[[foldercontrol]]

[[folder:General]]
* AdaptationalBadass: Many members of the Aureusidae, whether biological or adoptive, are either altered versions of ''My Little Pony'' canon characters or expies of characters from non-''My Little Pony'' media. Due to various changes made, many of them are badasses in the Codexverse, being either demigods or full gods. Even the youngest members of the Aureusidae, most of them children, have gotten their chances to shine on numerous occasions.
* AdoptedIntoRoyalty: Many Aureusidae members like Mercy, Rosy Dreams, and Gliding Butterfly were adopted by either Golden Scepter or one of the Terran Princes, making them royalty by default. This is because many of the adoptees were children who were either abuse victims, orphans, or both, eliciting great sympathy from the Terran Royals.
* BadassFamily: All of the Aureusidae, including the Terran Princes themselves, are part of a ''huge'' family containing either demigods or full gods. Even the mortal members are no less capable, with the most notable example being Queen Majesty, a legendary heroine and "[[BrokeTheRatingScale Mage Magnificent]]" beyond compare.
* CrossoverRelatives: Outside the Terran Princes, many Aureusidae members who were originally unrelated in their respective source materials (such as [[Myth/SlavicMythology Belyolen and Temnobog]] and [[TabletopGame/{{Warhammer}} Naur and Naneth]]) end up becoming adoptive siblings after Golden Scepter took them in. The same thing could also be said for many of the Terran Princes' own children, who became cousins after being adopted by their respective fathers.
* DeityOfHumanOrigin: Zigzagged. Some Aureusidae are Ascendent demi-deities and full deities, with the Terran Princes being the most famous examples. However, other Aureusidae were born full deities, like Kúzelník, Naur, and Temnobog.
* DivineParentage: The divine members of the Aureusidae were either sired by deities biologically, adopted, or both. In some cases, some deities came from [[AbusiveParents broken homes and pantheons]] prior to being adopted by Golden Scepter and/or the Terran Princes.
* MeaningfulName: "Aureusidae" is a combination of "aureus", which means "gold/golden" in Latin, and the "-idae" suffix, which denotes offspring. It not only refers to the Terran Princes, but also any member who was adopted by either Golden Scepter or the Terran Princes themselves. The name is also similar to [[spoiler:Golden Scepter's former Alicorn name, Auriolus Scaeptrum, which he threw away following his awakening from stasis in the Second Age]].
* PsychicPowers: Many biological and adoptive Aureusidae members, even the mortal ones, have varying degrees of psychic powers. The Terran Princes in particular get it from their father, Golden Scepter, the Alicorn god of Psionics, with Prince Crimson Star being the most powerful of his brothers as a demigod of Psionics. It also helps that Golden Scepter encouraged his sons' psychic potential, making them more powerful than [[TabletopGame/Warhammer40000 the Primarchs]], most who are very weak psykers aside from [[TheArchmage Magnus the Red]] due to the Imperium of Man's systemically oppressive treatment of psykers.
* RoyalsWhoActuallyDoSomething: Many Aureusidae members, including the Terran Princes, were either born into royal families, were granted royal titles upon [[DeityOfHumanOrigin Ascending to godhood]], or are pantheon leaders/members. Many of them are also highly respected and beloved, and take an active interest in their mortal subjects' well-being. Even the youngest members of the Aureusidae have gotten into this at times.
* {{Seers}}: Many Aureusidae members, including the Terran Princes, have clairvoyant powers to some capacity.
* SemiDivine: Some Aureusidae members, including the Terran Princes themselves, are demi-deities.
* SupernaturalElite: Many Aureusidae members are either demi-deities or full-fledged deities, and thus are counted as Terran royalty second only to the Aureusidae's patriarch, Emperor Golden Scepter.
* WarriorPrince: Many male Aureusidae members, including the Terran Princes themselves, demigods or full-fledged gods who hold the rank of "Prince". It's ultimately zigzagged -- while many are accomplished fighters, there are some who aren't very good at fighting but are magical powerhouses to make up for it.
* WingedUnicorn: Several Aureusidae members, including the Terran Princes, are Alicorns -- whether [[SemiDivine demi-divine]] or full-fledged deities.

!!!'''Rank:''' Divine (Tier III/Intermediate)

-> [Insert Quote here]
\
Prince Mana Weaver (his entry [[https://www.deviantart.com/brutalityinc/art/Codex-Equestria-Deities-and-Divines-Part-56-865347817 here]]) is the Alicorn god of Wizardry, Breaking Limits, and Humbling, and is a benevolent adoptive member of the Terran Royal Family.\

Once, he was a Unicorn with Earthpony heritage who dreamt of becoming a wizard, but was ostrasized by teachers and classmates alike for being a halfbreed whose blood, 'diluted' with those of non-Unicorn tribes, automatically makes him inferior in both magic and worth, leaving him depressed and despairing. However, the Starswirl of his time, outraged at the bigotry directed against Mana Weaver (seeing it as no different from the Tribalism that nearly destroyed them all in the 'Windigo Scourge'), took him as his student, encouraged him and helped him unlock his full potential, which combined with his determination to break his limits and show everyone what he can do, eventually caused him to surpass his bigoted teachers and peers in magic. His achievements in magic eventually earned him his godhood under the tutelage of Emperor Golden Scepter (who eventually adopted him as part of the extended Terran Royal Family), and to this day Mana Weaver remains in both his domain and character a living example that anyone can surpass expectations and achieve their dreams with enough will and luck, regardless of what others may think of them and their potential.
----
* AbstractApotheosis: Under Emperor Golden Scepter's tutelage, he Ascended and became an Alicorn demigod of Wizardry, Breaking Limits, and Humbling. Later, he Ascended to true godhood.
* AdoptedIntoRoyalty: He became a Terran Prince by adoption after accepting Golden Scepter's offer to adopt him as his son. It's implied that he ended up outliving his birth parents when he [[DeityOfHumanOrigin became an Alicorn]].
* AgentPeacock: He's rather eccentric and flamboyant, with a preference for wearing pink clothes (which he admits came from having an equally eccentric mentor in the Starswirl of his time). He's also an ancient Alicorn god who embodies Wizardry, Breaking Limits, and Humbling, making him a powerful wizard who specializes in psychological warfare and also has the ability to enter a SuperMode.
* AnthropomorphicPersonification: He's an Alicorn god who embodies Wizardry, Breaking Limits, and Humbling.
* AllYourPowersCombined: As an Alicorn, he has the combined magics of all mortal Pony tribes.
* AstonishinglyAppropriateAppearance: His Cutie Mark depicts a chain breaking in front of a spider's web, which symbolizes the act of breaking one's limits and weaving a new destiny. This is rather fitting, considering he became a powerful mage and later Ascended to godhood by doing the same thing.
* BewareTheSillyOnes: He's rather eccentric and flamboyant due to possessing an equally eccentric mentor in his mortal youth, and often sings songs while [[BreakTheHaughty humbling arrogant people]]. He also ''hates'' excessive pride and all forms of discrimination, having been frequently mistreated by racist, elitist Unicorns for being an Earthpony/Unicorn hybrid.
* BlueIsHeroic: He's a blue-furrred Alicorn, and he's a benevolent god whose beliefs are ultimately similar to Luminiferous' in that both see things like bloodlines, racial/tribal "purity", and other things are merely "limitations" that can be broken and transcended.
* BreakTheHaughty: Invoked and later weaponized by him.
** After finally receiving proper instruction in wizardry by his mentor, the Starswirl of his time, he participated in {{Wizard Duel}}s where he [[CurbStompBattle overpowered and defeated all of his racist former instructors and classmates]]. In particular, he utterly humiliated the one instructor who cruelly humiliated him previously by systemically dismantling all of his spells while giving him a stinging TheVillainSucksSong, exposing the older Unicorn as the prideful and bigoted person he really was. To further the humiliation, this was done in front of the Pony royals who attended a meeting between the three Pony tribes.
** After becoming a student of Golden Scepter, he Ascended as the Alicorn god of ''Humbling''. He has PsychicPowers that let him sense hubris in people and analyze the best way to shatter their bloated egos to make them see how their pride is unfounded. This makes him skilled in psychological warfare and a rather terrifying foe. His domain also allows him to feed off of people's hubris to become stronger and turn their own egos back on them.
* BringIt: In the beginning of his TheReasonYouSuckSpeech, he tells his former Unicorn instructor a variation of this while they're engaged in a WizardDuel, calling the Unicorn instructor's spells mere "parlor tricks" while daring the latter to try humiliate him again. Needless to say, [[CurbStompBattle the Unicorn instructor utterly failed in that regard]].
* BunnyEarsLawyer: He's an eccentric, flamboyant Alicorn god who is fond of wearing pink, which partially came from having an equally eccentric mentor in his mortal youth. However, his beliefs in stopping racism and excessive pride are genuine, and he wants to help people break their own limits so they can become better and greater than they were before.
* ChildOfForbiddenLove: He is the hybrid product of a union between a Unicorn mother and an Earth Pony father. At the time, interracial relationships were still frowned upon, and he was constantly discriminated against by Unicorns who looked down on him for his hybrid heritage. It culminated in him being utterly humiliated by a cruel Unicorn magic instructor when he tried to buck tradition and learn magic. Fortunately, he met the Starswirl of his time, after which his life improved from there.
* CommonalityConnection: Of all his adoptive royal Terran siblings, he would get along with Prince Crimson Star the most. This is due to Crimson Star possessing a scholarly nature, transcending the limitations of his blindness, and humbling himself after realizing that being an InsufferableGenius is wrong.
* CurbStompBattle: After years of training under Starswirl, he would confront and defeat all of his former teachers and classmates in a magical duel during a meeting between the royals of the three Pony Tribes, proving wrong their beliefs about hybrids being magically "inferior". In particular, he humiliated the same Unicorn instructor who cruelly humiliated him years before, defeating him ''and'' singing a TheVillainSucksSong while doing it.
* DarkAndTroubledPast: He was born a ChildOfForbiddenLove, his parents being a Unicorn mother and an Earth Pony father. This made him a target of constant scorn, abuse, and ridicule from racist, elitist pure-blooded Unicorns, who constantly denied him the magical education he sought out of belief his "half-dirt" hertage [[HybridsAreACrapshoot diluted his magic]]. One day, a particularly bigoted Unicorn instructor humiliated him in front of his entire class by criticizing his schoolwork (and him) before burning them all with a fire spell. Devastated, he nearly acted on his desire to pack up and leave the area entirely. Fortunately, he ended up meeting the Starswirl of his time, and his life improved from there.
* DeityOfHumanOrigin: He originally was a mortal Earthpony/Unicorn hybrid who was viciously mistreated and discriminated against by racist Unicorns, who thought his heritage made him "inferior" and magically "weaker". However, after training under one of the Starswirls and proving himself as a powerful mage in his own right, he would be discovered and taken in as a student by Golden Scepter, who helped him Ascend first to [[SemiDivine demi-godhood]], then true godhood.
* DespairEventHorizon: After being humiliated in front of his class by a particularly bigoted Unicorn instructor, who criticized and burnt one of his school papers with a fire spell, he was so devastated that he nearly went through with packing up his bags and leaving entirely. Fortunately, he met one of the Starswirls (specifically the one who trained Clover the Clever), who took him in as a student and turned him into a powerful mage.
* {{Determinator}}: While it took years of training under Starswirl to compensate for his lack of education perpetuated by elitist, racist Unicorns, he was still determined to prove wrong everyone who looked down on him for his mixed heritage. By the time he entered a WizardDuel with his former teachers and classmates, he had become a powerful mage able to give a CurbStompBattle to all of them.
* FantasticSlurs: He was frequently called a "half-dirt" Unicorn by racist, elitist Unicorns for being an Earthpony/Unicorn hybrid when he was younger. [[OpposeWhatYouSuffered He later developed hatred for all types of discrimination]].
* FreudianExcuse: Being constantly discriminated and abused against by other Unicorns for being a "[[FantasticSlurs half-dirt]]" Unicorn (i.e. a Unicorn/Earth Pony hybrid) led to him being rather distrustful when the Starswirl of his time approached him. Fortunately, he got over his distrust, as by the time he became an Alicorn god, he came to see and despise all forms of discrimination.
* FromZeroToHero: In his mortal youth, he was a Unicorn with half-Earth Pony heritage who was mercilessly and cruelly discriminated against by 'pure' Unicorns for existing and supposedly possessing "weaker" magic. However, thanks to one of the Starswirls, he [[TookALevelInBadass eventually became a wizard strong enough to completely wipe the floor with his tormentors]]. Becoming Golden Scepter's student allowed him to Ascend to godhood as an Alicorn who specialized in helping people break past limits and [[BreakTheHaughty humbling]] arrogant {{Jerkass}}es.
* GodIsGood: While very eccentric due to having an equally eccentric teacher in his mortal youth, he is ultimately a compassionate, tolerant god who despises racism. He desires to help people break their own limitations so they can become better people, even if it meant [[BreakTheHaughty humbling them]] in order to make them see reason.
* HadToBeSharp: Years of being denied proper magical education by elitist, racist Unicorns left him with a very poor grasp on magic and spellcasting. Thankfully, he found a willing teacher in one of the Starswirls, but it's noted that it took him years to reach the level of an adult pure-blooded Unicorn mage to compensate for his lack of schooling. By the time he entered a WizardDuel with his former teachers and classmates, he had easily surpassed them and more, proving that "racial purity = magical strength" was a load of garbage.
* HalfBreedDiscrimination: He was heavily discriminated against by pure-blooded Unicorns for being a "[[FantasticSlurs half-dirt]]" Unicorn (i.e. a Unicorn with Earth Pony genes), and was constantly denied proper magical instruction and other opportunities that would have helped improved his station. When he tried learning magic anyway, he was utterly humilitated in front of his class by a particularly bigoted Unicorn instructor who [[KickTheDog made fun of his homework and burned it with a fire spell]], pushing him close to the DespairEventHorizon. Fortunately, he gained two tolerant, open-minded mentors in Emperor Golden Scepter and one of the Starswirls, whose teachings turned him into a powerful mage and, later, an Alicorn god.
* HappilyAdopted: He would be adopted by Emperor Golden Scepter as one of his sons after the latter went through considerable CharacterDevelopment and adopted several other deities into his family.
* HeavenlyBlue: He's an Alicorn god with blue fur, and he's presently an Alicorn god who embodies Wizardy, Breaking Limits, and Humbling. He's also presently an adoptive son of Emperor Golden Scepter, who helped him Ascend to godhood in the first place.
* HybridsAreACrapshoot: Many pure-blooded Unicorns believed his mixed Earth Pony/Unicorn heritage left him with weaker magic, and refused to give him proper magical education because of it. However, this turned out to be completely racist bunk as he became a powerful mage thanks to receiving tutelage from one of the Starswirls, and he was able to wipe the floor with his racist former teachers and classmates in a WizardDuel during a diplomatic meeting with the royals of the three Pony tribes. Then he became an Alicorn, making him a divine hybrid representation of all Pony tribes and further proving his racist tormentors wrong.
* {{Irony}}: The only reason why he was so magically inept is because racist, elitist Unicorns kept denying him proper magic education under the belief his "half-dirt" heritage [[HybridsAreACrapshoot diluted his magic]]. Once he meets people who are both open-minded and willing to teach him, he becomes a powerful mage with the power, skill, and experience to [[CurbStompBattle curb-stomp]] all of his tormentors, [[BreakTheHaughty and then some]].
* ItsPersonal: His hatred of all types of discrimination, such as racism and elitism, influenced him to take a personal stake in the Terra-Equus Continental Wars, which saw great participation among many [[ANaziByAnyOtherName Tribalists, Autorists]], and [[AristocratsAreEvil corrupt nobility]].
* KarmicJackpot:
** While it caused him a great deal of pain and misery, his determination to defy the elitist, racist mentalities his fellow Unicorns held led to him meeting the Starswirl of his time, who took him in as his student. By the time he entered a WizardDuel with his former teachers and classmates, he had become a powerful mage who outclassed ''all'' of them in power, skill, and experience.
** His work in uniting the three Pony tribes and proving their racism wrong led to him meeting Emperor Golden Scepter, who also took him in as his student, but this time with the intent of training him for godhood. He Ascends as an Alicorn god of Wizardry, Breaking Limits, and Humbling, and he would use his divine power to help people humble themselves and transcend their own limits so they could become better.
* LaserGuidedKarma: Invoked; he inflicted this on his racist, elitist Unicorn instructors and classmates during their WizardDuel, utterly [[CurbStompBattle curb-stomping]] and humiliating them as payback for all the cruel treatment they gave him. Even better, he defeated them all in front of the royals who each represented the three Pony tribes, showing them that the racist mindsets common in his time were complete bupkiss.
* MagicHair: Post-Ascension, his mane and tail became composed of orange magical energy.
* TheMagnificent: Known as "the Unbound Sorcerer", due to being an Alicorn god and wizard who specializes in helping people break toxic mindsets and weave their own destinies.
* MeaningfulName: His name refers to the act of using magic to create a spell. This takes on a double meaning when considering his Cutie Mark and his divine domains of Humbling and Breaking Limits, with his name referring to the act of breaking one's limits to achieve great magical power.
* OpposeWhatYouSuffered: Due to his experiences as a victim of tribalism, racism, and elitism, he utterly hates such things, which led to him taking a personal stake in the "Terra-Equus Continental Wars". And while he sees nothing wrong with pride overall, he sees excessive pride as abhorrent and needing to be dealt with. He also hates social norms that are stifing in nature, as he was oppressed by bigoted traditions that left him magically inept until he met the Starswirl of his time.
* OurGodsAreDifferent: He's an "Ascendant" deity, the rarest of the three main types of deities in the Codexverse. He's also an Alicorn, making him an EthnicGod of Ponykind and giving him the combined magics of all mortal Pony tribes. And as a god, he ages differently than mortals, with him growing StrongerWithAge (as well as bigger and more [[AnimalisticAbomination eldritch]]).
* OutlivingOnesOffspring: Inverted; tt's implied he outlived his mortal parents after he became an Alicorn. This may be why he accepted Golden Scepter's offer to adopt him as one of his sons in the Terran Royal Family.
* PersonalityPowers: He's an Alicorn god who embodies Wizardry, Breaking Limits, and Humbling. His domains all revolve around his desire to help people break their own limits, even if it means [[BreakTheHaughty humbling them]] so they could do so, so they can become better. His domain of Wizardry also relates to how he defied the elitist, racist mindsets common among Unicorns in his time to become the powerful mage he wanted to be.
* PhysicalGod: As an Alicorn god who was [[DeityOfHumanOrigin once a mortal]], he is one. As a god of Wizardry, he is a powerful magic user, enhanced by his prior training as a mage under the Starswirl of his time, and possesses the same "[[PowerCopying spell copy]]" ability that other magically-attuned deities possessed. His other domains, Breaking Limits and Humbling, give him the power to sense ways to humble excessively prideful people and help them overcome their own limits. They also give him a SuperMode and skill in psychological warfare, respectively. And due to how [[StrongerWithAge divine aging]] works, he's quite strong, having come from the early Fourth Age and thus is between 1000 to 10,000 years in age, making him stronger than younger deities.
* PowerCopying: As a god of Wizardry, he possesses the ability to copy any spell. It's noted that many magically-attuned deities possess this ability also.
* TheReasonYouSuckSpeech: His TheVillainSucksSong is essentially one long, scathing speech that he gives to the Unicorn instructor who cruelly humiliated him in front of his class years ago for being "[[FantasticSlurs half-dirt]]", calling the instructor "second-rate" for believing in the same bigoted teachings that attracted the Windigoes. After Ascending to godhood, he would travel the world, delivering humiliating speeches to excessively proud individuals in the form of song.
* RobeAndWizardHat: Much like his mentor, one of the Starswirls, he wears a wizard's robes and hat. Originally, his outfit originally resembled that of his mentor, but he later changed to pink and sparkling versions to more fit his personal preferences. He has stated pink is his favorite color and he doesn't care what anyone thinks of his color choice.
* ScrewThisImOuttaHere: After he was cruelly humiliated in front of his class by a particularly bigoted and elitist Unicorn magic instructor, he was understandably and sorely tempted to pack his bags and leave entirely. Fortunately, he meets one of the Starswirls, who took him in as his student and trained him until he became an exceptionally powerful mage.
* SemiDivine: Under Golden Scepter's tutelage, he would eventually Ascend to demi-godhood. Then he Ascended to true godhood afterwards.
* SuperMode: As a god of Breaking Limits, he can temporarily empower people by making them their "ideal self", breaking their limits and giving them great power. It's noted this ability is similar to Luminferous' ability to temporarily lend someone their future self. He can also do this to himself when it's warranted. However, if he overuses it, he's left exhausted once his ability runs out.
* TookALevelInCynic: He had been mistreated so much for being a half-dirt Unicorn that after a particularly bigoted Unicorn instructor cruelly humiliated him for wanting to learn magic, he started distrusting all pure-blooded Unicorns, especially those of the elite. This led to him being wary of the Starswirl of his time when the latter [[https://www.deviantart.com/comments/1/865347817/4899263547 approached and helped him during the lowest point of his life]].
--> '''Mana Weaver:''' Why do you help me? You're a Unicorn elite.\
'''Starswirl the Bearded:''' I have seen the destruction of hatred and that it can only be remedied by acceptance. I have seen what you believe proven correct, and wish to help you be correct.
* TookALevelInKindness: Due to being constantly mistreated by bigoted Unicorns for his "half-dirt" hybrid heritage, he [[TookALevelInCynic became rather distrustful of all Unicorns, especially those of the elite]], which led to him being wary of the Starswirl of his time. Thanks to Starswirl and later Emperor Golden Scepter's tutoring, he has overcome his distrust by the time he Ascended, becoming a god who desires to help people overcome their own limitations and oppose the discrimination that plagued his mortal years.
* UnderestimatingBadassery: He was on the receiving end. Due to their deeply entrenched racism, the Unicorns who tormented him previously still saw him as a mongel half-breed with weak magic by the time he returned to proper society as a powerful mage thanks to Starswirl's tutelage. He proceeded to [[CurbStompBattle show them all just how wrong they were]], with the biggest humiliation being hoofed out to [[LaserGuidedKarma the same Unicorn instructor who humiliated him in front of his class years before]].
* VibrantOrange: He has an orange mane and tail made of magical energy, and he's an eccentric and flamboyant Alicorn god who prefers to wear pink clothes, though he's ultimately a benevolent stallion who seeks to help people transcend their own limits, even if it means [[BreakTheHaughty humbling them]] in the process.
* TheVillainSucksSong: During their WizardDuel, he delivered a scathing one to the instructor who cruelly humiliated him for being a "half-dirt" Unicorn after defeating him in a magical duel. This exposed said instructor as the prideful, cruel, and "[[WesternAnimation/AladdinTheReturnOfJafar second-rate]]" bigot he really was.

* WalkingTheEarth: After Ascending to true godhood under Golden Scepter's tutelage, he traveled the world, learning whatever he could while helping others break their own limits and humbling those who became excessively proud. His globe-trotting is noted to have saved him from both Discord's takeover of Equestria and the destruction of the Old Equestrian Pantheon, as he was outside the country when it happened.
* WeakButSkilled: As a god of Wizardry, he's a powerful magic user, but he's far better in conserving mana and using his abilities in creative ways. This makes him more "skilled" than most Magic and/or Sorcery deities, at the cost of being somewhat weaker than them in terms of raw power.
* WingedUnicorn: He's described as a [[BlueIsHeroic blue-furred]] Alicorn with a mane and tail made of orange magical energy.

[[folder:Peachy, the First Pony/Queen Rhodonite Mirror, the Mother of All Ponies]]
!!!'''Classification:''' Ascendant
!!!'''Portfolio:''' Conscience, Ponykind, Mirrors
!!!'''Rank:''' Antecedent
\
Queen Rhodonite Mirror, born Peachy (her entry [[https://www.deviantart.com/brutalityinc/art/Codex-Equestria-Deities-and-Divines-Part-58-873294164 here]]), is the Alicorn goddess of Conscience, Ponykind, and Mirrors, as well as the first sapient Earthpony mare created by Emperor Golden Scepter.
----
* AbstractApotheosis: She would eventually Ascend under Golden Scepter's wing, becoming the Alicorn goddess of Conscience, Ponykind, and Mirrors. However, it's noted she wasn't a "true" Alicorn -- only a large Earth Pony with Alicorn-like proportions -- until the Pegasi and Unicorn tribes were created, leading to her gaining their racial traits.
* AdaptationalBackstoryChange: Peachy was a proto-''Franchise/MyLittlePony'' toy called ''My Pretty Pony''. Here, she's ''the'' first Earthpony mare created by Golden Scepter. Together with her husband Chestnut, the first Earthpony stallion, she became one of two progenitors of the Earthpony tribe. Like [[Literature/TheBible Adam and Eve]], Peachy and Chestnut were [[SecretTestOfCharacter tested by Golden Scepter to see if they would obey his rules]], and they seemingly failed thanks to Morning Star's secret sabotage... only for them to ''pass'' because neither Peachy or Chestnut wanted the other take full blame for their disobedience. They were both rewarded godhood, with their children being nurtured by Golden Scepter and his siblings in their evolution as a Pony tribe. Peachy participated in the "Twilight of the Alicorns" and survived being critically wounded by Morning Star thanks to Golden Scepter's timely intervention, but woke up from her healing hibernation to help Queen Majesty bring an end to the Imperium of Ponykind, after which she disappeared. Initially assumed to be dead, [[spoiler:she was actually on another planet, waiting for Golden Sceper, his family, and the rest of divine/mortal sapientkind to advance enough to reach the stars so they can reunite once again]].
* AdaptationalBadass: Peachy was a Pony mare created by Bonnie Zacherle in 1981 as a proto-''Franchise/MyLittlePony'' toy called ''My Pretty Pony''. Here, Peachy is ''the'' first modern Earthpony created by Golden Scepter, as well as the first true Pony Alicorn goddess (though at the time she initially appeared as a much larger Earth Pony due to the other Pony tribes not existing yet).
* AdaptationalSexuality: She settled down with a mate, Chestnut, the first Earth Pony stallion, and had multiple children with him, creating the basis for the modern Earth Pony tribe. In canon, she never got into romantic relationships at all.
* AdaptationNameChange: In canon, her name is Peachy. Here, Peachy is her birth name, but she changed it to "Rhodonite Mirror" after Ascending to godhood.
* AdaptationSpeciesChange: In canon, she's the first Pony mare and character created by Bonnie Zacherle as a proto-''Franchise/MyLittlePony'' toy called ''My Pretty Pony''. Here, she's the first modern Earth Pony created by Emperor Golden Scepter, as well as the first "true" Pony Alicorn goddess (though at the time she initially appeared as a much larger Earthpony due to the other Pony tribes not existing yet).
* AllLovingHero: She is a naturally kindhearted and friendly person both as mortal and as a god, seeing all of Ponykind as her children and wanting them to grow up and be as moral, forgiving and as responsible as she is.
* AnimalisticAbomination: Initially, her true divine form was just an abnormally large Earth Pony with Alicorn-like traits (such as MagicHair) and proportions; only after the other Pony tribes were made did she start showing their traits. Being the first of her kind and thus the oldest Pony in existence, she's an Alicorn with a pink mane and tail made of reflective Mirrors energy, a magical pink wing gradient, and is speculated to have six wings due to having mysteriously disappeared when she had four.
* AnthropomorphicPersonification: She's an Alicorn goddess who embodies Conscience, Ponykind, and Mirrors.
* AstonishinglyAppropriateAppearance: Her Cutie Mark depicts twelve hearts, referring to her compassionate and moral personality.
* CheerfulChild: As a young filly, the first thing she did upon meeting Golden Scepter for the first time was boop his nose and giggle. Her response was a sign that she is the first modern Pony to be born truly sapient, which told Golden Scepter he succeeded in his efforts to create his own Equine race.
* CompositeCharacter: She's one for both Peachy and Adam. Like Peachy and Adan, she's created by a god as the first of her kind, though in her case she's the first sapient Earth Pony, making her the progenitor of the modern Earth Pony tribe. And like Adam, she got together with a mate of an opposite gender (in her case, it's Chestnut, the first Earth Pony stallion) and made the mistake of eating a specific fruit that her divine creator warned her not to eat. The [[PointOfDivergence difference]] is that she honestly confessed her mistake and took responsibility, whereas Adam immediately went NeverMyFault when confronted on his actions and ultimately doomed humanity to sin and death.
* TheConscience: As a goddess of Conscience, Peachy/Rhodonite Mirror is this, with the ability to trigger emotions of guilt and remorse which someone has buried, as well as sense their regrets and guilt. She can even force a conscience on [[TheSociopath those who lack them]].
* {{Forgiveness}}:
** In their mortal youth, both she and Chestnut ate the "Fruit of Knowledge" despite Golden Scepter explicitly forbidding them from doing so, having been tempted with immortality by Morning Star (who took the form of a serpent). When confronted on it by Golden Scepter, she ultimately chose to honestly confess her mistake... which pushed Chestnut to try TakingTheHeat as he was the one who ate and gave the fruit to her to try. In the end, Golden Scepter forgave them because they both genuinely apologized and took responsibility for their defiance.
** Later on, despite being horrified by how far Golden Scepter had fallen in the Imperium Era and helped a young Queen Majesty destroy the extremely corrupt remnants of the Imperium of Ponykind, she ultimately forgave Golden Scepter for all his sins. [[spoiler:In the Fourth Age, she sends Prince Steel Barricade an off-world transmission telling Golden Scepter that she forgave him and that she is "waiting for [him] in the stars".]]
* GardenOfEden: In their early youth, she and her mate Chestnut lived in a 'Garden' created by Golden Scepter and his triplet brothers to nurture and develop the sapience of early Ponykind. However, when they disobeyed Golden Scepter's rules and ate the Fruit of Knowledge upon being tempted by a disguised Morning Star, they were [[YouCantGoHomeAgain barred from living in the Garden]]... but were simultaneously [[KarmicJackpot rewarded]] with [[DeityOfHumanOrigin godhood]] by Golden Scepter himself for their willingness to own up to their mistake. Unfortunately, the story of the event [[LegendFadesToMyth became confused and distorted over the Ages]], instead leaving succeeding generations with the 'Second Age' version where they go NeverMyFault and fail the test completely.
* GoodWingsEvilWings: A "Cluster wings" and "Multicolored wings" example. After the Pegasus Pony tribe was created, she manifested their wings as part of her Alicorn form. And due to her being so old, her wings have a magical gradient going from peach to pink, while her present number of wings is speculated to be six as she mysteriously disappeared when she had four. These are noted to be eldritch traits that deities, especially Alicorns, develop as they get "older" over time.
* KindheartedCatLover: Like in canon, she owned a pet cat named Twinkles. However, Twinkles is more accurately a prehistoric Felid, since cats as a species had not evolved yet at the time.
* LastOfItsKind: Inverted. One of her titles as "the First Pony" came from her being the first Pony -- specifically, the Earthpony tribe -- to ever came to be thanks to the efforts of Golden Scepter and his siblings. This is why, when she Ascended, she has 'Ponykind' as one of her domains, along with all the associated powers and traits that come with the Pony tribes.
* LegendFadesToMyth: In the actual GardenOfEden story, both Peachy and Chestnut passed the SecretTestOfCharacter Golden Scepter gave them by genuinely accepting and repenting for their mistakes. However, the details became so distorted over time that Ponies in the Second Age got a version of the story where Peachy and Chestnut [[NeverMyFault refused to take responsibility]], therefore creating the "Original Sin" and cursing their descendants to die unless they "atoned" for their progenitors' transgression via unquestioned obedience and devotion to higher forces. Both Peachy/Rhodonite Mirror and Golden Scepter were ''not'' happy to see their story corrupted by theocratic elites and demagogues, as the true purpose of Golden Scepter's test was to see if Ponies could grow into their potential by thinking for themselves and honestly accepting responsibility for their own actions.
* MagicHair: After Ascending to godhood, she gained a pink mane and tail made of reflective energy.
* MagicMirror:
** As a goddess of Mirrors, she possesses mirror magic, and thus could do things like turn her own body into a reflective surface to redirect energy or light attacks, travel and communicate through reflective surfaces at will, and send her attacks and limbs through mirrored surfaces to attack others as well as create reflection duplicates. When combined with her domain of Conscience, she can use reflective surfaces to reflect certain deeds that someone is guilty for, and force them to confront said deeds.
** In her mortal youth, she also owned a sapient mirror, which may have factored into her domain of Mirrors, and is a huge reason why Golden Scepter is very accepting of having a sapient sword like Mercy as his granddaughter.
---> '''Emperor Golden Scepter:''' ''(on Peachy and her magic mirror)'' And this is why having a sapient sword for a granddaughter did not surprise me.
* TheMagnificent:
** Pre-Ascension, she's known as "the First Pony" due to being the first Earthpony mare to be born sapient.
** Post-Ascension, she's known as "the Mother of All Ponies" due to being the biological mother of a multitude of Ponies, whose evolution Golden Scepter and his siblings would guide until their descendants became known as modern Ponykind.
* MeaningfulName:
** After being discovered, she was named "Peachy" by Golden Scepter, who noted her peach-colored fur and pink mane/tail.
** After Ascending to godhood, she would rename herself "Rhodinite Mirror". [[https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rhodonite Rhodonite]] is a (mostly) pinkcolored gemstone that represents compassion, love, and healing. The second part of her name refers to her domains of Mirrors and Conscience, referring to her desire to make people face the consequences of their actions out of genuine love.
* MeaningfulRename: After Ascending to godhood, she would rename herself "Rhodinite Mirror" to reflect this.
* AMistakeIsBorn: She, along with Chestnut, would be seen as a "mistake" by Morning Star, who saw Golden Scepter's creations as flawed abominations that must be destroyed to preserve the concept of perfection. He even tried sabotaging Golden Scepter's SecretTestOfCharacter by tempting Chestnut just to prove his point. During the 'Twilight of the Alicorns' event, after becoming a Fallen god, Morning Star succeeded in critically injuring her while she was protecting a group of Pony civilians, yet failed to kill her because [[PapaWolf Golden Scepter]] reached her in time.
* NeverMyFault: Defied. While she was initially tempted to blame Chestnut so she could escape being punished by Golden Scepter for eating the forbidden fruit, she ultimately decided against it upon seeing Chestnut's fear and honestly confessed her mistake. This made Chestnut try TakingTheHeat for her, as he was the first to eat the forbidden fruit and gave it to her to try. Not doing this turned out to be the key to winning Golden Scepter's SecretTestOfCharacter, as Golden Scepter wanted to see if they would obey orders and genuinely take responsibility for their mistakes.
* PersonalityPowers: Her domains of Conscience, Ponykind, and Mirrors all come from her love for her children, as well as her desire to be moral, upstanding creatures who took responsibility for their own mistakes like she did her mortal youth.
* PinkMeansFeminine: She has a pink mane and tail made of reflective energy, and she normally wore pink armor made of crystal, similarly to her father's barding. She's also a kindhearted, benevolent, and moral mare with feminine interests, as shown with her creation of Peachy Parlor, the first beauty parlor to exist during pre-Known History.
* PointOfDivergence: Both she and Chestnut chose to honestly confess their mistake of eating the forbidden fruit when confronted by Golden Scepter, which ultimately rewarded them with divine immortality as the serpent (in reality a disguised Morning Star) had promised them. This is in stark contrast to [[Literature/TheBible Adam and Eve]], who chose to go NeverMyFault when confronted by God and were doomed (and therefore dooming all of humanity) to sin and death.
* RelatedInTheAdaptation: She isn't related at all to [[TabletopGame/Warhammer40000 the Emperor of Mankind and the Primarchs]] due to originating from completely different media. In the Codexverse, she's the Terran Princes' older sister by adoption due to Golden Scepter taking her under his wing following her birth.
* SecretTestOfCharacter: Like in the original [[GardenOfEden Genesis story]], both Peachy and Chestnut received one in the form of the Trees baring the Fruits of Knowledge and the Fruits of Life. While they were tempted into eating the Fruit of Knowledge, however, they passed the test by assuming responsibility for their actions rather than denying what they did and blaming it on each other and/or their tempter. Unfortunately, that part of the story was [[LegendFadesToMyth lost or distorted over the ages]].
* SympathyForTheDevil: Despite being critically wounded by Morning Star during the 'Twilight of the Alicorns', she only expresses pity for him because his impossibly high standards of perfection, even for himself, ensured that [[PerfectionIsImpossible he could never be truly happy with himself or whatever he created]].
--> '''Morning Star:''' You were an imperfection your 'father' should have wiped from this world long ago!\
'''Queen Rhodonite Mirror:''' ...I pity you.\
'''Morning Star:''' What?!\
'''Queen Rhodonite Mirror:''' You... You have such high standards... for everyone, yourself included... you can never really be happy... can you? ...Not with your creations... and never with yourself... I feel sorry for you...
* TakingTheHeat: When she and Chestnut were confronted by Golden Scepter over eating the forbidden fruit, she tried pinning the blame on herself so she could protect Chestnut from retribution... only for Chestnut to try do the same thing for similar reasons as he was the one to eat and give the forbidden fruit to his mate in the first place. It turns out the situation was part of a SecretTestOfCharacter Golden Scepter set up to test their morality, which they passed by admitting their wrong doing despite Morning Star's attempt to sabotage it.
* TimeAbyss: As the first sapient Earth Pony mare and Alicorn goddess, she's incredibly ancient and thus comes off as alien because of it. However, she's much younger than her adoptive/biological "father", Golden Scepter.
* WhatYouAreInTheDark: Despite being tempted to blame Chestnut to avoid punishment, as he was the one to eat and give her the "Fruit of Knowledge" to try, she ultimately decides against it when she sees how terrified Chestnut is and honestly confesses to her own mistake. While this leads to her being banished from the paradisal "garden" she lived in, she is forgiven by Golden Scepter and allowed by him to become a goddess like she desired, though she had to work for it instead of receiving it freely.
* WingedUnicorn: Subverted. While she eventually Ascended to godhood under Golden Scepter's guidance, she initially appeared as a much larger Earthpony goddess due to the other Pony tribes not existing yet. It's only after the Unicorn and Pegasus tribes' creation that she gained their racial traits, becoming the first 'true' Alicorn.
* YouCantGoHomeAgain: Justified. While she and Chestnut passed the SecretTestOfCharacter that Golden Scepter put in place for them, they still disobeyed his rules by eating the forbidden fruit. Thus, Golden Scepter 'punished' her and Chestnut by personally removing them from the Garden in which they were raised, though they were still able to Ascend to godhood under his tutelage thanks to their newfound morality.

Yellow Barding is the goddess of Primordial Light, Wrath, Lightning, and Military, and is an adoptive member of the Aureusidae.

* AlwaysIdenticalTwins: Subverted. She is a twin sister of Blue Diadem, though they are fraternal due to having wildly different appearances, natures, and domains.
* AnthropomorphicPersonification: She's a goddess who embodies Primordial Light, Wrath, Lightning, and Military.
* CrossoverRelatives: She's an {{Expy}} of [[WesternAnimation/StevenUniverse Yellow Diamond]] who is a biological daughter of Silk Dawn, an expy of [[Anime/KillLaKill Ragyō Kiryūin]], with a twist -- she was created from certain traits Silk Dawn removed from her own firstborn daughter, White Corona, in an attempt to fix White Corona's "imperfections". This also makes her a much older half-sister of Satsuki Kiryūin and Ryūko Matoi.
* {{Expy}}: Of [[WesternAnimation/StevenUniverse Yellow Diamond]].
* IdenticalTwinIDTag: She is a twin sister of Blue Diadem, though it's not yet known if they're identical or fraternal.
* RelatedDifferentlyInTheAdaptation:
** She's the older fraternal twin sister of Blue Diadem and a younger sister of White Corona, with the twist that she and Blue Diadem were created by Silk Dawn using White Corona's divided traits in her attempt to make White Corona more "perfect" by her standards. In ''WesternAnimation/StevenUniverse'', Blue Diamond and Yellow Diamond are still sisters but not twins, while White Diamond was their mother-figure by virtue of being the oldest Diamond.
** She's also the older half-sister of Rose Regalia, who, unlike her and Blue Diadem, was sired by Silk Dawn through a flesh-and-blood partner, [[SatanicArchetype Morning Star]]. In ''WesternAnimation/StevenUniverse'', this was not the case.

Princess Regina Maiestas Ponyland, born Princess Tiffany (her entry [[https://www.deviantart.com/brutalityinc/art/Codex-Equestria-Deities-and-Divines-Part-46-841341265 here]]), is the Alicorn goddess of Royalty, Stability, and Power, and a daughter of Queen Majesty who was included as part of the large Terran Royal Family.
----
* AdaptationalAngstUpgrade: She was emotionally devastated by the death of her mother, Queen Majesty, and she became spoiled and hedonistic to try and avoid her pain over it. Her and her sisters' failure to stop Lavan from stealing the Wands of Ponyland forces her to realize how much of a RoyalBrat she became since Majesty's death, since she trusted them to look after the Wands, and that she's utterly failed to live up to her mother's legacy as TheHighQueen. This ultimately motivates her to try and become a better ruler to finally make her mother proud.
* AdaptationalBadass: In [=G1=] canon, she was simply a Princess Pony pegasus whose power lay in her wand, which gave her some degree of WeatherManipulation, and was helpless without it once her wand is stolen. Here, she's capable of much stronger weather magic on a continental scale, and she's much stronger overall than the average pegasus due to being a purely magical being, with the side-effect of [[AdaptationalWimp having to rely on her wand to stabilize her lifeforce as she's created from Majesty's own magic, and would fade away once Majesty dies]]. Thankfully, she managed to Ascend to godhood [[spoiler:under the tutelage of Eternal Vanguard, the Perpetuity Sovereign's right hoof]], which stabilized her lifeforce and granted her divine power on top of being able to wield her wand.
* AllYourPowersCombined: As an Alicorn goddess, she has the combined magics of all mortal Pony tribes.
* AnthropomorphicPersonification: She's an Alicorn goddess who embodies Royalty, Stability, and Power.
* ArmorPiercingQuestion:
** During a Second Age confrontation with Overmare, who initially sought to claim the Wands of Ponyland so she can turn Equus into a utopia, she asked the supervillain if claiming the power to conquer the world would end up destroying it. What followed next was an explanation detailing what happened the last time someone (King Lavan) tried stealing the wands for themselves, leading to Overmare to [[PragmaticVillainy ultimately conclude that the Wands weren't worth the risk]].
---> '''Princess Regina Maiestas Ponyland:''' You are an intelligent mare.\
'''Overmare:''' Indeed, and none other rivals the Overmare's.\
'''Princess Regina Maiestas Ponyland:''' Well then... tell us: what good is the power to conqueror the world if claiming the same power will destroy it?
** She asked one of these to [[TheDreaded Vicearch Iniquitous]] when She or an avatar of Her somehow managed to bypass all the security measures she and others had put in place and infiltrated into the chamber where the Wands of Ponyland are stored to examine them in detail ([[PragmaticVillainy not steal it, knowing the consequences]]), asking whether the Vicearch thinks She can handle all the power She desired so much. In this case, Iniquitous gave a very straightforward ArmorPiercingResponse: '''Yes.'''
---> '''Princess Regina Maiestas Ponyland:''' You have so much power - whether it be won or stolen from others - and yet you ever desire for more?\
'''Vicearch Iniquitous:''' '''''And why not? ALL seek power, for power is merely the ability to induce change as we will it. And all of us desire it, one way or another, for it is only natural - and necessary. Denying power in humility have been a frequent mistake among the virtuous and pious, rendering many hapless before the forces of iniquity and calamity. You would find that We will make no such error.'''''\
'''Princess Regina Maiestas Ponyland:''' Perhaps; the Sovereign of Schemes himself told me as much. But [[TheFettered there]] '''[[TheFettered are]]''' [[TheFettered as many good reasons to reject power as there are reasons to accept it]]. Do you truly think you can bear the weight of such great might? [[ArmorPiercingQuestion How much more do you think you can bear without being crushed or undone by it?]]\
'''Vicearch Iniquitous:''' '''''[[TheBadGuyWins We had triumphed a long time ago]], and had [[EvilOverlord reigned supreme]] ever since over [[TheConqueror all we desired]]. You know the answers to those questions.'''''
* BadPowersGoodPeople: Her domain of Royalty gives her [[{{Telepathy}} telepathic abilities]], which naturally includes the ability to use mind control to force her subjects to obey her. Being a benevolent Princess, she doesn't like using it, but she will if the situation warrants using said power.
* BornOfMagic: She was born whole-cloth from her mother's magic. This also meant her lifeforce was originally unstable, and her wand, while a source of power for her, was also keeping her alive; without it, she would fade away and die. However, her Ascension stabilized her.
* DeityOfHumanOrigin: She was once Princess Tiffany, a Pegasus Princess of First Age Ponyland born whole-cloth from magic to Queen Majesty. After undergoing a period of extreme negligence and irresponsibility regarding her royal duties and then [[TheAtoner making up for it]], she Ascends to godhood [[spoiler:under the tutelage of Eternal Vanguard, the Perpetuity Sovereign's right-hoof]] and renames herself 'Princess Regina Maiestas Ponyland' to honor her deceased mother.
* HealingHands: Subverted. As a goddess of Stability, she can't heal physical wounds in the traditional way, but she can magically prevent them from worsening. This would give even mortally-wounded creatures enough time to receive medical attention. She can, however, heal disrupted systems.
* ImmortalityBeginsAtTwenty: Subverted. Because deities in general get StrongerWithAge, she will only become stronger and more eldritch as she grows older. As an Alicorn goddess from the First Age, she's a white-furred Alicorn with a white and silver mane made of sparkling magical energy, and she has silver wing gradients. She's also slightly taller than Queen Dazzleglow, who was born and Ascended to godhood in the Second Age.
* MacGuffinGuardian: She was originally the guardian of one of the Wands of Ponyland, which act as 'control rods' for Equus's magic and could result in a global magical cataclysm if tampered with. She is now the guardian of all of six wands and the [[CosmicKeystone Heart of Ponyland]] itself.
* MagicHair: Post-Ascension, her white and silver mane became composed of sparkling magical energy.
* TheMagnificent: Known as "the Last Princess of Ponyland", due to being the SoleSurvivor of the seven Princess Ponies created by Queen Majesty. This is because her sisters eventually decided to give up their own immortality and pass on, leaving her all alone.
* MassiveNumberedSiblings: She was part of a group of six daughters created whole-cloth by Queen Majesty with her own magic, her sisters being Primrose, Serena, Sparkle, Starburst, and Royal Blue. She also has multiple adoptive siblings, one of which would be Spike, who would later become the Dragon god Prince Arcaniss. And that is ''before'' she discovered she is part of the equally large Terran Royal Family via adoption, as her mother was the adoptive daughter of Emperor Golden Scepter.
* MeaningfulRename: Her birth name was Tiffany. After spending years guarding the Wands of Ponyland, she would eventually Ascend to godhood [[spoiler:under the tutelage of Eternal Vanguard, the right-hand stallion of the Perpetuity Sovereign]], upon which she would take the name 'Regina Maiestas Ponyland'. Regina Maiestas translates to "Queen Majesty" in Ponyland, which is the name and rank of her deceased mother. Not only is she evoking her mother's memory, her new name is also a symbolic change from the spoiled, arrogant Princess she once was, to a mature and dutiful guardian of the Wands.
* MindManipulation: As a goddess of Royalty, she has the ability to mind control others, [[BadPowersGoodPeople something she doesn't like doing]]. However, she will use it if she has to.
* NoSell: As a goddess of Stability, spells that destabilize her mind, body, and magic have absolutely no effect on her.
* RelatedInTheAdaptation:
** She and the other Princess Ponies were unrelated to Queen Majesty in canon. Here, she and her fellow Princess Ponies are 'biological' daughters of Queen Majesty, who created them whole-cloth out of her own magic... with the tragic side-effect that they would fade away once Majesty gives up her immortality to live out her last days, forcing Majesty to come up with a way to keep her magical children's lifeforce stabilized once she's gone.
** Their being daughters of Queen Majesty here means that she and the other Princess Ponies are also adoptive granddaughters of Emperor Golden Scepter, who is based on [[TabletopGame/Warhammer40000 the Emperor of Mankind]]. This also means that they're nieces of the Terran Princes/Aureusidae, who are based on the Primarchs, by virtue of Queen Majesty being their adoptive sister. In their respective canons, they're completely unrelated.
** Applejack V, now Princess Veritas, is her adoptive Aunt-in-law via Veritas' marriage to Prince Clear Voice, who's based on Primarch Rogal Dorn. This would make the entire Apple Family her in-laws.
** Later, she would become a niece of [[Myth/SlavicMythology Belyolen and Temnobog]], as well as [[TabletopGame/{{Warhammer}} Phoenix King Naur and Everqueen Naneth]], after they were adopted by Golden Scepter as his sons and daughter, respectively. This means that she's related to High King Irminsul and High Queen Arvan through them.
* RoyalBrat: Both she and her sisters were spoiled somewhat by Majesty when they were younger, something that Majesty herself admitted regretfully, but her behavior wasn't as bad when her mother was alive. After Majesty [[HeroicSacrifice gave up her immortality to save the Princess Ponies' younger sister, Mimic]], Tiffany was ''devastated'' and tried ignoring the issue of SuccessionCrisis that followed after her mother's death by continuing her royal duties and enjoying her wealth. It's deconstructed as this behavior led to her and her sisters becoming even more spoiled and egotistical, while neglecting the training she undertook to protect the wands the Princess Ponies carried. Her decadence led to her bickering childishly with her sisters over who should be Majesty's heir during Spike's visit, allowing King Lavan to steal and corrupt the wands for his own plans. The Moochick even notes that [[WhatTheHellHero the Princess Ponies' negligence would have possibly forced the Grand Primevals to destroy all of Ponykind to eliminate a huge threat]], forcing Tiffany to acknowledge her mistakes and humble herself with the realization that her actions nearly doomed everyone.
* SoleSurvivor: She became the last living Princess of Ponyland after her sisters, having lived for so long, decided to give up their chosen Wands and join their mother, Queen Majesty, in the afterlife. While she didn't begrudge her sisters for their decision and stayed behind out of necessity to guard the Wands, losing her sisters nonetheless devastated her. When Golden Scepter adopted her into his family four Ages later, she broke down crying TearsOfJoy, having finally gained a stable family to call her own.
* {{Sucksessor}}: She and her sisters were Majesty's oldest children, and thus the ones her authority and responsibility fell to after her death. However, due to emotional problems stemming from their mother's death, all the Princess Ponies turned into {{Royal Brat}}s who were too fixated on enjoying the finer things in life to move on from their grief and actually rule. While they ''did'' realize how wrong they were and [[TheAtoner atoned for their mistakes]], they ultimately pass control of Majesty's kingdom over to Megan Williams so they can focus on doing their own duties of protecting the Wands. Even after this, Tiffany openly acknowledges she and her sisters failed their mother as her heirs and [[VillainHasAPoint agrees with Smellba's asessment of her]], but also [[ShutUpHannibal points out that's why she's dedicated to making up for it.]]
* TearsOfJoy: She broke down crying when Golden Scepter adopted her into the Terran Royal Family as his granddaughter, having spent four Ages without a family to call her own after her mother and sisters/fellow Princess Ponies died.
* TwoGirlsToATeam: Familial example. With her reemergence during the Fourth Age and adoption by Golden Scepter as his granddaughter, she became one of two living female Alicorns in the Terran Royal Family, with the other being Princess Applejack/Veritas, an Alicorn demigoddess.
* WeatherManipulation: Like in canon, her wand grants her the ability to wield weather-based spells. Unlike canon, where she could only clear cloudy skies, she is [[AdaptationalBadass a powerful weather mage]] who is capable of manipulating the weather on a continental scale.
* WhatTheHellHero: After Lavan managed to assimilate the Wands into himself, she and Megan sought out the Moochick for help. The Moochick advises her and Megan to use the Heart of Ponyland to stop Lavan, but also subtly calls her out by noting the Grand Primevals would be forced to destroy all of Ponykind just to destroy Lavan if the people assigned to guard the Wands neglected their duties instead. This makes her guilt over her negligence and failures increase even more.
--> '''The Moochick:''' Well that...or I fear something far more drastic...\
'''Princess Tiffany:''' ...Like what?\
'''The Moochick:''' Well, my dear, the Grand Primevals may be forced to destroy all of Ponyland to stop Lavan's corruption from infecting the entire planet...that is if they don't decide our failure to safeguard the wands they trusted us with is a consequence we mortals will have to face ourselves. Of course that'd only be if you didn't try your absolute best to safeguard them as they expected.\

Princess Applejack the Sixth of the Fifth Line, or just Baby Applejack (her entry [[https://www.deviantart.com/brutalityinc/art/Codex-Equestria-Deities-and-Divines-Part-50-844421514 here]]) is the Alicorn demigoddess of Sincerity, Art, and Design, and is the young daughter of Princess Veritas/Applejack V and Prince Clear Voice.
----
* AnthropomorphicPersonification: She's a young Terran Alicorn demigoddess who embodies Sincerity, Art, and Design.
* BigStupidDoodooHead: Much like her older adoptive cousin [[EmpathicWeapon Mercy]] before her, she was persuaded by her uncles, Fanged Paw and Steel Barricade, into calling Blazing Hoof a "poopy-head". [[LaserGuidedKarma This also gets Fanged Paw and Steel Barricade chased all over the Terran Empire by Blazing Hoof once he (quickly) figures out who set her up]].
--> '''Prince Blazing Hoof:''' ''(exasperatedly)'' ...Is this going to happen every time I gain a new niece or nephew?
* BigEater: In one incident, she ate "[[https://www.deviantart.com/comments/1/837531878/4834370881 enough food to feed a small army]]" during a banquet without getting sick, to the shock of her father, Prince Clear Voice. It turns out the apple didn't fall far from the tree, as her mother, Applejack/Veritas, explained she had a similarly huge appetite in her mortal youth.
--> '''Prince Clear Voice:''' ...How?\
'''Princess Veritas:''' Well, when Ah was a baby they always said that Ah had the appetite of a grown stallion, and Ah wasn't a little Demi-Goddess.
* CheerfulChild: She's a very young child who tends to be sweet and do cute, occasionally silly things.
* DivineParentage: She's the young daughter of Prince Clear Voice and Princess Applejack/Veritas, both of them heroic, powerful demi-deities in their own right. Her direct connection to Emperor Golden Scepter through Clear Voice as his biological granddaughter is a huge factor in why she was born a demigoddess.
* HeadPet: At one point, while looking for her, Applejack/Veritas walked in to find her daughter sitting on top of Golden Scepter's head, as he is big enough for her to do so. Golden Scepter was amused and simply took it in stride.
--> '''Princess Applejack/Veritas:''' Baby Applejack! Where are ya?\
'''Princess Baby Applejack:''' ''(from atop Golden Scepter's head)'' Mama!\
'''Princess Applejack/Veritas:''' ''(looks up)'' ...Well, there's something you don't see every day...
* LegacyCharacter: She's named "Applejack" like her mother, which is an Apple Family tradition that dated back to the First Age. The "Baby" in her name is the pony equivalent of "Junior".
* PuppyDogEyes: [[https://www.deviantart.com/comments/1/827598943/4816918820 At one point]], she learned 'puppy dog eyes' from her maternal aunt, Apple Bloom, which she proceeds to use on her paternal uncle, Prince Fanged Paw, so she could have a hug. Fanged Paw obliges her request.
--> '''Prince Fanged Paw:''' Baby Applejack, what are you doing?\
'''Princess Baby Applejack:''' Auntie Applebloom call 'puppy dog eyes.'\
'''Prince Fanged Paw:''' ...And you're doing them at me because of my name, aren't you?\
'''Princess Baby Applejack:''' Yes... also want hug...
* SemiDivine: It's noted in her mother's entry that she was born a demigoddess, thanks to her father Clear Voice being a powerful Alicorn demigod by virtue of being a son of [[PhysicalGod Golden Scepter]], and her mother Applejack/Veritas having Ascended in a relatively short time before she was born. However, it's hinted that being Golden Scepter's biological granddaughter gave her a lot of potential that might make itself known once she gets older.
* SleepCute: [[https://www.deviantart.com/comments/1/827598943/4811155260 At one point]], Prince Red Blade found her sleeping with her adoptive cousin, Mercy, after his sister-in-law, Applejack/Veritas, directed him to the two children. Even Red Blade admitted they looked adorable.
--> '''Prince Red Blade:''' Veritas, where's Mercy?\
'''Princess Veritas:''' Shush... Over here...\
'''Prince Red Blade:''' "..."\
'''Princess Veritas:''' Cute, ain't it?\
'''Prince Red Blade:''' ...Yes.
* SuperScream: Much like Flurry Heart, when she cried shortly after birth, it [[https://www.deviantart.com/comments/1/830919076/4817925274 shattered every window in the medical wing]] due to her being a baby demigoddess.
--> '''Princess Amicitia Sparkle Equestria:''' So, did somepony remember to-\
'''Princess Baby Applejack:''' ''(crying)'' WAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAH-!\
'''Princess Amicitia Sparkle Equestria:''' ...reinforce the windows of the medical wing?\
'''Prince Clear Voice:''' ...I knew we forgot something.
* SuperStrongChild: It's believed InUniverse that being the granddaughter of an extremely ancient Alicorn god through her father, as well as the daughter of a former Element bearer, resulted in her birth as a '[[TheAce prodigy]]' demigoddess. Notably, she has enough strength to slam a full-grown stallion despite being a young filly. [[https://www.deviantart.com/comments/1/827598943/4811650442 One drabble]] depicted her protecting Jasper by slamming one of his Pony tormentors into the ground repeatedly.
* YouNoTakeCandle: Justified. Being a young filly, her speech skills are rudimentary at best.

-> ''"Mercy... such a strange and ironic name for a sword."''
--> -- '''Prince Red Blade, the Master of Wrath''' noting the irony of Mercy's name.
\
Mercy (her entry [[https://www.deviantart.com/brutalityinc/art/Codex-Equestria-Heroes-and-Villains-14-817029259 here]]) is a divine Poenan weapon of incredible power, formerly owned by Silver Bane, an ex-Poenan servant and champion known as "the Dark Hunter".
----
* AdaptationalBackstoryChange: Mercy was a holy sword created by the Poenan Pantheon to serve as a weapon for Silver Bane, then one of the Poenan Pantheon's greater champions at the time. However, sometime after Silver Bane realized his superiors' fanaticism and betrayed them, Mercy became sapient and developed the mind of a young filly. Instead of keeping her with him, Silver Bane decided to leave Mercy with the Terran Princes, believing they could protect her from the Poenans better than he could. This led to Mercy being adopted by Prince Red Blade, one of the more combat-oriented Terran Princes, as his daughter. In contrast, her canon counterpart, Dhylec of the ''VideoGame/{{Darkstalkers}}'' series, had no backstory at all.
* AdaptationalHeroism: [[VideoGame/{{Darkstalkers}} Dhylec]] became corrupted and turned into a demonic blade after its wielder, Donovan Baine, gave in to his vampiric side and transformed into Dee, who became a bonus boss in ''Darkstalkers 3/Vampire Savior''. By contrast, Mercy would avoid a similar fate thanks to Silver Bane realizing the error of his KnightTemplar ways and giving her to Golden Scepter and his sons, who would protect her from the reach and influence of the Poenan Pantheon once her [[TalkingWeapon sentience]] became publicly known. As a result, Mercy became a compassionate -- if naive and childlike -- sword who has worked with Prince Red Blade in taking down tyrannical kingdoms and realms.
* AdoptedIntoRoyalty: Despite being a sentient divine sword, she became a Terran Princess by adoption when Silver Bane entrusted her to Red Blade's care to protect her from the Poenan Pantheon, who wanted to use her as a weapon in their zealous crusades.
* AmplifierArtifact: She enhances the magic of whoever's using her, such as Silver Bane and later, Prince Red Blade. Silver Bane would later give her away to Red Blade and his family after leaving the Poenan Pantheon, having recognized the dangers of such a weapon in their hooves, ''especially'' after she became sentient. [[FusionDance Mentally fusing with his "dark half"]] and gaining a permanent power boost from having his long-suppressed vampiric heritage manifest himself helped factor in the decision as well.
* AntiMagic: She has the ability to cut through dark magic spells like they're nothing.
* AntiRegeneration: She has the power to negate healing factors, making her a nightmare for those who possess them.
* TheBabyOfTheBunch: Despite being a sentient divine sword, she's regarded by Red Blade's World Eaters as an unofficial member of their legion, and is treated like a little sister by her adoptive "father"'s soldiers.
* BadassBoast: She would shout one to the followers of one of the Poenan deities who helped create her, before summoning [[ShockAndAwe several powerful arcs of lightning]] to fight her enemies.
--> '''Mercy:''' I am not Mercy, the Holy Blade! I am MERCY, THE EATER OF WORLDS! And YOU are just a BUNCH of POOPY-HEADS! '''''KA-BOOM!!!'''''
* BewareTheNiceOnes: She developed a naive, child-like personality after becoming [[TalkingWeapon sentient]], and after she was transferred into the care of the royal Terran family, she became a compassionate and benevolent individual who wants to help others thanks to the positive influence of Golden Scepter and his nineteen sons. Prince Red Blade, who became her [[ParentalSubstitute adoptive "father"]], would teach her that killing is only acceptable if the target(s) is truly evil and unrepentant. That being said, she is capable of independent thinking and expressing anger, and after developing enough [[MindOverMatter telekinetic power]] to move on her own, she could defend herself if threatened. One incident had her attack a group of Poenan followers after they tried to take her back and use her as a weapon against "Evil", declaring that she'll never work with the Poenans as long as she lived.
* {{BFS}}: She's described as a huge broadsword as tall as her former owner, Silver Bane, and was large enough for him to use her as a surfing board in combat. Logically, she's extremely heavy, with the only people being able to wield her are divine champions like Silver Bane, or (demi-)divines like her adoptive father, Red Blade. Her blade is also strong enough to hold a bifurcated cliffside together without signs of strain.
* BigBrotherInstinct:
** Though cousins, she vowed to be Rosy Dreams' "bestest, perfectest big sister" after the latter was rescued from her [[AbusiveParents sexually abusive father]] and adopted by Prince Bright Eyes. This played a part in helping Rosy heal from her foalhood trauma, which both Red Blade and Bright Eyes are [[SoProudOfYou proud of her]] for. In another incident, she prevented an Earthpony tribalist from going after Rosy by literally falling on top of her and using her own heavy weight to pin the tribalist down, long enough for her adoptive uncles arrive with proper authorities.
--> '''Earthpony tribalist:''' Get... OFF ME!\
'''Mercy:''' NO! You'll hurt Rosy!
** Likewise, she's also an adoptive cousin of Hopeful Moon, an Alicorn demigod toddler. When Hopeful Moon started wandering off into the wider dream world, she accompanied him alongside Gliding Butterfly and Rosy Dreams. She proceeded to protect Hopeful Moon when the group encountered a Dream Demon.
* BigStupidDoodooHead:
** In one incident, she was persuaded by Fanged Paw and Steel Barricade into calling their oldest brother, Blazing Hoof, a "poopy-head". Blazing Hoof quickly figures out who set her up (the clues were "a wolf" and "a gray Pony with big wings"), and was later seen by his subjects angrily chasing his brothers through the streets of the Terran Empire shortly after.
---> '''Mercy:''' You're not gonna hurt them, are you?\
'''Prince Blazing Hoof:''' Of course not. I AM their 'Big Brother', after all...
** This returns in an awesome manner when Mercy, confronted by followers of one of the Poenan deities who helped craft her, calls them "poopy-heads" as part of her BadassBoast before [[ShockAndAwe summoning powerful arcs of lightning]].
* BondingOverMissingParents: She ended up befriending Miracle Hymn, the youngest member of the [[MagicalGirlWarrior Dazzling Divas]], in part due to both of them having lost their parents via abandonment/death. Miracle Hymn would later understand that Mercy was abandoned by Silver Bane because [[DaddyHadAGoodReasonForAbandoningYou he wanted to protect her from the morally puristic and fanatical Poenan Pantheon]].
* CaptainErsatz: Of [[VideoGame/{{Darkstalkers}} Dhylec]], a huge sword wielded by Donovan Baine. While Mercy heavily resembles Dhylec in appearance, she is vastly different than her character inspiration. Notably, after Silver Bane accepted his vampiric heritage and gave her away to Golden Scepter and his sons, she became a heroic and benevolent sword who fights for "true" Justice. This contrasts Dhylec, who eventually became a corrupted weapon after Donovan Baine gave in to his vampiric side and transformed into Dee, who becomes a bonus boss in ''Darkstalkers 3/Vampire Savior''.
* ChildrenAreInnocent: While a [[{{BFS}} huge sword]] appearance-wise, she has the voice of a filly and a naive, childlike personality. Her naivety makes her rather impressionable, which has led to her developing [[ThePrankster a mischievous streak]] and getting roped into the more mischievous Terran Princes' shenanigans and misadventures, such as being persuaded by Fanged Paw and Steel Barricade into calling Blazing Hoof a "[[BigStupidDoodooHead poopy-head]]", and scaring Palatine Phoenix for a prank. It also makes her "birth" away from the [[KnightTemplar Poenan Pantheon]] rather fortunate, as they intended for her to be a murder weapon against all things "evil", and planned to purify her of her "corruption" once they learned of her sentience. When she learned of her original purpose, she developed a fear of killing, until [[ParentalSubstitute Prince Red Blade]] taught her that killing is only acceptable if the target(s) is truly evil and unrepentant. She also [[LiteralMinded interpreted one of Fanged Paw's jokes literally]], which led to her going missing for a while when she tried Ascending to godhood by "going outside", requiring Golden Scepter to have a talk with her once he finds her.
* CoolBigSis: Despite being a sapient divine sword, she became a "big sister" for Rosy Dreams, supporting her as well as [[BigBrotherInstinct protecting her from anyone who tries to harm her]]. Because of this, Rosy is almost always seen by Mercy's side, playing with her and talking with her once her [[NoSocialSkills nearly nonexistent social skills]] improved. Rosy's entry notes that they even bonded over art and are seen drawing together when not playing. Both Red Blade and Bright Eyes are [[SoProudOfYou really proud of Mercy for it]], as her actions helped Rosy recover from her sexual abuse and other traumas.
--> '''Mercy:''' Don't worry, Rosy! I'm gonna be your bestest, perfectest big sister EVER!
* CurbStompBattle: After wandering off with [[MagicalGirlWarrior Miracle Hymn]] to go play, they would both encounter an evil demon that they easily defeated by the time Sonic Song, Prince Red Blade, and Prince Steel Barricade found them.
* DaddyHadAGoodReasonForAbandoningYou: While she was initially saddened over being left behind by Silver Bane and suffered from abandonment issues for a while, she came to understand and accept that he had to do it to prevent her from being taken back by [[KnightTemplar Poena]] and her divine/mortal followers, who would certainly use her as a weapon for their ruthless, zealous crusades against evil. What made it easier to deal with is Golden Scepter and his sons treating her like a member of the family, and the fact that Silver Bane and his friends can come visit at any time.
* DeityOfHumanOrigin: Discussed in [[https://www.deviantart.com/comments/1/823732910/4800804312 one incident]]. After hearing Fanged Paw joke about Ascending to demi-godhood by "going outside", she [[LiteralMinded took it to mean her adoptive father and uncles became Alicorns by literally going outside]] and tried doing just that, causing her family to panic when she's gone for a while. Golden Scepter soon finds her, and when he learns why Mercy went missing, they have a heart-to-heart about Ascending, which causes Mercy to balk at how difficult it is for someone to ''actually'' Ascend. Golden Scepter assures her that [[SoProudOfYou he'll still be proud of his granddaughter either way]] before taking her home.
--> '''Emperor Golden Scepter:''' Mercy, what were you doing outside? Your father and your uncles have been looking for you for a while now.\
'''Mercy:''' Oh, hello Grandpa Golden. I'm trying to Ascend.\
'''Emperor Golden Scepter:''' Ascend?\
'''Mercy:''' Yeah. Uncle Fang said that he and Papa and everyone Ascended by going outside. So I'm trying to Ascend, too.\
'''Emperor Golden Scepter:''' ...You do realize, Mercy, that not everything Fanged Paw says is correct?\
'''Mercy:''' What?\
'''Emperor Golden Scepter:''' People will tell you all kinds of things, but not all of them should be followed. Fanged Paw means well, but he's a joker at heart, and doesn't really mean what he says sometimes. That applies to everything your more... ahem, high-spirited uncles say as well. Yes, your father and most of your uncles did Ascend by going outside, but that is really just simplifying it. In actuality, they traveled all over the world until they Ascended.\
'''Mercy:''' Wow! Can I Ascend like them, too, Grandpa?\
'''Emperor Golden Scepter:''' Well... I heard that a set of toy blocks made for divine children managed to come alive just like you, and eventually earned godhood herself. If that's possible, then yes, it might happen for you... though it really depends, Mercy. It took your father and your uncles a few years at most to Ascend, some even longer depending on their actions. And even then, they all had to do something extraordinary to make that leap. I cannot guarantee when you will Ascend or how you will Ascend, as it is a very complicated process for everyone, even sapient objects.\
'''Mercy:''' Awwwww... that sounds really hard...\
'''Emperor Golden Scepter:''' I know, Mercy. But do not lose heart. If there's something I know, it's that everyone and everything has potential to do something great. Even if you don't end up Ascending, I'll still be proud of you either way. Now come, I heard that your father is planning to rip this Empire apart just to find you, and I'm really not looking forward to cleaning up after him...
* DisappearedDad: Justified. Although it's not known exactly how she managed to gain sentience, Mercy is still technically Silver Bane's biological "daughter" because she was "born" after years of being used and cared for by him. Silver Bane eventually had to leave her behind in the Terran Empire because he wanted to keep Mercy away from the [[KnightTemplar Poenan Pantheon]], and having her in the care of Golden Scepter and his demi-divine sons would ensure her protection. Mercy was initially saddened by this and suffered from abandonment issues at first, but later came to understand why Silver Bane had to give her up and knows that he can come visit her at any time.
* EmpathicWeapon: What she eventually became. Originally she was a sword designed by the Poenan deities to be used by Silver Bane (who was a Poenan champion at the time) to murder anyone deemed "evil" and "dark" in his ruthless quest for vengeance and justice against what he called the "Dark Ones". However, a chain of events caused Silver Bane to realize the error of his ways and defect from the Poenan Pantheon, after which Mercy was "born". It's speculated that either the souls of Silver Bane's numerous victims possessed Mercy and ended up giving her a new soul of her own, or that Silver Bane had taken such good care of his weapon that it gave her sentience. And because she was born in a relatively short time, Mercy has the mind of a child, naive and easily impressionable, with a filly's voice to match. This is what motivated Silver Bane to leave her in the care of Golden Scepter and his sons, fearing what the Poenan Pantheon and their mortal followers will do to Mercy if they succeed in taking her back... which are later proven true when the Poenans deem her to be "corrupted" and have called for her purification once they learned of her sentience. Fortunately, thanks to Silver Bane's hindsight, [[PapaWolf all of Golden Scepter's sons have grown to love Mercy as one of their own at this point and are extremely willing to protect her from the Poenans]].
* FireIceLightning: Like her first wielder, Silver Bane, she has the ability to wield magic by herself, calling down lightning bolts and freezing/burning enemies upon striking them. This is because Silver Bane used her as a [[SpellBlade medium for his own magic]] for years.
* ForgedByTheGods: She started out as a custom-made sword forged by Poena's divine allies as a gift to Silver Bane for his extreme efficiency and devotion to smiting Evil. As a result, Mercy has magical properties, including enhancing her users' magic, [[AntiMagic cutting through dark magic spells]], and [[AntiRegeneration canceling out regenerative abilities]], making her a nightmare for those who rely on healing factors. Years of frequent use and diligent upkeep caused Mercy to [[EmpathicWeapon gain sentience]] and start [[TalkingWeapon talking]], and though Silver Bane treated her kindly, he later recognized the dangers of a divine sword in the hands of the Poenan Pantheon and feared what would happen if the Poenans were to learn of Mercy's sentience. This motivated him to leave her in the care of Prince Red Blade, knowing that the Terran Empire's royal family consists of powerful divines and demi-divines, which would give Mercy very sufficient protection.
* HappilyAdopted: She would be adopted by Prince Red Blade, who was the one to receive her from Silver Bane before the latter's departure. This both protected her from the [[KnightTemplar Poenan Pantheon]] and helped her get over her abandonment issues.
* HeroesLoveDogs: She's a sentient divine sword originally crafted by the Poenan Pantheon, but after Silver Bane left her in the Terran Empire for safekeeping, she became an adoptive daughter of Prince Red Blade, making her a Terran Princess by adoption. She's also a hero and honorary member of the World Eaters legion, and she's the loving co-owner of Chubby, an adorable Corgi summoned by [[LethalChef Fanged Paw]] and [[EldritchAbomination Dr. Endless Dreams]] from a human dimension.
* AnIcePerson: She developed the ability to freeze her opponents upon striking after being used as a [[SpellBlade magical conduit]] by Silver Bane for years.
* IronicName: Her entry notes that Silver Bane named her "Mercy" because his grudge against the "Dark Ones" was so intense that death would've been considered merciful compared what he and his fellow Poenans had in mind for them. Red Blade even lampshades how ironic it is for a sword to have such a name when he received Mercy. However, it's not so ironic anymore now because Mercy was influenced by both Red Blade and Silver Bane (once he has his HeelFaceTurn) to become benevolent and heroic, despite being a sentient sword.
* TheMagnificent: Initially, she was called "the Holy Blade" by the Poenans, including one of the Poenan deities who made her, as she was intended to be a great weapon against Evil. However, after [[TalkingWeapon becoming sentient]] and ending up in the care of Prince Red Blade, she was given the epithet "the Eater of Worlds" for helping the demi-Alicorn Prince destroy tyrannical kingdoms and realms.
* MindOverMatter: She started developing her own telekinetic abilities since becoming sentient, until she gained enough power to move on her own and even fly in combat. Silver Bane using her as a [[SpellBlade magical conduit]] for years largely contributed to this.
* NotQuiteFlight: After developing enough [[MindOverMatter telekinetic power]] to move around by herself, she gained the ability to levitate herself and fly. This proved incredibly useful since she doesn't have to rely on others wielding her for her to attack her enemies.
* OhCrap: She started screaming for Red Blade after her adoptive uncle, Fanged Paw, ended up summoning hordes of "[[TabletopGame/DungeonsAndDragons Beholders and Illithids]]" (in Cultura's words) while making onion casserole in one incident.
--> '''Mercy:''' AAAAAAH!!! PAPA, THERE'S A TENTACLED MONSTER INSIDE THE OVEN!!!
* ParentalAbandonment: Despite being a divine sword, she is technically Silver Bane's biological "daughter" in that his frequent use and diligent upkeep of her led to her (somehow) gaining sentience and a soul of her own. Though Silver Bane loved Mercy like his own child, he soon realized what would happen if the Poenan Pantheon and its followers were to get their hooves on her, so he left Mercy in the care of the Terran Empire's royal family to protect her. While Mercy was initially sad and upset over this, even suffering from abandonment issues for a while, she eventually came to understand why she had to be left behind. It helps that Golden Scepter and his sons treated her as a family member and that Silver Bane could come visit at any time.
* PlayingWithFire: She developed the ability to burn her opponents upon striking after being used as a [[SpellBlade magical conduit]] by Silver Bane for years.
* PleaseDontLeaveMe: Silver Bane's entry notes that after he gave her to Prince Red Blade and started leaving, Mercy tried moving on her own as she begged Silver Bane not to leave her behind. While she missed her first wielder dearly, she eventually understood that she was given away to protect her from the [[KnightTemplar Poenan Pantheon]], and knows Silver Bane and his friends can come visit at any time.
* PointOfDivergence: In one future [[{{Seers}} foreseen]] by Golden Scepter and Prince Night Shade, she became a demonic sword after Silver Bane transformed into a hateful, self-loathing vampiric monster. Fortunately, Night Shade's efforts in saving and redeeming Silver Bane prevented that future from occurring, leaving Mercy uncorrupted by the time she was transferred into the Terran royal family's care. It's noted that this became proof of Mercy's potential in Golden Scepter's eyes, as she could become a great weapon of "true" Justice and benevolence instead of a tool to smite everything deemed "dark" and "evil" as the Poenans had intended.
* ThePrankster: After landing in the care of the royal Terran family, she gained a mischievous streak and likes playing pranks. It's noted that she became this thanks to the influence of some of Golden Scepter's more mischievous sons, such as Prince Fanged Paw. In one incident, she scared Prince Palatine Phoenix for a prank Fanged Paw set up, and they both ended up being chased all over the Terran palace for it.
--> '''Prince Palatine Phoenix:''' ''(shouting)'' GODSDAMMIT, FANGED PAW!!!
* ProneToTears: Her entry mentions that she had a habit of being a crybaby. This is justified; as she just started gaining full sentience around this time, her control over her own emotions was nonexistent, so she often cried on impulse. When Silver Bane gives her away to Prince Red Blade, he warns him to be gentle with her as she's "somewhat sensitive".
* PsychicPowers: After years of being used as a SpellBlade by Silver Bane, she gradually developed the same [[{{Telepathy}} telepathic]] and [[MindOverMatter telekinetic]] powers as her first wielder, allowing her to move on her own sometime after achieving full sentience.
* RelatedInTheAdaptation:
** She's technically Silver Bane's biological 'daughter' because she became sapient under his care, whether through Silver Bane taking such good care of her or being possessed by the souls of his victims and gaining a new soul from it. Despite his initial suspicions, Silver Bane proceeded to treat her kindly, earning her loyalty and affection. In ''VideoGame/{{Darkstalkers}}'', this relationship did not happen between Donovan Baine and Dhylec.
** After being given up to the Terran Royal Family, she became the adoptive daughter of Prince Red Blade, who is a completely heroic expy of [[TabletopGame/Warhammer40000 Primarch Angron]]. This would make her a granddaughter of Emperor Golden Scepter (Emperor of Mankind), a paternal cousin of Rosy Dreams ([[VideoGame/DreamingMary Mary/Mari]]) and Gliding Butterfly (a CompositeCharacter combining [[Series/{{Inazuman}} Goro Watari]] with [[Film/KamenRiderXKamenRiderWizardAndFourzeMovieWarUltimatum Saburo Kazeta]]), and a niece of the other Terran Princes.
** Applejack V, now Princess Veritas, is her adoptive Aunt-in-law via Veritas' marriage to Prince Clear Voice, who's based on Primarch Rogal Dorn. This would make the entire Apple Family her in-laws.
** She's also related to Queen Majesty and her children, since Majesty was Golden Scepter's daughter by adoption. This ''also'' means that she's an adoptive cousin of Princess Regina Maiestas Ponyland and the other Princess Ponies, who are Regina's deceased sisters.
* RoyalsWhoActuallyDoSomething: Despite being a sentient divine sword, she became a Princess of the Terran Empire after Red Blade adopted her as his "daughter". She's also a celebrated and respected hero due to helping her adoptive father take down tyrannical kingdoms and realms.
* ShockAndAwe: She developed the ability to call down lightning bolts after being used as a [[SpellBlade magical conduit]] by Silver Bane for years. In one incident, she summoned powerful arcs of lightning during a confrontation with the followers of one of the Poenan deities who helped craft her.
* SoProudOfYou:
** Red Blade's entry notes that while protective of her, he's extremely proud of his adoptive "daughter" and lets her accompany him on his travels. He was also proud of her when she decided to become a "big sister" for Rosy Dreams, a sexually abused filly who was rescued by Red Blade's older brother, Prince Bright Eyes.
** After she went missing trying to Ascend to godhood by "going outside", Golden Scepter discusses with Mercy the concept of Ascension and how difficult it is for someone to actually Ascend. This saddens Mercy as she was hoping to Ascend like her adoptive father and uncles, but Golden Scepter assures her he'll still be proud of her even if she doesn't succeed in doing so.
* SpellBlade: Her first wielder, Silver Bane, used her as a medium to channel his [[FireIceLightning elemental magic]] as well as his [[MindOverMatter telekinesis]] for years. It got to the point where, after becoming fully sentient, she developed the ability to wield the same magic on her own.
* TalkingWeapon: Justified. Her entry notes that she gained the ability to talk after becoming fully sentient, but due to being a sword, she can only talk psychically. It's theorized InUniverse that either the souls of Silver Bane's victims possessed Mercy and ended up giving her an entirely new soul of her own, or Silver Bane took such good care of his sword that he somehow imprinted on it, allowing Mercy to become sentient.
* {{Telepathy}}: How she's able to talk with others after she became [[EmpathicWeapon sentient]]. It's a good thing, too, since she's a sword.

\
Rosy Dreams (her entry [[https://www.deviantart.com/brutalityinc/art/Codex-Equestria-Notable-Individuals-2-809768994 here]]) is the young adoptive daughter of Prince Bright Eyes, Golden Scepter's ninth son, and a promising filly who was rescued from an extremely abusive household.
----
* AdaptationalBadass: Mary from ''VideoGame/DreamingMary'' is implied to be a RealityWarper of some kind, a power inherited from her [[MissingMom deceased mother]], but is otherwise a little girl who is helpless against her abusers in both her dreams and the real world. Here as Rosy Dreams, she unlocked her psychic powers after trying to escape her abusive father multiple times, and killed 'The Chaser' with a psychic burst after losing Mr. Penguin in a HeroicSacrifice (which references the game's '[[GainaxEnding Bonus Ending]]' where Mary kills the Chaser with a [[Franchise/StreetFighter Hadouken]]). She successfully drives off and ''psychically injures'' [[Literature/DoctorSleep Rose Knot]]'s astral form after the latter tries invading her mind, and helps Sleep Well kill Rose Knot by luring her to a great demon that feeds on 'psykers' like her. And when she, Hopeful Moon, Gliding Butterfly, and Mercy come under attack by a Dream Demon, she is temporarily turned into an Alicorn demigoddess of Dreams, Guardianship, and Art by Hopeful Moon's accidental SuperEmpowering, revealing she has potential to Ascend to godhood like many of her adoptive family members. However, it's downplayed as she's still a filly recovering from physical and mental trauma, so whether she realizes her true potential or not remains to be seen.
* AdaptationalSkill: She's an artist with lots of potential in the Codexverse, which wasn't apparent with [[VideoGame/DreamingMary the character she's based on]].
* AdoptedIntoRoyalty: With her mother dead and her biological father imprisoned for his crimes, with no other relatives or caretakers left to look after her (her uncle was murdered, and so were her maid and tutor; the rest were all fired by her father), she ended up being adopted by Prince Bright Eyes, [[PhysicalGod Golden Scepter]]'s ninth son. This, along with Mercy, made her a Terran Princess by default. [[spoiler:However, it's revealed that she's a [[https://www.deviantart.com/comments/1/836839462/4836304966 distant descendant of Second Age superheroine Queen Rosy]], automatically making her a member of the Isle of Pony's royal family even though she was unaware of it]].
* AnthropomorphicPersonification: Hopeful Moon accidentally empowering her during a fight with a Dream Demon temporarily turned her into a young Alicorn demigoddess who embodied Dreams, Guardianship, and Art.
* BigBrotherInstinct: She's an older adoptive sister of Hopeful Moon, an Alicorn demigod toddler. When Hopeful Moon started wandering off into the wider dream world, she accompanied him alongside Gliding Butterfly and Mercy. She proceeded to protect Hopeful Moon when the group encountered a Dream Demon, with her being accidentally empowered and turned into an Alicorn demigoddess of Dreams, Guardianship, and Art by Hopeful during the fight.
* BigEater: Deconstructed in one incident. When she learned she can finally eat ice cream, she ate too much in her rush to enjoy it and consequently got a stomachache.
* BondingOverMissingParents: She would end up becoming close friends with [[MagicalGirlWarrior Miracle Hymn]] of the Dazzling Divas, as like her, she also witnessed loved ones being murdered in front of her and received great trauma from it. Miracle Hymn would hug her upon discovering this.
--> '''Miracle Hymn:''' ''(to Rosy Dreams)'' ...No matter how strong you get, it still hurts, doesn't it?
* CrapsaccharineWorld: Her MentalWorld initially took the form of a blissful paradise populated by friendly animals who are based on the Ponies she knew in the real world. However, investigations spearheaded by Night Shade and the Terran Inquisitors revealed that Rosy's dream world was crafted by [[AbusiveParents Sweet Words]] using dream magic to teach his daughter obedience without her noticing a thing -- in order for her dream world to stay blissful, Rosy must exchange "lily petals" for "seeds". Psychiatric sessions also revealed that if Rosy lost the "games" proposed by her animal friends, they would disappear and reveal afterimages of what happened to their real world counterparts, such as a beheaded stallion, a young mare falling to her death, and an older mare with missing eyes. Crimson Star also describes Rosy's dream world as excessively pink and saccharine. Fortunately, once Rosy was freed and adopted by Prince Bright Eyes, both Mentálne and her psychically-inclined uncles had been reconstructing her dream world so Sweet Word's influence would be erased, resulting in her dream world taking the form of a vast open world that she can explore however she pleased.
* DarkAndTroubledPast: Her mother, Peaceful Dreams, was permanently crippled after her abusive and controlling husband [[MakeItLookLikeAnAccident arranged an "accident"]] for trying to escape him, so she tried escaping again by delving into her own dreams so deeply that she eventually died from the coma that followed. Her father, Sweet Words, would sexually abuse her and condition her into compliance by creating a blissful dream world that will only stay that way [[DoesThisRemindYouOfAnything if she gave him lily petals in exchange for his seeds]]. Her uncle, tutor, and maid each suspected abuse going on, but before either of them could do something about it, they were murdered by her father via [[OffWithHisHead beheading]], [[EyeScream having their eyes taken out]], and/or manipulated into [[DeathByFallingOver falling to their death]], respectively, which she secretly witnessed. Then, when she tried defying her father and escaping, her father imprisoned her within her own mind and created a nightmarish mental entity based on himself to terrorize her as punishment. She was later rescued by Prince Bright Eyes and Prince Written Word after they heard her telepathic calls for help, and was adopted by the former, but she could only wake up after the entity in her mind was defeated and killed.
* DivineParentage: With her mother, uncle, and servants dead while her father is imprisoned for life for his crimes, she was adopted by Prince Bright Eyes, a demi-divine Alicorn Prince. This means that she is a granddaughter of Emperor Golden Scepter by adoption.
* DreamWalker: She can telepathically enter her own dream world and visit the dream worlds of others, though what they look like depends on the nature of each person. For this, she has been receiving tutoring in dream-weaving by Luna, who believes she might have play a beneficial role in protecting people's dreams from malicious entites like Dream Demons.
* DreamWeaver: As her adoptive uncles discovered, she's becoming adept in manipulating mental environments as her great imagination allows her to manifest anything she can use to defend herself and others. She's also [[DreamWalker able to enter both her own dream world and the dream worlds of others]]. For this, she has been receiving tutoring in psionics and dream-weaving by Prince Crimson Star and Luna, who believes she might have play a beneficial role in protecting people's dreams from malicious entites like Dream Demons. Her power is so strong that she psychically attacked and ''injured'' the astral form of [[Literature/DoctorSleep Rose Knot]] when the latter tried invading her mind with the intent to kill her.
* EarnYourHappyEnding: Her mother, Peaceful Dreams, died in a self-inflicted coma after she was permanently crippled in an "accident" arranged by her abusive husband, Sweet Words, and because she strongly resembled her mother, Rosy Dreams was sexually abused and violated even in her dreams in an attempt to mold her into the perfect, obedient wife. She then secretly witnessed Sweet Words murder her paternal uncle, tutor, and servant(s) when they caught on to the abuse, which gave her unconscious SurvivorGuilt. When Rosy Dreams started becoming increasingly defiant, Sweet Words trapped her in her own mind and created a nightmarish mental entity to terrorize her as punishment, essentially putting her in a coma. Princes Bright Eyes and Written Word would rescue her from both house and coma after hearing her telepathic cries for help, and with their encouragement, she stood up to the entity in her mind and killed it with a burst of psychic energy. Being adopted into the Terran royal family by Bright Eyes allowed her to gradually recover from her foalhood abuse.
* TheEmpath: Her entry notes she has empathic powers as part of her PsychicPowers.
* ExhaustedEyeBags: Her entry notes that she has dark circles forming underneath her eyes due to [[TheInsomniac insomnia]], though she is recovering from it.
* {{Expy}}: She's based on Mary, a young girl who is the titular protagonist of ''VideoGame/DreamingMary'', in that both of them were sexually abused by their fathers and subjected to [[CrapsaccharineWorld excessively pink and saccharine dream worlds]] at a very tender age. A Codexverse writer, [=Randomfan11=], [[https://www.deviantart.com/comments/1/675604243/4802149252 confirmed it via comments on deviantART]].
* FlowerMotifs: Like [[VideoGame/DreamingMary Mary]], she's associated with [[https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lilium lilies]], which are generally associated with chastity and virtue.
** Exchanging lily petals for seeds in order for her [[CrapsaccharineWorld dream world]] to stay happy and blissful represents Rosy Dreams' gradual loss of innocence and purity to [[AbusiveParents Sweet Words]]' sexual abuse, traumatizing her severely once she's freed from her father by Bright Eyes and Written Word.
** White stargazer lilies can also apply as they represent sympathy, which echoes how the Terran Princes and others were very sympathetic to Rosy Dreams' situation and showed their support however they could, which helped her recover from her abusive past.
** Lilies in general also are associated with funerals and thus represent the restoration of innocence after death. Rosy Dreams' mother, Peaceful Dreams, committed suicide by putting herself in a self-inflicted coma after Sweet Words permannently crippled her in an "[[MakeItLookLikeAnAccident accident]]" for trying to escape him. Rosy Dreams, on the other hand, unlocked her psychic abilities in her desire to escape, which attracted Bright Eyes and Written Word and led to her being rescued, gaining the freedom that her mother did not.
* FreudianExcuse: Much of her behavior stems from the sexual, mental, and emotional abuse she suffered at the hooves of her father, Sweet Words. The Terran Princes are trying to defy this by having her take therapy so she can overcome her issues.
** As a result of Sweet Words messing with her [[MentalWorld dream world]] to sexually abuse her without her knowledge, she became TheInsomniac, refusing to sleep at all for fear of having her dreams visited by monsters if she does. Only by being around Princes Bright Eyes and Written Word does she have a better time sleeping.
** Her abuse at the hooves of '[[HumanoidAbomination The Chaser]]' left her incredibly afraid of her dark-pelted uncles like Prince Red Blade and Prince Night Shade, as they remind her of her father's nightmarish creation. She was later successfully convinced that unlike the Chaser, her uncles don't mean any harm.
** She suffered from unconscious SurvivorGuilt because she secretly witnessed her father murder her uncle, maid, and tutor, which showed up in her dreams. This led to her becoming attached to her animal friends, such as Ms. Bunny and Ms. Fox, despite their emotionally abusive personalities because they're the only reminders she had of them. The Terran Princes had been convincing her to let go of her dream friends by reminding her how much their real world counterparts genuinely loved her, and enlisted Grief, the goddess of Grief and Mourning, to help her come to terms with her losses.
* FuzzTherapy: She would eventually get a therapy pet in Chubby, an adorable Corgi, following his summoning from another dimention and subsequent adoption into the Terran Royal Family as a pet. Chubby helped with her psychological recovery from Sweet Words' sexual abuse, as she gradually became more cheerful, open, and self-confident while looking after him. Mentálne has approved of Chubby, as therapy pets are essential to a full psychological recovery, and has gushed over him as well due to her young age.
* HappilyAdopted: She was adopted by Prince Bright Eyes after she was rescued by him and Prince Written Word from her sexually abusive father. This allowed her to recover from trauma stemming from her abuse, especially after meeting her paternal "cousin" [[TalkingWeapon Mercy]], who became her "big sister" figure.
* HarmfulToMinors: She was sexually abused by her own father for years sometime after her mother's death, all for the purpose of turning her into the perfect, obedient wife that his mother was not. He even crafted a dream world for her to teach her how to be compliant to his whims. This understandably left her severely traumatized by the time she was rescued by Bright Eyes and Written Word, but she would recover thanks to her adoptive family, especially her adoptive "cousin" Mercy, who became her "big sister" figure.
* HeroicLineage: She's the adoptive daughter of Prince Bright Eyes, who is a benevolent and heroic demi-Alicorn god, while her adoptive grandfather, Golden Scepter, is a legendary war hero and divine prodigy. [[spoiler:A canonized drabble reveals that she's a ''very'' distant biological descendant of the Second-Age Isle of Pony's royal family -- specifically, she's [[https://www.deviantart.com/comments/1/836839462/4836304966 related to Queen Rosy]], who was part of the Second-Age incarnation of the Power Rangers and known as "the Eternal Queen"]].
* IntergenerationalFriendship: Her friend, [[Music/StevieRayVaughan Moon Ray Vaughoof]], is a "Tier IV"-ranked Alicorn god and thus is ''far'' older than her.
* IronicName: A young, imaginative, psychic filly named ''Rosy Dreams'' who was abused and violated in the worst ways possible, even in her sleep. The irony is taken even further with her Cutie Mark depicting a foal sleeping peacefully on a rose-adorned cloud.
* TheInsomniac: After she was rescued from her abusive father and adopted into the Terran Royal Family, she developed insomnia, refusing to go to sleep at all out of fear of dreaming and being visited by monsters. Only by being around her adoptive father, Prince Bright Eyes, and/or her adoptive uncle, Prince Written Word, did she have some peace of mind and was able to sleep.
* LikeASonToMe: Moon Ray Vaughoof treats her like his own daughter due to their shared experiences with being abused by their own fathers.
* MentalWorld: Her dream world was initially a blissful yet excessively pink and "[[CrapsaccharineWorld saccharine]]" (according to Crimson Star) paradise that's populated by friendly animals based on the ponies Rosy knew in the real world. Investigations by Night Shade and the Terran Inquisition revealed that her birth father, [[AbusiveParents Sweet Words]] made her dream world this way so he can make his daughter compliant to his whims and desires without her suspecting a thing. If she disobeys the animals' requests, her dream world starts to degrade into something nightmarish. After she was rescued and adopted into the Terran royal family, her dream world changed into an expansive open world that she can explore however she likes, thanks to her psychically-inclined uncles and Mentálne helping get rid of Sweet Word's mental influence on her.
* MindOverMatter: Her entry notes that she has telekinetic abilities. Currently her only -- and most powerful -- ability is to [[PsiBlast fire bursts and streams of pure psychic energy with her mind]].
* MissingMom: Justified. Her mother was crippled in an "[[MakeItLookLikeAnAccident accident]]" her abusive husband arranged as punishment for trying to escape him, so she tried escaping another way via delving into her own dreams so deeply that she fell into a coma, and died.
* NightmareFuelColoringBook: She's a young and talented artist, but because she was sexually abused by her father before her rescue, her drawings often depicted disturbing imagery based on her deepest thoughts and fears. This allowed both her family and therapists to understand and help her better. One of said therapists, Shifa' Alhalbi Moufette, has been able to connect with her through art since art therapy is one of many ways she can help abuse victims.
* NotAfraidOfYouAnymore: After being freed from her own mind and witnessing the death of [[CoolUncle Mr. Penguin]] in a HeroicSacrifice, she finally gathers the courage to stand up to '[[HumanoidAbomination The Chaser]]', who frequently trapped, terrorized, and abused her since his creation, and killed him with [[PsiBlast a burst of psychic energy]].
* ParentalIncest: Her father sexually abused her due to strongly resembling her deceased mother, wanting to turn his daughter into the perfect, obedient wife. One of the things he did to make her compliant to his whims was use dream magic to create a dream world that will always stay a blissful paradise if she [[DoesThisRemindYouOfAnything gave lily petals to her father in exchange for seeds]]. Quite understandably, this left her with severe emotional and mental trauma by the time Bright Eyes rescued and adopted her, [[HatesBeingTouched being afraid of people touching her]] (save for her adoptive father and those she trusts) and [[TheInsomniac refusing to sleep at all out of fear of dreaming and being visited by monsters]].
* PinkIsFeminine: She's described as having a bright pink pelt, and she's a young filly who developed artistic talents and the ability to [[DreamWeaver manipulate people's dream worlds]]. This trope was initially invoked with her own dream world, as her birth father, Sweet Words, made it excessively pink in his attempt to tailor everything to his daughter's interests, all so he could molest Rosy without her suspecting a thing. Both Mentálne and Rosy's psychically-inclined uncles rebuilt Rosy's dream world so they can get rid of Sweet Words' influence and give her the freedom to change her dream world as she saw fit.
* PsiBlast: Currently her only -- and most powerful -- ability is to fire bursts and streams of pure psychic energy with her mind. This is how she killed '[[HumanoidAbomination The Chaser]]' once she gathered the courage to stand up to him.
* PsychicPowers: She is a "psyker" like her adoptive family and a large majority of the Terran Empire, and it's noted that she has great potential to become a powerful one. Most of her abilities revolve around [[DreamWeaver telepathic dream-weaving]], as she is able to enter her own dream world and the dream worlds of others, such as her adoptive uncles. And as her adoptive uncles discovered, she is becoming increasingly adept at manipulating mental environments, manifesting anything she can use to defend people. In addition, she has [[MindOverMatter telekinetic]] and [[TheEmpath empathic]] abilities, and she can fire bursts and streams of pure psychic energy with her mind. One of her adoptive uncles, Prince Crimson Star, is currently tutoring her in psionics.
* RelatedInTheAdaptation:
** Here, she's an adoptive daughter of Prince Bright Eyes, who is more or less based on [[TabletopGame/Warhammer40000 Primarch Sanguinius]], since much of her immediate family (as well as her sole remaining maid and tutor) is dead while her birth father is incarcerated for life for his crimes. This would make her a granddaughter of Emperor Golden Scepter (Emperor of Mankind), a paternal cousin of Mercy ([[VideoGame/{{Darkstalkers}} Dhylec]]) and Gliding Butterfly (a CompositeCharacter combining [[Series/{{Inazuman}} Goro Watari]] with [[Film/KamenRiderXKamenRiderWizardAndFourzeMovieWarUltimatum Saburo Kazeta]]), and a niece of the other Terran Princes.
** She's also related to Queen Majesty and her children, since Majesty was Golden Scepter's daughter by adoption. This ''also'' means that she's an adoptive cousin of Princess Regina Maiestas Ponyland and the other Princess Ponies, who are Regina's deceased sisters.
* RoyalBlood: A canonized [[https://www.deviantart.com/comments/1/836839462/4836304966 drabble]] reveals that [[spoiler:she is [[https://www.deviantart.com/comments/1/836839462/4836304966 a descendant of Queen Rosy]], the Second-Age sovereign of the Isle of Pony and known as "the Eternal Queen" among the Second-Age Power Rangers. This also makes Rosy Dreams a ''very'' distant relative of the Isle of Pony's royal family]].
* ASharedSuffering:
** She ended up befriending [[Music/StevieRayVaughan Moon Ray Vaughoof]] because of their shared expriences with being abused by their own fathers. Moon Ray [[LikeASonToMe treats her like his own daughter]].
** She met and befriended [[https://www.deviantart.com/comments/1/848558436/4860914200 Rose Regalia]], an ancient Alicorn goddess, on account of both of them having parents who sexually abused them, even though said parents were of different genders in each of their cases.
** She befriended Miracle Hymn over [[BondingOverMissingParents their shared experiences in having loved ones murdered in front of them]]. Miracle Hymn even gave her a hug for it.
* SurvivorGuilt: Witnessing the gruesome murders of her maid, tutor, and uncle gave her unconscious guilt over not being able to save them, which showed up in her dream world: Every time she won the "games" played by Mr. Penguin, Ms. Bunny, and Ms. Fox, they would disappear and show afterimages of a beheaded stallion, a young mare falling from a high place, and an older mare with missing eyes, respectively. This might be why she treated Ms. Bunny and Ms. Fox as {{Tragic Keepsake}}s, being quite attached to them despite their emotionally abusive, sinister personalities. Fortunately, the Terran Royal Family are supportive of her, enlisting the services of Grief to help her come to terms with her grief and Mentálne to help her through her issues.
* TragicKeepsake: Ms. Bunny and Ms. Fox are living variations of this; because she witnessed her own father murder Dust Bunny and Smoky Bouquet in the real world, she understandably became quite attached to their dream versions despite their [[BitchInSheepsClothing sinister character]. Both Mentálne and the Terran Princes had to convince her to let go of Ms. Bunny and Ms. Fox by reminding her how much their real world counterparts loved her, so they could destroy any remainders of Sweet Words' influence.

\
Solar Shield (his entry [[https://www.deviantart.com/brutalityinc/art/Codex-Equestria-Notable-Individuals-5-846229224 here]]) is the adoptive son of Prince Steel Barricade and by extension, the adoptive grandson of Emperor Golden Scepter.\

Following the 'Exosus Conflict', the young Solarian drone was left traumatized and alone, berift of his family, and a sympathetic Prince Steel Barricade was given permission by his father to adopt him, his normally anti-Synthetic Automaton stance rattled by his clash with the Hateful King and interactions with the surviving members of the Solar Convergence. Despite initial uneasiness, sense of loss and difficulty adapting to existence on planetary surface with other organic life, Solar Shield can look forward to a loving upbringing and a good future ahead of him -- provided that he could survive the continued anti-SA sentiments that remain after the war against his kind and others like him.
----
* AdoptedIntoRoyalty: He was adopted into the Terran Royal Family by Prince Steel Barricade, after the latter [[TheEmpath sensed his pain and trauma]] and developed a parental attachment to him over time. This would make him a Prince by default.
* AlliterativeName: '''S'''olar '''S'''hield.
* FantasticRacism: Due to being a sapient Synthetic Automaton, he has been made a target of racism from many anti-Synthetic Automaton factions such as the Terran Organic Defense League, whose extremist members once tried to bomb him ([[LaserGuidedKarma and has led to their banning from the Terran Empire despite claims of innocence]]). This has caused [[PapaWolf Steel Barricade]] to protect his son numerous times. By extension, his grandfather, Golden Scepter, was slightly on edge around him at first, but allowed his adoption to happen and gradually became supportive of him.
* HappilyAdopted: By Prince Steel Barricade, after losing his mother to Exosus' genocidal rampage and his father to Terran military forces during the 'Exosus Conflict'. Golden Scepter, while initially on edge with having a sapient Synthetic Automaton as a family member, nonetheless allowed the adoption to happen in his desire to atone for the harm he had caused with his anti-sapient A.I. bigotry and the Terran Empire's massacre of countless enslaved innocent Synthetic Automatons in the war against Exosus.
* HarmfulToMinors: He lost both of his 'birth' parents to Exosus' genocide of his people, was enslaved by his mother's killer to make weapons and war-machines for his invasion of Equus, then forced to fight for his mother's killer during the 'Exosus Conflict' event. And all this happened while still young, which understandably traumatized him.
* MajorInjuryUnderreaction: The profound differences between Solarian robotic units and other organic life is underscored when following a lab accident, he's confused by [[MassOhCrap the reactions]] of his adoptive father and other lab/palace personnel upon emerging from the aftermath ''[[ManOnFire completely on fire]]'' from head to hoof. Being a robot with a modified, durable/insulating casing, he was [[NoSell completely unaffected]] and was fine after the fire was put out.
--> '''Solar Shield:''' Should I be worried about this?
* NoSell: He was ''set on fire'' at one point, and was completely unaffected apart from a having a charred casing afterwards and a burnt stench on him for quite a while. He [[MajorInjuryUnderreaction didn't even seemed bothered by the fact that he was on fire]] even while his adoptive parent and other Ponies/non-Ponies around him panicked and quickly worked to put him out. It's downplayed in that it's mentioned there is still a limit to his durability against fires, toxins, and other dangerous environments and phenomena.
* ParentalAbandonment: Justified. His mother is one of many victims of Exosus' Solarian genocide, while his father was killed by Golden Scepter's soldiers before the [[AndIMustScream truth]] of the Synthetic Automatons' actions during the 'Exosus Conflict' was revealed. While he did get adopted by Steel Barricade, losing both parents understandably traumatized him and required therapy with Mentálne for him to recover.
* TraumaCongaLine: He lost his mother and most of his race to Exosus' genocide, enslaved against his will along with other survivors of the Solar Convergence to work making weapons and war-machines for Exosus and then invade Equus, and before being freed lost his father too to Terran Empire forces fighting against them during the Exosus Conflict/Crisis. He had to go to therapy with Mentálne, the Healer of the Mind after all is said and done.

!!!'''Type:''' Griffon, Mutant, Psyker, Superhero
!!!'''Faction:''' 'Monster League', Terran Empire
\
Gliding Butterfly (his entry [[https://www.deviantart.com/brutalityinc/art/Codex-Equestria-Heroes-and-Villains-25-836839462 here]]) is a young psychic Griffon with a powerful mutation, and the adoptive son of Prince Bright Eyes.
----
* AdaptationSpeciesChange: He's a young Griffon mutant with insectoid {{Super Mode}}s. His character inspirations, [[Film/KamenRiderXKamenRiderWizardAndFourzeMovieWarUltimatum Saburo Kazeta]] and [[Series/{{Inazuman}} Goro Watari]] are both humans who can transform into insectoid-like superheroes.
* AgeLift: He's explicitly stated to be twelve-years-old, whereas [[Film/KamenRiderXKamenRiderWizardAndFourzeMovieWarUltimatum Saburo Kazeta]] is approximately in the same age group but his real age is unknown. He's also younger than the original Series/{{Inazuman}}, Goro Watari, who is an adult.
* AllOfTheOtherReindeer: Deconstructed. Once his PsychicPowers manifested, he would be ostracized by both [[KidsAreCruel his classmates]] and [[AbusiveParents his parents]], who were indoctrinated by Autorist mindsets in the area they lived in. This culminated in his TraumaticSuperpowerAwakening when he activated his mutation to protect his similarly psychic friends from being massacred by Autorist soldiers. His bitterness and resentment over being mistreated for being different made him vulnerable to wicked individuals like Dr. Herculean Shadow, who exploited his desire for acceptance to make him work as one of his primary enforcers. But once the Terran Princes get him to trust them and he discovers Herculean Shadow's true intentions, he [[HeelFaceTurn betrays Herculean Shadow]] and ultimately kills the latter to both [[TheAtoner make up for his own misdeeds]] and protect his friends.
* AnimalMotifs:
** Butterflies, which represent rebirth and transformation. His two {{Super Mode}}s are reminiscent of the butterfly's development cycle -- his first, Sanagimane, is a monstrous brown, armored creature that resembles an insect larva or pupa, while his second, Inazumane, is a Griffon-shaped, butterfly-like creature. His forms also [[AstonishinglyAppropriateAppearance represent his state of mind at the time they emerged]] -- Sanagimane represents the bitterness, resentment, and rage he felt over being [[AllOfTheOtherReindeer mistreated]] by other Griffons for [[FantasticRacism being different]], while Inazumane represents his rediscovered inner goodness and newfound perception of himself as a potential hero rather than the monster he believed himself to be.
** Albatrosses, which represent death and (mis)fortune. An albatross is often interpreted as an omen that predicts someone's death, and to kill one is to ensure the doom/death of a ship's entire crew. Alternatively, the metaphor of having an albatross tied to one's neck represents a psychological burden. As a Griffon, his upper half is an albatross, and he was made the target of severe racism by Autorist Griffons once his PsychicPowers emerged. This eventually pushed him to join the Abominable Alignment as one of Dr. Herculean's primary enforcers. Fortunately, things finally turn up for him when he meets Prince Red Blade of the Terran Princes, who helps him pull a HeelFaceTurn.
** Black felines, generally associated with bad luck and evil. As a Griffon, his bottom half is a black panther, and he was ostracized by both his classmates and his parents once his PsychicPowers emerged, culiminating in a TraumaticSuperpowerAwakening when he activated his mutation to protect his similarly psychic friends from being massacred by Autorist soldiers. His desire for acceptance pushed him to join the Abominable Alignment as one of Dr. Herculean Shadow's enforcers, but he soon realized, thanks to the Terran Princes, he was inflicting the same suffering he felt on others for being non-psykers. Discovering that Herculean Shadow only wanted to his friends as test subjects was the final straw that caused him to [[MistreatmentInducedBetrayal betray his boss and kill him]].
* AstonishinglyAppropriateAppearance: His two {{Super Mode}}s are reminiscent of the butterfly's development cycle. His first form, Sanagimane, is a monstrous brown, armored creature that resembles an insect larva or pupa, while his second form, Inazumane, is a Griffon-shaped, butterfly-like creature. His forms also represent his state of mind at the time they emerged -- Sanagimane represents the bitterness, resentment, and rage he felt over being [[AllOfTheOtherReindeer mistreated]] by other Griffons for [[FantasticRacism being different]], while Inazumane represents his rediscovered inner goodness and newfound perception of himself as a potential hero rather than the monster he believed himself to be.
* BigBrotherInstinct: He's an older adoptive brother of Hopeful Moon, an Alicorn demigod toddler. When Hopeful Moon started wandering off into the wider dream world, he, Rosy Dreams, and Mercy accompanied him for protection. He proceeded to protect Hopeful Moon when the group encountered a Dream Demon.
* BlueIsHeroic: His second form, Inazumane, is a Griffon-shaped, insectoid creature with a blue exoskeleton with yellow, lightning-shaped markings. He used to work under Dr. Herculean Shadow as one of his primary enforcers, but after Prince Red Blade got through to him and made him realize he became just as bad as his childhood tormentors, he turned on Dr. Herculean Shadow and killed him to stop the latter's mad plans for [[MasterRace psyker domination]]. He now is the ArchEnemy of the Abominable Alignment and the Neo Sapient Army/Empire Dr. Herculean Shadow was both part of, so he could stop them from hurting innocents with their twisted experiments and ideologies.
* ByThePowerOfGrayskull: Much like Series/{{Inazuman}}, his two super forms are activated by certain phrases: His Sanagimane form is activated by shouting "Gōriki Shōrai!", while his second form, Inazumane, is activated by shouting "Chōriki Shōrai!" once he absorbed enough kinetic energy as Sanagimane.
* ChildSoldier: He was twelve years old when he joined the Abominable Alignment as one of Dr. Herculean Shadow's enforcers and leader of the Terran Youth League (then called the "Monster League" at the time). Thankfully, he later betrays both once he realizes, thanks to Prince Red Blade, that his actions were wrong and he discovers Herculean Shadow wanted to experiment on his friends.
* CommonalityConnection: Exploited; Dr. Herculean Shadow was able to earn his trust and get him on his side by showing that he, too, has a powerful, monstrous form he can turn into. However, this is so Herculean Shadow could gain access to his friends and perform horrific experiments on them. Once he discovers this, he betrays Herculean Shadow and kills him.
* CompositeCharacter: He's a combination of [[Series/{{Inazuman}} Goro Watari]], the classic Inazuman, and [[Film/KamenRiderXKamenRiderWizardAndFourzeMovieWarUltimatum Saburo Kazeta]], the modern version. He has the FreudianExcuse backstory and brief stint as a villain of the modern version, with personality traits and conflict with the Neo-Human Empire of the original. In addition, the circumstances of his HeelFaceTurn [[spoiler:echoes that of Saburo, who was convinced to side with the heroes when Gentaro tosses his driver into the lava to show he means no harm to him]].
* CrossoverRelatives:
** Here, he's an adoptive son of Prince Bright Eyes, who is more or less based on [[TabletopGame/Warhammer40000 Primarch Sanguinius]]. This would make him a grandson of Emperor Golden Scepter (Emperor of Mankind), a paternal cousin of Mercy ([[VideoGame/{{Darkstalkers}} Dhylec]], a brother of Rosy Dreams ([[VideoGame/DreamingMary Mary/Mari]]), and a nephew of the other Terran Princes.
** He's also related to Queen Majesty and her children, since Majesty was Golden Scepter's daughter by adoption. This ''also'' means that he's an adoptive cousin of Princess Regina Maiestas Ponyland and the other Princess Ponies, who are Regina's deceased sisters.
** Applejack V, now Princess Veritas, is his adoptive Aunt-in-law via Veritas' marriage to Prince Clear Voice, who's based on Primarch Rogal Dorn. This would make the entire Apple Family his in-laws.
** Later, he would become a nephew of [[Myth/SlavicMythology Belyolen and Temnobog]], as well as [[TabletopGame/{{Warhammer}} Phoenix King Naur and Everqueen Naneth]], after they were adopted by Golden Scepter as his sons and daughter, respectively. This means that he's related to [[JerkassGods High King Irminsul and High Queen Arvan]] through them.
* DiscardAndDraw: Both his Sanagimane and Inazumane forms have powers that are mutually exclusive. As Sanagimane, he has SuperStrength and SuperToughness, as well as the ability to absorb kinetic energy. Once he has absorbed enough kinetic energy, he turns into Inazumane, losing his strength and endurance but giving him SuperSpeed and stronger PsychicPowers as a tradeoff. He cannot switch between one form or the other; it is always Sanagimane --> Inazumane.
* EvenEvilHasLovedOnes: Even during his stint as one of Dr. Herculean Shadow's primary enforcers, he was close to his friends, who are fellow psykers like him and thus, at the time, were the only ones to truly understand his pain and care for him. His love for them in part [[LoveRedeems pushed him]] to make a HeelFaceTurn as he later realized both how evil he was becoming and Dr. Herculean Shadow's true intentions for his friends.
* FantasticRacism: Both on the giving and receiving ends. Before meeting Dr. Herculean Shadow, he was ostracized by his classmates and his parents for having PsychicPowers, and he manifested his Sanagimane form for the first time when his friends were about to be massacred by Autorist soldiers. Herculean Shadow's toxic influence led to him becoming racist himself towards non-psykers, believing they deserved to be eradicated for fearing and hating him the past. He even infiltrated a school in his country together with his Monster League to start an uprising there among the 'psyker' children. Unfortunately, he was unaware that Herculean Shadow was just using him to gather potential test subjects for his own twisted experiments. Prince Red Blade gets him to see he was inflicting the same torment he suffered upon others for being different, and discovering Herculean Shadow's true intentions pushed him to betray and kill his boss.
* FreudianExcuse: Deconstructed. His willingness to side with Dr. Herculean Shadow stems from both the bitterness and anger he felt over being mistreated by others for being a '[[PsychicPowers psyker]]', and his desire to be accepted regardless of what he is. This not only made him vulnerable to wicked individuals to Herculean Shadow, who never had his best interests at heart at all, but also, as Prince Red Blade [[FreudianExcuseIsNoExcuse pointed out]], he became a bigot who was subjecting non-psykers to the same discrimination he himself suffered in his youth. This led him to pull a HeelFaceTurn once he realizes this and discovers Herculean Shadow's true intentions for him and his friends. He is also recovering from his issues thanks to psychiatric help even though they still linger in some form.
* FreudianExcuseIsNoExcuse: While his reasons for joining the Abominable Alignment are sympathetic, they in no way justify his actions as one of Dr. Herculean Shadow's enforcers. Prince Red Blade understands his rage over his mistreatment as he himself was bullied as a colt (and witnessed others suffer the same), but points out that in the process, he became a bigot who oppressed non-psykers for lacking PsychicPowers, thus repeating the very circumstances that made him join Herculean Shadow in the first place. This partially causes him to betray and kill Herculean Shadow.
* GatheringSteam: Much like Series/{{Inazuman}}, he has to absorb enough kinetic energy as Sanagimane before he can access his Inazumane form.
* GoodIsNotSoft: He's a twelve-year-old KidHero (and HenshinHero) who is the leader of his own group of children who are similarly psychic like him. However, he would not hesitate to kill and his preferred FinishingMove is an electrified karate chop, which he used to kill Dr. Herculean Shadow to both protect his friends and end his mad plans.
* HairTriggerTemper: Justified and deconstructed. He spent most of his chickhood being heavily discriminated against for having PsychicPowers, which left him quite angry towards those who mistreated them. Becoming one of Dr. Herculean Shadow's enforcers gave him an outlet for that rage as he was [[MasterRace promoting Psyker superiority over the non-Psykers who abused him so much]]. He eventually realizes his actions were wrong thanks to Prince Red Blade and betrays Herculean Shadow in part because of it, but his temper is still an issue and he can lash out at people when enraged. Fortunately, he is overcoming this with psychiatric help.
* HappilyAdopted: Despite Prince Red Blade being the one to make him perform his HeelFaceTurn, he ends up being adopted by Prince Bright Eyes instead due to needing hope for the future more than anything. Despite this, he's quite happy with this arrangement as his birth parents abused him for being a mutant.
* HenshinHero: While he does have PsychicPowers outside of it, he has ''two'' forms he can turn into to fight his enemies directly. His first form, Sanagimane, is an armored, larva-like creature built primarily for strength and endurance, as well as [[GatheringSteam absorbing energy from kinetic attacks like ammunition]]. His second form, Inazumane, is a butterfly-like creature that discards Sanagimane's tanky nature in favor of speed, agility, and enhanced PsychicPowers like [[ShockAndAwe psionic lightning]]. Sanagimane is activated by shouting "Gōriki Shōrai!" while Inazumane is activated by shouting "Chōriki Shōrai!" once he absorbed enough kinetic energy as the former.
* HorribleJudgeOfCharacter: Justified and deconstructed. He spent much of his youth being ostracized and discriminated against even by his own parents for having PsychicPowers, becoming bitter, angry, and resentful. This left him vulnerable to wicked individuals like Dr. Herculean Shadow, who exploited his desire to belong by pretending to understand him. Herculean Shadow's influence turned him into a bigot who believed in the superiority of psykers, unaware that Herculean Shadow only wanted to experiment on his friends and others in the name of "uplifting" sapientkind. Once Prince Red Blade makes him see the error of his ways and he discovers Herculean Shadow's true intentions, he betrays the latter and kills him in a fight.
* ImmuneToBullets: His Sanagimane form gives him armor that is resistant to ammunition from crossbows and other projectile weapons. This is what allowed him to protect his friends from being shot to death by Autorist soldiers who were persecuting psykers like them.
* InterspeciesAdoption: He's a psychic Griffon who bears a strange mutation and ends up adopted by Prince Bright Eyes.
* KidHero: He's twelve-years-old, and while he started off as a villainous enforcer of Dr. Herculean Shadow, he pulled a HeelFaceTurn after meeting Prince Red Blade and killed Dr. Herculean Shadow to stop his mad plans.
* MeaningfulName:
** His first form, Sanagimane, comes from the Japanese word "sanagi", which translates to "chrysalis" or "pupa". When transformed into Sanagimane, he becomes a brown, armored, monstrous-looking creature that's taller than an adult Griffon, resembling an insect larva or pupa in overall appearance.
** His second form, Inazumane, comes from the Japanese word "Inazuma", which translates to "lightning". While he has [[ShockAndAwe psychic lightning attacks]] from the start, his Inazumane form enhances them and gives him more options in how to use them in battle. He also has yellow lightning-shaped markings in this form.
* MeaningfulRename: He was initially the leader of a group of PsychicChildren called the "Monster League", which reflects both his ties to the Abominable Alignment and his perception of himself as a monster. Following his HeelFaceTurn, the Monster League would be called the "Terran Youth Group".
* {{Mutants}}: On top of being a '[[PsychicPowers psyker]]', his transformed states stem from being a natural-born mutant, though some [[TheFairFolk Changeling]] heritage may also be involved.
* NotSoDifferentRemark:
** During his stint as Dr. Herculean Shadow's enforcer, he was confronted by Prince Red Blade, who sympathized with the reasons for his rage but nonetheless [[FreudianExcuseIsNoExcuse pointed out]] that he became little different from the Autorists who mistreated him by inflicting the same discrimination upon non-Psykers. This partially factored into his HeelFaceTurn.
** He saw the Neo Sapient Army, a splinter faction of the Abominable Alignment that Dr. Herculean Shadow was part of prior to the latter's death, as being no different from the Autorists who heavily discriminated against him and his friends, especially since the Neo Sapient Army's ''modus operandi'' involved eliminating non-Psykers in a twisted form of natural selection and eugenics. This motivated him and his friends, with Prince Night Shade's help, to utterly destroy the Neo Sapient Army.
* PastExperienceNightmare: He bore lingering PTSD over being nearly killed alongside his friends by Autorist soldiers and his ensuing slaughter of said soldiers, to the point of having nightmares about them for some time. Thankfully, he is recovering thanks to psychological therapy.
* ThePowerOfFriendship: His feelings of devotion and protectiveness towards his friends, who are fellow psykers themselves, are what kept him sane even despite working as Dr. Herculean Shadow's enforcer. Dr. Herculean Shadow attempting to experiment on his friends partially triggered his transformation into [[PrettyButterflies Inazumane]] for the first time, as he now saw his boss as an evil threat to protect his friends from.
* PrettyButterflies: His Inazumane form is a Griffon-shaped, insectoid creature with butterfly-like traits like antennae, compound eyes, a pair of beautiful butterfly wings made of psychic energy, and a blue exoskeleton with yellow, lightning-shaped markings. It's noted that his Inazumane form is eerily beautiful and comes from him being a natural-born mutant, though he is speculated InUniverse to have [[TheFairFolk Changeling]] ancestry in his bloodline. Transforming into this form for the first time was what officially marked his HeelFaceTurn as he realized Dr. Herculean Shadow's true intentions.
* PsychicPowers: He is what the Terran Empire calls a 'Psyker'. He has [[{{Telepathy}} telepathy]] and [[MindOverMatter telekinesis]], and his chief ability involves [[ShockAndAwe creating and controlling psychic lightning energy with his mind]]. His powers become vastly enhanced whenever he enters his Inazumane form, being capable of easily throwing carriages with telekinesis, generating tornado-like vortexes with psychic energy, and using his psychic electricity for various offensive purposes.
* ScarfOfAsskicking: His entry notes he's partial to wearing a yellow scarf. He's also a young psychic Griffon who bears a type of mutation that allows him to change into powerful, insect-like forms, each with their own abilities.
* SelfMadeOrphan: Defied; he could have chosen to kill his AbusiveParents as revenge for mistreating him for being a mutant. [[WhatYouAreInTheDark He ultimately chose to spare them instead]].
* ShockAndAwe: As a 'Psyker', his chief ability is electrokinesis, which lets him create and control electricity with his mind. His powers are vastly enhanced whenever he becomes [[SuperMode Inazumane]], upon which he is capable of obliterating enemies with pillars of lightning and charging his attacks with electricity to make them stronger. His preferred FinishingMove involves electrified karate chops through his foes, which he used to kill Dr. Herculean Shadow during their fight.
* SuperMode: True to his character inspirations, he has two forms that are reminiscent of the butterfly's development cycle.
** His first form, Sanagimane, is a monstrous brown, armored creature that is taller than an adult Griffon, resembling an insect larva or pupa. As Sanagimane, he has natural armor that protects him from crossbows and other projectile weapons, and is physically strong enough to both easily lift heavy objects and manhandle a normal Minotaur. He also has a unique ability that involves absorbing a percentage of the kinetic energy he's hit with in order to power his transformation into Inazumane. Sanagimane is triggered by the phrase "Gōriki Shōrai".
** His second form, Inazumane, while less durable and strong, is far faster and more agile, and comes with vastly enhanced PsychicPowers to the point where he could easily throw carriages with telekinesis and generate tornado-like vortexes with psychic energy. His [[ShockAndAwe electricity powers]] is also enhanced, letting him obliterate enemies with pillards of lightning or charge his attacks with lightning to make them more devastating. He can also fly by creating butterfly wings made of psychic energy for faster flight, to make up for losing his natural Griffon wings in this form. Inazumane is triggered by the phrase "Chōriki Shōrai" once he absorbed enough kinetic energy as Sanagimane.
* SuperStrength: His Sanagimane form is strong enough to manhandle a normal Minotaur and lift heavy objects with ease. His Inazumane form [[DiscardAndDraw loses this]] in favor of speed, agility, and enhanced PsychicPowers.
* SuperToughness: As Sanagimane, he has natural armor that lets him easily survive being shot with projectile weapons like crossbows, and it's implied to be very tough so he could absorb the kinetic energy needed to power up his second stronger form, Inazumane.
* ThenLetMeBeEvil: Deconstructed. Being treated like a freak and a monster for much of his childhood in his homeland by racist bigots, such as [[AbusiveParents his own parents]], caused him to believe that he's truly one. This made him vulnerable to wicked individuals like Dr. Herculean Shadow, who earned his trust by exploiting his desire to be accepted by others. As one of Dr. Herculean Shadow's primary enforcers, he believed that psykers like him were a MasterRace and sought to bring them over to Dr. Herculean Shadow's side. He eventually realizes the error of his ways when Prince Red Blade makes him see that he became as bad as the bigots who tormented him, and this, combined with realizing Dr. Herculean Shadow's dark intentions for his friends, drives him to betray and kill his superior in atonement.
* TraumaticSuperpowerAwakening: He transformed into Sanagimane for the first time when he and his friends were persecuted and attacked by Autorist soldiers, who [[WouldHurtAChild sought to kill them]] for [[FantasticRacism being psykers]].
* WeatherManipulation: As a Griffon, his racial magic is [[WeatherManipulation Weather magic]], but much stronger than the Pegasi's version.
* WhatYouAreInTheDark: Despite the pain he suffered and the bitterness and rage he felt because of them, he ultimately chose to spare his classmates and parents instead of killing them as anyone else would in his situation.

\
Hopeful Moon (his entry [[https://www.deviantart.com/brutalityinc/art/Codex-Equestria-Deities-and-Divines-Part-41-838585241 here]]) is the 'biological' son of Prince Bright Eyes, and a peculiar addition to the Terran Royal Family.
----
* AnthropomorphicPersonification: He's a demi-Alicorn toddler who embodies Hope, Forgiveness, and Potential.
* ChildByRape: Technically, he is one, having been created after a Count Dracolt cursed Bright Eyes and Bright Eyes tried everything to get rid of his vampirism, including mental suppression. The trauma Bright Eyes would suffer afterwards, and his [[ThatThingIsNotMyChild initial rejection of his son]], also has parallels to situations experienced by real-life rape victims. Fortunately, Bright Eyes would see the error of his ways and come to accept/love his son after Golden Scepter [[ArmorPiercingQuestion asked him if he is willing to damn an innocent child for the sake of his own happiness]], like what [[AbusiveParents High King Irminsul]] did to [[TheUnfavourite Temnobog]].
* CutenessProximity: His entry notes that he was rather adorable when he was a baby. Phykti, the Bogolenya Deer goddess of Cruelty and Despair, expressed her desire to keep him after he blew a raspberry at her. Even [[TheStoic Steel Barricade]] admitted his nephew is kind of cute, and once told Hopeful that he's "not allowed to grow" (much to his brothers' amusement).
* TheCutie: Due to being a rather adorable baby, he is this for the Terran Royal Family, with even infernal deities like [[{{Sadist}} Phykti]] fawning over him. This hasn't changed much after he became a toddler.
* HeroicBastard: Technically he is one, as he was "born" out of wedlock when Bright Eyes tried suppressing his vampirism after he was cursed by a Count Dracolt, causing Bright Eyes' curse to spawn an infant Bat pony. Bright Eyes initially [[ThatThingIsNotMyChild rejected his son and refused to acknowledge him as his child]], but he was forced to [[MyGodWhatHaveIDone see the error of his ways]] after Golden Scepter [[ArmorPiercingQuestion asked him if he wanted to become like Irminsul and damn an innocent child for the sake of his own happiness]]. Since then, Bright Eyes has vowed to be a good parent for Hopeful and is genuinely trying to make up for his emotional neglect while receiving therapy for his trauma. He hopes that Hopeful ''never'' finds out about his birth "father", but has since acknowledged that he would have to tell his son about him eventually.
* RedEyesTakeWarning: Averted. While he has his father's red eyes (which were inherited from his grandfather, Golden Scepter), he's a completely innocent and cheerful Bat pony baby (now a toddler), despite spawning from Bright Eyes' suppressed vampirism.
* SemiDivine: He has a partial demi-divine heritage by virtue of his father, Bright Eyes, being a demi-divine son of [[PhysicalGod Emperor Golden Scepter]]. After Bright Eyes Ascended to demi-Alicornhood, the surge of magic would transform him into an Alicorn demigod, too, albeit one with bat wings.
* ThatThingIsNotMyChild: He was initially on the receiving end of this by Bright Eyes, who wanted nothing to do with him due to trauma over his cursing and being reminded of the Count Dracolt who turned him. Golden Scepter put a stop to that by asking Bright Eyes if he's willing to behave like High King Irminsul, damning and abusing an innocent child for being born for the sake of his own happiness. This caused Bright Eyes to [[MyGodWhatHaveIDone realize his mistake]] and see his son as no different from Temnobog, which makes him vow to become the loving parent that Irminsul was not. While Hopeful initially did suffer from separation issues and was a very clingy baby, he's getting better thanks to Bright Eyes receiving therapy and genuinely trying to be a good father to make up for his emotional neglect.

\
Aska (her entry [[https://www.deviantart.com/brutalityinc/art/Codex-Equestria-Deities-and-Divines-Part-67-914602463 here]]) is the Dragon/Fire Jötunn hybrid goddess of Fire, Renewal, and Life, and is an adoptive daughter of Prince Forging Scales with a dark family history.
----
* ActualPacifist: She despises violence and shares none of her half-bastard-siblings' bloodlust nor destructive nature.
* AnthropomorphicPersonification: She's a Dragon/Fire Jötunn hybrid goddess who embodies Fire, Renewal, and Life.
* BigSisterInstinct: Though they're actually adoptive cousins, she has a close bond with Rosy Dreams due to their shared histories of suffering horrific sexual abuse from their respective fathers, and thus is extremely protective of her.
* ChildByRape: Surtr conceived Aska from forcing himself upon her dragon mother, whom he kept as a 'Trophy' following the Ragnarok cycle which destroyed the Nine Realms of her time.
* TheDogBitesBack: After being brutalised by her elder brother Hroki one too many times, she finally snaps and brutally kill him at Final Ragnarok.
* FamilyOfChoice: After ''everything'' she suffered at the hooves of her psychopathic father and many of her half-siblings, it's safe to say that she sees the Terran Royal Family, including her adoptive father, Prince Forging Scales, as her true family.
* TheMagnificent: Known as "the Ashes of Renewal".
* MeaningfulName: Her name translates to "ashes" or "ash" in Old Norse.
* NoHoldsBarredBeatdown: Received one from Hroki during Final Ragnarok. Then she snaps and brutally wrecks him back with one, killing him.
* RageBreakingPoint: During Final Ragnarok, being battered and beaten by her abusive older brother Hroki in the presence of those trying to rescue her and realising the only people other than her mother who had ever shown her any kindness and compassion are in danger of him and Surtr as well causes her to fly into a berserker rage, unleashing all her pent up anger and hatred upon Hroki and brutally killed him.
* RapeAsDrama: She suffered horrific sexual abuse [[ParentalIncest from her]] [[AbusiveParent own father]], who forced himself on her as he did other children he did [[SerialRapist from having his way with many other victims he kept]]. It left the poor Dragon/Jotunn divine hybrid horribly traumatised on top of everything else she received.
* ScarsAreForever: As a direct result of her horrifically abusive childhood, she is covered in scars; her most prominent is her entire right arm, which was mangled by either Surtr or her equally abusive siblings at one point to where it is presently discolored and furless.
* TragicKeepsake: Of a sort -- while being part-[[DragonsAreDivine Ryujin]] gives her access to all of Dragonkind's elemental powers, she prefers to use [[AnIcePerson ice magic]] as her beloved mother, who [[DrivenToSuicide committed suicide]] to escape Surtr's abuse, had the same powers.

----
* BadassBiker: Much like her adoptive father, Prince Whirling Cyclone, she's a skilled Turbovector rider as well as a competent warrior in physical combat.
* CoolBigSis: Though actually adoptive cousins, she took Mercy along on her first Turbovector ride across the Terran Empire's countryside at the first introduction of the vehicle into the Terran Empire's armed forces. Mercy loved the joyride so much that she begged her to go "faster".
