If the implications of her going to the less civilized parts of soul society and slaughtering every fighter in her vicinity to satisfy her bloodlust are true, then at some point she disrupted the balance between souls and hollows which would have destroyed the Soul Society, Hueco Mundo, and the World of the Living. It's probably also why she was forced to "retire" as Kenpachi and transfer to the fourth division as its captain and chief medic.

While the "Kumoi" for both of these characters is written differently in kanji, Entetsu has very similar glasses to the ones that Gyokaku wore in his public appearances before TheReveal. Additionally, Gyokaku was the steward of the noble Kasumioji family, and given that one of the other original captains of the Gotei 13 was a Shihouin (one of the original top nobles), it's entirely possible that Entetsu was meant as an ancestor to Gyokaku -- perhaps the Kumoi family fell out of favor at some point, which is why Gyokaku served the Kasumiojis and was not the formal head of his own family.

Gerard is the Heart of the soul king. He has a body because of his power to regenerate from anything and grow stronger, but his true form is presumable just a heart. Pernida is the Left Arm of the soul king, and he is a talking left forearm. Mimihagi is the same as a right arm. considering this, and how much more powerful [[RealityWarper Gremmy]] is compared to all of the other sternritter, it stands to reason his power is like the others, a power that he had already, considering he made new beings of sternritter level with his mind. Also, his true form? A brain in a jar.
