So, my terrible theory is that either after Series One or Series Two the ''Series/{{Whitechapel}}'' universe spilt from our own, becoming darker and more brutal, maybe more militant, where mass murders are more common, their are new gass lights in London and [[spoiler: the deaths of murderers are seen as justice]]

[[WMG: Miles will die in Series Three causing Chandler to temporarily lose his grip.]]
Because Series Three needs to achieve maximum bleakness.
* [[spoiler:Jossed]]

[[WMG: Chandler will get a girlfriend in Series Three and then she'll die.]]
Again, to make things as bleak as possible.
* [[spoiler:IKnewIt]]

[[WMG: Anderson is Chandler's real father.]]
Fairly obviously.

[[WMG: Kent has been in love with Chandler since Series One.]]
A bit obvious, all things considered, but it needed to be said.

[[WMG: Everything after Series Two is set in a dystopic AlternateUniverse]]
Think about it, Series One had media attention all of over, it was even a major {{PlotPoint}}. By Series Two the media is less involved but still there, but by Series 3 there are a series of massacres with zero media attention.[[spoiler: And how no-one ever confronts the team about all of their murderers dying]]

[[WMG: [[spoiler:Miles will die in series four]] ]]
[[spoiler: Since he managed to survive series 3]]
* [[spoiler:Jossed]]

[[WMG: Kent will come out in series 4]]

[[WMG: Mansel will die in series four]]
He's the least stable of the main characters, and the creepy phone calls are the least justifiable
[[spoiler:He came close, but Jossed all the same]]
