** The game will occasionally suffer a crash that cancels out any and all actions that were in progress. All Sims sent to work return to their homes without being paid (they can't be sent back to work, either). Sims at the workplaces will have the number of people reset to zero and a new set of customers/patients/tourists arriving. As of May 2021, this glitch has not been addressed or fixed.
