Much like Tom in ''It Lives Beneath'' and Mandy in ''Unbridled'', Samira was a supporting character and best friend type for the main character(s) of the first book. As such, she seems like the most likely character to be PromotedToLoveInterest in Book 2, assuming Book 2 isn't also a single love interest book.

Think about it they each have with Benefits at the end so more than likely this is the upcoming spin-off.

Though Book 1 was both gender-locked and single-LI, the sequel to the aforementioned ''Untameable'' (''Unbridled'') has been confirmed to have multiple love interests, meaning that it's now possible for a single-LI book to no longer stay that way. Who's to say that the second book of this series won't do the same? It may even have a gender-customizable protagonist, since we'll be focusing on a different main character.

* While the "new, but familiar, couple" part isn't exactly set in stone, the end of Book 1 confirms that the series is doing the same thing as ''Unbridled'' (focusing on a new protagonist in the same setting).

On June 26, 2023, it was confirmed that RWB would have a sequel, since Chapter 20 is the "book finale", not the "series finale". However, the description for Chapter 20 mentions "your [Aneesa and Drew's] love story coming to an end". With this in mind, the plot about their relationship will be wrapped up at the end of Book 1, and Book 2 will follow a new main character and their love interest in the same setting, just like ''Untameable'' and its sequel, ''Unbridled''.

Now we know that the party was deliberately set up so Edwin would catch Drew and Aneesa together (and it's implied that Edwin got ahold of Aneesa's phone to lure her to the party), one question remains: who planned the party? It's unlikely it was Edwin, since he knows that if he threw the party he would still get in trouble. So who could it be? Here's an idea: it's Davina. She's a well known party animal, and Drew broke off their FriendsWithBenefits agreement in Chapter 13 because of their rising feelings for Aneesa (and Davina would have already figured that out even if Aneesa did her best to avoid suspicion). She also seemed surprisingly chill in Chapter 16 before she directed Aneesa to Drew's location...which was at the party. It wouldn't be too much of a stretch to say that Edwin and Davina are collaborating; Edwin wants to take down Drew by any means necessary, while Davina would want to get back at Aneesa for getting in the way of her relationship with Drew. Therefore, Davina planned the party so that Aneesa and Drew would be there together so Edwin could "catch" them in the act and get them in trouble.

* In a similar vein to the above, Aneesa's love confession in Chapter 15 could have been recorded by someone and it went viral. The higher-ups at the college could have taken notice, and they wouldn't be happy.

[[WMG: Why and how Drew and Aneesa got found out]]
The description for Chapter 17 mentions a conduct hearing, and the chapter description before it mentions "an unexpected surprise". This suggests that Drew and Aneesa's relationship will be found out by the end of Chapter 16. But what happened? Here's a couple of possibilities:
* Somebody reported them to the college (since RA's having relationships with their roommates is forbidden in this college). If they did, it would most likely be Edwin (who has been trying to prove they've been breaking the rules for most of the book, he's even come very close to catching them in Chapter 12), Samira (who thinks Aneesa's been getting too out-of-control lately and needs to answer for her actions), or Davina (Drew's friend with benefits until Aneesa came along, and she would expose their relationship out of spite).
