** "[[https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ReNlx82zuLI Doomsday]]" is a ''ridiculously'' great song for the final Red Mist song, with an epic backing track worthy for the finale of the "main" content. Boyfriend and Squidward harmonise really well, with special attention given to the ''howling'' scream Squidward gives off near the end, really showing how he's at the end of his rope. The gameplay elevates the song to legend, however, with perfectly placed visual clues and setpeices that manage to perfectly convey the story of the creepypasta [[ShowDontTell without singing a single lyric or saying a single word]].
** "[[https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YyMZvUKq0oo Served]]" manages to combine a catchy-yet-somber beginning and a hardcore metal second phase into a real headbanger, and it changes up again at the very end to a slow section reminiscent of a classic western ending.

Special mention goes to the section before the chase, where the song slows to give a "calm before the storm" vibe before running right back into hectic as Boyfriend flees from the faceless [=SpongeBob=] and Patrick.

** "[[https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6L0k0rHHzic&ab_channel=CalciumLmao Cannibalism]]" manages to make a funny ''WesternAnimation/RobotChicken'' skit into an intense high speed song, with lines from the original skit flawlessly incorporated. Spongebob's and Mr. Krab's vocals being some of the best for the two in the modding scene is the icing on the cake.

** When "Bold or Brash" got leaked onto YouTube, Churgney Gurgney, the song's composer, requested not for the video to be taken down, but rather for it to be renamed to "Darnell Wet Fart". The uploader complied, and the video is still easily findable to this day under that name.

It helps that Red Mist Squidward is now canonically friends with Lord X (mainly down to his creator really liking the mod) and MX.

** It's to be expected of a mod all about Spongebob creepypastas, but especially of note is at the end of "Doomsday", where Red Mist Squidward suddenly shoots himself in the head. Not only are the sprites themselves rather gory, with his head blowing open and splattering his brains on the floor, but the animation comes so suddenly it can effectively work as a JumpScare as well. The V1 update makes it worse, as once Squidward does the deed, his blood covers his bedsheet AND SPLATS ONTO THE SCREEN. Not helped when the background cuts back to regular right after the gunshot. And that scream he makes after the booing? The V1 update changed the sprite so that during that moment, he's pointing his shotgun [[TheFourthWallWillNotProtectYou RIGHT AT YOU.]]
