The game follows her rampage across the world as she seeks to become a goddess and destroy humanity.

The game can switch to a third-person perspective, where the player controls Ava as she rampages through various locations, such as cities, military bases, and landmarks. The player can interact with the environment, such as crushing buildings, cars, and people, eating humans and animals, and throwing objects. The player can also increase Ava's size by finding and consuming more radioactive material, which also increases her health and strength. The game has a destructible environment, meaning that everything can be damaged or destroyed by Ava's actions.

The game was available for the [=PCs=] and can be downloaded online from the internet.
