History Tropers / Starshine

{{Tropers/Starshine}}, or Maddi as she is known to [[RealLife the meatspace]], is a 20 year old (though that is subject to change) troper, [=LJer=], and [[MostTropersAreYoungNerds general oddity]] in college in Boston (originally from {{Joisey}}).
* Have been described as "a 20-year-old straight American girl with the soul of a 50-year-old gay British man," which is pretty accurate.
* Have also been described as "in a state of perma-drunkenness," which is accurate even though I'm straight-edge.
* The [[RedOniBlueOni Red Oni]] among my friends, though I talk like a Blue Oni (mixed with a [[StarTrekTheNextGeneration Tamarian]] and [[SesquipedalianLoquaciousness a stereotypical British Butler]]).
* The [[SherlockHolmes Holmes]] to my [[HeterosexualLifePartners Heterosexual Life Partner]]'s [[PussInBoots Watson]] (no really, it's bizarre how closely we fit the archetypes) and the [[StarTrekTheOriginalSeries Bones]] to my [[TheStraightWillAndGrace Straight Will and Grace]]'s [[TheSpock Spock]].

*ForHappiness (I tend to prioritize by what I will be happiest with having done in the future rather than what is necessary right at this particular moment. This has actually turned out a pretty good strategy, surprising as that is.)

Make your own decisions as to what to like, own your decisions, and don't judge other people for theirs. (Okay, [[HypocriticalHumor maybe judge them a little]] if they only watch TheRealHousewivesOfOrangeCounty, but mostly, don't judge people.) I do have a SingleIssueWonk-- for God's sake, people, it is not that difficult to learn the difference between "less" and "fewer".

Okay, and [[SciFiGhetto genre]] [[AnimationAgeGhetto ghettos]]. Genre is not a measure of quality, it is a categorization tool, sheesh.
