** The Flash version of ''World 3'' is missing much of the content from the console versions, including hats, multiplayer, the Fancy Arcade, and the recreations of Worlds 1 and 2. The ''Classic Pack'' re-release is also a victim of this due to being based off this version.

** Because the ''Classic Pack'' version of World 1 is entirely based off the original Flash version, Cutie Pants from the World 1 Remaster isn't playable here.

* ThatOneBoss: The Angry Rabbit in the full game and World 2, due to the abundance of enemies he spawns and his high, frequent jumps making it rather difficult to hit him with the snail shells you have to stun him with in order to actually damage him. ''Especially'' in the mobile port for it, due to having these issues along with the godawful controls.

The Angry Rabbit in the full game and World 2, as well as its recreation in World 3's console version, due to the abundance of enemies he spawns and his high, frequent jumps making it rather difficult to hit him with the snail shells you have to stun him with in order to actually damage him. ''Especially'' in the mobile port for it, due to having these issues along with the godawful controls.controls.
** The giant pencil in ''World 1 Remix'', while not much of a problem usually, becomes this if playing as Cutie Pants. Since she can't stun enemies, the timing to kick the enemy into the pencil while it's spinning becomes much stricter than if you're playing as Fancy Pants.

* PortingDisaster: While the Flash version of ''World 3'' is far from terrible, it is missing much of the content from the console versions, including hats, multiplayer, the Fancy Arcade, and the recreations of Worlds 1 and 2. This is presumably because Over the Top Games wasn't involved with the flash version, which was developed by Borne himself.
