Like ''VideoGame/GModTower'', ''Tower Unite'' is loaded to the brim with references to other media.

* A non-item example: Rob, the shopkeeper of ''Rob's Imports'', is the only shopkeeper [[TheVoice not physically present]] and is instead just reached via a phone. Sounds pretty similar to [[VideoGame/EarthBound the father of a certain boy with PSI powers.]]
