7The main protagonist, a young alchemist who specializes in making magical pills. Her parents owned their own magical pill shop, and left it for Judith after their death. Although she's an orphan, Judith has her pet, a parrot called Fink, as a companion and is never alone. She is a bit of a tomboy by nature, likes round things and dislikes anything bothersome.

9* BrokeEpisode: Her entire arrival to Year 885 Gramnad is this, [[BagOfSpilling with none of her funds or extra valuable items carrying over]] and in debt to the most infamous loan shark in Wern and Metterburg, Judie has to start from scratch and claw her way into paying off her debt.
10* FishOutOfTemporalWater: The story starts when Judie is asked to alchemize an "Hourglass of the Dragon", which has the power to control time, and accidentally sends herself 200 years into the future.
11* IChooseToStay: Depending on the ending, Judith either stays in the future where her friends build an Atelier for her, or goes back to her original time where she continues working in her old workshop.

45A character appearing exclusively in the Platform/PlayStationPortable re-releases of ''Atelier Judie'' and ''Atelier Viorate''. She might have the appearance of a young girl, but her is true identity is that of the spirit of time. In order to carry out her duties as a spirit, she sometimes leaves the spirit world. If she quits working, the time of the world would start acting strangely. She loves sweets.

48A member of Metterburg's Commerce and Industry Financing Guild. Witoss is a notorious loanshark who Judie becomes entangled with upon her arrival. He sets a high debt upon Judie at the start of the game, expecting her to pay him back at a later time.
