** In the scene where a wolfed-out Paul charges out of the biker bar and attacks a couple of unfortunate patrons, the shadow of the camera operator's legs can clearly be seen as they walk over to one of the victims for a close-up, thanks to being backlit by the lightning strobes. They even jar the poor guy's arm with their foot!

Added DiffLines:

* Blooper: At one point, an actress already has mud on her dress from a previous take.
-->"Wait, her dress is pre-muddied!"
* CaliforniaDoubling: Set in Flagstaff, Arizona, but certainly not filmed there. Apparently a lot of it was shot in Susanville, in the very northeast tip of California, while other parts were shot in the Los Angeles area. Flagstaff is in the north of Arizona, at a rather high elevation, surrounded by pine forest. Due to its altitude, most precipitation the town gets is snow (and it gets a LOT). It's much less hot and arid than the parts of Arizona people are more familiar with. Susanville, in the high desert east of the Cascade Mountains, has similar temperatures but much less snow, and is a lot smaller than Flagstaff.
* CompletelyDifferentTitle: A longer version was released on video under the title Arizona Werewolf. Its major addition was a lengthy sex scene between Paul and Natalie which obviously couldn't be included in the [=MST3K=] cut.
* CreatorKiller: Adrianna Miles (Natalie) and Federico Cavalli (Paul) never acted again; for Cavalli, it's his only film role. Both apparently preferred behind-the-scenes roles to acting, with Cavalli working as a screenwriter and Miles later starting a successful career as a licensing executive for Lionsgate.
* FakeAmerican: Nearly every cast member. Special mention goes to Natalie, whose first language is clearly not English. In case you're wondering, it's Polish.
--> "You and Noel is in it for fame and fortune. But over my dead body!"
* MoneyDearBoy: Rather harshly averted with Jorge "George" Rivero who never got paid for this film and never worked on an American non-union production again.
* RealLifeWritesTheHairstyle: Yuri's hairstyle changes multiple times throughout the film. Apparently, this was because the film was shot on specific dates with long gaps in-between.
* SameLanguageDub: Some of Natalie's dialogue is dubbed by an American actress, presumably due to sound quality issues and Adrianna Miles not being available for ADR sessions. It's therefore somewhat tempting to wonder why the producers didn't just have Miles's entire performance overdubbed.
* TroubledProduction: According to an article written by one of the actors, the film had to be shot on specific dates with long intervals in-between due to being severely under funded, which explains why the three diggers vanish after the first act, and why Yuri's hair style keeps changing throughout the film.
