''Littlest Pet Shop 3: Biggest Stars'' is the third video game based on the ''Toys/LittlestPetShop'' toys created by Creator/ElectronicArts, released on October 5th, 2010. It follows the previous ''VideoGame/LittlestPetShopFriends'' video game that was released nearly a year earlier.

The game was released in three different versions on the UsefulNotes/NintendoDS, the Blue Team, Pink Team, and Purple Team. Some releases came with exclusive pets.

The game revolves around a Cocker Spaniel and cat duo who see a commercial for the Biggest Stars, a talent show equivalent to the Olympics. They find out that Harmony, who is the spaniel’s biggest role model, is coming to town to host this year’s Biggest Stars competition and help form a new team that will participate. Throughout the game’s storyline, eight other pets come to join the team and go to tryouts before arriving to Biggest Stars Village for the big event.

----
!!This game contains examples of the following tropes:
* AccessoryWearingCartoonAnimal: Of course, the pets are this whenever they are dressed in accessories.
* AllInTheManual: All the pets have numbers according to the manual.
* AmbiguousGender: Just like in the other games, the pets typically do not refer to each other with any pronouns, and can wear any accessory no matter how masculine or feminine they are.
** Averted with Harmony, who is female, and the poodle, who is referred to as “she” once.
* {{Cap}}: There is a limit of 999 for each ingredient.
* CharacterCustomization: The pets can wear different accessories such as hats, bows, glasses, collars, and shirts, and can have a different color when taken to Salons.
* {{Cutscene}}:
** The intro scene of the previous Yellow Sunshine Team, which Harmony was in, taking their win.
** A scene with Harmony getting her trophy.
** Several scenes before and after the mini-games, with Harmony presenting each team member with their team jersey, the pets being called to by Harmony, and the triplet bear judges putting in their ranks for the pets’ performances.
** The ending cutscene showing the team on stage after they win.
* EmphasizeEverything: Just like in the previous game, the pets’ dialogue tend to emphasize certain words in ALL CAPS!
* HelloInsertNameHere: The pets can be named by the player, though they are also referred to by their species.
* MiniGame: Has 10 of them in total.
* NonPlayerCharacter: Several pets which originate from ''Friends'' make appearances as NPCs in this game which are to be interacted with when about to play a mini-game or create something.
** Other pets, such as a chihuahua, pink ferret, blue raccoon, a Dalmatian, and Harmony herself appear as NPCs.
* NPCRoadblock: Unlike the cones and notes seen in ''Friends'', NPCs block paths and locations whenever they aren’t unlocked yet.
* PaletteSwap: All characters except the ostrich, orangutan, raccoon, and kangaroo have a different color scheme depending on which version is played.
* SpeakingSimlish: Again, like in the previous game, each pet has their own set of animal noises they utter as their dialogue scrolls through.
* UnlockableContent: There are ''several'' of them.
** Accessories can be unlocked by playing the Prize Whirl.
** Paints and treats can either be made in their respective locations or obtained via the Prize Whirl.
** There are five codes used to unlock new accessories: FELINA, HARMONY, LPS3, LPSDS, and WOOLMA. Some NPCs give out these codes, and they can also be used for Littlest Pet Shop Online (now defunct).
* VirtualPaperDoll: Just like in the previous two games, the pets can be dressed up in different accessories with many different colors to choose from.
