* CrossdressingVoices: As with [[VideoGame/TheLegendOfHeroesTrailsInTheSky Joshua]], [[VideoGame/TheLegendOfHeroesTrailsFromZeroAndTrailsToAzure Wazy]], and [[VideoGame/TheLegendOfHeroesTrailsOfColdSteel Elliot]] before him, Quatre is played by a woman (Creator/MutsumiTamura).
* FanTranslation: There was a fan-translation by Zerofield made some time after the games release. Unfortunately, [[ScrewedByTheLawyers it was hit with a cease and desist by NIS]], though there have been attempts to translate the game following the C&D incident.
* OfficialFanSubmittedContent: Falcom held a promotional contest for ''Kuro II'' that allowed artists within the fanbase to submit their own posters of one of the three movie prompts to be used in said game. Said movies were: a legal thriller featuring Judith, an LGBT drama featuring Nina, and a monster horror movie. Winners would have their creations put into the game through free DLC, and will also have a B2-size poster of their submission sent to them with a copy of ''Kuro II'' on release day.

** Jack and Halle were voiced in ''Sky the 3rd Evolution'' by Creator/MasakazuMorita and Miku Yoshikawa, but are now played by Creator/KentaroTone and Yua Nagae respectively.
** In spite of Creator/AoiYuuki reprising her role as Renne, she doesn't do the same for Kaela, who is instead voiced by Mayuko Kazama.
