Just like the Norman encountered in the sewers, all the puppets could create copies of themselves, which is why so many of them are strewn across the studio; the puppets having duplicated themselves in an attempt to cure their loneliness. The reason we only see the one Norman do it onscreen is because, in their troubled mental states, the other puppets have [[ForgotAboutHisPowers forgotten they could do that.]]

Following the GoldenEnding where Gordon agrees to become the new director of the revamped ''My Friendly Neighborhood'', the sequel will involve Gordon setting about to make the re-launched ''My Friendly Neighborhood'' a success on TV, while keeping the enterprise financially solvent, the friendly puppets cared for and happy, and perhaps keeping the Unfriendly Neighborhood and its denizens at minimum at bay if not having to make dangerous trips down there to rescue kidnapped puppets/find new and potentially useful items/figure out what exactly happened to create the Unfriendly Neighborhood in the first place.

[[WMG:The entire game is just a weird dream Gordon had when he fell asleep watching late night TV.]]
* Seems like the most rational explanation for this game's events.

[[WMG:Everything that happened at the studio is the result of some weird psychic child's stream of consciousness]]
* A child with powerful psychic abilities missed the show so much they partially brought it into reality.

* Out of all the known puppets, Ricky is the only one capable of holding a conversation with Gordon. He also wants the handyman to stay away from the roof. Possibly because he wants to prevent anyone from undoing his work.
