Unlike the wild animals, The faculty, students and their families speak human language. Surprisingly, there were no scientists wanting capture even one of the animals. Perhaps, the ancestors of CDMS were subjected to cruel experiments, but in an era where the world is aware of Animals speaking.

As of the big field trip they acknowledge the fact being zoo animals they have little to no survival instinct. So what better way to regain them by having a school meant to teach them ways to survive? Adam is a human and admitted what he learned at the all animal school saved the day.

Has anyone here even seen "Kerry to Dance?". He was obsessed with going to prom with Adam and strictly refused a date with any female, or anyone else. Also, his constant repetition of making prom night "All about the dudes!" If that doesn't scream homosexuality, I don't know what does.

Everyone is implied to be tested on each of these subjects despite having no good reason to except for arbitrary rewards. As a result nobody wins and they are forced to make schools for people who get average at everything the 'human' schools while the majority of different types of learners who have very little in common are forced to be placed in the 'animal' schools.
