* AnnoyingVideoGameHelper: Whenever a wallet gets stolen, the victim will yell out for help. Not so bad on it's own and does a good job of warning the player. However, they won't shut up after you apprehend the suspect, even if you do it right next to the victim, which gets really grating while you go through the motions of searching, handcuffing, and calling a transport for the suspect.
