The BigBad of One Piece ''Round the Land'', was a member of Dorry and Brogy's crew before getting lost during a terrible storm. Not knowing the fate of his companions, he tries to use the Legend of the Blue to realize his wish, and forces the Straw Hat Pirates to help him. He also has eaten the Mini-Mini Fruit (''Mini Mini no Mi'', yes the same fruit Lily has), which allows him to shrink at will.

!!!'''Devil Fruit:''' [[PaperMaster Rustle-Rustle Fruit]]

[[quoteright:270:https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/simon_infobox.png]]

The BigBad of One Piece game ''Great Hidden Treasure of the Nanatsu Islands''. He has eaten the Rustle-Rustle Fruit (''Pasa Pasa no Mi''), a Logia type that allows him to create, control, and turn into paper.
-----
* AchillesHeel: The Devil Fruit's biggest weakness is paint as it's a substance that humans use on paper and its not directly harmful to the paper unlike fire. Ussop used this weakness to negate Simon's immunity to fire.
* AGodAmI: Is extremely self-centered and a megalomaniac, thinking he far exceeds humanity and was meant to rule over them. This delusion comes from a false thinking that he was born with his special ability rather than eating a Devil Fruit. He even dismisses Devil Fruit users as "Imperfect".
* BigBad: The main antagonist of ''Great Hidden Treasure of the Nanatsu Islands''.
* HighClassGlass: He wears a Monocle on his right eye.
* ManOfWealthAndTaste: Wears a pure white suit with gold edges and a cape-like design. He has polished black shoes alongside having gold neck braces around his neck and a gold disk behind his head. He carries a gold book with him at all time. This gives him an appearance of a Gentleman and having a highly educated background.
* PaperMaster: Thanks to his Devil Fruit, he can create, control, and turn into paper.
* RedBaron: "Simon the Divine". The epithet refers to someone who has been "Divinely Possessed" but it also comes from a pun based on his Devil Fruit power. "God" and "Paper" sound alike in Japanese from the kanji "Kami".
* SwissArmySuperpower: He demonstrated many applications with his Devil Fruit, said applications being the primary ability of other Devil Fruits. Applications with different elements include explosions, fire, electricity, poison, paralysis, and healing. The last of which is what makes this Devil Fruit extremely good as it's the lone Logia demonstrated that allows the user to heal their injuries.
* [[WeaktoFire Weak to Fire]]: Logically, fire can burn his paper and force him to turn solid. Simon however can negate this weakness with one of his techniques, giving him an edge over fire using opponents.

The BigBad of ''Unlimited Adventure''. A monster created by the dark thoughts and feelings of the Island's former inhabitants. After being accidentally freed by the Straw Hats, it turns into the Evil Master Beast but is eventually destroyed for good.

A small imp-like spirit seen in ''[[VideoGame/OnePieceUnlimitedCruise Unlimited Cruise]]''. A loyal servant of the Great Tree, his purpose is to test the Straw Hats and turn into a present suitable for them.
----
* DarkIsNotEvil: Despite looking like a fiend, he's a good guy. [[spoiler: Except when the Great Tree turns it into the Final Boss.]]
* {{Expy}}: Of Popora from ''Unlimited Adventure''.
%%* HornedHumanoid
* KatanasAreJustBetter: Carries around one, but is never seen using it.
* HeelFaceTurn: And manages to [[spoiler: destroy the Demon of Doom in the process.]]

----
%%* CastingAShadow
* DittoFighter: The Demon of Doom not only use the same PowerCopying gimmick of the Evil Master Beast, but can also imitate other character's fighting styles and materialize weapons out of thin air.
* DubNameChange: His original names were "Sabaki no Ban'in" (Guardian of Judgment) and "Hoboroki no Kijin" (Demon God of Destruction).
* EnergyWeapon: Can shoot them out of his shoulders.
* {{Expy}}: He's basically the same as the Evil Guardian and Evil Master Beast from the previous game ''Unlimited Adventure''.
* FlatCharacter: Justified, as rather than being a creature or a sentient entity he's simply a "tool" of punishment generated by the Great Tree.
* HavingABlast: In his first form his attacks are mostly based on explosions of purple energy.
%%* LeanAndMean: The Demon of Doom.
%%* LightningBruiser: The Demon of Doom.
* OneWingedAngel: This time it turns into a vaguely humanoid being of darkness covered in roots.
* RoboSpeak: Justified as he's more of a machine than a living creature with feelings.

[[quoteright:296:https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/patrick_redfield_3.png]]

The main antagonist of the 3DS game ''One Piece: Unlimited World Red''. He is one of the Level 6 prisoners released from Impel Down due to Blackbeard. Like Z, he was designed by Oda for the game.
----
* BadassNormal: [[spoiler:Until the final battle, when he eats the Bat-Bat Fruit, Model: Vampire.]]
* BeardOfEvil: Has a three-pronged goatee.
* EvilOldFolks: Though his powers have been reduced by his age, he is still a very formidable opponent.
* EvilRedhead: In his youth, [[spoiler:which he briefly regains using his new Devil Fruit powers]].
* FlashStep: He makes use of these a fair amount, particularly in cutscenes.
* HiddenDepths: He is brutal and vicious, but he does care for his pet companion Pato, and isn't incapable of showing respect.
%%* HighCollarOfDoom
* MaskedLuchador: In his [[spoiler: Vampire form: he even has a champion belt and a head bandana (similar to Zoro's) that actually becomes his mask.]]
* MookMaker: Not by his own power, but Pato allows him to create clones of people with his ability. He uses this to clone the Straw Hats and their classic foes, and make them fight the real crew.
* NotSoAboveItAll: Red actually thinks [[RunningGag Pato and Chopper might be relatives]]. Even though [[spoiler: Pato is a pen that was fed a devil fruit, hence the gold tail]].
* OurVampiresAreDifferent: [[spoiler: Before the FinalBoss battle, he eats and attains the power of the Bat-Bat Fruit, Model: Vampire.]]
* ParasolOfPain: Has a SinisterScythe in it.
* RapidAging: Can induce this after [[spoiler:eating the Bat-Bat Fruit, Model: Vampire by sucking people's life force, leaving them in an old, decrepit shriveled state. Yadoya and Luffy can attest to that.]]
* RedBaron: "The Red Count", "Red".
* TouchTelepathy: His strong Observational Haki allows him to do this.
* WorthyOpponent: [[spoiler: Eventually sees Luffy and the Straw Hats as one.]]
* VampiricDraining: How his devil fruit works. [[spoiler: He doesn't have to actually bite the characters to drain them of their youth - he can just hold them at arms reach and drain them via just touching them.]]
* YouAreNotAlone: Spends most of the game [[spoiler: going through this character development - he was infamous for being able to do things on his own that shouldn't have been possible for just one man, so Pato spends most of the game trying to get through to him that he doesn't need to cast him aside as a "tool" - He'll be there for him as a comrade and help him get past the hurdles of old age as they come]]

!!!'''Voiced by:''' Creator/RikiyaKoyama (JP)
[[quoteright:270:https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/isaac_infobox.png]]

Main antagonist of ''World Seeker''. A scientist and former Marine who wardens over Prison Island.
----
* CainAndAbel: It's eventually revealed he's Jeanne's brother with the two being at odds with each other.
* CoolShades: Wears a pair.
* {{Cyborg}}: Has metal implants over his body.
* DetachmentCombat: Can separate his arms to hit his opponents from different angles.
* FinalBoss: Naturally he's the last boss faced in the game.
* FlashStep: Apparently can use Geppou as he manages to dash around Luffy in their first encounter.
* HeroicSacrifice: [[spoiler: In the end he stays behind on his floating fortress to keep the unstable Dyna Stones from crashing into Prison Island while he throws Luffy off of it and puts Jeanna in his armor and has it fly off despite her pleas. However Jeanne feels he survived. "Episode Sabo" seems to imply that he indeed did as Sabo gets a report of the revolutionaries "saving someone" after Issac Dyna-Stone ship explodes.]]
* LanternJawOfJustice: Has one but is zig-zagged. He used to work for the Marine but is the bad guy of this game.
* ManOfKryptonite: His arms are made of Sea Stone which drain Luffy of his strength when he managed to grab him in their first encounter.
* MirrorCharacter: He forms a bond with Sabo as both their actions are doing it to help their siblings. Sabo to Luffy and Issac to Jeanne. [[spoiler: So much so that Issac saves Sabo from the poison gas Lucci tries to inflict on them and Sabo returns the favor later with the implication the Revolutionaries saved Issac after his plan failed at the behest of Sabo.]]
* {{Revenge}}: Has a major grudge against the World Government whom he blames for the death of his mother due to an accident with the Dyna Stone that she was researching for them. Thus he manipulates the [=WG=] into helping excavates Dyna Stones around the island and set them into bombs with the plan of firing them on Mariejois to take them out.
* PoweredArmor: Uses one in his final encounter with Luffy.
* RocketPunch: Can use his arms as a projectile if needed.
* ShockAndAwe: Able to generate electricity through his body.
* VillainousBreakdown: As the final battle draws on and Luffy keeps coming at him, he starts to get more frustrated. Culminating when Luffy gives him a TheReasonYouSuckSpeech over why Jeanne is stronger then him. Namely that she has moved on from her mother's death and respected her sacrifice while Issac hasn't. He doesn't take it well and goes full power with the armor.
* WellIntentionedExtremist: Wants to use a batch of Dyna Stones to bomb Marijoes in revenge for his mother. However Jeanne doesn't approve of his methods.

----
* BigSisterInstinct: Towards Roule, a young boy who lives in her neighborhood and regards her as a CoolBigSis. When the Marines are on the verge of arresting Roule because of his potential knowledge about the location of the Dyna Stones, she covers for him by claiming that ''she's'' the one with that information and gets captured in his stead.
* CainAndAbel: Eventually revealed to be the younger sister of Issac with the two being at odds over Isaac's methods.
* DamselInDistress: Gets kidnapped a few times in the game and has to be saved.

A resident of Jail Island who lives in the same neighborhood as Jeanne. His deceased father made a map of the sky portions of the island, and ran afoul of the Marines in the past. Roule dreams of becoming an adventurer.
----
* ChekhovsSkill: Fairly early in the campaign, Law saves Roule (again) when he's falling by Shambles-ing him to safety just before he hits the ground. Roule remembers this, and uses it as part of his and Law's strategy in the final battle against Kizaru, purposely falling right in front of him so Law can switch places with Roule and strike the winning blow against Kizaru.
* [[DeliberatelyDistressedDamsel Deliberately Distressed Dude]]: When Kizaru has him and an already-injured Law cornered, Roule becomes this to keep Kizaru from killing them by claiming that he knows where the Dyna Stones are, prompting Kizaru to capture him alive for interrogation. Roule knows that Law will show up to rescue him later, which he does with help from the Straw Hats.
* {{Deuteragonist}}: Of Law's campaign, since much of its story is driven by the past and/or present actions of Roule or his deceased father.
* FireForgedFriends: With Law. At first, Roule distrusts him because he's a pirate, but gradually warms up to him as Law repeatedly saves him from the sticky situations he puts himself in. Law, meanwhile, grows to respect Roule for his pluckiness (especially as it's implied that he reminds him of Luffy) and is quick to protect him whenever necessary, even going out of his way to rescue him in the final stretch of the story.
* HeroicBSOD: After Roule hears from multiple Marines that his father was a traitor, witnesses Jeanne lie to the Marines to protect him and get captured in his place, and subsequently mistakes Law's attempts to calm him down and exercise caution[[note]](so they can take the time to make a solid plan to rescue Jeanne rather than just rush in recklessly like Roule wants to do)[[/note]] as Law not caring about what happens to her, Roule gets one of these. He notes that he doesn't know what to believe anymore, briefly sees Law as a BrokenPedestal, and laments that his map has only hurt people he cares about before tearing it up and running off. Law manages to snap him out of it after he makes a plan with the Straw Hats for saving Jeanne and has Nami repair Roule's map.
* HeroWorshipper: Becomes this to Law over the course of the campaign as he continuously helps Roule and other people like the Straw Hats and some civilians of the island, leading Roule to decide that he's a "good pirate". Law, for his part, tries to discourage this attitude, but Roule isn't deterred.
* KidSidekick / TagalongKid: He acts at one to Law, often even disregarding Law's orders to stay somewhere safe and following him into danger.
* MoralityPet: A downplayed one to Law; he's still a rather cold pirate who does what he needs to do to accomplish his goals, but Roule does seem to bring out his "[[JerkWithAHeartOfGold heart of gold]]" qualities, and by the end of the campaign, Law goes out of his way to sneak into a Marine base and risk encountering Kizaru just to rescue him.
* MirrorCharacter: To Luffy; they both are similarly cheerful, positive, and passionate when talking about their dreams, love adventure and firmly believe that you have to be willing to risk your life to live an adventuring lifestyle, are very stubborn when it comes to doing what they want and refuse to be deterred (sometimes even to the point of recklessness), and don't take kindly to people disrespecting those they care about. Kuzan outright makes a comment that Roule reminds him of a particular someone else, and it's implied that these similarities are why Law takes a shine to him.
* PlotMandatedFriendshipFailure: Gets this with Law about 2/3 of the way through the campaign during his HeroicBSOD above. Thankfully, it doesn't last very long before Roule realizes that Law was always planning to save Jeanne, and simply didn't do so immediately so he could take the time to come up with a plan and recruit the Straw Hats to help him with it.
