* UnintentionallyUnsympathetic: Shane Mills raped his teacher but claims he couldn't stop himself. The episode is generally sympathetic towards him, despite this being the defense of most sexual predators. Mills exposed himself to violent pornography and hired at least half a dozen prostitutes to act out his violent sexual fantasies. He falsely accused his teacher of giving him an STD and raping him to cover up where he got the STD from, even though he raped her. If Shane was five years older, it's hard to imagine the show would depict him as anything but a manipulative sociopath (indeed, the man who raped him uses the exact same defence and doesn't get any sympathy).
