Said human rights activist is a smug, HolierThanThou JerkAss, who thinks that ''the Embassy'' is corrupt and prioritising commercial deals with a regime that is corrupt and oppressive, rather than aggressively defending human rights. Minor royalty are also targeted, with [[PrinceCharmless Prince Mark]] being portrayed as an "ignorant feckless twit" who is completely unaware of what country he's in (e.g. failing to understand his favourite hotel chain does not have a branch in Tazbekistan, or that the country, being landlocked, has no beaches) and generally acts like a spoiled, demanding party boy. No reason for portraying the French as pricks, though.
