6	* When Rosalee tells Ernestine that it was ''her'' whole stole Tom Macon's seal, Ernestine states that she'll take care of it. How? She pays off Tom Macon's son, T.R., to pretend to have had his father's seal all along. It works.
7	* When Tom Macon thinks it was one of the field slaves who stole his seal he order each and everyone to hold up a log, and if no one confesses by the time the last group fall from the logs' heaviness, all of them will get a lashing. And the last group, led by Noah, managed to keep their log up and steady by the time Suzanna sent out a slave to inform Tom she "knows" who took his seal.
8	* Rosalee sticks a broken bottle in a man who was about to rape her. The very same man who whipped her.

11	* Pearly Mae [[MamaBear risking her own life]] and turning around to be captured, to save her daughter Boo from being re-captured.

14	* Zeke's DyingMomentOfAwesome has him taking on a trio of slave catchers by himself and ''killing them all''. ''With a shot leg and being hit by an axe.''

17	* James showcasing his own ingenuity in this episode. On his first day out in the fields, he doesn't make the weight he needs, he is spared a whipping because [[BigBrotherInstinct Sam]] traded bags. So, what does James do? He makes the bottom part of his bag a few pounds heavier with weights sewn in so the next time he picks cotton, the weight of the bottom will help him make his cut. It seems like Rosalee isn't the only one to inherit their mother's ingenuity.

20	* After the last episode where Ben was stabbed by Rosalee, Pullman decides to kill her. The other slave catchers disagree with him on doing so, so cue Pullman [[OneManArmy killing each and everyone of them]] alone [[PapaWolf so they don't stand in his way.]]
21	%% * The Plan that Rosalee, Noah, John, and Elizabeth come up with.
22	* John using the law of being a slave apprehender to kill Kyle.
23	* Rosalee, Elizabeth, and Boo having a high speed horse chase with Pullman.
24	** Rosalee willingly gets off the horse because she knows Pullman is after her more than Boo, facing down Pullman and his strong urge to kill her. However, Elizabeth comes up behind with a gun pointed at her. Pullman gets a shot in at Elizabeth, which distracts him from Rosalee being able to shoot him. And when given a chance to kill him, Rosalee refuses, citing her reason that he can die like an animal.
25	* Ernestine [[MamaBear getting revenge for Tom lynching Sam]] and putting his body on display--[[KarmicDeath by hanging Tom]] ''herself'' with the help of another slave. [[MakeItLookLikeAnAccident And making it look like a suicide.]]
26	* [[OffscreenMomentOfAwesome Seeing that Cato managed to survive]], since the last time he was seen he was shot in the leg and facing down slave catcher with guns.
27	* Even though she is free along with Boo--and in Canada, where they can't be extradited back--Rosalee decides that she will go back and help free other slaves.
