3	* Winters' unflappable nature during his scenes negotiating with the Foot Clan (particularly when they threaten him during the second meeting).
4	* Even if most of it is offscreen, the Stone Generals and the Foot Clan capturing the first eleven monsters in just 2-4 days is pretty impressive. Despite Winters' dismissive assessment of the Foot Clan, they also capture at least two of the monsters (the arachnid and the vampire bat) with little to no help from the Stone Generals.
5	* April unveiling her ninja outfit is pretty cool, as is when she duels Karai with her new swords.
6	* While the scene (from an emotional standpoint) is devastating, one cannot deny that Leo and Raph's fight on the rooftop is perhaps THE SugarWiki/MomentOfAwesome of the film. After over twenty years of existence, we finally get to see a no holds barred fight between the two brothers, one that at first seems to be a draw before Raph manages to break Leo's blades and come a hair's breadth from killing him. While the fight itself is arguably the emotional climax of the film, the look on Raph's face and Creator/NolanNorth's performance manage to make it a truly devastating, yet still awesome, fight.
7	** Another one; Leo was ''owning'' Raph before TheReveal of Raph being the Nightwatcher, completely devastating him in the fistfight, it was only ''after'' Raphael's helmet was knocked off did Raph manage to even up with Leonardo, which means... Leo was holding back. And, in an ''actual'' fight to the death (as shown in ''WebAnimation/DeathBattle'''s Ninja Turtles battle royale), Leo would've won.
8	*** It may have been that, or it may have been Raph's switch from his RuleOfCool chains to his sai, the weapons he's trained with his entire life, that let him even it out.
9	*** Or alternatively, Leo knew that the mysterious Nightwatcher, who is a vigilante, might get attacked by some of his enemies, and he intentionally held back, defeating him as a message, but not completely destroying him, so that in case of an attack, he can at least defend himself, while Raph, instead goes all out and badly injures and nearly kills Leo, so when Leo is attacked by the Stone Generals, he is weakened and distracted and can barely put up a fight against them, indicating that the Raph's victory was a PyrrhicVictory as he didn't think that much ahead like Leo probably did.
10	** The animation crew at Imagi studios really deserve major credit for that sequence, the expressions as noted were incredible; especially when Raph realizes that he may have actually done the deed coupled with Leo's own harsh look of "See? This is why you're not ready." as Raph's sai is in his face.
11	* Mikey showing off his boarding skills in the sewer. He's always been known for his love of skateboarding, but here we see what he can really do.
12	* During the FinalBattle, Leo gets knocked into a weapons display case. Cue him showing up later, covered in weapons.

14	* When Aguila makes a WeCanRuleTogether speech to the Foot Clan, Karai simply replies, "[[IGaveMyWord We work for Winters, not you.]]"
15	* The courtyard battle scene, where ''much'' ass is kicked.
16	** Special mention goes to April who is holding her own against 4 foot soldiers (who are no slouches in this film themselves) ''plus'' Karai in the fight before regrouping with the others to storm Winters chamber where the portal is.
