In ''Police Quest III'', one of the Game Overs will have Sonny convicted of killing a suspect without probable cause, and sent to prison where he meets an obese inmate named Popeye [[PrisonRape who makes him his "special friend"]]. Well, in ''King's Quest V'', the obese innkeeper will merely RUB YOU OUT and toss you in the basement to do... something. As his pants is unbuttoned and unzipped, we all know what this means.

Considering Sierra's penchant for crossing over characters from other games (e.g. in ''Police Quest II'', there is a "KING NEAR DEATH!" headline in a newspaper referring to ''VideoGame/KingsQuestIVThePerilsOfRosella'' when Graham collapses and nearly dies at the start), it isn't surprising to have that innkeeper be in prison and do something ''not nice at all'' to his cellmate(s).
