She lives in Choka, the capital of Yin, surrounded by her underlings, for which she throws lavish parties at the cost of the populace.

In truth, Joka is an alien who, millennia ago, left her dying planet with a few members of her race. Upon landing on Earth, she realized that it was identical to her home planet and proposed to transform it into a perfect copy. She fought her companions and was sealed away, but she could separate her soul from her body and manipulate history so that she can replicate the exact history of her planet, destroying the world when things go off trail.
