But given how shady certain parts of Wunsoc are, and how certain he is [[spoiler:that they'll alternate between making Morrigan a hero and throwing her under the bus depending on what's most convenient for them, and the fact that so far, he seems to be ''right'' about that]], I can't help but feel that there is more to this story. It's doubtful his actions will ever be ''justified'', but I suspect a revelation in future books will make it at least a tiny bit understandable.
