* FranchiseOriginalSin: This was the first time the show really tackled the topic of PoliticalCorrectnessGoneMad. Here, it's largely secondary to the main plot with Mr. Hankey, and the issue of political correctness was just starting to gain some traction after the much more culturally and socially conservative 1980s, so it didn't stick out too much. In later seasons of the show, "the boys explain why political correctness often does more harm than good" would be one of three episode formulas (the others being "Randy does something stupid" and "Cartman does something evil") that the show tended to heavily fall back on.
