* SoOkayItsAverage: It's a decent 90s thriller, but doesn't have much else going for it. While there are some big names in the cast, their performances aren't stellar, nor are they phoning it in. The shark attacks use some stock footage, but are otherwise ok. It certainly doesn't have the NarmCharm and SpecialEffectFailure of ''Shark Attack 3: Megalodon''.
