The Government Members are the people in charge of Avaditas, Acritudo, and Aspernor. Currently, the only playable characters are the leaders and their families.

!Avaditas
[[folder:Leader: Avon Dasilva III]]
->'''Played by:''' Lyssy-chan

Avon Dasilva III is a Greed Bearer and the Emperor of Avaditas. He was one of the youngest leaders in Anaphora and youngest that has ruled over Avaditas. Avon can be summed up to be a moody character, seeing as his mood plays around with how things happen around him--it's hard to tell when he'll be in a good or bad mood.
----
%%* AloofBigBrother: To Eris Dasilva and even Charity Perkins .
* AmbitionIsEvil: His ambitions all drive to be the most powerful and rich leader, along with the most stable.
* ArrangedMarriage: With his wife, Ceyra Dasilva.
* AttentionWhore: Was mostly this as a child, but can still be one to crave for attention and for things to be “all about him”.
%%* BadBoss: Just ask his servants.
* BeneathTheMask: Behind all his assholish glory he can be a pretty considerate--even caring--guy. To the right people of course...Those who have seen this are his little sister, Eris, and his wife by arrangement, Ceyra.
* CompetitionFreak: Takes everything as a competition to be the best and above the rest.
* ControlFreak: One of his weaknesses is that he needs to be, and feel, in control at all times. If he isn't he has shown to become overly stressed and makes brash decisions.
%%* TheCynic: Very negative.
* {{Determinator}}: Will not stop until the deed he’s wanting to complete is completed.
* TheEmperor: Is the Emperor of Avaditas.
* {{Greed}}: Well, that’s his trait and he sure is an almost perfect example of Greed.
* IronicName: Avon, in Hebrew, is a sin of lust or uncontrollable emotion.
%%* {{Jerkass}}: Seriously.
* LackOfEmpathy: Has trouble with understanding other’s emotions or even showing his own.
* ManipulativeBastard: An expert strategist and manipulator, although it is questionable as to whether he is actually good at it, or merely imposes his will on others.
* TheMedic: Shown to have medical knowledge after patching up Ceyra’s wound and even Eris's when they were both younger.
%%* MoodSwinger: As the trope says.
* MustHaveNicotine: Usually seen with a cigarette. It’s gotten pretty bad and he’s even been caught waking up with a cigarette in his mouth.
* ObsessivelyOrganized: To a point, he loves and craves order and non-changing patterns.
* TheParanoiac: Doesn’t really show it but has trouble trusting people, when things get tough or seem in bad shape he also becomes very hasty and paranoid internally. He mostly fears people wanting to overthrow him--which is why he must feel in control.
* ParentalFavoritism: He was the next rightful ruler of Avaditas, and because of that his parents favored him.
* {{Patricide}}: He ordered someone to murder his father.
* PresidentEvil: He’s a corrupt leader (but nothing close to a president), let’s leave it at that.
%%* RoyalBrat
* {{Sadist}}: Fine watching the suffering of others, has even shown to enjoy it even.
%%* SoreLoser

[[quoteright:300:https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/6b37ef012bca9010944f6fa77c6f1472.jpg]]
->'''Played by:''' Writing Bookworm

Therese Zeidan is a Cruelty Bearer and the daughter of Vandor Zeidan. Originally the equivalent of a Princess in Anaphora, she has since then gone on to an even higher position of leadership since Vandor's death. She is a sadist and a wild card, and her only true allegiance is to herself, making it very difficult for others to trust her.
----
%%* AloofDarkHairedGirl: She can be this sometimes.
* AxCrazy: Therese takes complete pleasure in screwing up others' lives in one way or another, and really doesn't bother hiding the joy she gains at this.
* BecameTheirOwnAntithesis: A negative example. She was kind for the daughter of the Dictator of Acritudo, and was really rather timid. Fortunately, she managed to develop a backbone. Not-so-fortunately, she also developed complete and utter cruelty and flourished in the pain of others.
* BeneathTheMask: She won't admit it to anyone -- not even to herself -- but as twisted and violent and seemingly irredeemable as she's become, Therese has still not lost the capacity for good. She's far more fragile and scared than she lets even herself know -- primarily, scared of being a failure, scared of being hurt, and scared of letting herself freely love another person. It's a side of her that she's buried incredibly deep within her, though, and she'd rather Acritudo fall than expose it to another person.
* BerserkButton: Just the mere ''sight'' of Luke was enough to send her into a complete blinding rage.
* BigBadDuumvirate: Becomes one with Leyland following Vandor's death, though her growing presence in the story could be slowly making her a new, singular BigBad.
* BigScrewedUpFamily: She's part of the Zeidans, who are basically the poster example of this trope considering over half of the family are sadists and those who aren't eventually go on the run.
* CainAndAbel: Leyland and Therese are the Cain to Luke and eventually Jezebel’s Abel. Leyland and Therese are cruel and kill others without a second thought while Luke and Jezebel are far more altruistic and show remorse for harm they have caused.
* TheChessmaster: Therese certainly has her moments of this. Instead of ever attempting to escape the Redemption, she let herself remain with them because she knew that was one of the only ways she could glean honest information about them, and her stabbing Luke was not a blind act of revenge -- she purposefully did it in an attempt to make it so Luke would consider her as a horrible person and therefore lose all love he had for her. Aside from that, one does not simply be the daughter of a ruler without learning ways of politics and diplomacy. For as chaotic as her nature is, Therese is still smarter than she lets on.
* CoDragons: She and Leyland helped carry out Vandor's work.
* ControlFreak: Therese feels a desperate need to be in control of everything, at every time, in the name of preventing herself from getting hurt anymore.
* TheCorruptible: You'd think it would be the other way around, but this is the actual truth. Many of Therese's actions have been a result of the role others have played in her life -- being kind because of her mother, crossing into darkness because of Luke, becoming a full-on sadist because that is what her dad taught her, and hating Trait Bearers because of a Trait Bearer she confronted in the past.
* DaddysLittleVillain: Vandor taught her a lot of the things she knows now and played a major part of molding her into the person she is today. She gladly let him.
* DarkActionGirl: As both a powerful Cruelty Bearer and someone that's talented with a dagger, Therese is capable of going toe-to-toe with several members of Anaphora's Redemption at once, as evidenced both in the battle in the fort and in the one in Poena.
* DeadpanSnarker: Therese attacks her opponents with challenges and snark almost as much as she attacks them with weapons.
-->'''Luke''': I brought you food. Figured you'd need it.\
'''Therese''': Oh, aren't you just the sweetest brother to have lived?
* {{Determinator}}: No matter how much you injure her in battle, chances are that she'll remain standing simply due to her sheer force of will.
* DragonAscendant: She and Leyand became {{Big Bad Duumvirate}}s.
* EvenEvilHasLovedOnes: While she doesn't show it, Therese deep down truly does care for the members of her family. This does not mean, however, that she won't hurt them for her own benefit. If anything, being someone willing to show kindness and affection for Therese will actually put you in considerably more danger than her simple enemies. Therese generally responds well to any sort of kindness given to her (seeing as she didn't exactly have much of it growing up), so she could grow attached to that person in turn. But given that she's paranoid and scared of how love might control her, she'll act against this by usually doing something horrible to that person in turn. This is in an attempt to negate that person's affection for her and hopefully, in turn, negate her love for them.
* ExtraOreDinary: Like most Cruelty Bearers, bullets, guns, and most swords are a joke to Therese.
* ForTheEvulz: One of the reasons why she does so many horrible things to people is simply because she likes doing horrible things to people.
* FreudianExcuse: Therese was abused by Lucian in her childhood. The older he became, the more frustrated Lucian would be when his attempts to unlock the Cruelty Trait failed, and he vented his frustrations the only way he'd been taught -- by repeatedly hurting Therese with words and sometimes even physically hitting her. Facing this on a daily basis has left her with scars that she still hasn't been able to properly confront.
* HeelFaceTurn: Despite all she's done, Luke correctly assumes that there's still some good in her, and really makes an effort to extend trust to her. This kindness did not go unnoticed by Therese, making her feelings toward Luke completely conflicted and actually wondering if Trait Bearers weren't corrupted. But then she realized just what sort of thoughts she was having and corrected herself by stabbing Luke in the chest, ultimately subverting this trope and descending even further into villainy.
* IDidWhatIHadToDo: Her belief toward hurting both Jezebel and Luke at different points.
%%* LovesTheSoundOfScreaming
* ThePerfectionist: Therese cuts zero slack for herself.
* RedemptionRejection: Luke continually extends trust in the hopes of redeeming her. But alas, she makes it clear she doesn't want to be redeemed when she stabs him in the chest.
* {{Sadist}}: One of her most prominent personality traits is that she completely enjoys watching others suffer, and enjoys being the one to make them suffer even more. Even one of her abilities is to inflict pain on others.
* StartOfDarkness: Her very first confrontation with Luke, when she caught him and Quintus escaping the Zeidan Stronghold, served as this for her.
* YoungAndInCharge: Leyland and Therese are seventeen and sixteen, respectively, and yet they're in charge of running an entire nation. True, Therese is not the official Dictator, but she still has a lot on her shoulders for a sixteen year old.

[[folder:Ludis Palomo]]
->'''Played by:''' Whitehawk

Ludis Palomo is a Greed Bearer and the head of Acritudo's Economy Department. Raised in a very abusive home and a graduate of Poena's academy, he's one of the most mentally ill characters in the roleplay. Obsessive and mentally fractured, he's acts and thinks very inconsistently, relying primarily on his Greed Trait and the drives behind it to keep him going.
----
* AbusiveParents: His mother, Cora, used every form of abuse she could come up with in the hopes that it would manifest a Greed Trait, and his father joined in it as well.
%%* AffablyEvil: Although it is unknown if Ludis can or will live up to his own dreams of being evil, he is still trying.
%%* AgonyBeam: His mother's Cruelty was used frequently in this way on him.
* AsceticAesthetic: Ludis keeps his house very bare and very clean, to the point of removing most furniture, taking all the doors off in his apartment that aren't his front door, and keeping everything very minimalist.
%%* BigBrotherInstinct: Seen with Rayli.
* BreakTheCutie: Ludis, while very amoral, started out with very few evil tendencies or interests (except, perhaps, his own Greed). But through heavy abuse and the trauma that only an Academy can bring, Ludis is a very broken individual.
* BrokenAce: This is a sort of crumbling ideal of his, one that he tries to be consciously and subconsciously. His mental illnesses are more his demons than anything he's ever done, though the guilt, shame, and loneliness that comes with it does that as well.
* CainAndAbel: In a very backwards and ironic way, his being Rayli's brother is what drove their mother to kill the little girl.
* CompellingVoice: Ludis' Greed Trait allows him to coerce people into doing virtually whatever he wants, though it does have its limits (his energy levels/focus/psyche drive, and how much they're trying to resist him).
%%* CradlingYourKill
%%* DeathOfAChild
* DesperatelyLookingForAPurposeInLife: Many times Ludis has had to reconsider whether or not he really understands what life is all about, and whether or not the goals he currently has mean anything at all.
%%* DomesticAbuse: Ahem.
* EvenEvilHasStandards: Despite his attempts at Being Evil, Ludis has clearly given himself some lines that he can't let himself cross: murder in general is a no-no, unnecessary harm towards others, using his Greed when not necessary, and being rude to the marginalized, weak, or innocent are all examples.
%%* EvilMatriarch: Strangely, but not so much, he is the offspring of such a witch.
* FriendToAllChildren: Ludis is naturally softened by children and enjoys playing and taking care of them.
* {{Hallucinations}}: Tactile, visual, auditory, and even olfactory hallucinations are not uncommon for Ludis.
* HearingVoices: Though often being heard by Ludis as muttering, incoherent gibberish, garbled phrases or insults, other times Ludis' voices are quite clear and distinct. Primarily he hears his mother speaking to him again, though there are other, similarly malicious voices he hears.
%%* ICantBelieveaGuyLikeYouWouldNoticeMe: How many times must it be said. Ikam.
* IJustWantToBeLoved: Having lived in Acritudo a long time, Ludis believes that either there is some inherent flaw in the concept of love, and it unachievable, or there is some inherent flaw in him, and he will never gain it. Either way, even though he doesn't believe it it is as good as it's supposedly supposed to be, he is willing to fight for even a crappy version of it.
%%* IWantMyBelovedToBeHappy: Also Ikam Tuls, in this situation.
%%* KillTheCutie
* LoveIsAWeakness: Ludis often accuses himself of being foolish, weak, and stupid for being interested in other people romantically, regardless of who they are.
%%* MakeItLookLikeAnAccident
* TheMentallyDisturbed: As mentioned above, Ludis suffers from a strange combination of PTSD, paranoia, dissociative symptoms (derealization, depersonalization included) anxiety, depression and some very specific phobias. His thoughts are also characterized as being very scattered, obsessive, overly emotional, and desperate. It's also shown fairly specifically that Ludis has lots of goals and desires for himself, but because of his own dysfunctions struggles to reach them.
* NiceToTheWaiter: Though Ludis characterizes himself as an evil person (and tries to be one), he has yet to be legitimately rude or mean to anyone.
%%* OffingTheOffspring
%%* TheOneThatGotAway: For Ludis, Ikam Tuls.
* PapaWolf: Seen with his little sister Rayli, but also any hypothetical child, Ludis' paternal instincts would undoubtedly be triggered should he see a child in danger.
* PleaseDontLeaveMe: One of the many reasons Ludis avoids most social contact is his own fear of being hated, abused, disliked, abandoned, or forgotten. Previous circumstances have compounded on his insecurities and he is certain there's something wrong with him that others would hate.
* TheSocialExpert: A lot of his awareness is in people related matters, and it's not hard for him to understand social structures or what a person means behind what they say.
* TheStrategist: Ludis uses primarily his brain when trying to solve problems or cook up plots.
%%* StrawNihilist: Ludis to the core, though it rarely comes out, seeing as how he is very intent to keep pushing himself forward and pretend everything is fine.
* TeamMom: Lacking a strict, disciplinary approach, Ludis' way of unifying people is in an almost maternal, nurturing way.
* TraumaInducedAmnesia: Despite the horrific things that has happened to him, especially the things that should be very clearly not okay, Ludis still has troubles remembering who in his past was good or bad. Even his own mother has her reputation saved purely because Ludis cannot remember cleanly enough what she did or didn't do.
* WouldntHurtAChild: The big brother in him never left. He's especially partial to protecting young women, though in boys experiencing abuse he feels an immediate kinship.
