* IllBoy: Oliver's best friend, Thomas Jordan, was diagnosed with cystic fibrosis a several months before the events of ''The Nanny''. He's shown bedridden when Oliver comes to his room, mentioning how it's hard to walk without his lungs acting up.

** The game starts out with Tina en Macting a scene with her dolls with the scenario being doppelgangers. [[spoiler:The Nanny uses doubles of Mrs. Jordan and Tina to lure Oliver into a false sense of security before abducting him]].
