** Episode 1: TOM and SARA are having banter, when all of a sudden, TOM vanishes. A rusted version of TOM appears and starts the countdown.
** Episode 2: Future TOM leaves a hologram for his present self explaining things. [[spoiler: Sixteen weeks into the future, a nebula storm strikes the ship and affected Sara, turning her evil and causing her to take over the Vindication and now on a mission to destroy all organics. Future TOM tried all he could to fix her, but nothing worked and was forced to attempt to destroy her. When he got too banged up to proceed any further, he switched places with his present self in the hopes that his past incarnation could succeed where he couldn't.]]
** Episode 3: Present TOM gets more briefing on whats going on while Future TOM [[spoiler: heads for the reactor to overload it. Sara manages to unfreeze herself and stop him, at which point he decides to come clean with her. While in the future, Present TOM sees Sara blow up a (hopefully uninhabited) planet, realizing the gravity of the situation.]]
** Episode 4: [[spoiler: Present TOM tries to fight off Sara but realizes he's outmatched and offers to surrender himself. Thia manages to get though to the true Sara personality of the ship who sacrifices herself by blowing herself up but not before launching present TOM out of a window. In the present, Future TOM safeguards SARA's mainframe to prevent what happened to his Sara happening to the her. Things seem back to normal...except Future TOM, having been sent back to his timeline, is stuck floating through space.]]
