* EnsembleDarkhorse: When VideoGame/GuiltyGear was introduced to the OBD in 2011, it became an instant favorite among members. Even winning "Trend of the Year" in that year's OBD Awards.
** For a while, this extended to it's SpiritualSuccessor VideoGame/BlazBlue during the drought of anything ''Guilty Gear'' related. As time went on however, Most members started to care less for BB, spurred by the direction the story and characters were going and because ''Xrd'' was announced to much acclaim.

** One recent point of contention amongst users old and new concerns WebAnimation/DeathBattle. Not the show itself but rather [[http://roman55.tumblr.com/post/117192049064/hey-is-it-true-that-death-battle-curbs-from-the how some of their findings seem coincidentally similar to some of the OBD's findings]]. Members who gather data (like Calcers) have split into three parties, one group wants some kind of credit (using the example from the Sol Vs Ragna vid where the fan artist who's art was used without permission), one group who simply doesn't care whether or not they get any credit if it's true (as the data they come up with usually get's passed around other Vs debating communities without credit most of the time) and finally a group that just think it's all one big coincidence.

** In fact most wiki pages [[Main/BestKnownForTheFanservice based off of franchises centered around fanservice]] get this attention. While the facts and stats about these shows will be accurate to information found about them, the pages will be full of snark and [[Main/TakeThat take thats]] towards the franchise and it's fanbase in the OBD.

Fan Dumb & Hate Dumb are now part of Flame Bait. Only in-universe examples are allowed.

* FanDumb: Tend to be laughed, though too much turns into..
** FanHater: Albeit to what extent depends on the person, but their tends to be quite a few of them depending on the series.
*** This and Fan Dumb usually will turn a series into an Acceptable Target.

Pretty sure there\'s some sort of rule against singling people out with tropes like The Scrappy. And there is no troll list anymore. Seems to have been cut at some point.

* RescuedFromTheScrappyHeap: The {{Toriko}}verse, while not necessarily disliked, is looked down upon by some for having lower standards of speed compared to its fellow {{Shonen}} series (which are Supersonic - Hypersonic on average), effectively being a watered-down version of OnePiece and DragonBall. Recent calcs, however, showed decent results for destructive capacity, from double digit ''megatons'' towards single-digit '''PETATONS'''. While the verse as a whole is relatively slow, they have a '''LOT''' of power to make up for it.
