The place shares many of the Roadside Picnic laws. It is mostly deserted area full of derelict urban and industrial structures. The glitches behave mostly like the anomalies, causing whatever weird physics-defying stuff to any object entering their area of effect. They are even detected in the same manner - by throwing rocks at them.

* The UrExample of this would be the Wiggle-Wiggle. Persisting in a constantly unstable state only vaguely maintaing its shape. It can only be interacted by being properly observed which changes its nature in a way. All the other creatures also require being observed if you want to affect them. getting the MagicEye is just a side-effect of this effort.

* Abarato tells Toriko and Sorawo that denizens of the Otherside can cross over to our world and appear human. The three "women" who appeared at Kozakura's door and spirited Sorawo and Kozakura to the Otherside at once would suggest that he was right on the money with that. Therefore, is it possible that Satsuki Uruma, who seemed to know a good about Otherside, was, in fact, one of its denizens trying to draw others into that world. She seemed to instinctively know how to avoid danger, according to Toriko, but never told Toriko about the "glitches", which she didn't learn about until Abarato told her. And every time she appears, she seems connected to the forces behind the Otherside. Is Satsuki Uruma, in fact, a HumanoidAbomination.

[[WMG: The cult Sorawo's family belonged to was connected to Otherside]]

* "The Red Person", who first appeared to Sorawo when she was running away from her home, and is implied to have wiped out the cult, shows up later as a denizen of Otherside. Add to that the fact that another cult tried to abduct her in her youth, and it seems that Sorawo was supposed to play some important part to the cult her family belonged to, either as a sacrifice to whatever diety(ies) they were worshipping, or was supposed to serve as a conduit to Otherside on their behalf, which is why she was able to find it so easily.
