She lividly guesses that perhaps she wrote this letter with the intent to [[KickTheDog spite]] her nasty husband: She dearly wishes her sweet son Zuko ''wasn't'' related to the cruel and odious Ozai. This instantly comes back to bite her when Ozai promises he'll make her pay [[RevengeByProxy by tormenting their son]].]]
