* AirVentPassageway: Sam uses an air vent to reach a room's ceiling near the end of the game.

Added DiffLines:

* UnintentionallyUnwinnable: There is a jar by the dresser which is necessary to get the fireflies. The jar only shows up after you view the cutscene where the construction worker tells you that she lost the lever for the crane. However, if you skip that cutscene, the jar never shows up and you can't get the cutscene to trigger again, and you can't win the game.

''Pajama Sam: Life Is Rough When You Lose Your Stuff!'', sometimes known as ''Pajama Sam 4'', is a PC AdventureGame and the fourth and final main installment in the ''VideoGame/PajamaSam'' franchise. It was developed by Creator/HumongousEntertainment and published by Creator/{{Atari}} and released in 2003.

While watching his favorite show on TV, Sam finds out that his hero Pajama Man will be at a mall near you to sign autographs! He goes into his room to find one of his comics to get signed, but ends up falling with it into a pile of junk that leads to a strange world called Grubby Corners. His comic now lost and having fallen into the hands of one Dr. Grime at Grubby Corners Mall, Sam has to scout the area of several pieces of clothing to fulfill the dress code to be allowed entry into the mall and retrieve his comic.

Alongside ''Putt-Putt: Pep's Birthday Surprise'' -- released at the same time -- ''Life is Rough When You Lose Your Stuff'' is one of the last Junior Adventure games Humongous Entertainment would release before the company was dissolved in 2006.

----
!!Tropes:
* ExactWords: The dress code for Grubby Corners Mall mandates having a shirt, socks, and shoes. Key word being ''have'', not ''wearing'', as Sam only needs to present the articles of clothing to be allowed entry.
* TheFaceless: The Leavins & Squeezins delivery person only speaks to Sam through a door, meaning that the player never sees what they look like.
* TheGhost: Dr. Grime (presumably not the one from ''Pajama Man'', as with Darkness in ''No Need To Hide When It's Dark Outside''), who is said to have taken Sam's comic, is only seen in a photo and never directly confronted.
* MuckMonster: The opening has Sam watching an episode of ''Pajama Man'' featuring a villain called Dr. Grime, who is essentially a blob of sludge.
