* EvilVersusEvil: What the Evil and especially the Ultimate Evil path ultimately boils down to. [[spoiler:Alcedor fights the demonic forces solely because ''he'' wants to be the one in charge of Upel when it's over, while almost any demons not directly controlled by the cult just want to kill everyone. It doesn't quite work out on the Evil route where he [[AndThenJohnWasAZombie turns into a zombified wretch]] after killing Belphegor, but it does on the Ultimate Evil route where he not only kills off Belphegor and Abbadon, but successfully [[DemonOfHumanOrigin becomes a powerful demon]] and takes control of a demon army to become feared both on Earth and Hell.]]

** The quest for the brigand on the bridge has the brigand attempting to bribe Alcedor into letting him go after catching him threatening an old man. Should Alcedor take the Good option to refuse the bribe, he'll have to fight and kill the brigand in combat. The Evil option of accepting the bribe skips the fight and Alcedor gets a nifty extra 100 gold on top of saving the old man the brigand was threatening (though the old man decides to leave the area entirely for his own safety) and the monetary reward for completing the quest anyways.

** There are two ways to deal with the murderous skeleton Remus. The good option of slaying him will save his target, but his ally Brutus will burn Remus' house and turn the way out into a DeathCourse, and Alcedor is forced to fight Brutus later on. The evil option of sparing Remus will cause him to kill his target, but Alcedor gets a safe exit from his house and the fight against Brutus is skipped entirely.
