*DesignatedVillain: An example in which the person in question is a babyface instead of a heel but is treated as such because of the actual heel's immense popularity. After Rhea is forced to give up her title as the Women's World Champion due to an assault by Liv, the crowd starts booing at Liv, even though Rhea had done the same to her eight months ago. Liv has to call out the audience about their hypocrisy, as they had cheered for Rhea last year when she injured Liv. It's worth noting that Rhea's attack was not only more brutal but also lasted longer than Liv's.

*StrawmanHasAPoint:On the April 8, 2024 episode of Raw, Liv attacks Rhea Ripley backstage in retaliation of Rhea injuring her the previous July. This resulted in the reigning Women's World Champion suffering an injury that requires her to relinquish the champion the following week while she recovers. Due to Rhea's immense popularity, Liv encounteres a mixed response from the audience, with the people of Montreal booing her despite being the babyface of the feud. Liv has to point out the audience's double standards, reminding them how Rhea injured her first, leaving her sidelined for months. In fact, the fans were ''cheering'' for Rhea during that segment yet boo at Liv when she has every reason to get even with Rhea.
--->'''Liv:''' Everyone is mad at me, and for what? I'm not the bad guy here. Where was the sympathy for me when Rhea literally tore my shoulder out of my socket and put me on the shelf for eight months. Oh yeah, there wasn't any.

** The documentary ''Liv Forever'' shows that she pitched a much darker character to creative but it was ignored, and she spent the entirety of her time on Smackdown doing nothing (including having a return match cancelled literally seconds before she was to go out).

** The documentary ''Liv Forever'' shows that she pitched a much darker character to creative but it was ignored, and she spent the entirety of her time on Smackdown doing nothing (including having a return match cancelled literally seconds before she was to go out). Her gothic "Watch Me" gimmick demonstrates shades of this darker character which vary from time to time, the most pronounced periods being when she lost her first Women's Championship and when she returned from an eight-month injury at the hands of Rhea Ripley.

** Her in-ring skills as well, as she's a homegrown talent with only a few years of experience, there are debates on whether she is good for her level or should be doing better. This largely died off in 2018 when Liv stepped her game up and held her own on the main roster with the likes of {{Wrestling/Naomi}}, Wrestling/CharlotteFlair and Wrestling/EmberMoon.

* HarsherInHindsight: ''Liv Forever'' shows the Riott Squad being reformed with just Liv and Ruby, and the latter gives a speech about how she intends for all three of them to go into the Hall of Fame. Not only was Sarah Logan released while the documentary was filming, but Ruby too would be released only a few months later.

Fortunately, Sarah has since returned to the company in November of 2022, albeit under a different gimmick.

** Her 2022 tag team with Wrestling/RheaRipley, where the two would embrace each other constantly. Liv in particular took nearly any opportunity possible to be affectionate with Rhea, whether it be touching her or complimenting her. When Rhea attacked her and turned heel to join Wrestling/{{Edge}}'s faction The Judgment Day, Liv reacted much like a WomanScorned, especially on social media.
