaves meanly towards D.W.
%%* NightmareFuelStationAttendant: Isn't it obvious?
* SirSwearsALot: In some videos, Arthur is shown swearing like a sailor when he winds up not getting his way.
* SophisticatedAsHell: He can be extremely rude, but never strays from talking in a distinctive South-Eastern English accent.
* TookALevelInKindness: Again, per the norm with unironic ungrounding videos and deconstructions.
* UnexplainedAccent: Despite originating from an American/Canadian co-production, Arthur is frequently voiced with the Brian voice setting, giving him a British accent.
[[/folder]]

[[folder:Dora Winfred "D.W." Read]]
[[quoteright:138:https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/dw.PNG]]

D.W. is, of course, Arthur's younger sister. Crazy as it sounds, she is fairly rarely portrayed as a troublemaker and instead is usually Arthur's target for trouble-making.
----
* AdaptationalHeroism: Odd as it may seem, D.W. actually comes off as the most tolerable out of the Reads instead of the other way around.
* BerserkButton: Do '''not''' feed her spinach.
* TheChewToy: Rarely leaves a video unscathed.
* {{Expy}}: Of Rosie in terms of how often she is TheChewToy in the ''Arthur Gets Grounded'' videos.
* NiceGirl: Nicer than Arthur, at least.
* NotSoAboveItAll: Despite being less of a troublemaker than her brother, she does get her moments of trouble-making.
* OnlySaneMan: The rest of the Reads are mean-spirited psychos. D.W., on the other hand, is the least mean and calmest of the Reads.
* SpoiledBrat: Bizarrely subverted; Arthur seems to be the brat of the family in the grounded videos instead of her.
* TokenGoodTeammate: Arthur is a jerk, his parents are abusive, but D.W. is, shockingly enough, more mellow compared to anyone else in her family.
* ValleyGirl: The Princess voice-setting is one of D.W.'s more common voice settings.
[[/folder]]

[[folder:David and Jane Read]]
[[quoteright:213:https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/arthurparents.PNG]]

Arthur and D.W.'s parents. David and Jane, like other parents, mostly exist to punish Arthur (and occasionally D.W.) whenever he/she misbehaves.
----
* AbusiveParents: David tends to come off as the worst of the two, however, being violent towards Arthur on occasion and grounding Arthur for really petty reasons. (Even innocuous things as playing a certain video game or hanging out with his friends.)
* AdaptationalVillainy: Canonically, Jane and David were nice (if a bit [[AdultsAreUseless useless]]) parents. Here they're every bit as mean as the other parents.
* TheBully: Arthur gets tormented by them.
* {{Expy}}: David comes off as a less AxCrazy Boris. Jane shares a few similarities with Doris, as well, but she gives out much fewer ThrowTheDogABone moments. Sometimes both parents even share the same voice settings as Boris and Doris.
* HairTriggerTemper: Both parents are hot tempered, but especially David.
%%* HolierThanThou
* {{Jerkass}}: They get mad over tiny things, and inflict rather painful punishments on Arthur.
* TheStoolPigeon: David is sometimes shown calling other kids' parents and getting them grounded just for being around Arthur, much less trouble-making with him.
%%* StopHavingFunGuy: InUniverse.
* TautologicalTemplar: They think they are good characters, but they really are not.
[[/folder]]

[[folder:Baby Kate]]
The baby sister of Arthur and D.W.
----
* DemotedToExtra: Hardly even appears in the grounded videos with Arthur. Or anyone else.
* LivingProp: She doesn't even do much in the scenes she ''does'' appear in. She's just there.
* TheSpeechless: Never says anything. Justified, as she's a baby.
[[/folder]]
!!Mystery Incorporated (''WesternAnimation/ScoobyDoo'')
[[folder:Fred Jones]]
[[quoteright:188:https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/screenshot_2016_10_01_13_36_12_1.png]]

The protagonist of the ''Franchise/ScoobyDoo'' series of videos, a rising trend series of videos started by [=Samster5677=]. Unlike in the series, Fred and his team's trademark myth-hunting is ignored, and his leadership has been replaced by an ignorant, volatile-tempered drunkard who has no problem with being violent to his friends. He is voiced by Paul.
----
* AdaptationalJerkass: Exaggerated to the point it's worth noticing that Fred shares no attributes with his canon counterpart.
* AdaptationalVillainy: Has nothing in common with his TV show counterpart and is cast as the villain in most videos.
* TheAlcoholic: He's commonly seen either referencing or drinking beer. In fact, this is possibly what explains his violent temperament in the videos.
* AxCrazy: As mentioned above, he has no problem giving his team members "concussion time" when they screw up, and is commonly shown [[DrivesLikeCrazy driving recklessly.]]
* BadPeopleAbuseAnimals: He has no problem with giving Scooby concussions. Scooby gets concussions less than anyone else though.
* BerserkButton: Has many things that make him mad, but some notable ones are disobeying him, hacking into his bank account, breaking the TV, selling the Mystery Machine, stealing his Nintendo Switch, going to places without him, drinking his beer, and spending his money.
* TheBully: Is aggressive and rude owards his teammates.
* CatchPhrase: "It's concussion time!"
%%* ControlFreak: Especially when it comes to his money.
* DarkerAndEdgier: He's an awful leader compared to his original self.
* DisproportionateRetribution: Like many of his fellow [=GoAnimate=] "[[DesignatedHero protags]]", Fred tends to flip out and go on a punishing spree over the most minor things.
* DrivesLikeCrazy: Drives the Mystery Machine very recklessly.
* TheFriendNobodyLikes: None of the members of the Scooby gang like him. And for good reason. He is unkind with absolutely nothing to like about him!
* TheGamblingAddict: He once spent all of his money on lottery tickets. He lost all of it.
* {{Hypocrite}}: Sometimes he tells the Mystery Inc to stop yelling while he too is shouting.
%%* IgnorantOfHisOwnIgnorance: Fred appears to be rather unaware of the acts he does.
* {{Jerkass}}: Abusive of his own teammates and beats them up on a frequent basis.
* KarmaHoudini: Unlike many of the other characters who tend to have LaserGuidedKarma hit them, Fred has so far evaded all sorts of comeuppances and attempts to get back at Fred are useless. A good example of this is in the video "[[https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UyqFCOc308s Daphne Blows Up The Mystery Machine]]", where Daphne accidentally pops the tires on the Mystery Machine and is given Concussion Time. She wakes up in the hospital where the doctor tells her what happened and that he isn't reporting Fred to the police because "it's [=GoAnimate=] and no one gives a crap". Later videos suggest that Fred is just too powerful and he easily breaks out of wherever he's sent to, so the police don't even bother apprehending him no matter what he does.
* KarmaHoudiniWarranty: His KarmaHoudini status is subverted in these videos:
** In [[https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Kepgt4N6aHY "Fred Jones tries to give Brian a concussion and gets beaten up and arrested"]], he tries to give Brian a concussion only to receive a painful beating from both him and [[WebVideo/AngryGermanKid the Angry German Kid]] and then put in jail.
** In [[https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_DlJs9hYfVw Fred gets arrested in an airport]], he is caught by airport security carrying a bag of weed and is arrested.
** Zigzagged in [[https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gnT2dxFYSUo The Scooby Gang go to Universal Studios (FRED ARRESTED)]]. Fred, furious at being at the titular amusement park, hijacks a plane and crashes it. He believes that he'll get away with it and is utterly shocked when he's arrested and goes to jail. However, he gets so indignant at being arrested that he turns into a Teeth Guy, escapes and attacks the rest of the Scooby Gang.
** Zigzagged again [[https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-MFulrqGNy0&ab_channel=samster5677 Fred's Fortnite Fiasco]]. Cailou's dad, angry that Fred caused ''VideoGame/{{Fortnite}}'' to temporarily crash, invokes punishment time on Fred. However, his screaming annoys the others so much that Shaggy invokes Ultra Instinct and tries to banish him... to the garage, somehow nullifying the punishment time.
* MediumAwareness: He often has arguments with [=Samster5677=], most notably the one where they argue over who Fred's real creator is.
* NightmareFuelStationAttendant: All his teammates are terrified of him.
* NoIndoorVoice: He is always screaming at his teammates.
* OnlySaneMan: While Fred is very much a {{Jerkass}}, a few videos portrays him as this as he will be dragged into situations he really doesn't want to be involved in. As well, while he is a penny-pincher, it's mostly because Daphne, Shaggy and Scooby would buy everything that isn't bolted down.
* TheScrooge: Though it's unknown as to how much money Fred has, he absolutely hates it when ''any'' of Mystery Inc. spends money. He attempts to keep a tight rein on the purse, but he'll gladly attack people if he feels they are spending too much, with one egregious example having Shaggy becoming an food reviewer, only for Fred to race in, smash his camera and give him concussion for doing this as it spends money. To be very fair, though, Fred ''does'' have a justified reason as Daphne will happily buy anything and everything she can get her hands on and Shaggy and Scooby would eat entire establishments to the ground. [[https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iMn2iP9aYPw This video]] seems to suggest the reason why he's so stingy is because that money is his beer money. Come between his money and his beer and he gets violent. The only exception was the time he spent all his money on lottery tickets and scratch-off cards.
* StopHavingFunGuy: InUniverse, Fred is shown to be so very happy to stop any thing the rest of the Gang from doing anything because it involves spending money.
* TeensAreMonsters: He is a teenager and a short-tempered lunatic.
%%* TrademarkFavoriteFood: Beer and steak.
* UnsympatheticComedyProtagonist: One of [=GoAnimate's=] biggest examples of this next to Boris and (on a bad day) Caillou, Fred is portrayed as a generally very unpleasant person who yells constantly, always seems angry, and frequently abuses his teammates over petty reasons.
* WithFriendsLikeThese: He is friends with the gang but he injures them on a daily basis.
* WouldHitAGirl: Completely okay with giving his female teammates concussions.
[[/folder]]

[[folder:Scooby and Shaggy]]
[[quoteright:164:https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/shaggyandscooby.PNG]]

Two members of Mystery Inc. and supporting characters for ''Franchise/ScoobyDoo'' videos. Scooby is the dog and Shaggy is a dirty blonde. Unlike Fred, they are relatively close to their canon personalities.
----
* BigEater: A trait they share with their canon counterparts, if buying ''250 dollars worth of food'' in [[https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=08PAp15LNSc Scooby Gang Goes To The Carnival]] is any indication.
* CanineCompanion: Shaggy is a man who has Scooby the dog as his pet.
* TheDitz: Both of them aren't very smart.
* DogsAreDumb: Scooby has his stupid moments.
* DumbBlonde: Shaggy isn't the sharpest person ever, and he's a dirty blond.
* GISSyndrome: Scooby is usually presented as stock images of himself. It's probably for the best as he is otherwise difficult to present in most (if not all) [=GoAnimate=] themes.
* LikeIsLikeAComma: Shaggy talks like this; peppering his sentences with "like".
* NiceGuy: Almost as nice as their canonical counterparts.
* TheQuietOne: Scooby doesn't talk as much as the rest of the Gang.
* SuperMode: Shaggy has his memetic "[[Anime/DragonBallSuper Ultra Instinct]]" form, but after breaking the universe, he really doesn't like using it.
* ThoseTwoGuys: Don't expect them to be apart very often.
* TrademarkFavoriteFood: Anything and everything from [=McDonald's=].
* VerbalTic: Shaggy adds "like" to his sentences a lot, much like he does canonically.
[[/folder]]

[[folder:Daphne Blake]]
Fred's girlfriend who is obsessed with her phone. She is voiced by Julie.
* AdaptationalDumbass: She tends to be depicted as ditzier than she usually is in canon.
* ButtMonkey: Out of all the Gang members, she gets attacked by Fred the most and frequently gets concussions from him.
%%* CompanionCube: Her phone.
* DeadpanSnarker: Sasses Fred at times.
* TheDitz: She's air headed and spacey.
* TheDogBitesBack: In [[https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iMn2iP9aYPw this video]], Daphne gets so fed up with Fred after he flipped out at them over being one cent over their limit at the mall, that she gets the rest of the Gang to spend all of his money. Subverted in that Fred doesn't take it well. At all.
* DomesticAbuse: Fred's not any less violent towards her than he is towards Shaggy, Scooby or Velma.
* KindheartedSimpleton: An airhead but very good natured.
* TheLoad: While none of the gang seems to have jobs, Daphne seems to be the only one openly refusing to get a job. In "[[https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yAzh28hXPjo Daphne Spends $1,000,000 on Fred's Credit Card/Concussion Time]]", Daphne is offended at the suggestion of actually getting a job at [=McDonalds=] and decides to steal Fred's credit card.
* MsRedInk: In many videos, she'll buy just about anything she likes, much to [[TheScrooge Fred's]] displeasure.
* NiceGirl: Although ''anyone's'' nice compared to Fred.
* PhoneaholicTeenager: She loves using her phone and is seen using it in nearly all of her appearances.
* SkewedPriorities: Daphne seems to value her phone more than her own life.
* TookALevelInDumbass: She's much stupider than her canon counterpart.
[[/folder]]

[[folder:Velma]]
The smartest member of the Scooby Gang. Not that that's saying much.
----
%%* BespectacledCutie: She looks cute and wears glasses.
* BlackBeadEyes: And [[NonStandardCharacterDesign the only gang member who has these to boot.]]
* BlindWithoutEm: Well she is the trope image, after all; she's very nearsighted.
* ButtMonkey: Fred beats her as often as the other members of the Scooby Gang.
* TheCracker: She once hacked into Fred's bank account to get back at him for buying a laptop he said she couldn't buy.
* NonStandardCharacterDesign: Nobody else in the gang has BlackBeadEyes but her.
* NiceGirl: Like any other member of the Gang that isn't Fred; she's mostly very polite.
* OnlySaneMan: The only one of the gang who isn't an idiot, insane, or a jerk.
* TheSmartGuy: Good with computers.
[[/folder]]

!!Other characters
[[folder:Kai Lan]]
[[quoteright:350:https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/hqdefault_860.jpg]]

The title character and protagonist of ''WesternAnimation/NiHaoKaiLan''.
----
* AdaptationalJerkass: Like every "baby show" character; she's a bratty troublemaker.
* AdaptationalVillainy: She's not the sweet kid you may know and love(?).
* AsianRudeness: Ye Ye even calls her a "Chinese brat".
* BadassAdorable: Small yet can do all sorts of badass stuff.
* CreepyChild: She does quite a bit of creepy stuff.
* CuteAndPsycho: A cute Chinese kid who is a jerk.
* EnfantTerrible: Not to the extent of the other kids, but still pretty evil.
* EvilHasABadSenseOfHumor: Has one sick sense of humor.
* {{Jerkass}}: A total prick.
* KidsAreCruel: Picks on everybody.
* PintSizedPowerhouse: Although any troublemaker is this.
* TheRival: She's sometimes portrayed as a nemesis to Dora.
%%* SuperStrongChild: Definitely.
[[/folder]]

[[folder:Angelica Pickles]]
[[quoteright:216:https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/angelicagoanimate.png]]

In the few Grounded videos that involve ''WesternAnimation/{{Rugrats}}'', Angelica Pickles tends to be the most common troublemaker for obvious reasons.
----
* AdaptationalVillainy: While the canon Angelica already liked picking on the babies, she rarely (if ever) physically attacked them, as she's willing to do here.
* BadassAdorable: She's a toddler who is physically strong.
* BerserkButton:
** The existence of the other babies irks her.
** Don't talk to her while she's using her phone.
* ButtMonkey: Far more so than she is canonically. Here, Angelica is far less successful in getting away with her wrong-doings.
* EnfantTerrible: She's three years old and loves bullying the babies.
* EvilBrit: Most users give her British voice settings.
* GirlishPigtails: A trait that she has canonically; she has pigtails and is a three-year-old girl.
* {{Jerkass}}: Though, really, she isn't really much worse than she is canonically.
* SpoiledBrat: Again, par for the course with Angelica. She barely even [[TookALevelInJerkass takes a level in]] {{Jerkass}} from her canon characterization.
* UnexplainedAccent: Commonly has a British voice setting, while none of the other characters (including her parents) do.

[[folder:Noddy]]
While nowhere near as commonly used in the Grounded videos as Caillou, Dora, Little Bill or Arthur, Noddy from ''WesternAnimation/NoddysToylandAdventures Noddy'' makes appearances in these videos from time to time, usually as a troublemaker, but also has his fair share of appearances as a hero or bystander. As per the norm, characterization of him varies from user to user; in many cases, he's not the CheerfulChild you know him for, and will instead regularly cause mischief much like all the other troublemakers. He's usually voiced by David.
----
* AdaptationalJerkass: Like all other "baby show" characters; he's the troublemaker.
* AdaptationalVillainy: Pretty much a given at this point -- he's usually cast as the villain.
* ButtMonkey: Much like every other troublemaker, he gets given unfair punishments.
* DependingOnTheWriter: Whether or not he's a troublemaker varies, considering he has appeared in a few "[Character] Misbehaves at [Resort]" videos as a good guy. Most users seem to depict him as one, however.
* EnfantTerrible: Less so than some other troublemakers but still evil.
* HairTriggerTemper: Much more easily-angered than his original series.
* {{Jerkass}}: It's [=GoAnimate=], so he's very rude and mischievous.
* PerversePuppet: A wooden doll who will stop at nothing to get his way.
* VocalDissonance: Much like Caillou, as his usual voice setting is David, he sounds much older than he looks.

[[folder:Trip]]
[[quoteright:101:https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/trip_goanimate.PNG]]

Trip, the rival to Ash Ketchum in ''Anime/PokemonTheSeriesBlackAndWhite'', is a popular character to use as a trouble-maker in the grounded videos, whether they are actually ''Pokémon'' oriented or not.
----
* AdaptationalJerkass: Trip could get a little rude toward Ash in his home series, but it was clear that it was just an act. Here, though he really is a genuine {{Jerkass}}.
* AdaptationalVillainy: Canon Trip is a somewhat aloof character who acts like a jerk and who became nicer over time. Here, Trip is your typical [=GoAnimate=] brat with none of that.
* AdaptedOut: He is almost never featured with his Pokémon, not even as stock images.
* CanonForeigner: Has invented parent characters.
* GISSyndrome: Some videos have Trip (and other ''Pokémon'' characters) as stock images of themselves.
* SmallReferencePools: It seems odd that Trip (despite his HiddenDepths) would be the main trouble-maker from the ''Pokémon'' anime, giving one the idea that someone saw his [[{{Jerkass}} initial treatment of Ash]] in his debut episodes (but saw no others where Trip went through CharacterDevelopment), made a grounded video out of him, and the fanbase just ran with it.

[[folder:Barney the Dinosaur]]
[[HowTheMightyHaveFallen Formerly one of the most popular targets of mockery]], you can expect [[Series/BarneyAndFriends Barney]] to appear in quite a few cartoons. Surprisingly, he gets off quite lightly most of the time compared to most kids-friendly characters.
----
* AmazingTechnicolorPopulation: Several users, when not affected by GISSyndrome, design Barney as a human with purple and green skin.
* BerserkButton: Don't steal his money.
* BountyHunter: He was once hired by Boris and Miss Martin to kill, and later capture, Caillou. [[BewareTheSillyOnes He succeeded.]]
* ButtMonkey: When he's not a troublemaker, several videos depict him getting killed by troublemakers. [[AndThereWasMuchRejoicing Even more so when the culprit is rewarded for it]].
%%* ComputerVirus: The "Barney Error" videos are usually played this way.
* EvilCounterpart: Some users have a "Good Barney" (purple and green) and an "Evil Barney" (red and purple).
* FatBastard: When he's a troublemaker and not a [[GISSyndrome stock photo]], he's usually depicted as pudgy.
* GISSyndrome: Several users simply use a shock photo of Barney when he's in a video.
* NoIndoorVoice: He tended to use the infamously loud "Kidaroo" voice setting before it was removed.
%%* SelfDuplication: He does this in his fight with Caillou.

[[quoteright:182:https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/img_3154_1.png]]
The 3 year old red monster from ''Series/SesameStreet''. As expected is a target of grounded videos due to him being a “baby show” character. He mainly appears in [[https://www.youtube.com/@pappyanimate2012 PappyAnimate2012’s]] videos.
----
* AdaptationalVillainy: Is usually cast as the troublemaker.
* BrattyHalfPint: A troublesome three-yer-old boy.
* HeterosexualLifePartners: In [[https://www.youtube.com/@pappyanimate2012 PappyAnimate2012’s]] videos, him and Caillou are rarely seen without each other.
* ThirdPersonPerson: Much like his canon counterpart, he refers to himself in third person.
%%* ThoseTwoGuys: With Caillou
